四川布托县乌依铅矿床是川滇黔相邻区赋存于奥陶系大箐组地层中的典型密西西比河谷型矿床之一,其成矿物质来源仍不清楚。本文开展了方铅矿和石膏硫同位素及方铅矿稀土元素地球化学研究,获得方铅矿硫同位素δ~(34)S平均值为-4.04‰(n=31),石膏δ~(34)S平均值为29‰(n=15)。方铅矿稀土元素地球化学表明,轻稀土富集,重稀土明显亏损,稀土配分模式曲线大致向右倾,Eu正异常和Ce负异常。结合前人的硫、铅同位素数据,认为乌依铅矿床硫来源于细菌还原地层中硫酸盐所产生的硫,矿石铅来自上地壳,成矿物质来源为奥陶系大箐组,与峨眉山玄武岩无关。  相似文献

In this study, two different research methods are applied to investigate the evolution mechanism and rainfall warning criteria for Maijianwo slope located in Henan Province, China. On the one hand, an indoor-model test is performed under artificial rainfall and based on similarity theory. A set of monitoring system is utilized to track the moisture content, deformation and cracks of critical points of the model during the test. On the other hand, the numerical simulation is carried out to provide an insight into the variation of unstable zone and factor of safety for the landslide with the increasing cumulative rainfall. Results indicate that the evolution process of Maijianwo slope is composed of three stages of initiating, accelerating and failure respectively, and stability of slope decreases gradually as cumulative rainfall increases. Based on the evolution mechanism of retrogressive landslide verified by both model test and numerical simulation, cracking time of critical positions on the slope prior to each stage were set as the initiating time of each stage and the cumulative rainfall associated with each initiating time (E1 = 75 mm, E2 = 180 mm) has been defined as the warning criteria for the Maijianwo slope. As the cumulative rainfall in Maijianwo slope reaches 75 and 180 mm, the landslide orange and red warning codes are issued, respectively. Otherwise, the slope is in a safe condition when the cumulative rainfall is less than 75 mm.  相似文献

喀斯特生态系统是全球典型的脆弱生态系统之一,它为人类提供了重要的服务功能和价值。回顾国内外喀斯特生态系统服务研究的文献可发现,当前研究多遵循“土地利用变化—生态系统服务价值响应”的研究范式,仅重视中小尺度喀斯特生态系统服务价值的空间异质性,强调土地利用变化和生态工程对生态系统服务价值的影响。而今后应加强基于“生态系统结构、过程—功能—服务”级联框架的喀斯特生态系统服务研究,构建喀斯特生态系统服务分类体系,突出大尺度喀斯特生态系统服务评估,拓展喀斯特生态系统服务之间权衡与协同及喀斯特生态系统服务对人类福祉的影响,定量分析自然和人为因素对喀斯特生态系统服务的影响。   相似文献

Deep brine recovery enhanced by supercritical CO2 injection is proposed to be a win–win method for the enhancement of brine production and CO2 storage capacity and security. However, the cross-flow through interlayers under different permeability conditions is not well investigated for a multi-layer aquifer system. In this work, a multi-layer aquifer system with different permeability conditions was built up to quantify the brine production yield and the leakage risk under both schemes of pure brine recovery and enhanced by supercritical CO2. Numerical simulation results show that the permeability conditions of the interlayers have a significant effect on the brine production and the leakage risk as well as the regional pressure. Brine recovery enhanced by supercritical CO2 injection can improve the brine production yield by a factor of 2–3.5 compared to the pure brine recovery. For the pure brine recovery, strong cross-flow through interlayers occurs due to the drastic and extensive pressure drop, even for the relative low permeability (k = 10?20 m2) mudstone interlayers. Brine recovery enhanced by supercritical CO2 can successfully manage the regional pressure and decrease the leakage risk, even for the relative high permeability (k = 10?17 m2) mudstone interlayers. In addition, since the leakage of brine mainly occurs in the early stage of brine production, it is possible to minimize the leakage risk by gradually decreasing the brine production pressure at the early stage. Since the leakage of CO2 occurs in the whole production period and is significantly influenced by the buoyancy force, it may be more effective by adopting horizontal wells and optimizing well placement to reduce the CO2 leakage risk.  相似文献

Bermuda grass (Cynodon dactylon) can endure long-term and deep submergence stress and cadmium toxicity, respectively. But we do not know whether they can endure cadmium plus waterlogging and what are the differences of ecophysiological responses and metal bio-accumulation of Bermuda grass subjected to normal condition, waterlogging, cadmium or cadmium-and-waterlogging treatments, respectively. Here, the four treatments on Bermuda grass are performed with four replications. Our objective is to determine the ecophysiological responses and endurance abilities, cadmium and zinc bio-concentration and translocation, and the metal uptake mechanisms of Bermuda grass subjected to the four treatments. Our results demonstrated different treatments showed different ecophysiological responses in Bermuda grass. The shoot weights of cadmium treatment were significantly lower than those of the other treatments when the values determined after treated 25 d. Cadmium had a certain promotion effect on the root growth at the early growth stage. SPAD values indicate the relative amounts of chlorophyll present in plant leaves. SPAD value of 35 d was higher than 25 d of cadmium treatment, indicating cadmium had negative effects on chlorophyll contents in the early stage, but the negative effects might be ameliorated as plants adapted to cadmium stress. Waterlogging induced the biomass decrease and accelerated cadmium translocation. The plant leaves had the highest cadmium contents exposed to cadmium-and-waterlogging treatment, while the root showed the highest cadmium contents suffered only cadmium stress. The bio-concentration factor of cadmium-and-waterlogging treatment was less than that of cadmium treatment, but the translocation factor of cadmium-and-waterlogging treatment was much greater than that of cadmium treatment, which indicated phytostabilization was the main phytoremediation process subjected to only cadmium stress, while phytoextraction was the main process when exposed to cadmium-and-waterlogging treatment. Bermuda grass was a cadmium hyperaccumulator and had strong adaptability to waterlogging, cadmium toxicity or both.  相似文献

As a hot topic in Landscape Ecology study, ecological connectivity is an important indicator for regional land sustainable use and biological protection. This paper conducted a systematic assessment of ecological connectivity using remote sensing images of Dongshan Island in 1994, 2003 and 2011. Based on least-cost modelling, the method takes into consideration the type of barrier, the distance impact, and the adjacent land use types to obtain the Barrier Effect Index (BEI) and Ecological Connectivity Index (ECI). The application of this method to Dongshan Island showed the ecological connectivity index (ECI) was low in 1994, improved in 2003, and decreased significantly in 2011. The results of the dynamic analysis of landscape structure showed farmland and roads were the main landscape classes that caused the low observed ECI in 1994 and 2003; these tended to divide the landscape and cause fragmentation. Construction land and roads were the main landscape classes resulting in low ECI in 2011, while forest and grassland had a high ECI. Trajectory analysis showed ECI tended to decrease in the low mountain forest zone of the northwestern and southeastern parts of Dongshan Island as well as in the coastal protection forest area. The areas where ECI became high were located in the northeastern part of Dongshan Island where cities and towns are concentrated with high human populations. Therefore, rapid urbanization has been the most important factor driving changes in landscape structure and patterns during the last 17 years on Dongshan Island. The approach not only assists us in revealing the driving mechanism of landscape dynamics from another aspect, but also can assess the impacts of regional and urban plans on landscape structure and function.  相似文献

大堡—灯坪地区铜铅锌矿成因类型主要有热液充填-交代型、氧化淋滤-次生富集型和动力变质分异型,矿石类型主要有构造角砾岩型、碎裂岩型和裂隙充填型;矿化主要赋存于构造硅化碎裂岩带、硅化角砾岩带、裂隙密集带、断层接触的不整合接触带;矿体多呈脉状、囊状、透镜状或似层状产出;铜铅锌矿化具有一定的水平分带和垂直分带特征。区内地层、构造和不整合面与铜铅锌成矿关系密切,尤其是白垩系神皇山组与泥盆-石炭系的角度不整合界面对成矿有利,为区内主要控矿因素。  相似文献

本文以广州市花都区1990年和2008年TM影像作为数据源,在分析花都区2个时期土地利用格局时空特征的基础上,结合人工神经网络与元胞自动机(ANN-CA)模型对研究区的土地利用空间布局进行模拟。研究表明:根据研究需求构建的ANN-CA模型在实际模拟过程中无需人工定义模型结构和转换规则,只需通过3层神经网络即可模拟复杂的城市形态。因此,通过构建ANN-CA模型对土地利用空间布局进行模拟,可以合理预测城市土地利用发展趋势,具有较强的科学性和可靠性。  相似文献

In recent years,wetland ecological water requirements (EWRs) have been estimated by using hydrological and functional approaches,but those approaches have not yet been integrated for a whole ecosystem.This paper presents a new method for calculating wetland EWRs,which is based on the response of habitats to water level,and determines water level threshold through the functional integrity of habitats.Results show that in the Huanghe (Yellow) River Delta water levels between 5.0 m and 5.5 m are required to maintain the functional integrity of the wetland at a value higher than 0.7.One of the dominant plants in the delta,Phragmites australis,tolerates water level fluctuation of about ± 0.25 m without the change in wetland functional integrity.The minimum,optimum and maximum EWRs for the Huanghe River Delta are 9.42×106 m3,15.56×106 m3 and 24.12×106 m3 with water levels of 5.0 m,5.2 m and 5.5 m,corresponding to functional integrity indices of 0.70,0.84 and 0.72,respectively.A wetland restoration program has been performed,which aims to meet these EWRs in attempt to recover from losses of up to 98% in the delta's former wetland area.  相似文献

MyoD, Myf5, and myogenin are myogenic regulatory factors that play important roles during myogenesis. It is thought that MyoD and Myf5 are required for myogenic determination, while myogenin is important for terminal differentiation and lineage maintenance. To better understand the function of myogenic regulatory factors in muscle development of flounder, an important economic fish in Asia, real-time quantitative RT-PCR was used to characterize the expression patterns of MyoD, Myf5, and myogenin at early stages of embryo development, and in different tissues of the adult flounder. The results show that, Myf5 is the first gene to be expressed during the early stages of flounder development, followed by MyoD and myogenin. The expressions of Myf5, yoD, and myogenin at the early stages have a common characteristic: expression gradually increased to a peak level, and then gradually decreased to an extremely low level. In the adult flounder, the expression of the three genes in muscle is much higher than that in other tissues, indicating that they are important for muscle growth and maintenance of grown fish. During embryonic stages, the expression level of MyoD might serve an important role in the balance between muscle cell differentiation and proliferation. When the MyoD expression is over 30% of its highest level, the muscle cells enter the differentiation stage.  相似文献
