近60年中国西南地区干旱灾害规律与成因   总被引:9,自引:0,他引:9  
利用西南60多年干旱灾情资料,计算了干旱受灾率、成灾率、绝收率和综合损失率,分析了中国西南地区干旱灾害规律特点并对成因进行探讨。结果表明,西南近60年干旱灾害范围、程度和频次均呈增加趋势。受灾率、成灾率和绝收率均呈明显上升趋势,同时,各省也呈上升趋势,四川最明显,其次是贵州,云南最小。西南干旱综合损失率呈上升趋势,多年平均综合损失率为3.93%,21世纪综合损失率为7.29%,明显高于全国平均(5.51%)。近10年来干旱重灾中心发生了转移,云南和贵州干旱面积明显增加,西南干旱重灾中心向南北两边分离。综合损失率随土壤湿度、植被盖度和降水降低而增加,但随温度升高而增加。西南气温呈明显上升趋势,但降水呈减小趋势。西南温度升高是干旱灾害的主要因素,同时区域降水减少、土壤湿度降低和植被盖度降低等加剧了西南干旱损失和风险。  相似文献

甘肃省农业干旱灾害损失特征及其对气候变暖的响应   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
随着全球气候变暖,干旱频次和强度增大,粮食生产与安全面临严重的挑战。利用1960-2012年甘肃省农业干旱灾情和气象资料,分析不同干旱程度的农业受灾率、成灾率和绝收率变化特征,并构建了农业干旱灾害风险指数(农业干旱综合损失率),揭示了甘肃农业干旱灾害损失特征及其对气候变暖的响应,讨论了关键时段气象条件对灾害损失的影响,阐述干旱灾害损失在气温和降水气候态中的分布特征,模拟出农业干旱受灾程度的气象阈值,并对未来情景下干旱灾害风险进行预测。结果表明:甘肃省近50多年农业干旱灾害范围、程度和频次均呈增加趋势,粮食受干旱灾害减产的风险加大。受灾率、成灾率、绝收率和综合损失率均呈明显上升趋势,尤其是20世纪90年代气温突变以后干旱灾害损失增大的趋势更明显。21世纪00年代干旱增幅最大,干旱受灾率、成灾率、绝收率和综合损失率均高于全国平均水平。多年平均综合损失率为10.8%,约为全国平均值(5.1%)的2倍。气温和降水量是甘肃农业干旱灾害损失的关键致灾因子,并且关键时段降水量和气温对干旱灾害的影响比全年平均值更加明显,年降水量每减少100 mm,综合损失率增加5.6%。年平均气温每升高1 ℃时,综合损失率增加6.3%。年平均气温6.45 ℃和年降水量460 mm是干旱高风险的临界值。未来气候变暖情境下,甘肃综合损失率增幅将可能达到1.85倍,气候变暖导致农业干旱灾害风险加大。  相似文献

唐宋时期是我国气候中的重要暖期,开展该时期区域灾害时空格局研究,可为气候变暖的影响研究提供实证案例,为潜在极端气候风险防范提供依据。基于《中国古代重大自然灾害和异常年表总集》,以10年为时间分辨率,将气象、水文类灾种整合归类为冷害、热害、旱灾、水灾、其他灾害,并以省为基本单元统计唐宋时期我国东部地区(南北方)重大气象、水文灾害的发生频次,分析其时空分布特征。结果显示:唐宋暖期灾害可分为3个高发期和4个低发期,存在"较少发-高发-少发-较高发"循环的特点;南、北方自然灾害高发期和低发期并不同步;灾害发生具有空间集中性(多发于浙江、河南、陕西、山东、河北和江苏),南方多水灾、旱灾,北方多水灾、冷害。唐宋时期灾种构成与现今相似,重大水灾发生频次是旱灾的3~4倍。受经济发展地域范围和经济水平、灾害记录详略及灾害等级评判标准差异的影响,现代灾害发生频次增大,具有区域分布集中性,主要发生于华北、华中、华南,区域分布范围明显南扩。在气候变暖情况下,应重点防范水灾、旱灾和冷害。  相似文献

1736-1911年中国水灾多发区分布及空间迁移特征   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
重建历史时期极端气候灾害的时空格局,对于认识当前和未来的灾害演变趋势,辨识灾害高风险区,更好地应对气候变化的挑战具有重要意义。本文基于《清史·灾赈志》中的历史水灾记录,以县级政区为单元,逐年提取了1736-1911年间中国境内的8582个水灾发生地点;利用核密度估计法对这一时期及3个特征时段(1736-1795、1796-1850和1851-1911年)的水灾空间分布特征进行分析,并结合风险理论框架讨论水灾多发区的分布及迁移的影响因素。主要结论如下:①1736-1911年水灾多发区主要集中在华北平原北部的海河、黄河下游,淮河下游,长江中下游三大平原及沿江地带,与现代分布格局存在一定差异;②华北平原北部是清代水灾最为集中的区域,这与当时华北平原降水偏多有关,而进入19世纪后,当地社会经济系统的高脆弱度也大大加重了灾情;特别是1855年黄河改道后,因政府应对不力,使得1851-1911年间鲁西北地区沿黄河下游河道出现一个条带状水灾多发区;③19世纪长江中下游地区水灾频次激增,其原因除梅雨变化导致的极端降水事件增多外,人类不合理的农业开发活动大量挤占湿地和水体,也在相当程度上增大了当地面对水灾时的物理暴露度。  相似文献

基于RS和GIS技术,应用集成地形图与遥感影像(MSS和TM)数据,获得抚远县6期景观类型图;通过计算各景观类型的相对变化率、转入和转出贡献率,应用景观格局分析方法,对1954~2005年三江平原抚远县湿地农田化过程进行分析。结果表明,1986年以后,耕地成为抚远县面积最大的景观类型;1954~2005年,各景观类型中耕地的相对变化率最大,1995~2000年间其相对变化率达到10.50;湿地的相对变化率在1976~1986年最大,为1.31%,湿地转出变为耕地的贡献率较大,这主要是湿地大面积被开垦为耕地的结果。景观指数在过去50多年间都发生了明显变化,最大景观形状指数(LSI)出现在1995年,为36.99;最大Shannon多样性指数(SH-DI)出现在1986年,为1.45;最大斑块聚集度指数(CONTAG)和斑块指数(LPI)出现在2005年,分别为64.14和53.35;最大斑块周长—面积分维数(PAFRAC)出现在1954年,为1.54。大规模农业开发与景观指数变化规律存在密切关系。  相似文献

采用季节指数、滤波分析和集中指数、饱和曲线与峰值指数等方法,对林芝地区旅游客流波动特征从年际、月份和日变化三个尺度进行分析。结果表明:1990年-2014年,林芝地区旅游接待总人数呈现大幅度增长,绝大比例来自国内旅游;旅游发展经历了探索期(1990-2000年)、参与期(2001-2006年)和发展期(2007年至今)三个阶段;旅游季节性波动特征明显,且季节强度指数呈现出明显的“倒V”型,其中每年5月-10月为旅游旺季;相对于季节波动地区日变化更为突出,在五一、端午、十一等小长假期间出现高峰且节假日客流分布集中。分析认为,国家和地方的政策制度、交通可达性、突发事件对林芝地区旅游的发展影响很大,造成入林客流量不同程度的波动变化。  相似文献

1949-2015年中国典型自然灾害及粮食灾损特征   总被引:6,自引:0,他引:6  
中国是一个自然灾害频发的国家,研究其自然灾害演变特征及粮食灾损规律,对实现中国社会经济可持续发展、解决中国粮食安全问题具有重要意义。本文先基于Python语言编程获取1949-2015年中国31省市自然灾害造成的受灾、成灾、绝收面积,构建灾害强度指数分析不同灾种的时序特征分异,利用趋势分析、ESDA方法分析不同灾种在省域空间的分布特征及冷热区;再获取1949-2015年粮食种植数据,通过粮食灾损估算模型、定义粮食灾损率、地理空间探测器,计算并检验中国粮食损失时空特征及分异性。结果表明:① 相比受灾面积曲线,本文构建的灾害程度指数能够更好揭示自然灾害时序演变特征;② 1949-2015年期间中国两大主力灾害(洪灾、旱灾)交替出现,未来5~10年以洪灾为主;③ 灾种排序旱灾>洪灾>风雹>低温>台风,其中旱灾、洪灾受灾占比过半;④ 省域不同灾种间空间趋势变化特征明显,区域受灾面积东部>西部,北部>南部,且北部灾种单一、南部多灾并发;⑤ 自然灾害受灾总和、旱灾、雹灾、低温空间上全局自相关性不显著,呈随机模式分布,洪涝、台风在空间分布上具有显著的全局自相关性,呈集聚模式;⑥ 1949-2015年灾害、灾损量、灾损率整体时序趋势呈现先升后降,2000年为临界点,空间分布具有异质性,单因子解释力度差异显著,多因子交互均呈非线性增强关系,胡焕庸线两侧冷热点分布呈两极化且其重心向北迁移。建议政府加强除旱减雹(西北)、除旱排内涝(东北)、排涝防冻(中部)、排涝预台(东南沿海)等工程技术措施;同时西北(环境恶劣)、东北(中国粮仓)应作为防灾减灾重点保护区,制定专项保护方案,以保证中国粮食丰产增收。  相似文献

宁夏耕地压力与社会经济发展耦合时空特征分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
根据耕地压力指数和重心坐标模型,计算了宁夏回族自治区1980-2012年耕地压力指数及GDP重心坐标,在此基础上分析了耕地压力指数在时间上的动态变化及空间上的差异;并通过地理关联率的计算,进一步探讨了耕地压力指数与GDP在空间上的耦合关系。结果表明:30多年耕地面积减少了37.8×104 hm2,最小人均耕地面积和实际人均耕地面积不断减小,耕地压力指数总体随时间呈减小趋势,到2012年减小到0.72;但各县(区)耕地压力差异较大,北部能源开发区一直是宁夏耕地压力最大的地区;中部干旱区和南部黄土丘陵沟壑区在2000年以前耕地压力较大,而后明显减轻。经济发展、农业科技、水利工程及生态移民政策共同影响了耕地压力变化。到2012年耕地压力和GDP地理关联率为0.85,表明两者之间的地理联系率较高。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
