中国城市空间结构研究评述   总被引:8,自引:0,他引:8  
中国正处于城市化快速发展时期, 城市空间结构面临关键转型, 相关研究日益受到重视, 研究数量不断增多, 深度不断加强。因此, 有必要对中国城市空间结构相关研究进行系统总结, 从中找出存在的问题, 以及与国际相关研究的差距。基于对20 世纪80 年代以来中国城市空间结构相关研究成果的数量统计, 将其划分为3 个主要的研究时期:① 20 世纪80-90 年代中期, 为西方城市空间结构理论引入期及国内实证研究的起步期;② 20 世纪90年代中期-21 世纪初, 为中国城市空间结构的研究积累期;③ 21 世纪初至今, 为中国城市空间结构模式的总结及新城市空间现象研究的多元化时期。在对各个时期主要相关研究成果进行梳理和总结的基础上, 对比当前国际研究的最新成果, 提出未来中国城市空间结构的重点研究领域应当集中于:转型期城市空间结构理论模式的探讨, 新城市空间现象的深入探讨, 节约型城市空间增长的研究, 城市空间结构深层机制的分析, 中、微观尺度研究领域的开拓, 新研究方法的应用等6个方面。  相似文献

转型期中国城市内部经历了人口、经济和社会等方面的空间重构, 空间结构变得更加复 杂。中国城市人口郊区化速度在加快, 城市常住户籍人口和外来人口的空间重构存在明显差别, 城市人口空间重构过程的相似性特征减弱而差异性特征增强。对中国城市工业和商业空间重构 的分析表明, 郊区化和离心化力量发挥了重要作用。中国城市社会空间因子与社会形势密切相 关, 社会区类型越来越多样化, 社会区构成则经历了由单一到混杂的变化。20 世纪80 年代初中 国城市内部空间结构模式具有典型的同质性特点, 带有计划经济色彩, 而90 年代末的模式则是 市场经济发展的产物, 异质性特征突出, 而且带有多中心结构特点。  相似文献

利用2011 年上半年乌鲁木齐街道一级统计和调查数据,运用因子生态分析法对乌鲁木齐进行社会区分析。结果表明,乌鲁木齐城市社会区形成的主要因子有6 个,即:① 少数民族人口,② 知识分子,③ 普通工人及退休人员,④ 机关干部、高级管理与服务人员,⑤ 疆外流动人口,⑥ 农业人口。通过聚类分析法将乌鲁木齐划分为6 类社会区,即:① 民族混居区,② 知识阶层聚居区,③ 一般工薪阶层与退休人员居住区,④ 人口密集的机关干部、高级管理与服务人员聚居区,⑤ 疆外流动人口聚居区,⑥ 远郊农业人口散居区。并据此建立了乌鲁木齐城市社会空间结构模式。乌鲁木齐城市社会空间以扇形和多核心结构为主,同心圆结构不明显。乌鲁木齐现有的城市社会空间格局是在其自然本底条件基础上,经过250 多年的历史发展,在社会经济因素、宏观政策和城市规划等因素共同作用下形成的。  相似文献

本文目的是对1985-2010年广州市社会空间结构演变进行跟踪研究。首先,利用第六次全国人口普查数据,运用因子生态分析方法对广州市2010年社会区进行分析,提取出7个主因子并划分7类社会区;并与2000年和1985年的广州市社会区研究作对比。结果发现:① 社会区影响主因子大多具有持续性,且持续作用在增强,个别非持续性主因子具有鲜明的时代特征;② 1985-2000年,社会区演变以类型更替为主,地域空间分异为辅,2000-2010年,则反之;③ 证实了2000年研究提出的基于老城区发展、基于工业和教育“飞地”发展和基于农村社区发展的社会区演变模式存在,同时总结出基于近郊小城镇发展的社会区演变新模式;④ 社会空间结构演变受市场机制、行政机制和家庭生命周期机制共同作用。  相似文献

运用主成分分析和聚类分析方法对广州2000年第五次人口普查的200个反映社会空间结构的变量进行分析,提取出影响广州市社会空间结构的5个主因子,据此将广州市划分为7类社会区。与1985年的广州社会区研究对比,归纳出基于老城区发展的、基于工业和教育飞地发展的、基于农村社会区发展的社会区演变的三种模式,从转型期制度与政策变化、历史因素、政府对城市管理与调控等方面分析了社会区分异的机制,总结了转型期中国大城市的社会空间结构模型,比较了中西方社会区结构的差异,并从职业分异、家庭生命周期、外来人口等方面对广州未来社会区的演变做了分析。  相似文献

在评述国内外相关研究的基础上,从生态角度对城市空间结构演变进行阶段性分析,按建城 过程的生态思想分析生态自发阶段(前工业社会)、生态失落阶段(工业社会)和生态觉醒 阶段(后工业社会)的城市空间结构演变过程.认为在人与自然经历“依赖-对抗-调节” 的过程中,城市的人工空间与自然空间也由相融、脱离到再次协调;城市空间结构模式由弱单中心结构转变为同心圆模式,再发展为主副多中心模式.  相似文献

基于住房普查和建筑普查资料,对深圳市城中村“非正规住房”的空间特征与演化进行研究。得出以下结论:城中村“非正规住房”的空间集聚特征明显并形成若干集聚区,且表现出明显的圈层分化,非正规住房规模比重从城市中心到边缘呈先增长后降低的发展态势。影响城中村“非正规住房”空间结构的主因子包括规模因子、住房构成因子、增长因子、建筑特征因子和使用状态因子,城中村“非正规住房”可以划分为边缘增长型、空间集聚型、相对稳定型和中心转化型等4种类型。 深圳市城中村“非正规住房”的发展演化过程包括形成阶段、快速发展阶段、高潮阶段和缓慢增长阶段,不同阶段的非正规住房具有差异化的演化背景与空间结构特征。  相似文献

城市社会空间结构模型可以从整体上、宏观上反映和把握城市社会空间变迁规律,是城市规划、城市管治重要的科学依据。从研究理论、内容、方法3个方面回顾和分析了国内外城市社会空间结构经典模型,发现国内在城市社会空间结构研究(理论、方法)上与西方国家存在较大差距,即国内仍缺乏学科理论整体框架的建树和研究方法上的突破。并探索性的提出中国今后应以(1)按城市规模分析、建构城市社会空间结构的综合模型;(2)在户籍制度、住房制度、城市管理制度以及市民行为等因素变迁过程中的城市社会空间结构模型构建与特征分析;(3)根据针对不同规模城市的实证研究,探讨建国以来多因素综合作用下的中国城市社会空间结构的阶段模型及主要影响因素的作用机理,作为国内城市社会空间结构模型研究的重点领域。  相似文献

在经济体制改革及产业空间重构初期,利用2000年第五次人口普查数据,以街道和乡镇为基本单位,运用因子生态分析和聚类分析方法研究了长春市这一老工业基地就业空间结构的特征。研究表明:① 处在特定历史条件下的长春市工、居分离现象并不明显;② 根据因子分析的结果,得到受教育水平、普通收入群体、外来人口比重、性别分化程度四个主要因子对2000年长春市就业空间结构影响较大;③ 运用聚类分析法将长春市划分为6大就业类型区:混合就业区、传统产业区、科技教育集中区、物流业集中区、以农业为主的远郊区、新兴产业集中区,并最终得出长春市就业结构的空间形态特征为:单核心、混合圈层式、综合扇形要素的空间结构模型。  相似文献
