A Zonal Pathway for NADW in the South Atlantic

Several large deployments of neutrally buoyant floats took place within the Antarctic Intermediate (AAIW), North Atlantic Deep Water (NADW), and the Antarctic Bottom Water (AABW) of the South Atlantic in the 1990s and a number of hydrographic sections were occupied as well. Here we use the spatially and temporally averaged velocities measured by these floats, combined with the hydrographic section data and various estimates of regional current transports from moored current meter arrays, to determine the circulation of the three major subthermocline water masses in a zonal strip across the South Atlantic between the latitudes of 19°S and 30°S. We concentrate on this region because the historical literature suggests that it is where the Deep Western Boundary Current containing NADW bifurcates. In support of this notion, we find that a net of about 5 Sv. of the 15–20 Sv that crosses 19°S does continue zonally eastward at least as far as the Mid-Atlantic Ridge. Once across the ridge it takes a circuit to the north along the ridge flanks before returning to the south in the eastern half of the Angola Basin. The data suggest that the NADW then continues on into the Indian Ocean. This scheme is discussed in the context of distributions of dissolved oxygen, silicate and salinity. In spite of the many float-years of data that were collected in the region a surprising result is that their impact on the computed solutions is quite modest. Although the focus is on the NADW we also discuss the circulation for the AAIW and AABW layers.     

The fate of dumped sediments monitored by a high-resolution multibeam echosounder system,Weser Estuary,German Bight

With the development of high-resolution multibeam echosounder systems (MBES) for surveying shallow-water areas a new tool is available to monitor rapid changes in seabed morphology as, e.g., caused by the dumping of dredge spoil in coastal waters. In this study, four data sets of repeated bathymetric surveys with a MBES were processed and analyzed. The data were collected in a 1.94-km² dumping site in the outer Weser Estuary (German Bight). Between June and December 1998, 2.6 million m³ of dredged sediment were deposited there. The bathymetric maps generated in the course of this study reveal features such as subaqueous dunes, scour holes, and mounds of dumped dredge spoil. The mean water depth decreased by about 1 m during the dumping period. Furthermore, difference grids showing changes in sediment volume allowed a calculation of the sediment budget for the monitored area. After a time period of only 5 months, 0.5 million m³ of the originally dumped 2.6 million m³ of dredge spoil had already been removed from the dumping site.     

基于仿射变换的数字影像内定向的误差控制分析

数字化摄影测量生产中的误差来源众多,尤其是系统误差常常很突出。针对这个问题,首先深入分析了附有未知数的仿射变换控制模型参数的误差估计,然后利用误差传播定律和误差综合原理,推导出了任意非检控点经仿射变换后输出数据精度的计算公式,并通过数值分析从理论上验证了用四个角框标进行数字影像内定向是最佳误差控制方案。     

含硒紫球藻胞外多糖的制备及对体内外肿瘤细胞生长的影响

采用在培养液中添加亚硒酸来实现藻对无机硒的富集和转化,制备一种含硒的紫球藻(Porphyridiumsp.)胞外多糖(Se-PSP);通过DAN荧光法测硒含量及红外光谱,对硒是否结合在多糖上进行了初步探讨;用四唑盐比色法(MTT)研究了不同浓度含硒的紫球藻胞外多糖对3种体外肿瘤细胞生长的影响。通过建立荷瘤小鼠模型,研究了含硒多糖对腹水瘤S180的作用。结果表明含硒的胞外多糖含硒量约为0.015mg/g,40,80mg/LSe-PSP对3种肿瘤细胞SMMC7721、A549、A357均有一定程度的抑制作用,尤其是对SMMC7721抑制程度最为明显。荷瘤小鼠模型实验结果表明100mg/(kg.·d)Se-PSP可以延长荷瘤小鼠的生存时间,Se-PSP有可能成为一种抗肿瘤药物。     

大深度载人潜水器低速大漂角模糊滑模航向控制研究

通过模型试验测量大深度载人潜水器低速大漂角运动时所受到的非线性水动力。基于一种新的模糊滑模控制策略,为潜水器设计了鲁棒航向控制器。在不同的漂角子区间内分别设计局部镇定的滑模控制器,然后通过Takagi-Sugeno模糊推理系统将它们光滑连接,得到模糊滑模控制。仿真计算结果充分显示了该控制策略的有效性。     

凡纳滨对虾高密度养殖实验

实验时间 4 0天 ,放苗密度 5 0 0尾 /m2 、10 0 0尾 /m2 。凡纳滨对虾初体长为 2 .5 88±0 .341cm ,初体重 (0 .2 39± 0 .0 86 ) g。养殖水体中放置筛绢隔断 ,在不换水的条件下 ,监测水体中无机磷、氨氮的变化趋势 ,初步实验高密度和分隔养殖的效果。结果表明 ,高、低密度氨氮、无机磷差异均为极显著 (P <0 .0 1) ;成活率、产量差异均为显著 (P <0 .0 5 )。高、低密度特定生长率 体重 差异不显著 (P >0 .0 5 )。观察到不同时间不同密度凡纳滨对虾对筛绢隔断的反应不同 ,表明对虾能利用隔断筛绢 ,从而有效提高养殖容量     

东太平洋多金属结核分布的二维趋势面分析

对规则网的 469个测站的多金属结核丰度和 93个测站的 Mn、 Cu、 Co、 Ni元素进行趋势面分析 ,经 F检验 ,各变量的变异性显著 ,拟合度较低 ,表明多金属结核丰度及 Mn、Cu、Co、Ni金属元素的控制因素比较复杂。趋势面分析结果与相关分析结果一致 ,Mn、Cu、Ni元素有极相似的趋势特征 ,有两个轴向分布 ,一个为东西向轴 ,高值区在东部 ,另一个为北西向轴 ,高值区在北西部 ;结核丰度与 Co也有极相似的趋势特征 ,高值区在西部。应用逐次趋势面分析的结果将结核丰度的地质特征分解成各种简单控制因素的叠加 ,使对多金属结核的控矿因素、分布规律和物质来源的研究方法多样化     

网格剖分积分法计算富钴结壳资源量

在矿区地质模型建立及边界条件限定的基础上,提出了基于网格剖分积分计算富钴结壳资源量的评估计算方法,推导了相应的计算公式,设计了相应的模块界面,并在"海底地形地貌自动成图系统"中实现了这种计算方法.这种资源量计算方法可应用于富钴结壳资源研究和评价计算.     

中国沿海常见蓝子鱼形态比较研究

对中国沿海常见蓝子鱼科鱼类的外部形态、呼吸器官、感觉器官、消化器官、骨骼系统等形态特征进行了比较研究。发现不同种蓝子鱼在体形、鳃耙、耳石、肝脏、牙齿、头骨等特征上存在一定差异,但是种间差异较小,从而推断本科鱼类分化较缓慢。     

N,N''''-双癸酰基乙二胺二乙酸钠的合成与性能研究

以乙二胺和氯乙酸为原料,在低温常压下合成乙二胺二乙酸(EDDA),再以EDDA与癸酰氯反应制得N,N'-双癸酰基乙二胺二乙酸钠.采用核磁共振波谱确证了其结构;对产品的临界表面张力、起泡及稳泡能力、乳化能力及润湿渗透性能进行表征.在25℃时,N,N'-双癸酰基乙二胺二乙酸钠溶液的临界表面张力为28.1mN/m,临界胶束浓度为1.6×10-3 mol/L.显示出该产品有优良的起泡稳泡性能、乳化性能及润湿渗透性能,是1种优良的表面活性剂.
