基于决策树模型的海岸带分类方法研究

海岸带地物分布复杂,地物混淆常造成海岸带提取困难。该文以江苏省粉砂淤泥质海岸为研究对象,运用图像光谱特征、纹理特征并引入地学知识,构建研究区遥感图像分类决策树模型,并利用ETM 图像进行海岸地物分类研究。结果表明:采用的决策树模型可以较好地结合纹理信息和地学知识,解决遥感图像中复杂地物分类过程中的混淆现象,分类精度达89.26%,比最大似然法分类精度提高了15.19%。     

一种基于地物诊断性波谱吸收特征的高光谱遥感图像降维方法

高光谱遥感数据具有波段数目多、波段宽度窄、数据量庞大、波段间相关性高等特点,在一定程度上为图像的进一步处理和信息提取带来困难.为解决这一问题,在分析已有降维方法的基础上,提出了基于地物诊断性波谱吸收特征的高光谱遥感图像降维方法,将地物的诊断性吸收波谱特征区间作为一个独立的子空间进行处理,尽可能保留地物独有的吸收特征;在此基础上,进行子空间的特征提取和特征选择.为验证该方法的优越性,将其与传统的基于波谱区间的子空间划分方法进行分类对比,研究表明:基于该文方法降维后的图像分类精度更高,丰富了现有降维方法理论,具有一定的实用和推广价值.     

典型地物特征提取的适宜尺度选择

遥感图像的尺度与图像所表达的信息有着密切的关系,但是在使用遥感图像进行研究和应用的过程中,使用尺度和图像尺度之间存在一定的矛盾,现有尺度的遥感图像不一定能满足应用的要求。为了解决使用尺度与图像现有尺度之间的矛盾,采用基于分维数的尺度转换方法得到以原始图像为基础的大于或小于原尺度的图像,在形成的连续变化的系列图像上提取两种典型地物样本,分别用地物单元周长(P)、面积(S)、面状地物形状系数(F)、斑块分维数(D)这4个表征地物形态特征的因子在各尺度图像上进行对比分析,发现随着遥感图像栅格尺寸的增大,典型地物样本灰度值的灰阶不断减少,形状复杂度不断降低,地物边界钝化,内部纹理结构简单化、粗糙化。综合分析以上现象,提出利用形状综合指数(Q)来计算适宜表达典型地物形状特征尺度的方法。实验结果表明:尺度为30 m图像时是表达水体样本1、居民地样本1、居民地样本2形状的适宜尺度,图像尺度为90 m时,是表达水体样本2形状特征的适宜尺度;通过典型地物形状综合指数成功的计算出典型地物形状的适宜尺度,为表达复杂地物的适宜尺度奠定了基础,并且该方法简单易行,具有一定的实用价值。     

面向对象解译方法在遥感影像地物分类中的应用

针对高分辨率遥感影像快速高效萃取有用信息这一遥感技术应用的热点问题,探讨了基于面向对象(Object-oriented)解译方法的遥感影像自动及半自动解译和提取的新思路.文中分析了面向对象解译方法在地物信息分类应用中的优势,并提出了基于此方法的高分辨率遥感影像多尺度信息提取技术流程.具体结合广州市新白云机场开发区IKONOS高分辨率遥感数据进行地物快速提取、自动分类的试验,并对解译效果进行了评估分析,证明此方法在高分辨率遥感影像地物分类中确实高效可行.     

基于图模型和流形排序的遥感影像人工地物提取

人工地物自动提取是目标识别领域的重要研究内容。该文将图模型和流形排序算法相结合,提出一种基于遥感影像自动提取人工地物的算法。该算法在基于量子遗传算法的KSW熵分割算法获得影像人工地物先验值的基础上,构建以色调、纹理、方向等多特征为邻接边权重的图模型,并以超像素作为基本单位在图模型中进行流形排序,最终通过自适应阈值的方式获得人工地物分割结果。通过利用两幅不同分辨率遥感影像对该算法进行验证,结果显示该算法可以较为完整地提取人工地物,具有较高的正确识别率和较低的漏检率。     

基于小波变换的高分辨率影像纹理结构分类方法

该文提出了利用小波变换获取纹理结构子图像能量参数，并用这些参数进行高分辨率图像纹理结构分类的新方法。由阐述遥感影像纹理结构识别原理人手，提出影像纹理结构特征抽取的小波变换方法，构造了有明确的数学和物理意义的参数来描述影像纹理信息，在此基础上利用这些参数进行影像纹理结构分类。试验结果表明，小波变换方法适用于具有规则和较强方向性的纹理结构影像分类。     

利用TM数据监测岩溶山区城市土地利用变化

该文以贵阳市为例，利用多时相的TM遥感数据及相关资料对地质构造复杂，地表覆盖类型多样的岩溶山区城市土地利用变化进行了调查和动态监测，基于图像光谱信息特征分析，确定了用于贵阳市土地利用变化遥感图像分类的最佳波段组合，利用热红外波段TM6，基本消除了岩溶山区遥感图像分类中阴影和水体混分现象。     

遥感专题制图背景参数的应用分析*

该文重点论述了图像识别中背景参数的应用,包括图像信息的地学、生态特性与其制图对象、尺度的分析拟定;地物识别分类最佳时相图像的物候历的研究;专题制图图像波段优化组合分析以及地物识别的目标背景因素的辅助应用.该类背景参数与区域参数的应用研究一样,对空间图像数字专题制图的精度的根本改进与提高,具有重要的作用.     

中巴地球资源02星数据特性分析

卫星遥感图像数据特性分析是图像使用前重要的一步工作。利用归一化、单变量统计、类内和类间方差比值以及空间分辨率识别等数据模型分析了中巴地球资源卫星02星(CBERS-2)CCD相机数据的相对反射率波谱曲线变化特性、整幅图像的方差特性、作为分类训练区的样本地物的统计量特性和对空间地物识别的敏感性,并与LANDSAT7／ETM 图像进行对比。通过这些数据模型的应用研究,试图提供一种进行遥感图像数据特性分析的方法。     

土地利用/土地覆盖研究中遥感图像分类精度的提高方法

合理地进行土地开发和利用是实现区域可持续发展的保障。利用遥感图像动态监测土地利用/土地覆盖状况具有快速、准确、及时的特点。如何提高遥感图像的分类精度,是动态监测中须解决的主要问题之一。该文基于传统的工作流程,探讨了在不同阶段提高遥感图像分类精度的方法,并对分类精度提高研究的前景进行了展望。
