闽江河口藨草湿地CH_4排放特征

用静态箱法,在2007年阴历每月(除2月和4月外)的初三或初四以及2007年7月12～13日(生长季)和12月16～17日(非生长季),分别采集闽江河口鳝鱼滩藨草(Scirpus triqueter)湿地的气体样品,利用GC-2010气相色谱仪分析样品的CH4浓度,并计算CH4排放通量.结果表明,10个月中,藨草湿地CH4排放通量涨潮前和落潮后的最大值分别出现在7月和8月,最小值分别出现在3月和1月;涨潮前和落潮后CH4排放通量变化范围分别为0.39～9.08 mg/(m2·h)和0.95～12.78 mg/(m2·h);各观测月藨草湿地涨潮前和落潮后CH4排放通量与距地表1 m气温和20 cm土温有显著的正相关关系(n=10, p<0.01),此外,涨潮前各观测月藨草湿地CH4排放通量与盐度显著负相关(n=10, p<0.05),与土壤含水量显著正相关(n=10, p<0.05);夜间的CH4排放通量总体低于白天;生长季和非生长季日变化观测中,各观测时刻藨草湿地CH4排放通量的变化范围分别为2.43～12.66 mg/(m2·h)和0.09～1.30 mg/(m2·h),潮汐是影响CH4排放通量日变化的主要因子.     

若尔盖高原泥炭沼泽二氧化碳、甲烷和氧化亚氮排放通量研究

2003～2005年,在每年的植物生长季,采用静止箱/气相色谱法,观测和计算了若尔盖高原泥炭沼泽温室气体CO2、CH4和N2O的排放通量.若尔盖高原泥炭沼泽平均CO2排放通量为203.22 mg/(m2·h),分别是沼泽化草甸平均CO2排放通量[348.31 mg/(m2·h)]的58%和放牧草场平均CO2排放通量[323.03 mg/(m2·h)]的62%;若尔盖高原泥炭沼泽平均CH4排放通量为2.43 mg/(m2·h),分别是沼泽化草甸平均CH4排放通量[0.29mg/(m2·h)]的8.4倍和放牧草场平均CH4排放通量[0.07 mg/(m2·h)]的34倍;若尔盖高原泥炭沼泽平均N2O排放通量为0.020 mg/(m2·h),低于沼泽化草甸平均N2O排放通量[0.037 mg/(m2·h)]和放牧草场平均N2O排放通量[0.056 mg/(m2·h)].     

大、小潮日闽江口短叶茳芏+芦苇沼泽甲烷排放通量日变化特征

利用"静态箱-悬浮箱-气相色谱法",分别在小潮日(2010年4月4～5日和9月2～3日)和大潮日(2010年4月14～15日和9月9～10日),在闽江口鳝鱼滩湿地的中高潮滩过渡区短叶茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)+芦苇(Phragmites australis)沼泽中,取样并测定了该沼泽24h的甲烷排放通量,并同步对潮水水位、温度等环境因子进行了观测。研究结果表明,不论大、小潮日,总体上,沼泽是甲烷排放源,白天的甲烷排放通量大于夜间;4月、9月的2个小潮日的甲烷排放通量分别为4.43mg/(m2·h)和8.13mg/(m2·h),2个大潮日的甲烷排放通量分别为1.39mg/(m2·h)和3.25mg/(m2·h),小潮日甲烷排放通量明显大于大潮日;大潮日,涨落潮阶段的沼泽水-气界面甲烷排放通量低于非涨落潮阶段;温度和潮水水位是控制甲烷排放通量日变化的重要环境因子。     

内蒙古羊草草原不同物候期CH4通量日变化特征与日通量比较

利用静态暗箱法对内蒙古半干旱羊草草原不同物候期原状群落与土壤CH4 通量的日变化进行了野外定位试验研究 ,结果表明 :羊草草原土壤为大气CH4 的吸收汇 ,不同观测日CH4 通量的日变化特征存在较大差异 ;气温及表层地温与CH4 吸收通量除果后营养期呈显著或极显著正相关外 ,其余观测日两者的相关性不明显 ;原状群落与土壤CH4 吸收通量间除2 0 0 2年果后营养期以及 2 0 0 3年开花期两者差异分别达到 0 10与 0 0 5的显著性水平外 ,两者在其余观测日差异均不显著 ;不同物候期间CH4 日平均通量除原状群落开花期与结实后期间 ,开花期与 2 0 0 1年果后营养期以及结实后期与 2 0 0 2年果后营养期间差异显著外 ,其它不同物候期之间CH4 吸收通量没有显著差异     

辽河口盐沼和光滩CO_2排放通量及其影响因素

于2016年6~11月,在辽河口盘锦市湿地科学研究所基地的芦苇(Phragmites australis)盐沼、笔架岭的盐地碱蓬(Suaeda salsa)盐沼和光滩中,采用静态箱-气相色谱法,采集气体样品,在实验室中,测量和计算出气样的CO_2浓度,估算CO_2排放通量;分析CO_2排放通量与土壤温度、氧化还原电位、pH和电导率等环境因子的关系。结果表明,辽河口芦苇盐沼、盐地碱蓬盐沼(涨潮前)和光滩(涨潮前)CO_2排放通量平均值分别为(1 187.7±649.0)mg/(m2·h)、(362.4±146.1)mg/(m2·h)和(91.1±21.1)mg/(m2·h)。3种类型湿地CO_2排放通量差异显著(n=24,p0.01),芦苇盐沼CO_2排放通量最高,光滩的CO_2排放通量最低。在涨潮中,盐地碱蓬盐沼和光滩的CO_2排放通量平均值分别为(127.9±90.9)mg/(m2·h)和(45.8±21.1)mg/(m2·h),显著低于涨潮前的CO_2排放通量(n=24,p0.01)。各类型湿地CO_2排放通量与土壤电导率显著负相关(n=24,p0.01),说明土壤盐分是影响不同类型湿地CO_2排放通量的关键环境因子。     

三江平原沼泽湿地与稻田CH4排放对比研究

2001年5～10月,在三江平原对毛果苔草沼泽湿地和由沼泽湿地开垦后稻田的CH4 排放通量进行了同步观测.三江平原毛果苔草沼泽湿地CH4排放通量范围是1.32～46.38 mg/(m2@h),平均值为17.29 mg/(m2@h).稻田的CH4 排放通量范围是0.05～24.37 mg/(m2.h),平均值为6.67 mg/(m2.h).沼泽湿地CH4 排放通量平均值是稻田的2.5倍,水分条件和因土地利用方式改变引起的土壤理化条件变化是导致二者的CH4 排放通量产生差异的主要原因.CH4 排放通量有明显的季节变化,7～8月高温期出现CH4 排放高峰.     

罗马湖旁路/离线人工湿地系统CO_2、CH_4和N_2O排放通量动态研究

为了研究旁路/离线人工湿地系统在净化水体时的温室气体排放状况及其与环境因子的关系,于2010年7~11月,采用静态箱—气相色谱法,对罗马湖旁路/离线人工湿地系统的3个不同景观结构单元(温榆河龙道河交叉处河岸带S1采样点、龙道河河道S2采样点和罗马东湖湖岸带S3采样点)的CO2、CH4和N2O排放通量进行了同步采样和对比研究,探讨了影响温室气体排放的主要环境因子。研究结果表明,该湿地系统CO2、CH4和N2O的排放通量都有明显的时空变化特征。从空间上看,S1采样点和S2采样点的CO2月平均排放通量较高,分别为73.5 mg/(m2·h)和75.1 mg/(m2·h),与其表层(0~5 cm)沉积物中较高的有机质含量(7.04~29.4 g/kg)有关。S2采样点的CH4月平均排放通量[4.78 mg/(m2·h)]高于S1采样点[1.59 mg/(m2·h)]和S3采样点[1.70 mg/(m2·h)],其与该采样点水体中的氧化还原电位显著负相关(r=-0.779,p0.01)。3个不同景观结构单元的N2O排放通量差异不大[0.022~0.025 mg/(m2·h)];相关性分析结果表明,N2O排放通量与表层沉积物的NO2-—N含量显著正相关(r=0.689,p0.05)。从时间上看,水温是影响旁路/离线人工湿地系统运行时CH4和N2O排放通量的重要环境因子。     

若尔盖高原与三江平原沼泽湿地CH4排放差异的主要环境影响因素

若尔盖高原沼泽湿地和三江平原沼泽湿地分别是我国面积最大的高原和平原淡水沼泽湿地.通过对二者常年积水的沼泽湿地CH4排放进行的同步观测,表明三江平原沼泽湿地CH4排放通量平均值是若尔盖高原的4.7倍.其中,若尔盖高原木里苔草沼泽的CH4排放通量范围是0.51～8.20 mg/(m2·h),平均值为2.87 mg/(m2·h);乌拉苔草沼泽CH4排放通量范围是0.36～10.04 mg/(m2·h),平均值为4.51 mg/(m2·h).三江平原毛果苔草沼泽湿地的CH4排放通量范围是1.32～46.38 mg/(m2·h),平均值为17.29 mg/(m2·h).水分条件和温度条件的不同是导致两地CH4排放产生差异的主要原因.在相同的温度条件下,土壤氧化还原状况对CH4排放有重要的影响.沼泽植物的种类和数量也对沼泽湿地CH4排放具有重要的作用.     

闽江河口潮汐沼泽甲烷排放通量和土壤甲烷产生潜力的月动态

分别采用静态箱法和室内厌氧培养法,于2013年1~10月连续测定闽江河口互花米草(Spartina alterniflora)沼泽和短叶茳芏(Cyperus malaccensis)沼泽的甲烷排放通量和土壤甲烷产生潜力,同时测定相关环境因子。互花米草沼泽和短叶茳芏沼泽甲烷排放通量和土壤甲烷产生潜力具有明显的季节变化,它们的甲烷排放通量分别为7.50~30.68 mg/(m2·h)和1.08~10.49 mg/(m2·h),月平均值分别为15.90 mg/(m2·h)和5.38 mg/(m2·h),且两者差异显著(p0.05);土壤甲烷产生潜力分别为73.22~931.50 ng/(g·d)和5.62~181.60 ng/(g·d),月平均值分别为480.52 ng/(g·d)和65.94 ng/(g·d),互花米草沼泽土壤甲烷产生潜力显著高于短叶茳芏沼泽(p0.01)。互花米草沼泽0~25 cm深度土层的甲烷产生潜力显著高于短叶茳芏沼泽;互花米草沼泽表层的甲烷产生潜力较低,最高值出现在20~25 cm深度土层,短叶茳芏沼泽土壤甲烷产生潜力随着土壤深度的增加而逐渐降低。     

三江平原不同土地利用方式下湿地土壤CO2通量研究

利用暗箱-气相色谱法,同步测量了三江平原几种主要生态类型湿地土壤原始的小叶章草甸白浆土、毛果苔草泥炭沼泽土、已垦旱作草甸白浆土和人工水田草甸白浆土,进行CO2排放通量的对比研究.结果表明不同土地利用方式下,旱作草甸白浆土土壤CO2排放通量最大,平均值为775.38mg/(m2@h);小叶章草甸白浆土土壤次之,平均值为439.02mg/(m2@h);人工水稻田草甸白浆土土壤CO2通量最小,平均值为128.96mg/(m2@h);毛果苔草泥炭沼泽土土壤CO2排放通量介于小叶章草甸白浆土土壤和水稻田草甸白浆土土壤之间,平均值为247.08mg/(m2@h).湿地开垦为旱田,使湿地"碳汇"功能减弱或丧失,变成"碳源";湿地开垦为水田,是比较合理的湿地农业利用方式.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
