地理国情普查地表覆盖分类信息采集成果质量控制的关键环节

开展地理国情监测是国家测绘地理信息局＂十二五＂发展战略的重要举措,开展普查试点是整个项目成功与否的关键环节。针对生产实际,结合在检查工作中的一些经验对地理国情普查地表覆盖分类信息采集成果质量检查的主要内容和方法进行较全面的阐述,探讨影响分类信息采集成果质量的主要因素及关键技术环节。

手持式GPS接收机因其具有的体积小巧、操作简单、定位迅速、价格便宜等特点,广泛应用于户外导航和精度要求较低的测量。这里简单介绍了手持式GPS接收机的特点和应用,并对手持式GPS接收机检定与校准方法进行了探讨。     

北京天文台兴隆观测站2.16米望远镜对星模式

The pointing accuracy of a telescope is influenced by its encoder system, by the alignments of the mounting relative to the earth's axis of rotation, by the alignment of the optics, by mechanical effects like the flexture of the tube and by systemtic errors of the drive system. As to the 2.16m telescope, it is necessary to establish a pointing model to make normal obsercation easier. In this paper, an empirical approach to set up the pointing model for the 2.16m telescope was reported together with a physical interpretation of most of the individual parameters of this model.     

从HRPT中分离TIP数据

介绍一种从ＨＲＰＴ中分离ＴＩＰ数据的方法,并给出设计思想,部分电路、时序及程序流程图。     

胶南地块的隆升-伸展构造

岩石学及同位素地质学研究均表明，含榴辉岩的胶南地块在高温高压变质后经历过快速降压过程，这一过程在构造上表现为隆升－伸展构造。这种构造在胶南地块有两种形式：其一为地块内部的垂向缩短、水平向伸展构造，以浅色脉体的变形为特征，并反映出从深层次向浅层次的转化；另一为地块边部的正滑型构造带，可分为早期塑性变形和叠加于其上的且分布于地块外侧的晚期脆性－半脆性变形。反映运动矢量的拉伸线理走向呈放射状：北段走向近南北，中西段近东西。这是地块北西侧的变形特点，东南侧情况不明。北部正滑型剪切带中白云母40Ar／39Ar坪年龄表明，伸展构造的时代为146Ma±。这次构造运动可能由俯冲至上地幔的大洋板块与地壳拆离造成的重力均衡所引起，其结果不仅使得大陆地壳上隆，而且还使榴辉岩从下地壳上升至地表。     

壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚及其降解产物对水生生物的毒理效应

研究了壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚及其降解产物 4 壬基酚对水生生物的毒理效应。结果表明 ,壬基酚聚氧乙烯 (10 )醚和 4 壬基酚对水生生态系统中的各级生物都有一定的急性毒性 ,水生生物对这 2种化合物的敏感性顺序为 :枝角类 >鱼类 >藻类 >微生物 ,且 4 壬基酚的毒性程度较壬基酚聚氧乙烯 (10 )醚更强。Ames试验同时表明 4 壬基酚具有致突变性 ,而壬基酚聚氧乙烯 (10 )醚则不显致突变活性。建议这 2种物质在水环境中的允许浓度为 :ρ(4 壬基酚 )≤ 0 .0 14mg/L ;ρ(壬基酚聚氧乙烯 (10 )醚 )≤ 0 .6 0mg/L。     

Improvement in the calculation of anti-Stokes energy transfer and experimental justification based on Er0.01YbxY1 - 0.01 - xVO4 crystal

The improvement on the calculation of anti-Stokes energy transfer rate is studied in the present work. The additional proportion coefficient between Stokes and anti-Stokes light intensities of quantum Raman scattering theory as compared with the classical Raman theory is introduced to successfully describe the anti-Stokes energy transfer. The theoretical formula for the improvement on the calculation of anti-Stokes energy transfer rate is derived for the first time in this study. The correctness of introducing coefficient exp{ΔE / kT} from well-known Raman scatter theory is demonstrated also. Moreover, the experimental lifetime measurement in Er_0.01Yb_xY_{1 - 0.01 - x}VO₄ crystal is performed to justify the validity of our important improvement in the original phonon-assisted energy transfer theory for the first time.     

新型沉箱防波堤兼作岸式OWC波能装置的设计及稳定性研究

防波堤与岸式OWC波能装置一直是被独立研究,从未产生交叉,但二者设施布置的条件显然具有关联性。本文根据二者关联的特点,设计出沉箱防波堤兼作岸式OWC波能装置,并通过物理模型试验验证了其可行性。
