芒果稳产高产综合技术研究

为了探讨芒果丰产技术,消除生产中的大小年现象,通过使用合理修剪、施肥和病虫防治,隔年施一次15％多效唑（PP333）15～30g／株,于10月份土施并保湿2周,摘除2月上旬前抽出的花芽,使花期推迟至3月中旬以后等技术,试验的4．4km2果园连续4年丰收,平均年产29169．5kg／km2。     

Isolation of immune-relating 185/333-1 gene from Sea Urchin (Strongylocentrotus intermedius) and Its expression analysis

The 185/333 gene family involved in the immune response of sea urchin.One 185/333 c DNA was isolated from Strongylocentrotus intermedius,and named as Si185/333-1.Its full-length c DNA was 1246 bp in length with a 906 bp open reading frame encoding a protein of 301 aa.The molecular weight of the deduced protein was approximately 33.1 k D with an estimated PI of p H 6.26.Si185/333-1 had high identities(70%–86%) to most of Sp185/333.An extraordinary identity of 92% was found between Si185/333-1 and Sp185/333 C5 alpha(ABR22474).Moderate identities(63%–64%) were displayed between Si185/333-1 and He185/333.Si185/333-1 had similar structure to Sp185/333.A signal-peptide,a gly-rich region and a his-rich region were found in its secondary structure.RGD motif was found in gly-rich region at position 116–118aa.There was no transmembrane region in Si185/333-1.The element pattern of Si185/333-1 is different from any available pattern that identified in Sp185/333.Si185/333-1 clustered together with pattern C Sp185/333 in phylogenetic tree.The Si185/333-1 m RNA could be detected in tissues including peristomial membrane,coelomocytes,muscle of Aristotles lantern,gut and tube feet,with the highest expression level detected in peristomial membrane and a relatively low expression in ovary and testis.The temporal expression of Si185/333-1 in peristomial membrane and coelomocytes were up-regulated after bacterial,β-D-glucan and ds RNA challenges,reaching the maximum at 12 h post-stimulation.The up-regulation was more obvious in coelomocytes,and bacterial challenge triggered the highest response.These results proved that 185/333-1 gene was involved in the immune defense of S.intermedius,while more studies were necessary for its function in S.intermedius immunity.

山西省交口县北故乡铝土矿地质特征及其找矿标志

通过轻型山地工程槽、井探、钻探工程对矿体进行揭露和控制,同时配合正规的1:5000地形测量、地质测量及采样化验等方法来完成.基本查明了矿石资源量、矿区构造、地层分布情况及矿石的结构、构造等,对矿石物质组份、矿石的可选性能及共伴生矿产作了初步研究,共求得铝土矿332资源量709.8万吨,333资源量2248.1万吨,332+333资源量合计2957.9万吨,为一大型铝土矿基地.     

Coccolith Assemblages and Primary Productivity Variations in the Central Western Pacific Warm Pool Over the Last 380 kyr

Coccolith assemblages in two gravity cores(KX21-2 and KX12-1) from the central Western Pacific Warm Pool(WPWP) have been analyzed with SYRACO. The variations of nutricline and primary productivity(PP) have been reconstructed based on these assemblages. The results show that the coccolith assemblages were dominated by Florisphaera profunda, Gephyrocapsa and Emiliania huxleyi over the last 380 kyr. Variations of nutricline and primary productivity can be divided into three intervals. Interval I(about 380–300 kyr): PP was high and nutricline was shallow; Interval II(about 300–160 kyr): PP decreased dramatically for a short time after the acme of G. caribbeanica in Mid-Brunhes while nutricline became deeper; Interval III(about 160 kyr–present): PP fluctuated at low levels and nutricline was deep. Variations of each coccolith taxon and PP were highly correlated in the two cores, which means that the geological environment is similar in the two cores. Spectrum analysis is performed for all coccolith taxons and PP, and the 19-kyr cycle is the most prominent. It means that the production of coccolithophores in the WPWP is mainly controlled by precession.     

河南省核工业地质局嵩县大石门沟金矿普查取得重要成果

2007年河南省核工业地质局所承担的河南省嵩县大石门沟金矿外围普查（续作）项目,取得重要成果。所布三个钻孔均见矿,且钼矿化较好,厚度较大。经初步估算钼资源量（333）＋（334）？7.69万吨,其中,（333）资源量5.26万吨。现为中型钼矿床规模。若该区继续进行地质勘查,有望达到大型钼矿床规模。     

三氯化铁絮凝小球藻的采收工艺

【目的】研究三氯化铁对小球藻絮凝采收效果的影响,并优化采收工艺条件。【方法】分析FeCl₃浓度、小球藻初始浓度和絮凝时间对小球藻采收效率影响,利用响应面法优化利用FeCl₃采收小球藻的工艺参数。【结果】单因素实验表明,FeCl₃质量浓度为0.6 g/L、小球藻初始质量浓度为0.42 g/L和絮凝时间为30 min时,小球藻的采收效率最高。响应面法分析表明,小球藻初始浓度对小球藻采收率有显著影响(P<0.05);影响采收效率的主次因素顺序为小球藻初始浓度>FeCl₃浓度>絮凝时间;FeCl₃浓度和小球藻初始浓度的交互作用对小球藻的采收效率有显著影响(P<0.05);FeCl₃浓度二次项对小球藻的采收效率有极显著影响(P<0.01)。【结论】利用FeCl₃采收小球藻的最佳工艺条件:小球藻初始质量浓度为0.55 g/L,FeCl₃质量浓度为0.6 g/L,絮凝时间为38 min,此时的采收效率为(98.6±1.9)%。     

河南物探队在桐柏探明一中型篮晶石矿床

经河南物探队矿业公司对桐柏县固县镇蓝晶石矿区地质普查后,初步探明该矿区蓝晶石资源量(333)矿石量307.34万吨,矿物量为70.78万吨,其中首采区大王庄矿段矿石量174.04万吨,为一中型蓝晶石矿床.     

浅新PP—R管村在供热供水系统中的性能及应用

PP—R管又叫三型聚丙烯管,采用无规共聚聚丙烯挤出成为管材;注塑成为管件。 20世纪80年代末,采用气相共聚工艺使5％左右PE在PP的分子链中随机的均匀聚合（无规共聚）而成为新一代管道材料。它具有较好的抗冲击性能和长期蠕变性能。
