为了更定量地研究太阳耀斑软X射线辐射的统计性质,发展了一套对于给定峰值流量区间的耀斑的自动识别程序,并用它分析了从1980年到2013年GOES(Geostationary Operational Environmental Satellite)在两个软X射线波段上对太阳耀斑的观测.研究发现耀斑软X射线流量在峰值附近变化的统计特征和耀斑流量峰值的绝对大小无关:平均而言耀斑流量的上升时间约是下降时间的一半,而且高能量通道的上升和下降时间比相应的低能量通道时间要短,但是这些时间还是会随着耀斑流量变化幅度的增加而增加.  相似文献

Solar gamma-ray lines, produced from nuclear reactions of accelerated particles interacting with the solar atmospheric medium, are the most direct diagnosis for the acceleration and transportation of energetic electrons and ions in solar flares. Much information about composition, spectrum, and angular distribution of the accelerated ions, as well as the elemental abundances of the ambient solar atmosphere can be derived from solar gamma-ray line spectra. A new gamma-ray calculation program has been developed by using an efficient nuclear code − TALYS. The theory of gamma-ray production in solar flares is treated in detail. The characteristics of gamma-ray spectrum are also presented.  相似文献

The study of nuclear line spectra from solar flares holds a rich promise for elucidating the properties of both the accelerated particles and the interaction or target region. We review the observations and the analysis of the large nuclear line rich flare which occurred near the west limb starting at 08:03 UT on 27 April, 1981. The observed spectrum from this flare contains three intense and isolated gamma-ray lines which can be analyzed in a model independent way. The measured energies are 1.628 ± 0.008, 4.430 ± 0.011, and 6.147 ± 0.022 MeV, identifying them as the de-excitation lines of 20Ne (1.634 MeV), 12C (4.438 MeV), and 16O (6.129 MeV). Elemental abundances of the ambient gas at the site of gamma-ray line production in the solar atmosphere are deduced using these gamma-ray line observations. Dramatic extensions of experimental possibilities (spacecraft RHESSI, CORONAS-F and others) in solar gamma-ray astronomy call for urgent, detailed theoretical consideration of a set of physical problems of solar activity and solar-terrestrial relationships that earlier may have only been outlined. Here we undertake a theoretical analysis of issues related to the production of gamma-radiation in the processes of interactions of energetic (accelerated) heavy and middle nuclei with the nuclei of the solar atmosphere (the so-called i-j interactions). We also make an estimate of the contribution of these interactions to the formation of nuclear and isotopic abundances of the solar atmosphere in the range of light and rare elements. The analysis is carried out for solar flares in the wide range of their intensities. We compare our theoretical estimates with RHESSI observations for the flare of 2002 July 23. It was shown that the 24Mg gamma-ray emission in this event was produced by the newly generated Mg nucle  相似文献

The depth dependence of the production of neutrons and capture gamma-ray line emission are calculated by Monte Carlo simulation of the nuclear processes taking place when flare-accelerated ions interact with the solar atmosphere. The calculations also give the heliocentric-angular dependence of the 2.223 MeV neutron capture line emission as a function of accelerated-ion energy spectrum and angular distribution. These results are compared with observations to determine the energy spectrum shape and total ion number for various flares.  相似文献

Recent studies suggest that pulsars could be strong sources of TeV muon neutrinos provided positive ions are accelerated by pulsar polar caps to PeV energies. In such a situation, muon neutrinos are produced through the Δ-resonance in interactions of pulsar-accelerated ions with its thermal radiation field. High-energy gamma-rays should also be produced simultaneously in pulsar environment as both charged and neutral pions are generated in the interactions of energetic hadrons with the ambient photon fields. Here, we estimate TeV gamma-ray flux at the Earth from a few nearby young pulsars. When compared with the observations, we find that proper consideration of the effect of polar cap geometry in flux calculation is important. Incorporating such an effect, we obtain the (revised) event rates at the Earth due to a few potential nearby pulsars. The results suggest that pulsars are unlikely to be detected by the upcoming neutrino telescopes. We also estimate TeV gamma-ray and neutrino fluxes from pulsar nebulae for the adopted model of particle acceleration.  相似文献

F10.7太阳辐射通量作为输入参数被广泛运用于大气经验模型、电离层模型等空间环境模型,其预报精度直接影响航天器轨道预报精度.采用时间序列法统计了太阳辐射通量F10.7指数和太阳黑子数(SSN)的关系,给出了两者之间的线性关系,在此基础上提出了一种基于长短时记忆神经网络(Long and Short Term Memory,LSTM)的预报方法,方法结合了54 d太阳辐射通量指数和SSN历史数据来对F10.7进行未来7 d短期预报,并与其他预报方法的预报结果进行了比较,结果表明:(1)所建短期预报7 d方法模型的性能优于美国空间天气预报中心(Space Weather Prediction Center, SWPC)的方法,预测值和观测值的相关系数(CC)达到0.96,同时其均方根误差约为11.62个太阳辐射通量单位(sfu),预报结果的均方根误差(RMSE)低于SWPC,下降约11%;(2)对预测的23、24周太阳活动年结果统计表明,太阳活动高年的第7 d F10.7指数预报平均绝对百分比误差(MAPE)最优可达12.9%以内,低年最优可达2...  相似文献
