面向测图的遥感影像压缩几何质量评价

卫星测图应用中,遥感影像压缩几何质量评价对于制定合理的星上压缩指标具有重要参考意义。该文从影像匹配精度评价、自动生成DSM/DEM的精度评价和摄影测量点定位精度评价方面进行几何质量评价,并分析影像压缩比与不同地形类别的重建影像质量间的关系。试验结果表明,对于国产星上SPIHT压缩算法,在压缩比4∶1的条件下,由重建影像立体像对自动生成的DSM可以满足1∶5万数字高程模型高程中误差最低要求;在压缩比2∶1的条件下,重建影像立体像对摄影测量点定位精度满足所有地形的1∶5万测图规范要求。     

基于SPIHT小波的DEM自适应压缩方法研究

海量地形数据给其存储、分发和实时渲染带来了极大的挑战,因此迫切需要适合网络环境下地形可视化的数据压缩方法。该文探讨地形复杂度与DEM压缩方法的关系,研究可视化中地形复杂度的计算方法,并提出一种改进的SPIHT小波压缩方法:采用小波分解后的系数对DEM的地形复杂度进行评估,并针对地形复杂度对编码算法进行自适应调节。实验证明,这种改进的SPIHT小波压缩方法采用合适的压缩比进行DEM数据压缩,能够在满足地形可视化需要的同时提高压缩效率。     

基于单一影像局部回归模型修复的Landsat 7 ETM SLC-OFF图像质量评价

以时段相近的Landsat 5 TM影像为参照,通过定性评价(目视)和定量评价(均方根误差、平均差异)方法,分别对单一影像自适应局部回归和单一影像固定窗口局部回归模型修复后的Landsat 7 ETM SLC-OFF数据的图像质量进行评价.结果表明,无论是以Landsat 5 TM影像还是Landsat 7 ETM SLC-OFF影像作为填充影像,得到的修复图像的B1、B2、B3波段均存有一定的条纹,使其应用受到一定限制;但B4、B5、B7波段则没有条纹,这3个波段基本可以应用.对比发现RGF模型方法修复后的影像效果优于FGF模型方法的效果;从填充图像类型看,以Landsat 7 ETM SLC-OFF为填充图像修复的影像比以Landsat 5 TM为填充图像修复的影像效果更好.     

一种基于牛顿插值迭代的SAR影像滤波评价方法

针对SAR影像难以精确计算信噪比的问题,该文以滤波评价指标信噪比为依托,提出了一种基于牛顿插值迭代修正SAR影像近似信噪比的滤波质量评价方法:根据已知值通过牛顿插值得到更多的数据,再利用牛顿迭代法拟合非线性函数修正近似信噪比。以模拟影像和真实影像为数据源,选择目视效果较好的滤波结果作为真实影像的近似无噪声影像,人工对模拟影像和无噪影像进行降质,并使用5种滤波器对影像进行处理,分别利用基于牛顿插值迭代得到的修正近似信噪比、传统的峰值信噪比、等效视数和边缘保持指数评价滤波效果。结果表明:基于牛顿插值迭代修正的近似信噪比可作为衡量SAR影像滤波质量的评价指标,且无需参考原始无噪影像,对真实SAR影像的滤波质量评价有一定的可行性。     

ETM+影像IHS融合算法改进及其土地覆盖分类实验比较

在总结PCA、IHS融合算法优缺点的基础上,发展了一种改进的IHS融合算法。利用HPF、Brovery、PCA、IHS及改进的IHS融合算法对ETM+全色和多光谱影像进行了融合实验。通过定性、定量分析比较融合影像的质量,并分别对融合后影像和原始影像进行土地覆盖非监督分类实验。选取原始影像和非监督分类精度最高的一种融合影像进行监督分类实验与比较,发现无论是非监督分类还是监督分类,改进的IHS融合影像精度均较高。     

哈大齐工业走廊土地利用变化的生态环境效应

基于哈大齐工业走廊1990年、2000年、2005年3期TM影像,获取15年来不同时段的土地利用变化信息。利用景观格局指数和生态环境质量指数两种生态环境效应评价指数,定量对比分析七个市县土地利用变化带来的生态环境效应。结果表明:①15年来,哈大齐工业走廊耕地、建设用地增加,草地、水域、未利用地减少。②整体生态环境恶化,区域差异显著;空间格局呈中心城区高周边农牧区低;大庆、杜蒙、泰来因草地、湿地“三化”等原因,破碎化加剧、多样性锐减、环境质量恶化最为显著,建议加强生态保护。③两种评价指数从不同角度反映出相似的区域差异特征。两方法结合分析实现更为客观全面的评价效果,以期为区域综合定量评价提供方法借鉴。     

独立分量分析与主成分分析方法的湿地遥感分类精度对比——以西洞庭湖湿地为例

拟探索提高中、高分辨率遥感影像湿地分类精度的新方法,为洞庭湖湿地研究提供方法支持。通过将独立分量分析方法应用于遥感图像分类,并与主成分分析方法结果进行对比,验证其是否能有效提高湿地分类精度。结果表明,应用独立分量分析和主成分分析方法处理遥感影像,没有造成图像信息损失;Landsat5TM影像经过两种方法处理后,影像清晰度变差,但并不足以影响典型湿地类型的目视判读;SPOT5影像经过两种方法处理后,影像更加清晰。独立分量分析方法可以明显提高典型湿地类型的可分性,但对于草滩地和水田的分类仍然存在缺陷。Landsat 5TM影像经独立分量分析算法处理后,总体精度比原始影像提高11.83%,比用主成分分析方法处理后的影像精度高5.35%;SPOT 5影像经独立分量分析算法处理后,总体精度比原始影像提高10.7%,比用主成分分析方法处理后的影像精度高5.07%。独立分量分析基于高阶统计信息,不但能去除波段之间的相关性,而且可以得到分量之间相互独立的特性,增强不同湿地类型的可分离性,从而提高了信息提取的精度。     

城市景观遥感影像融合质量对小波基选取的响应

应用IHS和小波变换结合的融合算法时,小波基的选取是影响融合图像质量的关键,而且包含不同地物信息的影像融合质量对小波基的响应特征有待深入探讨。该文以SPOT全色和多光谱影像为数据源,选取大量高、低密度建筑城市景观影像样本,用信息量、平均梯度和偏差指数3个指标定量评价融合质量,分析不同小波簇下两类融合图像之间的质量差异。研究表明:融合质量与影像所含地物特征密切相关;相对于其它小波簇,rbioNr.Nd表现出较强的变异性;两类融合图像在各小波簇上的波动性差异明显,并呈分段特征;根据质量需求和具体景观特征影像,可以在分解层数固定的情况下选取最佳小波基,以获取高质量融合图像。     

基于土地利用角度的镇域乡村性时空变化研究——以广州市番禺区和从化区为例

通过构建基于土地利用的镇域乡村性评价体系,对广州市番禺区和从化区26个镇域在2000年和2010年的乡村性变化特点进行探究。10 a间番禺区乡村性指数明显低于从化区,两区的乡村性指数均在下降,从化区下降幅度较番禺区大,镇域间的乡村性指数差异番禺区在逐渐缩小,而从化区则逐年加剧;2000年番禺区以较弱级别的乡村性为主,2010年则以弱等级为主,而从化区的乡村性等级下降明显,2000年仅有强和较强等级,2010年强等级消失,较弱等级出现;高程、二三产业比值、道路面积和城镇化水平等因素是影响乡村性指数变化的主要原因。结果表明基于土地利用角度开展镇域乡村性评价切实可行。     

GIS中面积偏差控制下的矢量数据压缩算法

地理信息系统对矢量数据进行处理和应用的过程中,数据压缩是一个必须解决的问题,而通常采用的两种经典曲线数据压缩法:垂距限值法和道格拉斯-普克算法,都存在线段空间偏移过大以及面积偏差不可控的问题。利用曲线空间直线拟合的方法对曲线段中心轴进行空间逼近,通过增加面积偏差限值,提出了面积偏差控制下的矢量数据压缩算法,并以上海市崇明县岛屿边界轮廓矢量为例对该算法进行了验证。试验表明该方法对于解决两种经典压缩算法线段空间偏移过大以及面积偏差不可控的问题效果明显。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
