Study on fishery biology features of spawning group of Pseudopleuronectes yokamae(Günther) in the Sheath Bay

Pseudopleuronectes yokamae (Günther) is one of the most important economic fish species in the genus living specially in the northwest Pacific, and is distributed in the southern area of the far east sea of Russia, Japan, Korea, the Huanghai Sea, the Bohai Sea and the northern area of the East China Sea. Usually they live in nearshore waters of these areas as geographic subpopulations. P. yokamae in the Sheath Bay belongs to a local group of the Huanghai-Bohai Sea subpopulation and is distributed in the mouth and adjacent waters of the bay all the year round, and the catch of its spawning group has important economic value in the area. In this paper the fishery biology features of spawning group of P. yokamae in the Sheath Bay is systematically studied to give biology evidence for proper utilization and the multiplification of its resources.     

口服免疫药物后中国对虾某些血淋巴因子的测定及方法研究

于１９９１年４－９月，以海捕中国对虾亲虾及养殖中国对虾为材料，运用单向免疫扩散（ＳＲＩＤ）方法测定对虾血淋巴免疫因子，并采用经改进后的Ｈｏｒｏｗｉｔｚ等人的方法测定对虾体内的酚氧化酶（ＰＯ）活性，目的在于运用该两种方法对口服不同免疫药物的养殖对虾的血淋巴免疫因子及ＰＯ活力进行测定。对亲虾和养殖对虾口服不同免疫药物前后的测定结果表明，几种情况下的对虾血淋巴中均存在类似ＩｇＭ的因子，血细胞中存在酚氧化     

我国海域耳鲍(Haliotis asinisne)精子发生的超微结构研究

应用透射电子显微镜技术研究了我国海域耳鲍精子发生的全过程。结果表明,耳鲍精原细胞呈近椭圆形,染色质分布较均匀,线粒体较少;初级精母细胞较大,染色质凝聚成小块状,线粒体增多;次级精母细胞较初级精母细胞小,线粒体较多,部分线粒体发生融合,呈扁囊状。分化早期精细胞染色质凝聚成团块状,多数贴附于核膜内面,胞质中出现前顶体颗粒。分化中期精细胞染色质继续凝聚成较大的团块,线粒体在核的一端融合,形成数量少、体积大的线粒体,前顶体颗粒形成圆形外膜明显的前顶体。分化后期精核由近圆形变成长桶状,核内染色质凝聚并均质化,前顶体泡化发育成顶体,鞭毛形成,精细胞分化成精子。成熟精子为鞭毛型精子,由头部、中段和尾部(鞭毛)3部分组成。     

闽中、闽东渔场扁舵鲣的资源生物学

本文以1981～1984年4～9月累计18个月在闵中、闵东渔场开展中上层鱼类资源开发性探捕调查的材料,报道了扁舵鲣的生态分布、群体结构和生活史主要特征。鱼群先后于4～7月由南而北进入本渔场,数量分布以5月为多;栖息的最适温、盐度分别为23.5～25.5℃和33～34;渔获群体由0～V龄组成;性成熟的最小年龄为Ⅰ龄,最小叉长271～280mm;生长参数L_∞=484.44mm,W_∞=2050.76g,K=0.5109,t_0=0.3598;瞬时自然死亡率为0.8937,开发比率为0.2138,属于轻度利用的鱼类资源,尚有较大的开发潜力。     

Feeding habit and seasonal variation of stomach contents of sand dabs, Pseudopleuronectes yokohamae, in the South Bohai Sea

Sand dabs, an important commercial flatfish in the Bohai Sea, has recently decreased gradually in biomass, resulting from overfishing and marine pollution. Artificial culture and multiplication of sand dabs are essential and practical in China. The present paper examines the food habitof this fish to provide detailed information for its culture and multiplication.     

好氧颗粒污泥系统快速启动试验研究

采用3组圆柱型SBR反应器进行活性污泥颗粒化培养,接种浓度分别为12 500mg.L-1,4 400mg.L-1和1 800mg.L-1。由于采用逐步缩短沉降时间这一有效措施,系统启动20d后,颗粒污泥初步形成,污泥浓度可达到6 000~8 000mg.L-1,高于普通活性污泥系统,且沉降性能良好,SVI值在50mL.g-1左右。颗粒污泥的平均粒径稳定在0.2~0.25mm。在活性污泥颗粒化的启动试验中,在生物化学条件相同的条件下,逐步缩短沉淀时间可以加快好氧污泥颗粒化系统的启动。

Theoretical wind wave frequency spectra in deep water——Ⅰ. Form of spectrum

In this part ot the paper theoretical wind-wave spectra nave been derived oy (I) expressing the spectrum in series composed of exponential terms; (2) assuming that the spectrum satisfies a high order linear ordinary differential equation; (3) introducing proper parameters in the spectrum; and (4) making use of some known charateristics of wind-wave spectrum, for instance, the law governing the equilibrium range. The spectrum obtained contains the zero order moment of the spectrum m0, the peak frequency ω0 and the ratio R =ω/ω0 (ω being the mean zero-crossing frequency) as parameters. The shape of the nondimensional spectrum S(ω) = ω0S(ω)/m0(ω=ω/ω0) changes with R and theoretically reduces to a Dirac delta function δ(ω-1) when R = 1. A spectrum of simplified form is given for practical uses, in which R is replaced by a peakness factor P=S(1).     

FURTHER ANALYSES OF THE STRUCTURE OF TYPHOON NO.7507 Ⅰ. KINEMATICAL FIELDS

By utilizing the denser upper-air observations from the Okinawa region and the Japanese islands during August 17-23, 1975, the structure of Typhoon 7507 formed in this area has been analysed. It has been indicated that the cyclonic tangential wind maximum occurred in the eastern sector of the typhoon and the strongest inflow occurred in the southern portion of the typhoon about 150 km away from the typhoon centre. There was a deep inflow layer below the 300 hPa level. The anticyclonic outflow was the strongest at 150 hPa and was located in the NE quadrant of the typhoon. The convergence mainly took place in the southern part of the typhoon, while the divergence occurred at the lower and middle levels in the northern sector of the typhoon. The pattern of vorticity and vertical motion field were characterized by the similar asymmetry.
