利用Gini系数、E-G指数、行业地区集中度等产业集聚指标以及产业利润率、就业系数、劳动生产率等产业绩效衡量指标,基于2010年的截面数据,探究中国旅游产业集聚化发展及其与产业绩效之间的关系。结果表明:整体旅游产业的集聚程度较低,但产业内部各行业的区域集聚特征明显;旅游产业集聚程度的区域差异与区位条件差异具有较高的一致性;旅游产业集聚总体上对产业绩效的提高具有积极影响,其中,旅游产业集聚对产业利润率和劳动生产率的提高有显著的正向影响,但是对于就业机会的增加影响甚微。基于上述结论,提出相关政策建议。  相似文献

产业地理集聚既取决于产业特征,也依赖于区域特性。采用2001年基本单位普查资料企业数据对比江苏和安徽两个差异显著的省区制造业地理集聚。总体而言,制造业在安徽省较江苏省更为集聚,两省最为集聚的产业是一些资本或技术密集型产业,最为分散的产业是需要接近资源或地方化市场或地方保护较强。一些资源加工型产业、资本技术密集型产业以及历史悠久的传统产业在江苏省和安徽省集聚态势差异明显。制造业地理集聚的区域差异可能源于产业在不同省区的技术水平、规模强度以及功能的差异,但区域性因素仍然是主导。两省经济发展水平、城市化水平以及基础设施的差异是安徽省大多数产业较江苏省更为集聚的一般解释,资源区位及其可得性、地理位置、产业传统以及制度性差异等进一步造成了一些产业在两省地理集聚程度的差异。  相似文献

基于能源约束的江苏省工业结构优化及空间重组   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
建设资源节约型产业体系是产业转型的前沿领域。利用构建的工业能源熵与区域能源熵概念模型,将江苏工业划分为优先发展、适度发展与限制发展3类行业,并分析了2000-2012年江苏省工业结构变化及布局特征。结果表明:研究期内江苏省优先发展行业工业能源熵和区域能源熵呈增大态势,显示出由以劳动密集型行业为主向以技术密集型行业为主的工业体系演变趋势;适度发展行业始终以资本密集型行业作为主导,而限制发展行业中资源资本密集型行业占主导地位,但所占比重呈下降之势;在空间布局上,优先发展行业分布呈现由南而北递减趋势,适度发展行业呈核心边缘型分布格局,限制发展行业呈点状分布。据此,将全省划分为鼓励集聚区域、适宜集聚区域、适度集聚区域,并提出了促进工业结构转型和空间布局优化的调控措施。  相似文献

生产性服务业作为服务制造业发展的配套行业,逐渐发展成为推动产业升级、减少能源消耗、提升经济效率的重要因素。研究基于2004—2019年黄河流域地级市的相关数据,采用超效率SBM模型测度绿色全要素生产率(GTFP),并构建SDM模型实证分析了生产性服务业专业化集聚和多样化集聚对GTFP的影响与空间溢出效应,得出以下结论:(1)黄河流域GTFP区域差异显著,“两极分化”特征明显,黄河流域中部地区的GTFP显著低于其他区域;(2)黄河流域GTFP具有空间相关性,生产性服务业集聚在不同的空间权重矩阵下能够对GTFP产生正向影响;(3)生产性服务业专业化集聚和多样化集聚均存在正向溢出效应,多样化集聚的空间溢出边界较专业化集聚范围更远;(4)生产性服务业集聚的空间溢出效应表现出显著的行业异质性特征,相比于低端生产性服务业,高端生产性服务业的影响效应更为明显。研究从推动产业转型,分区分类实施相关产业政策,优化资源要素的流动机制等方面提出政策建议,对于黄河流域依托生产性服务业优化产业格局、提高生产效率、推动绿色转型提供了有益借鉴。  相似文献

天津滨海新区核心区正处于产业结构、城区职能、"港一城"关系的转型阶段与人口快速集聚时期.利用第四、第五次人口普查资料和2005年抽样资料,结合社会经济统计数据,详细分析了天津滨海新区核心区转型期的人口特征及趋势.结果表明,该区存在着人口吸纳能力不足、社会养老负担明显加重、行业和职业呈现低端化、资源环境的承栽能力较弱等问题,虽与区域的发展阶段、产业基础、自然本底相吻合,但严重制约了该地域的社会经济转型.为推动该区转型,亟需转变人口发展模式,通过借鉴浦东新区的经验教训,从就业与社会极化、"银发经济"、教育与创新、集约环保等方面提出应对措施.  相似文献

本文首先利用空间统计分析工具对我国油气资源产业的空间分布状况和规律进行了考察,然后运用空间计量经济模型对导致油气资源产业空间集聚的影响因素进行了实证检验。检验结果表明,我国油气资源产业发展呈现出产异化的空间分布状况,油气资源产业的上游集中于环鄂尔多斯区域,油气资源产业的下游没有出现空间集聚。而在影响我国油气资源产业空间集聚的因素中,外部效应是促使油气资源产业空间集聚的关键。同时,政府经济政策则是油气资源产业空间集聚的重要影响因素。  相似文献

高尔夫旅游不仅是中国旅游资源体系中的重要组成部分,也是旅游产业从观光型向休闲度假型调整的重要支撑点。选取北京市作为研究区域,对18洞及以上共51处标准高尔夫旅游资源空间分布特征及影响因素进行研究,得出以下结论:①在区域经济发展水平的影响下,北京市高尔夫旅游资源发展可分为两个阶段:1985-2000年缓慢发展阶段,2001-2011年蓬勃发展阶段。②北京市高尔夫旅游资源的空间分布形态已经出现多中心特征,由空间点状集聚分布转向扩散化并形成线状网络体系。③从球场面积的空间容量分布来看,北京市高尔夫旅游资源呈现出空间不均衡的集聚特征格局。中心城区球场密度大,但空间容量规模低;外围新兴区域球场密度相对较低,但开发强度高,空间容量规模大。总体上看,区域地形特征、重要水系分布、交通区位条件、配套服务设施、关联产业开发、土地价格、规划及政策引导等各种要素,通过综合作用机制共同影响北京市高尔夫旅游资源空间分布特征。  相似文献

产业的空间集聚是区域经济发展的必经阶段。选择旅游产业在广域空间的集聚现象进行研究,针对已有研究在地理学方法使用上的不足,以A级景区、旅行社、星级酒店作为旅游产业的核心组成,采用最近邻指数、核密度估计、缓冲区分析,对旅游产业在案例区域的集聚分布程度、集聚分布特征及集聚影响因素进行分析和揭示,研究发现:案例空间总体呈现明显的旅游产业集聚;A级景区、旅行社和星级酒店的集聚形态呈现不同演化特征,表现出点状、组团状等不同集聚分布特征;城市自身基础和区位条件影响着旅游核心企业的布局和选址;区位综合价值对集聚分布有主要影响。  相似文献

区域产业集聚研究是人文地理学重要的研究领域,是人地关系地域系统研究的重要方面,在全球化背景下,区域发展要响应全球化,促进区域产业集聚形成,培育区域发展优势,提高竞争力,融入到全球生产网络。文章重点回顾了近10年来区域产业集聚的研究进展。区域产业集聚的理论研究取得了很大进展,集中体现在新产业区理论、新经济地理学理论、产业簇群理论、点-轴理论、公司地理论等方面。学者们从不同侧面,对区域产业集聚机制进行了研究,注重集聚经济、贸易与市场拉动、企业联系、知识传播等方面的研究。区域产业集聚研究是对全球经济一体化的重要响应,区域企业集群与推进企业的培育是区域产业集聚的关键。要不断调整区域产业集聚要素,以形成产业集聚的最佳状态和效果,要加强传统工业基地的产业集聚研究。既要培育合理的产业集聚,又要注重与区域人口、资源环境相协调。  相似文献

基于协同耦合视角探讨综合交通与旅游产业集聚的适配机理,并从县域尺度构建交通优势度模型,应用耦合协调模型、探索性空间分析、逐步回归及空间计量模型探究2000—2019年大湘西交通优势度与旅游产业集聚适配的空间演化特征及驱动因素。结果表明:(1)区域交通优势度与旅游产业集聚失配现象逐步改善,适配均衡性逐渐提升,形成以永定区、凤凰县、吉首市为核心的圈层结构。(2)适配水平整体具有明显空间相关性,局部集聚模式多元化,表现为由慈利县、花垣县、吉首市向辰溪县、洪江市降低趋势。(3)区域创新效率、旅游资源丰富度、城镇化水平等对交通优势度与旅游产业集聚适配有显著促进作用,产业结构水平始终是影响适配的主导因素。  相似文献
