Sediments and surface water were sampled in a tide flat in the Huiquan Bay, Qingdao, China in January 2004 to simulate the exchange of NH4-N/NO3-N/PO4^3- between sediments and surface water. A working system was designed with which samples were shaken at 60, 120 and 150 revolutions per minute (r/min). Experiment results show that NH4-N concentration in water at shaking rate of 60 r/min decreased gradually, while at 120 r/min increased gradually. In resuspension, fine-grained sediments contributed most NH4-N to the seawater, followed by medium-grained and coarse-grained sediments. The NO3-N concentration in water had a negative relation with the shaking rate; the medium-grained sediments contributed more NO3-N to seawater than the coarse- and fine-grained sediments. The PO4^3- concentration is positively related with the shaking rate, the fine-grained sediments were the main N and P contributor to the seawater, followed by medium- and coarse-grained sediments. 相似文献

The pigments in Laminariajaponica was extracted with six organic solvents and analyzed in spectroscopy analysis. The extractions conditions were screened by an orthogonal test and the quantity of extracted pigments was determined spectroscopically. The results show that: (1) among the six organic solvents, acetone was the most effective one for the extraction; (2) the optimum extraction conditions were as follows: the ratio of S/M (solvent volume/ material weight) was 30 ml/g; fresh seaweed was extracted 2 times in 2 h; (3) the average total content of pigments was 1.85 mg/g (calculated with dry L. japonica). 相似文献

Based on the author’s previously obtained results on P and Si forms in southern Bohai Sea surface sediments,this study maindy foucusing on the controlling factors,existence forms,and biogeo-chemical processes of P and Si showed that the transferable forms of phosphorus in sediments were mainly controlled by the mineralization of organic matters and the reduction of high-valence iron;whereas the transferable forms of silicon were possibly controlled by the dissolution and precipitation as well as bio-chemical processes of living organisms. 相似文献

为提高机载激光测深信号提取的精度,在测深波形数据处理中引入去卷积信号提取方法,即利用去卷积对波形进行预处理,再对去卷积后的波形实现峰值检测,以精确确定测深信号位置。通过定义性能评定指标对维纳滤波去卷积、非负最小二乘、理查德森-露西去卷积、盲源去卷积4种常用去卷积算法的信号复原能力进行对比分析,并对去卷积信号提取方法的信号检测能力进行验证。试验结果表明,理查德森-露西去卷积算法能够显著提高测深信号分辨率,且算法适应性强,成功率高;相比传统的峰值检测方法,去卷积信号提取方法具有更高的信号检测率、精度和更广的测深范围。 相似文献
