城市缺水是目前带有普遍性的重大问题 ,但在城市建设过程中 ,宝贵的地下水资源遭到浪费的现象又大量存在 ,解决好施工降水与环境保护问题是关系到城市发展的重要问题之一 ,结合郑州市的工程实践 ,谈谈施工降水中的环境保护及水资源合理利用问题。     

Analysis of rock structure stability in coal mines

In this paper, the theory of limit point instability is used to analyse the stability of rock structures in coal mines. A general method of analysing stability of rock structures is put forward and a uniform instability condition of rock structures is set up. Some instability phenomena, such as rock bursts in circular roadways, pillars and long walls, and the outburst of coal and gas from circular roadways, are discussed analytically. At a later stage, the critical point of rock structure instability is determined. The influence of relative parameters (such as the mechanical properties of rock, coal, and the geometric sizes) on the stability of the rock structures is carefully analysed. 从地理信息系统到虚拟地理环境的认知转变

自20世纪60年代初以来,地理信息系统引领了地理信息的分析与服务。然而,由于地理学家对于地理过程开展多维模拟的需求,同时许多大型工程需要对于不同方案的后果事先开展模拟评估,为此中国学者们在世纪相交之际开始了对于虚拟地理环境的探索。本文从地理信息系统到虚拟地理环境的认识上的转变着手,分析了虚拟地理环境的演进过程、当前的阶段定位与挑战,着重探讨了虚拟地理环境研究的新态势：基于虚拟地理环境的地理空间认知研究、虚拟地理环境与实验地理学新方向、大数据背景下的虚拟地理认知实验方法和虚拟地理环境与地理知识工程,并给出最新研究思路。     

An asynchronous Geoprocessing Workflow and its application to an Antarctic ozone monitoring and mapping service

The integration of Sensor Web Enablement services with other Open Geospatial Consortium (OGC) Web Services as Geospatial Processing Workflows (GPW) is essential for future Sensor Web application scenarios. With the help of GPW technology, distributed and heterogeneous OGC Web Services can be organized and integrated as compound Web Service applications that can direct complicated earth observation tasks. Under the Sensor Web environment, asynchronous communications between Sensor Web Services are common. We have proposed an asynchronous GPW architecture for the integration of Sensor Web Services into a Web Service Business Process Execution Language workflow technology. We designed a Sensor Information Accessing and Processing workflow, an asynchronous GPW instance, to take an experiment of observing and mapping ozone over Antarctica. Based on our results, our proposed asynchronous workflow method shows the advantages of taking environmental monitoring and mapping tasks.     

基于部分最小二乘岭估计的粗差定值定位

在利用部分最小二乘原理进行粗差定值定位时,模型的法方程矩阵可能存在病态性,使得到的粗差定值定位结果不可靠。文中针对观测数据包含多个粗差且法方程病态问题,利用岭估计处理病态问题,建立部分最小二乘岭估计的粗差定值定位方法,给出粗差搜索步骤,利用迭代算法实现多个粗差的定值和定位。通过模拟算例分析部分最小二乘法、部分最小二乘岭估计在粗差搜索方面的效果,从另一个角度探讨粗差处理方法,推广现有的误差理论,证明文中方法的有效性。
