中国工业燃烧能源导致碳排放的因素分解

在碳排放的分解方面,方法日渐成熟,包括Laspeyres指数法、简单平均分解法(SAD)、自适应权重分解法(AWD)等.许多学者也做过大量实证研究,但基本都用到碳排放强度或者能源消费强度这一因子并且认为其占有绝对地位,缺乏进一步的分解.本文通过对碳排放计算公式的深人分解,将工业燃烧能源导致的碳排放量分解为6个因素.即能源消费总量、能源消费结构、技术因素、中间投入量、产业结构以及工业总量.并借助LMDI分解方法.分析了我国1992～2005年工业燃烧能源导致碳排放的影响因素.结果显示我国经济总量的增长、能源利用效率低以及以煤为主的能源消费结构是导致我国碳排放大量增加的主要原因.而技术(中间投入比重)、行业产值结构、能源结构等因素的变化对碳减排的作用并不明显.因此,加快技术进步、调整产业结构和能源结构、发展清洁能源发电,以提高能源利用效率、转变能源消费结构,可以有效减少工业碳排放量.     

省级层面碳排放估算及减排路径方法研究——以宁夏为例北大核心CSCD

从省级层面研究碳排放年际变化进而探讨减排路径对制定碳减排措施和实现“双碳”目标具有重要意义。以西北典型干旱省份宁夏为例,综合对数平均迪氏指数分解、相关分析、脱钩分析等方法分析碳排放的多年变化趋势、影响因素及减排路径。结果表明:(1)宁夏年碳排放量、人均碳排放量及单位面积碳排放量均逐年增加,而碳排放强度呈现出先升后降又回升的波动趋势。(2)经济和产业结构是年碳排放量增加的主要影响因素,能源结构和能源强度对碳排放增长具有一定的抑制作用。(3)十大高排放行业主要利用热值低且碳排放高的原煤等能源,导致宁夏碳排放和GDP仍未脱钩,但脱钩的行业数量在增加。本研究采用年碳排放量、碳排放强度、人均碳排放量及单位面积碳排放量等多个指标全面服务于碳达峰、产业结构优化、碳公平等目的,依据主要影响因素、细分行业分类及能流分析,从产业结构优化和能源结构调整等角度提供有效的碳减排路径。研究结果将为“双碳”目标下省级层面绿色发展规划措施的制定提供科学支持。     

1990―2010年广东省能源消费的碳排放驱动因素分析

能源消费是碳排放的主要来源。根据IPCC碳排放计算指南缺省值计算出广东省1990―2010年的碳排放量,并对广东省近20年来碳排放进行阶段划分,采用对数平均迪氏指数法(Logarithmic Mean Divisia Index),对碳排放量进行因素分解,分析能源结构、能源效率和经济发展对碳排放的影响及作用程度。结果表明:1)1990―2010年,广东省能源消费的CO2排放总量和人均CO2排放量不断上升,万元GDP碳排放量、三次产业碳排放强度均呈下降趋势,原煤的消费是碳排放的主要来源,第二产业的CO2排放量比重最大,但呈缓慢下降趋势;2)经济发展效应对广东省能源消费碳排放的贡献率最大,其次是能源强度效应、人口规模效应,能源结构效应的贡献率最小;经济增长是碳排放量增加的主要推动因素;能源消费强度影响碳排放量的增速,能源消费强度又进一步受到产业结构和各产业能耗强度的影响,其中,第二产业能耗强度和第二产业产值比重是影响能源消费强度最主要的影响因素。     

基于结构分解法的北京能源碳排放增量分析(英文)

确保减碳的首要任务是定量测度化石能源消费碳排放的增量影响因素及其大小。为分析北京市1997-2007年的碳排放增量,本文构建了一个扩展的(调入、进口)竞争型经济—能源—碳排放投入产出模型,从整体特征、不同产业、工业行业3个方面,对1997-2007年北京能源消费的碳排放增量进行了结构分解。分析发现:经济规模增长要素(消费、投资、调出和出口等)是拉动碳排放增长的主导因素,能源强度变动效应却是碳减排的决定性因素;在规模扩张因素中,消费和调出超过投资和出口,是碳排放增长的主要贡献者;2002以来新一轮"高碳"特征的工业化导致CO2排量呈急增之势;产业结构调整、三产比重最大使得服务业成为碳排放增长的最大部门,但工业排放的增长却后来居上;碳增排的重点行业是高能耗业,而碳减排的却是能源工业;两时段各效应在不同产业、不同工业行业的影响方向和大小不一。     

城市能源消费碳排放特征及其机理分析 ——以广州市为例

采用表观能源消费数据进行分能源品种和分行业类型的碳排放总量核算,利用基于IDA理论和Kaya恒等式的LMDI模型对碳排放总量变化进行多要素的分解分析,在解析人口规模效应、经济产出效应、能源强度效应对碳排放影响机理的同时,进一步纳入人口结构性因素、产业结构性因素和能源结构性因素对碳排放的影响。以广州市为例,对其2003—2013年产业活动和居民消费2个部门碳排放的主要驱动因素进行时间序列分析,并定量研究各个影响因子在2003—2005、2005—2010和2010—2013年3个不同发展阶段的作用机理,主要研究结论如下：1）广州市能源消费及其碳排放前期以煤炭为主,近年来以石油为主,同时外购电力对广州市的能源消费结构优化影响显著。2）各影响因子对广州市碳排放总量变化的作用机理与影响机制在3个发展阶段各不相同,不同发展阶段的发展措施和政策背景对于各个影响因子的碳排放效应影响显著。3）总体分析,经济产出效应和人口规模效应是产业部门碳排放增长的最主要贡献因子;工业能源消费强度效应、工业能源消费结构效应和经济结构效应是遏制产业部门碳排放增长的最主要贡献因子。城镇居民收入效应是居民消费碳排放增长的最主要贡献因子,城镇居民能源消费强度效应是遏制居民消费碳排放增长的最主要贡献因子。     

甘肃省行业碳排放影响因素及脱钩努力研究

利用LMDI模型解构了2010—2019年甘肃省13个细分行业碳排放影响因素及其作用效应,运用Tapio脱钩模型分析了经济增长与碳排放的脱钩关系,在此基础上,检验了各因素对脱钩做出的努力程度。结果表明：(1)2010—2019年甘肃省细分行业碳排放总量增加3843.13×10⁴t,主要集中在石油制造业、化工制造业、钢铁制造业以及电力行业等高能耗行业;能源消费结构的高碳化特征显著,能源消费强度呈下降趋势。改善高能耗产业能源消费结构、推动高能耗产业转型升级是未来甘肃省碳减排的重点。(2)经济增长和人口规模对碳排放产生增量效应,而能源强度、能源结构对碳排放产生减排效应,产业结构对部分行业产生减排效应。(3)各行业碳排放与经济增长的脱钩情况趋于向好,除电力行业仍为弱脱钩外,其他行业均由2010—2016年的负脱钩或弱脱钩转变为2016—2019年的强脱钩或衰退脱钩。(4)能源强度效应的脱钩努力最高,能源结构和产业结构效应的脱钩努力尽管较小但逐渐增强,人口规模效应的脱钩努力不明显。     

城市开发区工业企业的碳排放效率比较 ——以南京江宁经济技术开发区为例

以南京市江宁经济技术开发区为例,基于199家企业样本,采用碳排放强度、单位碳排放的用水效率、单位碳排放的废弃物排放强度指数及单位产品的虚拟水含量和隐含碳排放等指标,对27种不同类型工业企业的碳排放效率进行了评价和分析。得出的主要结论为：1）不同类型工业企业的碳排放强度差异明显。南京市江宁区27类行业的平均碳排放强度为0.35 t/万元,其中电力、热力生产和供应业的碳排放强度最高,而仪器仪表制造业碳排放强度最低。2）尽管企业碳排放效率和水资源利用效率有一定的行业关联,但企业碳排放效率主要受经济效益、生产工艺、原料和能源类型等因素的影响。3）不同企业单位产品的隐含碳排放和虚拟水含量具有较大的差异。其中,轿车、铁矿石、金属铸件和摩托车等产品的虚拟水和隐含碳排放明显高于其他行业产品。4）企业碳排放与相应的三废排放强度具有一定的关联性。其中,碳排放与废气排放强度的关联度最高。5）在对未来企业排放效率评估、碳核查及碳配额分配中,不仅要考虑企业碳排放的经济效益,也要考虑企业的资源消耗和废弃物排放效率,并建立基于碳排放综合绩效评估的企业碳配额分配方案,这对于落实碳减排、推动资源节约和生产方式转变以及加强环境治理的多重目标的实现具有重要意义。     

江苏省区域旅游业碳排放测度及其因素分解

区域旅游业碳排放测度是分解旅游业减碳任务的需要。依托1997年、2002年和2007年的投入产出表和旅游终端收入,以江苏省为案例地,测度了旅游业各部门包括直接和间接碳排放的旅游业碳排放总量,并利用LMDI分解了影响因素的作用机理。结果显示,旅游业碳排放总量增长较快,较均衡分布于各部门,绝大多数来自间接层面;国内游客的碳排放总量显著高于入境游客,但前者的每人次碳排放远低于后者,也远低于发达国家,还低于发展中国家;省内各地区的碳排放总量和每人次碳排放均存在着显著差异;游客规模不断扩大和旅游消费水平持续提高是碳排放增长的主要驱动力,能源强度下降和能源结构调整则对碳排放具有一定的抑制作用,收入结构变动作用具有一定的阶段波动性特征。结果表明,旅游业减碳不仅需各部门共同分担,更依赖向其提供中间产品的关联产业的大力联动;国内游客是主要碳源,需要大量排放空间;游客每人次碳排放高的地区应承担较大的减排责任;降低能源利用强度和引导旅游消费低碳发展,是旅游业碳减排的主要方向。     

基于IO-SDA模型的新疆能源消费碳排放影响机理分析

基于区域视角的能源消费碳排放影响机理分析,是有效实现节能降耗减排的重要研究议题。本文基于投入产出理论,通过构建“能源—经济—碳排放”混合型投入产出分析框架,利用扩展的IO-SDA模型,对新疆维吾尔自治区（简称新疆）1997-2007年能源消费碳排放的影响因素进行结构分解分析。结果显示：① 新疆能源消费碳排放从1997年的2070.08万t增长到2007年的4034.33万t,碳排放的增长主要集中在能源资源生产与加工业和矿产资源开采与加工业。② 碳排放影响因素的直接效应分析,人均GDP、最终需求结构、人口规模和生产结构的变化是引起碳排放增长的重要影响因素,碳排放强度的降低是这一时期遏制碳排放增长的重要影响因素,说明在经济规模和人口数量不断增长的同时,经济结构未得到有效优化,生产技术未得到有效的提升,导致新疆能源消费碳排放的快速增长。③ 碳排放影响因素的间接效应分析,省域间调出、固定资本形成总额和城镇居民消费对于新疆能源消费碳排放的变化影响显著。④ 碳密集产业部门的固定资产投资增加,能源资源型产品的省域间调出增长,使得区域间“隐含碳”转移效应十分显著。     

产业转移背景下广东省工业碳排放的驱动因素及碳转移分析

随着全球气候变暖,工业碳排放量持续增加已成为全球关注的热点,由于工业产业升级和转移所引起的碳排放空间重塑也成为低碳发展研究的新方向。本文综合运用碳排放量物料平衡法及结构分解模型,核算2001—2017年广东省城市工业各行业的碳排放量,揭示其时空格局演变规律,同时在产业转移背景下,分析工业碳排放变化的驱动因素以及碳转移格局变化,以期从各市碳排放变化与市际间碳排放转移两个角度探讨低碳发展的有效策略。研究表明：2001—2017年期间,广东省的工业碳排放量整体呈现增加趋势,且地区差异也逐渐增大,呈现由中心向周边扩散的空间特征,由单核心演变为“T字型”的空间分布格局;工业产业发展带来的环境效应由经济规模、产业结构和技术强度综合决定,其中规模效应的作用强度最大、技术效应次之,结构效应的作用最弱;工业碳排放转移格局呈现由珠三角地区向外围转移的趋势,珠三角地区为高、中能耗工业碳排放主要转出地,粤东西北地区为高、中能耗工业碳排放主要转入地。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
