泥石流区域预报中的预报降水处理

预报降水处理是泥石流区域预报的一个重要环节.在介绍了现有的泥石流预报方法的基础上,分析了不同时空尺度泥石流区域预报对预报降水的不同需求.根据精细化降水数值预报产品和多普勒天气雷达降水预报产品的特点,重点讨论了精细化降水数值预报产品用于大尺度短期泥石流区域预报、多普勒天气雷达降水预报产品用于中小尺度短临泥石流区域预报的处理方法,并建立了适应不同时空尺度(大尺度和中小尺度)的泥石流区域预报的预报降水处理系统,给出了处理实例.     

泥石流滑坡发生的降水预报方法与雨量标准--以四川省盆地区域为例

通过对η坐标数值预报模式预报的降水量检验分析,发现η坐标数值预报模式对青藏高原天气系统活动造成的四川盆地降水预报明显偏弱,且雨区偏北、偏西。我们使用风场资料对高原天气系统作自动识别,进行了对高原天气系统影响降水的强化与雨区漂移的处理,研究得出了η坐标数值预报模式释用强降水预报方法。通过对1991-2001年四川盆地发生泥石流、滑坡灾害的气象成因(强降水)分析,研究得出了四川盆地不同的地质地貌条件下泥石流、滑坡预测雨量标准。在上述研究基础上,建立了四川盆地泥石流、滑坡产生的强降水预报方法。经2003-08-09业务试运行,效果较好,较成功的预报了四川盆地西部、西南部3次大暴雨过程触发的多处泥石流、滑坡灾害,在防灾减灾中发挥了好的作用。     

新一代天气雷达在泥石流灾害中的应用探讨

天气雷达的发展大致经历了4个阶段，其主要用于监测强对流天气、定量估计降水，是气象部门的重要探测和监测手段之一。新一代天气雷达观测的实时回波强度（Z）、径向风速（V）、速度谱宽（W）的回波图像中，提供了丰富的有关强对流天气的信息，综合使用Z、V、W的图像分析，有利于较准确和及时地监测灾害性天气。云南滑坡泥石流灾害高发区与云南暴雨中心有很好的对应关系，云南滑坡泥石流灾害空间分布与暴雨空间分布的空间相关系数为0．19，通过了0．05的显著性水平检验，也进一步说明云南暴雨在滑坡泥石流灾害发生中起着重要作用。以2004年7月5日德宏州特大山洪泥石流灾害为例子，探讨了新一代天气雷达在泥石流灾害的临阵预警中的应用。     

东南地区泥石流活动与降水气候特征的关系

我国东南地区以低山丘陵为主,泥石流活动频率较低,但因经济发达和人口稠密,泥石流易导致严重灾害.东南地区绝大部分泥石流由降水引发,泥石流活动与降水特征间存在紧密的关系.在收集整理了近年来46个泥石流灾害事件后,分析了泥石流活动与各降水气候特征间的关系.分析结果显示,诱发泥石流灾害的5 d降水量和15 d降水量与降水气候特征间的关系最为密切,其函数关系可用于评估泥石流临界降水量,并作为该区域泥石流区域预报的因子.     

云南滑坡泥石流灾害的气象成因与监测

根据云南滑坡泥石流灾害资料，分析了其形成环境与分布特征，给出了典型降水滑坡泥石流灾害事件，研究了滑坡泥石流灾害与气象环境的关系。云南滑坡泥石流灾害主要出现在盛夏7～8月，主要影响天气系统有切变线、冷锋、西风槽、西南涡、孟加拉湾风暴、南海西行台风和两高辐合区。诱发滑坡泥石流灾害的前期降水类型有3种，即暴雨型，中～大雨型和连阴雨型。得出了云南滑坡泥石流发生的区域临界雨量指标，提出了滑坡泥石流灾害的气象监测预警方法。     

区域和沟谷相结合的泥石流预报及其应用

在分析泥石流预报现状和泥石流减灾决策对泥石流预报的要求的基础上,提出了建立区域和单沟相结合的泥石流预报的问题。以泥石流发育的基础数据库、降水的动态预报与监测和泥石流预报模型为基础,以GIS技术为工具,建立泥石流预报平台。泥石流预报模型采用基于模糊数学的泥石流预报模型,预报结果应用概率分级进行表述,以适应泥石流预报准确率低的不足,并最大程度地克服了过分依赖临界降水量进行泥石流预报的不足。将该泥石流预报方法应用到北京山区泥石流预报中,建立了北京山区泥石流预报系统。     

横断山区泥石流空间格局和激发雨量分异性研究

地形、降雨等环境因子决定了泥石流的时空分布特征,理解泥石流与这些因子的关系有助于区域泥石流灾害风险评估与防灾减灾工作。以横断山区为研究区域,选取降水、气候、地貌、地质、土地覆盖、土壤厚度、高差势能以及湿度指数等因子,利用地理探测器和灰度关联分析等方法,探讨了环境因子与泥石流沟空间分布的关系以及降水特征与泥石流灾害的时间关联性。结果表明,湿度指数是决定泥石流沟空间格局的最主要因子,其次是高差势能和土壤厚度,多年平均分布的降水特征对泥石流沟分布的影响较小。泥石流灾害事件与降水特征的时间关联具有较大的区域异质性。泥石流发生地的激发雨量、湿度指数、高差及土壤厚度的统计分布在不同地貌、地质和气候单元中有明显差异。这表明泥石流预警不仅需要考虑雨量等激发因子,还必须考虑其他影响因素的空间差异性。     

云南省泥石流灾害区域特征调查与分析

本文根据对云南省2000条泥石流沟的调查，综合分析了全省泥石流形成的区域环境背景条件，阐述了泥石流危害现状和对我省社会、经济的影响，分析了云南省泥石流灾害活动规律和区域分布特征，为全省泥石流灾害区域预测预报和综合治理提供了科学依据。     

1998-07-06云南境内金沙江流域暴雨泥石流的气象成因

1998-07-06昭通地区发生了不同程度泥石流灾害,以此为例,应用气象资料及其带通滤波方法,分析了引发此次暴雨泥石流的天气成因。结果表明:此次暴雨泥石流发生的引发因素除了地面因素和前期降水使地面达到饱和外,中尺度辐合天气系统———西南涡以及充分的水汽输送是直接造成此次暴雨泥石流灾害的天气系统。     

四川省德昌县群发性泥石流的特征和成因

地处川西南的德昌县近年来由局地暴雨诱发的泥石流造成了严重的经济损失.通过德昌群发性泥石流事件中局地暴雨过程和地面条件的分析,探讨了泥石流形成过程中的雨地耦合关系.根据TM遥感影像(30 m)解译,德昌泥石流分布具有明显的区域规律,以安宁河及其支流茨达河流域最为集中,安宁河支流老碾河流域次之.根据泥石流的分布特征,结合流域的高程、坡度、地层岩性等信息,分析了泥石流易发区域的流域坡度以及NDVI特点,并将两者结合起来进行泥石流易发区的判别,准确率达92%.因此,遥感影像的光谱差异可以作为识别群发性泥石流地区的遥感标志之一.此类泥石流易发区的下垫面判别准则有两条:(1)流域平均坡度大于20°;(2)NDVI介于0.1～0.3.将泥石流易发区的下垫面识别与诱发泥石流的局地暴雨过程结合起来分析,泥石流灾害的时空分布取决于暴雨中心落点及移动路径,以德昌2004-08-24群发性泥石流进行了实例验证,结果表明泥石流最终的暴发相对于局地暴雨的峰值过程约有1 h的滞后时间,此时段正是实施临灾预警的关键时间.据此,提出了群发性泥石流的减灾思路.

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
