鄂西北一次局地大暴雨过程的多普勒雷达回波分析

利用常规观测资料和自动站、加密雨量站、多普勒雷达等资料,对2007年8月9日凌晨鄂西北郧西县马安乡一次局地大暴雨天气进行了分析,重点分析了此次过程的多普勒天气雷达观测资料。结果表明：降水回波由非强风暴对流单体向强风暴对流单体演变造成马安大暴雨;地形作用、回波合并效应使对流发生发展,回波少动使降水维持;中小尺度系统活动频繁,使对流加强,降水持续、升级;主要降水由一强风暴对流单体造成,并有中气旋出现,中气旋直接引发强暴雨;垂直积分液态水含量变化可为判断风暴发展和风暴降水提供有效信息;中气旋、逆风区等中小尺度结构特征对强风暴及暴雨预报有很好的指示作用;反射率因子、平均径向速度、综合切变等产品对强天气现象的识别以及在暴雨分析预报中具有实用意义。     

基于GIS的渔业环境因子制图算法及其分析比较

介绍了在地理信息系统 (GIS)中渔业环境因子等值线 (面 )专题图的基本算法 ,比较分析了不同算法输出的结果。分析表明 ,Kriging算法更能准确地反映渔业环境要素的时空分布的特点和变化趋势。     

高边坡压力分散型预应力锚索施工工艺研究

压力分散型预应力锚索由于具有较多优点而在复杂高边坡加固工程中应用得越来越广泛,施工中结合边坡岩体性质和设备条件,科学合理地选择施工工艺是其取得理想效果的关键环节。结合金－丽－温高速公路17标段工程实例,从施工组织、现场试验、钻孔、注浆、张拉、监测等方面对压力分散型预应力锚索施工工艺进行了详细论述,为类似工程提供一些借鉴经验。     

Research on the Evaluation of Marine Environmental Quality by Using the GIS Technology

Based on the biological resources surveys in China‘s exclusive economic zone, the paper discusses the application of the GIS technology in evaluating the marine environmental quality, establishes the basic concept and technological process for evaluating the environmental quality of the habitats of marine living resources, proposes the key points for the establishment of the relevant evaluation attributes database by applying the GIS technology and analyses several typical evaluation models and the data interpolation method for the model in GIS. Results show that the combination of the GIS technology with the quantitative evaluation model can be applied to the fast and accurate evaluation of the marine environmental quality.
