借助GIS技术,本文构建了包含微观智能主体和环境主体的城市居住空间演化的多主体模型,旨在探讨城市居住空间增长的过程中市场机制和计划机制之间的相互作用和消长规律。模型分析总结了城市居住空间增长过程中城市居民、住宅开发商和城市政府的目标函数,认为城市空间扩张形态和土地集约利用水平主要取决于土地市场发育状态的不同阶段及城市政府的土地利用决策。通过调整城市政府主体的土地利用和环境政策设定了城市居住空间扩张的紧凑型、松散型和适度型3种情景类型,以ArcGIS和VC为运行环境实现情景模型,为城市政府的土地利用规划政策提供事前指导。以武汉市的洪山和武昌两区为实验区,分别模拟了基于3种规定情景下1998-2008年期间的居住空间演化情况,并与实验区居住空间的实际演化情况进行了形态、土地利用结构变化和土地利用社会效用的概略对比分析,结论为实验区1998-2008年的居住空间扩张基本属于适度型,但尚需要加强城市的内城市化。  相似文献

利用多智能体和元胞自动机对城市土地资源的可持续利用进行了规划。根据环境经济学资源分配原理和可持续发展理论,提出结合多智能体及元胞自动机的微观规划模型,在时间和空间上合理分配及规划城市土地资源的利用,以避免浪费不可再生的土地资源。该模型由相互作用的多智能体层、元胞自动机层和环境因素层组成,可方便地探索不同土地利用政策下城市土地利用发展情景,能够为城市规划提供有用的决策依据。以广州市海珠区为实验区,在可持续发展为前提的规划下,模拟了1995-2010年的城市扩展的动态变化,并讨论了在不同规划情景下城市土地资源的利用效率及合理性。  相似文献

以徐州市贾汪矿区1986、1996、2006和2016年4期遥感影像为数据源,基于CLUE-S模型,在传统Logistics回归模型的基础上引入空间自相关因子形成Autologistic回归模型,选取政策、自然环境、社会经济和空间约束等因素,对贾汪矿区2016年土地利用空间分布格局进行模拟以检验精度。在此基础上对研究区2026年趋势发展、经济发展和生态保护3种情景下的土地利用空间分布格局进行了模拟。结果表明:1)Autologistic回归模型在土地利用情景模拟过程中能够更好地反映真实的土地利用格局;2)研究区2016-2026年不同情景下,建设用地在3种情景下均呈现明显的增加趋势,未利用地面积持续减少,其中经济发展情景下建设用的增幅最大,生态保护用地情景下建设用地增幅最小,在生态保护情景下,林地、耕地等生态用地受到保护,建设用地的扩展速度被抑制。 关键词:土地利用变化;CLUE-S模型;Autologistic回归模型;情景模拟;贾汪矿区  相似文献

城市化是土地利用/覆盖变化中最典型形式之一,探索城市增长的驱动机制并预测其未来变化,对于实现城市可持续发展十分重要。鉴于多智能体系统强大的模拟复杂空间系统的能力,基于联合"自上而下"和"自下而上"决策行为的视角,构建了一个城市增长时空动态模拟多智能体模型,在模型中,宏观Agent实施的"自上而下"的宏观土地利用规划行为和微观Agent自主发起的"自下而上"的微观土地利用空间诉求行为通过二维空间网格相互作用,并通过联合决策共同推动研究区域的城市化进程。以连云港市中心城区为例,考虑了基于目前趋势、经济发展优先和环境保护优先的3种目标情景,并进行了相应的城市增长情景模拟。模拟结果表明:联合"自上而下"和"自下而上"决策行为的城市增长时空动态模拟多智能体模型能够充分发挥多智能体系统的潜力来了解城市化的驱动机制,为城市管理提供基于情景分析的决策支持。  相似文献

基于生态系统服务价值的土地利用空间优化   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
针对已有土地利用空间优化着重考虑经济产出效益,较少顾及规划、政策以及可达性等对于区域生态系统服务价值和空间集约带来的约束性影响等问题,该文基于提高生态系统服务价值和空间集约度的双重目标,采用粒子群智能优化算法,构建由规划约束、政策约束及可达性约束构成的约束体系,对优化过程每阶段的生态系统服务价值提升和建设用地空间集约效果进行评估。以武汉市东西湖区为案例验证了模型的有效性,优化后案例区生态系统服务价值提升了159.41万元,建设用地空间紧凑度提升了15.26%。实验结果表明,模型通过在给定限制约束下进行用地分布模拟优化,达到了区域生态系统服务价值提升和用地节约集约的效果,以期为区域生态文明建设、节约集约用地等提供科学依据。  相似文献

依据农田保护区规划与城市发展模拟相耦合的新思路,开展农田保护区预警研究。以广东番禺为实验区,首先利用基于多智能体的空间优化配置模型(AgentLA) 自动生成农田保护区范围。AgentLA模型能避免产生分散、破碎的空间格局,有利于保护区的管理和维护。通过地理模拟优化系统GeoSOS中的神经网络CA模型对研究区2025 年的城市发展格局进行三个情景的模拟:低速增长情景、基准情景和高速增长情景。最后利用GIS空间分析方法将预测结果与农田保护区相结合,提取农田保护与城市扩张产生冲突的区域。总体上,冲突的严重程度随着空间上城市扩张强度的增大而加剧,高速增长情景中冲突区域的面积较大。冲突区域的存在一方面说明了农田保护区需要相应的法律、法规支持,否则可能会因城市扩张而被侵占;另一方面也反映了农田保护与地区发展之间的冲突。因此,可以根据所提取的冲突区域面积大小、空间位置等特征,采取某种形式补偿,以此取得农田保护与地方利益之间的平衡。  相似文献

基于快速城镇化背景下秦淮河流域土地利用历史状况,选择CLUE-S模型对其2020年土地利用情况进行模拟预测。分别使用线性回归、Markov模型、灰色GM(1,1)模型预测CLUE-S模型非空间模块的土地利用需求量,再嵌入CLUE-S中得到3种预测结果,对预测结果进行比较。另外设定“自然发展”情景与考虑规划政策影响的“优化格局”情景,模拟2020年不同情景下秦淮河流域土地利用格局情况,并进行景观格局分析。结果表明:线性回归模型、Markov模型、灰色GM(1,1)模型的Kappa指数分别为0.866、0.849、0.867,3种方法均满足模型精度要求;自然发展情景中2020年水域、水田、林地、城镇用地、旱地面积相对于2010年分别变化21.5%、-15.3%、-9.0%、51.5%、-28.9%,而优化格局情景下水域、水田、林地、城镇用地、旱地面积分别变化3.1%、-1.6%、10.8%、6.3%、-10.6%,相比于自然发展情景,优化情景土地利用状况更符合保护基本农田、增加生态用地连通性、提高雨水下渗能力以及缓解城市热岛效应的要求,为后期土地利用规划提供了依据。  相似文献

多智能体城市土地扩张模型及其应用   总被引:22,自引:5,他引:17  
传统的城市土地扩张模型多为静态模型,无法呈现空间上每一时间点的土地利用状况,以元胞自动机(Cellular Automata)模型为代表的新型城市土地扩张模型虽然具有动态特性,但其无法描述影响城市土地扩张的智能体(Agent)之间所产生的多元变化结果。以多智能体系统(Multi—Agent System)理论为基础,建立城市土地资源时间和空间配置规则,构建了动态且能描述影响城市土地扩张的智能体(Agent)间互动关系的城市土地扩张模型,并以长沙市区为例,应用所构建之模型进行了城市土地扩张的实证分析。结果表明:该模型可以反映城市土地扩张的基本特征和规律.对于解释城市土地扩张的成因、理解智能体行为对城市土地扩张过程的影响是合适的。并且将模拟结果与遥感土地利用解译结果对比.1998年、2001年、2005年城市土地扩张模拟的点对点精度均达到68%以上,从而能够为政府和城市规划者制定用地政策提供辅助决策支持。  相似文献

沈阳市城市扩展与土地利用变化多情景模拟   总被引:5,自引:4,他引:5  
利用基于遥感手段获取的沈阳市城市扩展与土地利用变化历史数据,对SLEUTH城市扩展模型进行校正,对未来(2005~2030年)不同管理情景下的城市扩展与土地利用变化过程进行模拟,并对其发展变化趋势和生态环境影响进行分析与比较。结果显示,在三种管理情景下,未来的沈阳市城市建设用地都将持续增加,大量的耕地资源被侵占;但不同管理情景下,城市景观格局和区域面临的景观生态风险却表现出明显差异。SLEUTH模型的模拟结果较好地反映了沈阳市不同土地利用政策、规划方案等对未来城市扩展和土地利用变化以及区域景观生态风险的潜在影响,同时也指出了当前城市增长管理政策中存在的不足之处。  相似文献

引入“一切照常情景”、“规划情景”和“优化情景”三种生态系统变化情景,采用CLUE模型,对江西省2001~2030年的土地利用空间变化进行模型模拟,并用2005年的土地利用现状图对模拟结果进行了验证。研究表明:在“一切照常情景”中,耕地持续减少;建设用地急剧增加;林地面积基本保持稳定。在“规划情景”中,耕地持续增加;建设用地略有增加,并在2020年后基本保持不变;林地总面积变化不大,但是高密度森林面积比重增大;河流和湖泊面积略微减少,湿地面积大幅增加。在“优化情景”中,森林增加趋势较“规划情景”有所减缓,河流和湖泊,湿地均有显著增加。本研究对研究区今后的土地利用规划修编和土地可持续性管理具有重要的指导意义。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
