广州城市旅游品牌的创新与发展

简要讨论了城市旅游与城市旅游品牌的密切关系,给出了城市旅游品牌的定义,认为不断创新城市旅游品牌是城市旅游竞争和旅游可持续发展的核心.文中以广州市为例,比较全面、客观地分析广州城市旅游的现状、存在问题和发展优势条件,提出建设广州现代化国际旅游名城--"国际岭南文化之都"强势品牌的构想.强调城市旅游品牌创新要"把旅游与城市建筑、景观道路、广场绿化等城市环境要素结合起来,做到城市旅游发展与城市建设一体化".同时从复兴历史文化名城、塑造国际旅游都会、打造岭南海滨城市品牌3个方面提出了一些旅游品牌建设建议.     

中国主要沿海城市旅游竞争力定量研究

基②国内外对城市旅游竞争力研究的回顾和梳理,建立契合本研究的指标体系：以城市旅游基础设施、发展现状和生态环境竞争力作为二级指标,以25个与城市旅游竞争力相关指标作为三级指标。在此基础上,利用主成分分析与系统聚类分析方法测算各城市因子得分及排名,并对城市间、等级间、区域间优势和劣势做出比较分析。结果表明：①上海、杭州、广州旅游竞争力相对较强,南通、中山、东莞竞争力相对较弱,其中,城市经济体规模、环境污染程度及城市绿化水平对城市旅游综合竞争力影响较突出;②城市间旅游竞争力水平梯度化明显,抱团式合作发展、阶梯状搭配发展前景看好;③同一区域内城市合作优势大②竞争优势,可建立旅游合作试点区域。     

桂西地区城市旅游竞争力评价

城市旅游已不仅是靠景区、资源等某一方面的吸引力,而是要靠全面的竞争力去发展,城市旅游竞争力的培养与提升是实现旅游可持续发展的关键。基于因子分析方法,利用分析软件EXCEL和SPSS 19.0,选取桂西三个城市——百色、河池、崇左,从旅游现状竞争力、旅游支持竞争力、旅游潜力竞争力3个方面选取了16个指标对三市旅游竞争力状况进行分析评价。结果显示,河池、百色、崇左三市旅游综合竞争力得分分别为0.157 0、0.126 9、0.017 1,而这三市又分别在旅游现状竞争力、潜力竞争力、支持竞争力方面表现较好。这表明河池、百色、崇左三市旅游竞争力虽有明显差异但又有各自相对优势。     

基于熵权TOPSIS的长三角城市旅游竞争力评价

从城市旅游业绩竞争力、支撑竞争力和潜力竞争力3个方面选取22个指标系统构建了城市旅游竞争力评价指标体系。以长三角地区26个城市为研究对象,利用熵权TOPSIS法对各城市旅游竞争力进行了测算。结合旅游吸引指数对评价结果进行了验证分析。研究结果表明:人均GDP、国家风景名胜区数量、进出口总额、国家森林公园数量、国内旅游收入和城镇居民人均可支配收入6项指标权重较大,是影响城市旅游竞争力的重要因素;长三角地区各城市旅游竞争力差异显著,上海旅游竞争力最高,铜陵旅游竞争力最低;城市旅游竞争力与旅游吸引指数在空间分布上相契合,存在明显的正相关关系。     

基于因子分析法的河西走廊五市旅游竞争力分析

在对河西走廊五市旅游业发展情况进行研究的基础上,从旅游产业发展规模、产业增长潜力和产业环境等3个方面选取了28个指标,通过因子分析法对每个指标数据进行加权,然后通过定量分析法比较各城市旅游竞争力。结果表明：河西五市中,旅游竞争力顺序依次为酒泉、武威、张掖、嘉峪关、金昌。最后对河西走廊各市旅游竞争力进行了比较分析,并针对旅游竞争力的提升提出了建议。     

城市旅游综合竞争力评价模型建构与实证研究——以长三角地区16个城市为例

传统的城市旅游综合竞争力评价体系过度强调旅游发展环境和旅游发展业绩,已无法满足旅游发展转型、旅游政策改革、产业提档升级的战略需要。创新性地提出了适应当前转型发展需要的城市旅游综合竞争力评价模型。指标突出强调城市旅游的发展力和创新力,包括城市旅游发展环境、城市旅游发展要素、城市旅游发展业绩和城市旅游发展潜力4个方面。以长三角地区16个地市为例,运用主客观组合赋权方法进行实证分析,与由传统模型得出的结果具有相对一致性和部分差异性,证实了评价模型的可操作性及在新形势旅游发展背景下的指导价值。     

基于因子分析的城市旅游竞争力评价——以中原经济区30个省辖市为例

按照系统性、层次性、可操作性等原则,从城市旅游现状竞争力、旅游潜力、旅游环境支持3个方面构建城市旅游竞争力评价指标模型。以中原经济区30个省辖市为研究对象,采用SPSS 19.0中的因子分析法定量评价城市旅游竞争力。依据城市旅游竞争力综合得分将中原经济区30个城市划分为强旅游竞争力城市、较强旅游竞争力城市、较弱旅游竞争力城市、弱旅游竞争力城市4个等级,对不同等级的旅游竞争力城市提出相应的对策。     

全域旅游背景下欠发达地区旅游竞争力研究——以永州为例

基于波特钻石理论,选取旅游生产要素、旅游需求条件、旅游支持产业和旅游市场竞争力等4要素、10个一级指标和18个二级指标进行旅游竞争力指标体系的构建。将永州与桂林进行对比分析,得出永州旅游竞争力指数为41.37,远低于国际旅游城市桂林,并发现永州在全域旅游发展中,存在旅游形象定位不明确、缺少高品质旅游产品、旅游人才培养方式单一、旅游支持产业薄弱等问题,提出明确旅游形象,创新旅游人才培养模式,制定弹性休假制度,完善旅游设施,优化旅游消费结构等建议,为提升旅游目的地旅游竞争力提供参考意见。     

中国九大古都旅游竞争力研究——以大同为例

对中国九大古都旅游业的发展情况进行比较,选取3个二级指标（城市旅游基础设施竞争力、城市旅游发展现状竞争力和城市旅游生态环境竞争力）25个三级指标,构建古都旅游竞争力评价指标体系.采用主成分分析法对各古都2011年旅游竞争力进行排名,结果显示九大古都旅游业发展不平衡,大同旅游业竞争力较弱,应采取挖掘文化内涵、开发旅游资源、打造旅游产品、加强区域合作、发挥政府作用、加大宣传力度、提高服务质量等措施实现旅游业的可持续发展.     

基于竞争力要素和空间尺度的城市旅游竞争力刍议--兼与城市竞争力比较

文章从竞争力要素出发，对城市竞争力和城市旅游竞争力进行对比，阐述了城市旅游竞争力由微观层面的旅游产品竞争力、中观层的旅游企业竞争力和表现在宏观层上的城市旅游产业竞争力构成，竞争主体、竞争对象与城市竞争力均不相同的观点。“旅游吸引物”内容的宽泛性及旅游产业的高度关联性，使城市旅游竞争力的基本影响要素与城市竞争力影响要素高度重合，因而研究城市旅游竞争力应致力于该产业的核心能力及其核心影响因素，界定“城市旅游”的范畴、区域空间特征以及空间尺度，才能在评价指标的选取中更有针对性，使城市旅游竞争力的研究更具科学性、可操作性和实际应用价值。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
