北京建设世界城市模式与政策导向的初步研究

结合世界城市同经济增长、科技创新以及区域基础这间的关系，世界城市结构演化及其成长过程等的一般规律，在内外部环境综合分析基础上，提出北京建设世界城市的基本经济模式与空间结构模式。加大开放程度，推进产业价值链分工，提高高级生产者服务以及高科技产业在经济结构中的比重，积极吸引跨国公司总部与研发机构，增强对全球经济资源的配置能力，为基本经济模式；而在首都圈与环渤海地区形成合理的空间分工，以及改北京单中心结构为近、远程多中心圈域型结构，为基础空间结构模式，并进一步提出了北京建设世界城市的六大政策导向。     

全球城市—区域的生产组织及其运行机制

随着资本和信息在全球尺度的更快流动,资本主义生产出现了全球范围内的重构现象,并促进了各国区域生产空间组织出现变化,学者开始重新定位全球城市体系中的世界城市并提出全球城市—区域的概念。随着全球化的深入发展,我国长江三角洲区域生产空间结构亦开始出现重构现象,以上海为核心城市的长江三角洲全球城市—区域初步浮现。在分析全球城市—区域的经济学本质并分析其运行机制的基础上,以长江三角洲地区跨国公司区域生产网络为实证对象进行分析。提出基于跨国公司区域生产网络而形成的区域经济联系是冲破目前行政区经济的重要力量,同时使中国各层级地方经济的发展同全球生产体系相联系,最终推动中国的全球城市—区域的形成和发展。     

新型城市分工下的城市经济联系研究

城市经济联系研究的发展转向与城市专业化分工的转变密切相关,本文在城市专业化分工与一体化的视角下回顾了城市经济联系研究的相关理论和研究方法进展,并探讨了中国城市经济联系研究面临的问题和研究趋势。传统城市分工语境下的城市经济联系表现为基于上下游产业的商品流动,进而产生等级结构的城市系统;然而,在以价值链功能分工为核心的新型城市分工基础上,城市经济联系扩展到资本流、人口流动和信息流动等多方面,城市经济联系更加复杂,全球城市经济结构发生重大转变。在研究方法上,传统城市经济联系的研究依赖引力模型,并在此基础上发展了城市等级体系的测量方法;新型城市经济联系研究纳入网络分析的方法,打破了传统功能主义的城市等级体系研究,强调对全球城市网络结构的探讨。在对上述研究总结评述的基础上,本文指出未来研究需要对城市经济联系的理论进行整合,增强对其发生机制的探讨。特别对于中国的研究需要扩展研究视角和研究方法,加强对制度因素的思考,增强经济全球化背景下中国城市系统的探讨。     

全球研发网络分工的动力研究评述

基于发达国家对全球生产控制转移的视角，文章首先对全球研发网络分工动力进行再探，提出发达国家构建全球研发网络动力在于重新巩固自身国际地位的判断；其次，围绕全球网络分工的探索过程，重点总结了国内外全球研发网络分工动力研究现状；最后，为提升我国参与全球研发网络分工合作层次及国家自主创新力，文章提出“一条主线，两条路径，三个方向，多方论证”的思路，指出全球研发网络分工问题的进一步研究方向。     

从长三角城市群看上海全球城市建设

概观当代城市发展的趋势,全球化促进了全球城市发展,区域化正在形成巨型城市区域,地方化使城市集群各具特色.长江三角洲城镇群在我国具有特别重要的地位与作用,也是中国融入全球化进程的首要全球区.该区域城市群发展应该顺应这些潮流,发展全球城市,建设巨型城市区,组建网络城市,规划走廊城市.上海是长江三角洲乃至中国正在崛起的全球城市,从国际资本流、国际贸易、跨国公司总部、金融业及高级生产性服务业、国际交通通讯信息平台等方面看,上海的全球城市已具雏形,但与世界主要全球城市相比差距仍然较大.从长江三角洲城市群发展看,上海全球城市建设必须面临相应的城市转型,主要包括产业结构重构和转移、社会结构转型、城市空间扩展和城市功能的重塑.     

对外直接投资对全球经济空间重组的影响分析

本世纪６０年代以来,以对外直接投资为主要形式的国际资本流动,加速了经济全球化的进程,成为全球经济空间重组的重要力量。本文总结了对外直接投资的由来、发展特征,分析了对外直接投资在新国际劳动地域分工中的重要作用与对经济全球化的深刻影响,强调对外直接投资对全球经济的三足鼎立格局以及西太平洋地域经济空间结构形成与演进的重要作用。     

全球化背景下地域分工演进对城市化空间格局的影响机理

经济全球化推动了全球生产网络的形成,全球在地化与在地全球化的双向过程使地域分工发生前所未有的变化,进而对城市化空间格局产生深刻影响.新的地域分工具有三方面的特点:一是从国内的区域尺度分工跃迁至全球尺度的地域分工,二是由过去的产业间分工和产业内分工转向在同一产品内部根据价值链划分进行分工合作的产品内分工,三是伴随国际和国内地域分工演进而产生的新的地域关系.全球化背景下城市化空间格局的内涵也不再只是停留在城镇人口增长的空间差异上,也包括了城镇人口的集聚形态、城市间的联系与层级架构、城市产业结构的升级演化等内容.地域分工演进不仅促进了城市化空间格局的演变,还催生了新的城市化空间形态.地域分工对城市化空间格局的作用首先在于"地域分工-区际贸易-空间集聚-新的地域分工"的闭合循环,这是城市化空间格局演变的一般过程,并在基础条件、市场发育、制度安排、技术进步等核心要素的驱动下得以运行,在全球化等背景驱动要素的作用下改变其速度、形态与结构.文章运用所构建的分析框架,对全国、城市区域、都市区等三个不同层面上的城市化空间差异进行了逻辑解释.     

上海参与全球科技创新网络地位研究——基于WIPO专利合作数据

基于WIPO数据库中全球专利合作数据，构建2010—2019年上海参与全球科技创新网络以及2019年全球32个第一等级科技型城市间的科技创新网络；并在此基础上运用社会网络分析、功能多中心迭代分析，探究上海参与全球科技合作的地位。研究发现：10年间上海在全球科技创新网络中已经扮演了相对重要的角色，但并未明显提升自身在科技创新网络中的地位。上海在全球32个城市创新联系强度排名第六，在创新联系广度上排名第一，上海现阶段与其他城市间的科技创新联系表现为广泛多元而不深入的特点。通过功能多中心迭代分析对32个城市进行分级，可以发现网络中各城市的创新地位表现为多中心高低分布特点；上海与伦敦、鹿特丹的地位相当，位于第三等级；在创新联系强度排名前6名的城市中已属于“边缘型”，与前5名城市的科技创新联系强度存在较大差距。     

苏州与上海孪生城市模式的形成机理及其区域效应

在对美国进行大量实证分析的基础上,艾伦从理论上推导出的孪生城市模式丰富和发展了区域空间结构理论。1990年代以后,苏州在跨国公司投资作用下的快速崛起,已与上海初步构成了一种功能上互补的共生关系,即孪生城市模式。这一模式的形成主要导源于以下两方面的原因。从行政原因上看,苏州与上海由于分属两个省级行政单元,经营成本、产业政策自1980年代以来一直有着较为明显的差异;从经济原因上看,苏州与上海仅距不到90 km、位居上海都市圈的内圈层,且离虹桥机场约50 km。苏州的快速崛起以至于苏沪孪生城市的形成,产生了多方面的区域效应。苏州与无锡本是一对水平相当、产业性质类似的城市,现已出现了明显的差异化发展态势,从而为在此基础上城市合理分工的形成奠定了基础;苏州位居省级行政单元的交界,因此苏州与作为省会城市的南京构成了广义上的双核结构模式;上述因素的综合作用,使得我们可以构建起沪宁沿线城市合理分工的多重空间组合模式。     

东京大都市圈内各核心城市的职能分工及启示研究

东京大都市圈是日本乃至世界上最大的城市集聚体,在承担日本全国政治、经济、文化中心职能的同时,更是担负了重要的全球经济控制职能。在东京大都市圈内部各核心城市间形成了相对比较明显的区域职能分工与合作体系,从而支撑这一全球区域发挥出了集聚优势。在对东京大都市圈内各核心城市职能分工的分析与把握基础上,考虑中国首都圈内各主要城市的基础和优势,提出各城市职能分工的构想,以加速该区域合理分工与合作体系的形成。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
