宁夏降水变化及其与ENSO事件的关系

分析1959~2001年的月降水数据发现:20世纪60~80年代宁夏降水有较明显的干旱趋势,但90年代降水较80年代有所增加。功率谱分析表明,ENSO和宁夏降水具有一致的变化周期,即14年、3.75年、准2年和1.5年。宁夏降水对EL Nino事件达到最显著响应需要滞后2~4个月,而对LA Nina事件的响应比对EL Nina迅速,只需滞后1~2个月便达到最显著响应。ENSO对宁夏不同季节降水的影响差异很大。EL Nino发生4个月后,春、夏、秋三个季节降水都偏少,但冬季降水却是增加了。LA Nina发生1个月后,夏、秋、冬三个季节降水都偏多,但春季降水减少了。EL Nino事件发生期间,宁夏年降水偏少28 mm,占常年降水量的10%,而LA Nina发生期间,年降水偏多24 mm,占年降水量9%。     

江南春季降水的准2a振荡及其与热带海温异常的关系

基于中国160站的逐月降水观测资料及NOAA扩展重建的海表温度资料,从1951~2012年逐月的历史时间序列中提取出准2 a振荡(TBO)分量,对中国江南地区春季(3~5月)降水的TBO特征及其与热带海温的关系进行了分析。结果发现:①TBO为江南春季降水最主要的年际周期,TBO分量的方差贡献占到原始序列的52.2%。②江南春季降水与热带海温异常存在明显的时滞关系,其TBO分量与前期Nino3.4区和印度洋海表面温度距平(SSTa)的相关较原始序列更为显著,且持续时间更长,说明热带海温异常对江南春季降水TBO分量的影响是非常显著的。③江南春季降水TBO与Nino3.4指数的时滞关系还呈现出显著的年代际转折,20世纪80年代中期之前,江南春季降水TBO分量与Nino3.4指数在滞后1~11个月内都表现出明显的正相关关系,但从80年代中期至90年代末期这种时滞关系减弱,直至21世纪以来,江南春季降水TBO与Nino3.4指数的时滞关系又重新建立。④通过对比分析年代际转折前后与江南春季降水TBO循环所对应的热带海温演变特征,发现在20世纪80年代中期之前,TBO分量与超前1个季节的赤道中东太平洋海温异常演变具有同步性,使得两者之间的正相关关系稳定;而1986~1999年期间,无论是赤道中东太平洋地区或者印度洋地区海温的演变,都没有表现出像之前类似的TBO循环特征,从而导致两者的相关关系减弱。也就是说,江南春季降水的TBO与中东太平洋海温时滞关系的年代际转折与赤道中东太平洋海温是否具有显著的TBO周期密切相关。     

极涡面积指数与北太平洋海温季节变异相关分析

利用1951-2002年NCEP/NCAR的位势高度再分析资料,中国国家气候中心极涡面积指数和海温资料,研究极涡面积指数与北太平洋海温季节变异相关.结果表明,4个季节的太平洋极涡面积指数均与北太平洋的西风漂流区呈显著的负相关(显著性水平α≥0.05);冬季和春季太平洋极涡面积指数与同期太平洋海温呈相关显著的西北-东南向的"-、 "波列,为太平洋年代际振荡模态(PDO)分布;夏季和秋季北太平洋西风漂流区海温异常对滞后的冬季太平洋极涡面积指数变化影响显著;而春季的太平洋极涡面积指数变化对滞后的夏季和秋季西风漂流区海温变化影响显著;定义了风暴轴指数和西风漂流指数.春季太平洋极涡面积指数、北太平洋风暴轴和西风漂流区海温都在1969年发生突变,太平洋极涡面积明显增大,春季风暴轴亦相应偏南,西风漂流 ,区春季海温降低.     

宁夏春季典型沙尘暴年环流特征量分析

利用近1960-2000年宁夏春季沙尘暴发生次数及常规气象与环流特征量、海温等资料, 首先分析得出了宁夏近41a来沙尘暴发生频次的变化规律; 其次通过对宁夏典型沙尘暴多、少年气候特征对比分析, 发现沙尘暴多、少年前期气象要素及环流特征量存在明显差异: 沙尘暴少(多)发年前一年夏季及前一年夏季到当年春季累积降水量偏多(少); 冬春季冷空气活动次数偏少(多); 前期及同期北半球极涡面积偏小(大)、强度偏弱(强); 冬季东亚大槽位置偏东(西)、强度偏弱(强); 前一年春季北太平洋海温距平场表现为厄尔尼诺遥相关分布型(反厄尔尼诺遥相关分布型)。依据作用机理, 提出了在西北地区生态环境局部治理、整体恶化背景下, 宁夏春季沙尘暴发生频次减少, 主要是东亚环流调整、冬季风减弱所致, 同时还形成了宁夏春季沙尘暴短期气候趋势预测概念模型。     

洞庭湖流域降水同位素与ENSO关系研究

基于洞庭湖流域内长沙市2010年1月至2012年12月降水事件、GNIP(Global Network for Isotopes in Precipitation)长沙站1988~1992年月降水同位素资料及ENSO（厄尔尼诺/拉尼娜和南方涛动）的2个常用指标（南方涛动指数SOI和Nino3区海面温度SST）,分析了流域降水同位素与ENSO关系。结果表明：洞庭湖流域降水中δ¹⁸O与降水量、气温在日、月尺度上均呈负相关且只有月度上与降水量的负相关不显著。洞庭湖流域降水中δ¹⁸O与ENSO的SST指标则呈显著正相关。ENSO对洞庭湖流域降水同位素的影响机制可能如下：春季,La Nina年源自西太平洋的东南风强盛,其转向为西南风的区域达到印度洋,而El Nino年,东南风转向为西南风的发生区域位于印度洋以东,前者有利于挟带印度洋远源水汽向中国东部区域输送,进而造成降水同位素的贫化;夏季,La Nina年印度洋水汽输送在中国南海转为经向继而向北延伸,而El Nino年,源自印度洋的水汽沿纬向穿过南海,在东海转向往北延伸,后者有利于挟带西太平洋的近源水汽输送到中国东部季风区,进而引起降水同位素的富集。     

夏季鄂海阻高活动天数的年际变化及其前期征兆分析

利用1951-2009年NCEP/NCAR高度场月平均资料、全球海表温度月平均资料、国家气候中心提供的东北地区24站逐月温度资料、鄂霍次克海阻塞高压（东阻）活动天数等数据,采用相关和奇异值分解分析（SVD）方法,分析夏季（6-8月）东阻活动天数的年际变化及其前期征兆,结果表明：夏季东阻活动天数年际变化阶段性明显,21世纪以来不仅处于强盛后期明显下降趋势阶段,而且年际变率显著增大;夏季东阻活动天数与中国东北地区中部及东部的温度呈显著负相关;春季至夏季赤道东太平洋（NINO3区）SSTA（特别是1977-2009年）呈El Niño位相是夏季东阻活动的最重要强迫源,当赤道东太平洋为El Niño状态,以及阿拉伯海与北太平洋西风漂流区为暖海温时,夏季东阻活动天数偏多;与夏季同期大西洋海温的SVD1模态表明,当大西洋海温SSTA整体上处于冷（暖）位相分布时,东阻活动天数偏少（多）;夏季东阻活动天数与春季NPO和极涡面积指数相关存在着的年代际变化特征,1951-1976年,夏季东阻活动天数仅与春季北半球极涡面积指数、亚洲极涡面积指数呈显著正相关, 1977-2009年,不仅与春季极涡面积指数呈正相关信号消失,而且,1951-2009年与春季NPO指数呈显著的正相关信号,在此期间也迅速减弱消失。     

南极半岛地区气温与南极海冰涛动、ENSO的联系

使用南极半岛Orcadas等台站的气温多年观测资料 ,分析了南极半岛气温和周围海冰以及ENSO的初步联系。结果表明 ,南极半岛地区的气温变化可以反映南极海冰涛动的变化特征 :气温距平和南极半岛附近海冰距平存在密切的负相关 ,和罗斯海外围区域的海冰距平存在正相关关系 ,能够较好地反映出南极半岛气温与南极海冰涛动以及ENSO之间的紧密联系。当南极半岛地区气温偏低 (高 )时 ,南极半岛周围海冰偏多 (少 ) ,罗斯海外围海冰偏少 (多 ) ,赤道中东太平洋海温偏高 (低 ) ,可能出现ElNino(LaNina)。另外 ,南极半岛当年 1 0月的气温距平对预测次年 1月的Nino3区海温异常具有重要参考价值     

全球气候指数与天山地区气温变化遥相关分析

依据天山地区40个气象站点的实测气温资料和同期的全球气候指数,运用线性倾向估计和相关分析等方法,分析近63年来天山地区气温变化特征及其对全球气候变化的响应。初步得到以下结论:天山地区平均升温幅度为0.306℃/10a;南亚季风季风指数(SASMI)是影响天山地区气温变化的主要气候指数,春季SASMI与四季的气温均呈现正相关;夏季SASMI与春季气温呈现负相关,而与夏季气温呈现正、负两种相关;冬季SASMI与夏、秋、冬季气温均呈现正相关,说明春、冬SASMI对四季的升温均有一定影响。太平洋10年涛动(PDO)是影响天山气温变化的另一较为主要气候指数,夏季PDO与夏季气温呈现负相关,与冬季气温呈现正相关;秋季PDO与夏秋季气温均呈现负相关。夏季北大西洋涛动NAO与春季气温呈现负相关,与夏季气温呈现正负两种相关;夏冬季太平洋北美涛动(PNAO)与冬季气温呈现正相关,秋季印度洋偶极子(IOD)与春季气温呈现正相关。此外,上述气候指数对气温变化的影响,在空间上存在一定的差异性。     

我国大气透明度系数的时间变化

作者在文献[1]中探讨了我国大气透明度系数的空间分布及其主要影响因子。本文则探讨大气透明度系数的时间变化,特别是它的长期变化及其成因。结果发现:火山爆发可使大气透明度系数明显减小;由于人类活动影响,冬季大气透明度系数P_2、P_d有明显的减小趋势,P_2、P_d与用煤量等污染指标有很好的负相关。文中还对大气可降水含量的气候学推算方法进行了探讨。本文应用1820—1983年的地球自转变化率资料,分析出地球自转变化存在准44个月、准11年、准24年和准49年的周期。南方涛动指数的变化,大气活动中心位置的移动,赤道东太平洋海温的异常等,都能从地球自转速度变化思期中找到关系。已经发现,在地转长期(准24年和准49年周期)加(减)速时,南方涛动指数减弱(增强),大气活动中心向西北(东南)移动,非洲干旱区降水偏多(偏少);同时发现:在地转短期(准44个月周期)加(减)速时,赤道东太平洋海温降低(升高)。     

我国西北夏季降水异常与太平洋海温季节演变的关系

本文利用交叉相关场的EOF分解考查了我国西北夏季降水与太平洋季节海温遥相关的结构。然后分别就我国西北夏季降水偏多年与偏少年对应的各季海温进行了自然正交（EOF）和复自然正交（CEOF）的合成分析,得到了我国西北夏季降水多、寡年对太平洋海温空间分布异常特征的季节演变。最后利用非参数跃变检验诊断了我国西北降水的跃变,并讨论了与太平洋海温跃变的联系。
