以大连市居民问卷调查的结果为基础,分析了居住郊区化的现状特征、微观机制及其发展趋势,认为进入80年代后的旧城改造促使大连市进入了居住郊区化阶段,并且居住郊区化的地域范围偏小,迁居距离有限,自主郊迁者比例较低,但居住郊区化将是大连城市可持续发展的必然趋势。  相似文献

迁居是人口地理学与人文地理学的核心课题之一。通过采用文献分析法与系统归纳法,在5个方面分析迁居意愿与行为的驱动机制:相关理论解释、居民个体的内在驱动、居住需求的内在推力、居住供给的外在吸引力以及迁居的相关阻力。最后在总结相关研究的基础上,构建迁居的意愿与行为的驱动机制概念模型。概念模型系统阐述居民迁居意愿与行为的动力源于迁居系统的内部与外部两个方面,由迁出地的推力与迁入地的拉力所构成,同时受到迁居价值期望、距离阻力、经济阻力以及其它限制因素的阻碍。  相似文献

城乡人口流动理论是国内外城镇化领域的研究热点,研究视角日趋多元化。以往研究多集中在人口区域流动和外来务工人员城市融入等问题,侧重以城市为切入点,鲜有从农村居民视角出发研究其城镇化迁居意愿和感知的相关研究。从农村居民视角出发,选择传统农区河南省周口市为案例地,选取来自17个村庄的514个样本问卷调查数据,运用Logit计量经济模型,以农村居民属性特征和城镇综合环境评价为切入点,分析农村居民城镇迁居意愿及其影响因素。研究表明:40岁以下、高中/中专/技校的教育程度、年收入3万元以上的高收入的农村居民群体城镇迁居意愿强烈,农村居民对城镇的教育质量、消费服务和就业机会的满意度评价显著影响其城镇迁移意愿,而对城镇的医疗水平、市容市貌等满意度评价对其城镇迁居意愿影响并不显著。  相似文献

上世纪70年代末改革开放以来,上海市的人口总量开始呈现增长状态,进入90年代,虽然上海的生育水平非常低,1993年以后全市户籍人口自然变动进入负增长阶段,并持续至今,但是由于市外人口的迁入和流入,全市人口总量增长的态势不减反增。  相似文献

广州作为改革开放的前沿地带,不仅人口增长迅速,而且内部迁居也频繁。利用第三、四和五次人口普查资料,采用数学模型对近20年来广州市人口分布的变化特点进行深入的探讨。首先分析了广州市人口的增长情况,广州市人口增长较前20年要缓,人口增长地区差异比较明显,城市中心的周边地区人口增长迅速,中心城区总体上人口减少;其次分析了广州市的人口分布状况,广州人口分布趋向规则化,均衡化,人口分布重心向东北向偏移,人口密度由单中心向多中心的趋势变化,郊区化现象比较明显等;最后对广州城市人口的增长和分布随城市规模和时空间变化特点进行了模型归纳。  相似文献

随着中国城镇住房制度改革的推行,城市内迁居行为日趋频繁。洞悉不同年龄段居民迁居内在驱动力,能为城市居住环境规划与建设改善提供依据。论文利用2019年与2021年武汉市手机信令等多源数据,以生命周期理论为研究视角,识别武汉市四环内不同年龄段居民交通小区迁居强度,并提出建成环境因子特性与迁居强度关系模型,探讨居民生活圈内各建成环境因子对多年龄段居民迁居影响的特性差异。研究发现:(1)不同年龄居民的迁入与迁出强度在不同城市区位上存在分异,19~39岁居民相较于40岁以上居民迁居更频繁;总体呈现内环线的交通小区迁入与迁出强度表征偏高,且均大于外环线的交通小区。(2)公共服务设施、交通便利度和居住环境维度内相关指标是影响居民迁居决策的重要因素,由于不同年龄段居民居住需求不同,部分变量因子在不同年龄段下特性分异明显。考虑到各年龄段居民迁居强度及因子特性不一,相关规划决策需采取差异化的建成环境改善措施,科学引导不同年龄居民迁居,优化城市人口分布。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
