末次冰盛期以来塔里木盆地绿洲演化研究进展与问题

塔里木盆地绿洲是中亚干旱区历史时期和现代人类生产和生活的重要场所,也是古丝绸之路和现代丝绸之路经济带的重要节点。对此区域绿洲沉积记录进行研究,可以了解绿洲演化过程,从而进一步对绿洲演化的机制进行分析。由于塔里木盆地周边绿洲人类活动剧烈,导致连续完整的绿洲沉积记录较为缺乏;而且此区域环境变化敏感复杂,沉积记录存在‘同期异相’等特性,限制了对绿洲演化过程和影响机制的探讨。因此,对塔里木盆地绿洲沉积物与绿洲演化过程研究进行系统总结非常必要。通过梳理目前对绿洲和绿洲沉积物的分类与定义,认为除了地貌与沉积相,还需结合表征绿洲沉积阶段的指标体系才能更好地厘清绿洲演化过程。筛选了记录塔里木盆地末次冰盛期以来的24篇绿洲沉积序列的文献,对文献中232个绿洲沉积发育年代和其中的120个河湖相沉积发育年代数据分别进行概率密度统计。总体来看,绿洲沉积与河湖相沉积发育年龄具有较好的一致性,暗示绿洲发育与盆地内部水文过程密切相关。同时,6 ka之前,绿洲发育概率密度与古里雅冰芯δ¹⁸O记录的温度具有相同变化趋势,盆地周边高山地区冰川融水可能是绿洲发育的主控因素;6 ka之后,绿洲发育与天山鹿角湾黄土-古土壤序列记录的湿度变化较为一致,绿洲发育可能主要响应于山地降水变化。进一步对塔里木盆地不同区域绿洲发育概率与古环境演化记录进行对比,发现不同区域绿洲发育与古环境记录存在着不一致性。在未来研究中,应该对塔里木盆地各区域大范围不连续的绿洲沉积进行集成研究,构建区域绿洲演化过程和年代框架,在此基础上对控制各区域绿洲发育的因素进行深入探讨。     

云南洱海流域人类活动的湖泊沉积记录分析

根据湖泊沉积记录的环境指标变化,对云南洱海地区人类活动的湖泊沉积响应进行了系统的讨论。洱海湖泊沉积物记录显示,湖泊沉积物磁化洱海流域土地利用方式变化特别是耕作农业的出现有显著响应;沉积物元素Ｆｅ、Ａｌ含量的变化也与流域人类活动影响下的地表水土流失有密切联系。沉积物色素的变化则指标湖泊富人为营养化的历史。湖泊沉积物磁化率、元素、色素指标的变化是不湖泊流域人类活动的有效指标并具有重要的科学考古学意义。     

废黄河沉积记录中来自不同河流物质的信息——基于重矿物与地球化学元素分析

在全新世时间尺度内,沉积记录主要受控于沉积物供给、输运和堆积过程等因素。对废黄河沉积记录的深入分析可以反演黄河南流夺淮过程中沉积物的“源”-“汇”关系。基于废黄河故道沉积记录中重矿物和地球化学元素特征,并结合与现代黄河沉积物的对比,揭示废黄河沉积记录中物质来源的信息。结果表明,废黄河故道沉积物中重矿物平均含量为0.19%,种类多达15余种,以稳定矿物为主,不同矿物的时空变化差异较大。废黄河故道泥质和砂质沉积物中,地球化学元素表现出明显的时空变化规律,随深度递增元素含量可分为降低、稳定和增加趋势。对比现代黄河沉积物,发现废黄河故道沉积物中稳定和极稳定矿物相对含量较高,泥质沉积物中更多地富集Zn,Ni,Al,Ba,Cu,Li,K等元素。这一差异性反映出其它不同河流物质补给而产生的影响,淮河沉积物中重矿物和地球化学元素的研究为该论断提供了佐证。     

大亚湾全新世沉积与沉积环境变化

主要依据大亚湾中部海区B3802柱状沉积物的粒度、矿物、元素地球化学等特征,结合14C测年、有孔虫记录等对大亚湾海区全新世以来的沉积环境进行分析.结果表明,全新世以来大亚湾海区海平面波动上升,沉积速率逐渐下降,海水动力作用减弱.全新世初期为河口湾相沉积环境,广盐性有孔虫含量较高,海洋沉积物中陆源物质增加,气候由干冷转为温暖:全新世早一中期为正常海相环境,沉积物中海源物质增加,气候温暖湿润,指示当时海洋生态环境较好;全新世晚期为河海交互相沉积环境,海平面继续上升,气候仍然湿热.     

长江中游沿江牛轭湖沉积及其环境意义——以长江荆江段天鹅洲、中洲子为例

以长江中游荆江段天鹅洲和中洲子(牛轭湖)为对象,通过对其沉积物柱样进行210Pb、137Cs、粒度、磁学测试分析,建立了牛轭湖沉积的基本序列、沉积特点与年代学框架。研究表明:1牛轭湖沉积为A-B层,A层(下层)为河相沉积层和河/湖过渡层,B层(上层)为湖相沉积层,沉积物粒径在剖面上呈"粗—细—粗"变化特点。2对于近现代牛轭湖,笼统运用放射性核素(如210Pb)比活度计算的平均沉积速率推测沉积物年代,会产生较大误差,需运用其他沉积特征参数和近现代环境变化事件记录进行多重校核。3牛轭湖沉积可以较好地记录河流流域洪水事件,可为重建古洪水事件提供借鉴。牛轭湖沉积较其他湖泊沉积更为复杂,相关研究尚待继续深入。     

中国暖温带海岸风尘沉积序列的研究现状与展望

中国暖温带海岸的风尘沉积序列是断续分布于渤海-北黄海沿岸的以黄褐色为主的粉砂质或砂质沉积物。通过查阅1960年以来的文献资料，综述了此类沉积的分布规律、地层形态、沉积特征、地质年代、形成机制和古环境演变等方面的成果，认为其主体为陆架沙漠化环境下的衍生沉积，是冬季风搬运近源物质的结果，时代上属中-晚更新世。因此，暖温带海岸风尘沉积序列是渤海-北黄海陆架沙漠化的有力佐证，且较好地记录了中国中更新世以来中纬度沿海地区的气候环境变化：时间上，气候逐渐干冷；空间上，自北向南风化作用增强。基于研究现状，展望了今后的工作重点和方向。     

中国海岸风沙沉积记录的环境变化

海岸是陆、海、气相互作用的地带。海岸风沙沉积是这一特殊动力环境的产物,是研究海岸环境演变及海平面变化的良好信息载体。中国海岸主要存在3种风沙沉积,分别为“老红砂”、沙丘岩及海岸沙丘。本文通过比较已报道的风沙堆积的物质组成、地层变化等,进一步总结了海岸风沙沉积的特征;选择已开展绝对测年的沉积剖面,利用概率密度函数分析了风沙沉积年代的分布特征,考察了中国海岸风沙活动历史,结合其他气候记录,探讨了不同地质历史时期海岸风沙堆积的关键影响因素。结果表明：“老红砂”沉积主要记录了冰期-间冰期尺度的风沙活动,在120 ka BP前后、73—55 ka BP等时期,风沙活动主要与海平面下降时陆架提供的丰富沙源和强盛的冬季风有关;而在105 ka BP、80 ka BP前后,风沙活动与高海平面时期丰富的沙源或季风气候的季节性增强有关;55 ka BP以来风沙活动强度降低更多地反映了沉积记录保存环境的变化,末次冰期海岸风沙沉积大多分布在现代海面之下,并不代表实际的海岸风沙活动减弱。相比之下,海岸沙丘沉积所记录的风沙活动主要发生在近3 000 a,可能与中国海岸冬季风的增强有关。     

南极菲尔德斯半岛古海蚀龛沉积的古环境记录

在西南极菲尔德斯半岛长城站地区发现有大量古海蚀龛 ,龛内保存有完整沉积剖面 ,通过对其中一个沉积剖面的粒度特征及元素组成的分析 ,确认该剖面是后期的湖相沉积 ,并据此恢复了距今 460 0年以来该地区古环境演化历史。结果表明 ,距今 40 0 0— 30 0 0年长城站区地表岩石化学风化作用较强烈 ,处于一个相对温暖的时期 ,这与湖泊沉积物、海洋沉积物等古环境记录载体的研究结果是一致的 ,证明古海蚀龛沉积可以作为研究南极无冰区和冰缘地区古环境演化历史的一种新的地质载体。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
