基于中等空间分辨率遥感影像的建筑用地信息提取

本研究从中等空间分辨率遥感影像（如LandsatTM影像）的地物光谱响应曲线入手,介绍分析了国内外几种常用的建筑用地提取指数构建原理．然后选取LandsatTM影像进行建筑用地提取实验,并用QuickBird和Google Earth的同期影像辅以验证．实验得出,比值居民地指数RRI,由于其作者构建时并没有对影像进行辐射校正,从而影响了提取精度和模型适用性;归一化建筑指数NDBI和差值建筑覆盖指数DBI,提取精度相对较高,但是会混有裸土、污染水体等信息;指数型建筑用地指数IBI和增强的指数型建筑用地指数EIBI,提取精度最高,达到92％．虽然EIBI期望改进IBI未能很好抑制裸土信息的问题,但实际上所构建指数并没有较好的去除裸土信息,可能是其权重选择没有普适性,所以建议建筑信息提取优先使用IBI．     

遥感监测下的城市扩展分析--以泉州市为例

城市的建设和发展是社会进步的重要标志,城市扩展的空间数据是评估城市化进程的一个重要指标.本文通过对泉州1989年和2000年TM/ETM+ 影像的遥感监测,利用仿归一化植被指数(NDBI)和计算机监督分类提取了泉州在这11年中的城区空间扩展信息,并分析出泉州市的扩展方式是低密度蔓延和沿条带状扩展相结合的.

城市的建设和发展是社会进步的重要标志，城市扩展的空间数据是评估城市化进程的一个重要指标。本文通过对泉州1989年和2000年TM/ETM 影像的遥感监测，利用仿归一化植被指数(NDBI)和计算机监督分类提取了泉州在这11年中的城区空间扩展信息，并分析出泉州市的扩展方式是低密度蔓延和沿条带状扩展相结合的。     

基于谱间特征和归一化指数分析的城市建筑用地信息提取

以福州市ETM+影像为例,研究了城市建筑用地信息快速准确提取的原理和方法。通过对归一化差异型指数构成原理的分析以及对同名异义和异名同义现象的甄别,选取了归一化差异建筑指数(NDBI)、修正归一化差异水体指数(MNDWI)和土壤调节植被指数(SAVI)来代表城市建成区的三种最主要的土地利用类型--建筑用地、水体和植被。在此基础上进一步对这三个新的指数波段进行谱间特征分析,最后利用基于规则的逻辑判别运算将城市建筑用地信息提取出来。研究表明这一方法可以使繁杂的多波段谱间分析得以简化, 是一种快速准确、未经人工干预的建筑用地信息提取方法。本文还探讨了在城市建成区的研究中采用SAVI指数替代NDVI指数的优点。     

基于C5.0决策树分类算法的ETM+影像信息提取

利用C5.0决策树算法对ETM 影像进行信息提取,通过与其他分类方法提取结果的对比,得出C5.0决策树分类算法精度较高。大气校正与数据融合可明显提高分类精度,利用经过NDVI、NDBI、缨帽变换处理后的影像组合数据进行信息提取可进一步提高分类精度。研究发现,C5.0决策树算法用未处理的资料生成决策树的效果较差,而经大气校正和数据融合后计算出NDVI、NDBI及缨帽变换的前3个分量的组合数据生成的决策树深度最小,并且分类精度最高。     

基于DMSP/OLS夜间灯光数据提取城镇建设用地的邻域分析法

为提高城镇建设用地提取的精度,文章提出一种基于DMSP/OLS夜间灯光数据邻近象元特征差异的提取城镇建设用地的邻域分析方法。该方法主要是通过栅格运算识别建设用地和非建设用地的突变,结合阈值法准确提取建设用地边界。将该方法应用于2009年中国大陆34个主要城市的建设用地提取,并与基于TM数据以及基于DMSP/OLS数据传统全局阈值法和局部优化法提取的建设用地进行比较。结果显示,该方法提取的建设用地象元数与TM影像提取的象元数呈较好的相关性(R2=0.966),均方根误差为191.64个象元,相对精度为82.79%,景观形状指数、聚集度指数、边缘面积比指数和连接度指数也具有较高的相似性(R2分别为0.475 4、0.366 2、0.858 9和0.915 3)。该方法不仅能准确识别大面积的城市建设用地斑块边界,而且不会漏掉小面积的城市建设用地斑块,克服了传统全局阈值法和局部优化法的缺点。     

基于金字塔模型的遥感影像感知哈希认证算法

针对遥感影像数据量较大的特点,提出一种基于金字塔模型的遥感影像感知哈希认证算法。首先,在原始遥感影像基础上通过重采样建立不同分辨率的影像层,并根据认证的粒度要求对各层影像进行格网划分;然后,通过分块DCT变换提取各格网单元的内容特征,进而构造格网单元的感知哈希序列,最终得到原始遥感影像的感知哈希序列。影像认证端可以认证不同分辨率影像层的内容完整性,也可以验证初始影像的内容完整性。实验与分析表明,该算法能够实现不同尺度下的遥感影像内容完整性认证,并对篡改区域进行定位。     

基于特征基元的高分辨率遥感影像城市空间信息提取

结合人类视觉机制和计算机尺度空间理论,设计了基于特征基元的高分辨率遥感影像多尺度信息提取技术模式,即先在大尺度上进行粗分割,再进行精细分割,获得特征基元并进行特征表达,通过样本分类和知识推理等实现信息的提取与目标识别。针对城市空间信息的特点,在特征基元提取的基础上,采用马尔可夫随机场纹理分类方法、直方图阈值分割方法、支撑向量机分类方法等完成对城市水体、建筑区、道路和绿化用地的分类提取,构建了一套从高分辨率遥感影像中提取城市空间信息的方法体系。     

基于LBV数据变换方法的海岸带多光谱影像分类方法研究

在传统的海岸带多光谱影像分类方法的基础上,提出了运用LBV数据变换方法对海岸带多光谱影像进行地物分类识别的方法,通过图像数据变换能够分别提取出表示地物总辐射水平、可见光-近红外辐射平衡和表示波段辐射变化矢量(方向和速度)L、B、V的值.通过应用青岛海岸带TM多光谱影像,提取LBV变换图像并与原始假彩色合成图像比较,分别进行监督分类试验.运用LBV数据变换方法获得的图像信息量更丰富,地物类别更鲜明,有利于图像的目视解译,分类精度提高约3.12%.     

基于光谱和纹理特征的ALOS影像土地利用信息提取

针对高分辨率遥感影像易于反映地物纹理特征的特点,综合利用地物的光谱和纹理特征进行分类,探讨适用于ALOS影像的土地利用信息提取方法。以川东丘陵地区影像为例,基于GLCM提取纹理信息,将提取的纹理特征向量采用赋权值法融合为一个综合纹理信息波段,然后采用面向对象法将其与光谱特征信息共同参与分类。与最大似然法的提取结果对比表明,考虑了纹理特征的面向对象分类方法能明显提高分类精度,Kappa精度提高了0.12;避免了椒盐现象,分割的地类边界具有更好的语义表达,更贴合地物实际分布特征;建筑用地和林地具有明显的纹理特征,而旱地纹理特征不明显。该方法不仅分出了6个基本地物类型,而且对于林地、建筑用地等类型还能进一步细分。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
