桂林漓江环境保护综合治理开发研究

本文分析桂林漓江综合治理的现状和存在问题，阐明漓江干流枯水成因，指出生态环境遭到破坏已制约漓江流域经济建设的发展并影响桂林漓江的世界声誉。在坚持“保护、治理、开发”三结合的原则下，应大力发展和保护造林绿化工程，兴建漓江补水工程，整治重点污染源工程，开发旅游资源工程和旅游交通设施工程等建设项目，通过采取生态、工程和管理的综合措施，促进该流域的经济社会、生态、环保、旅游等事业协调发展。     

基于流域梯度差的旅游空间模型研究——兼论广西西江经济带旅游开发

流域不仅是有序的自然地理空间也是内部密切关联的社会经济空间,二者叠合构成区域开发的重要地域单元。在流域开发中,旅游业的地位不断提升,成为流域开发的升级产业。本文集合国内外流域开发的学术研究与流域开发在发展阶段及空间布局上的基本实践规律,概括出基于流域空间的旅游发展的基本规律,集中探讨了流域发展中必经的时间断面特征,即经济发展的梯度差与生态环境的梯度差的表现及对旅游供需空间格局的影响,以此作为前提,给出理想情况下的线性旅游供需格局的空间模型,并进一步给出城市影响下流域旅游空间的重构模型。由模型分析了西江经济带现状的旅游供需格局,发现西江经济带中旅游供给基本上遵循流域特征的前提性假设,而旅游需求则呈现倒U字型格局,区内大城市在上游和中游地区的出现客观上加速了上游地区旅游业的发展进程,未来一段时期内西江经济带最主要的内生性增长力量为区域内的中游至下游的部分区段。     

澜沧江上游流域自然旅游资源开发与生态环境保护

澜沧江上游流域位于国家级风景名胜区－滇西北三江并流区。本文从澜沧江上游流域独特的高山峡谷自然旅游资源的形成、旅游资源的类型调查入手，分析评价其旅游资源、功能特色、旅游市场需求及开发条件，倡导开发与生态环境保护同时进行，提出了使旅游业能够持续发展的开发方向和模式。     

长江大流域旅游资源开发研究

本文对长江大流域旅游资源的特点和开发条件进行了评价，同时论述了浦东开发对其所产生的影响，并提出了策应措施选择，包括研究旅游新政策、以点带面综合开发、调整旅游结构、抢先开发三峡工程淹灭区的旅游资源、以及领导协调等。     

库车河流域水资源利用研究

库车河流域是库车县工矿企业的集中地，是阿克苏地区和库车县今后一个时期开发、治理的重点地区。随着库车河流域开发程度的迅速增大，进一步提高该流域水资源及其循环转化关系的研究程度，及时发现水资源开发利用过程中存在的问题迫在眉睫。文章在广泛收集有关水文、水利现状资料和实际调查数据的基础上，论述了库车河流域的水资源特征，并在分析水资源开发利用中存在问题的基础上，对水资源供需平衡进行了评价。     

基于点-轴理论的中-伊铁路沿线旅游资源开发研究

中-伊铁路沿线旅游资源丰富,但开发和利用程度较低,区域相互合作较少。要改善该地区旅游资源开发局面,必须找到适合该地区的开发模式。在综合考量中-伊铁路沿线旅游资源概况、空间布局现状以及旅游资源开发存在的问题等因素基础上,以点-轴开发模式为理论指导,确定出中-伊铁路沿线重要的旅游节点、发展轴线,提出了开发跨国旅游资源的战略性构想,构建了"一轴三核六区"的旅游空间结构,并为国际旅游合作和旅游资源开发提出发展路径。     

韶关旅游资源深度开发研究

韶关是广东旅游资源最丰富的地区之一，但其旅游资源优势与旅游经济优势极不对称，主要原因在于旅游资源开发深度不够，基本属于浅表层次的开发，旅游产品的附加值低，严重缺乏旅游精品，改变这种状况需要加大对旅游资源的开发力度，调整开发方式，进行深度开发。文章在简要分析韶关旅游资源的特征和开发现状的基础上，重点探讨了旅游资源深度开发的基本方向和主要途径。     

西藏那曲地区旅游资源及开发

相对西藏“一江两河”中部流域地区的旅游业发展，那曲地区的旅游资源还是片未开垦的处女地，在详细论述那曲旅游资源特点的基础上，提出了建立藏北野生动物保护及旅游开发区的构想，并进而确定了其性质，景区划分和重点景区的建设，对那曲旅游资源的开发具有建设性的意义。     

石人山旅游资源特点及开发利用

石人山拥有丰富的旅游资源，目前正上于初步开发阶段，作者详细阐述了石人山旅游资源的特点及开发优势，分析了石人山旅游资源开发现状与存在的主要问题，提出了若干优先开发重点景区和开发建议。     

连云港旅游开发的一体化战略探讨--与日照旅游业发展的比较

空间竞争是滨海旅游资源开发必须重视的现象。在对连云港、日照两市的旅游资源的类型结构、空间结构和开发现状进行比较研究的基础上，分析了连云港旅游发展的诱发因素，明确了该市旅游业发展的战略定位，提出了连云港旅游开发应实施一体化战略：即旅游开发与城市建设的一体化，旅游文化开发与城市形象定位的一体化，旅游产业化与城市经济现代化的一体化。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
