大庆龙凤湿地须浮鸥巢址选择研究

为了认知影响须浮鸥(Chlidonias hybridus)营巢的主要环境因素,于2011年6～7月,采用直接观察法和样方法在大庆龙凤湿地自然保护区内对须浮鸥的巢区进行了调查研究.在本次调查中共发现须浮鸥巢73个,逐巢进行了常规测量,并对须浮鸥巢址及附近无巢对照区域的生境进行了调查.主成分分析和独立样本t检验的结果表明,须浮鸥属于集群营巢,而影响须浮鸥巢址选择的主要因素依次为巢下水深、巢距植物距离、巢周明水面积、植物高度、植物密度和巢距干扰源距离.其中,前3个因素影响须浮鸥生境中食物的供给条件,后3个因素影响须浮鸥巢的隐蔽条件.须浮鸥选择巢址的条件是能提供丰富食物且具有较好隐蔽条件的生境.     

包头南海子湿地普通燕鸥巢址选择研究

2014年4~7月,在内蒙古自治区包头市南海子湿地保护区,采用直接观察法和样方法,对普通燕鸥(Sterna hirundo)巢址和影响其巢址选择的因子进行研究。结果表明,在核心区12个人工湖心岛上,共发现普通燕鸥巢435个,其营巢地有沙地、泥质裸地和草地3种类型,沙地是其主要的营巢栖息地;影响普通燕鸥巢址选择的因子依次为人为干扰条件、沙地比例、隐蔽条件和巢距水边距离等。普通燕鸥倾向于在距离干扰源较远、沙地比例较高、隐蔽性较好、巢距水源较近的湖心岛上营巢。     

鄂尔多斯桃力庙—阿拉善湾海子的黑颈??巢址选择研究

黑颈䴙䴘(Podiceps nigricollis)是国家二级重点保护野生动物。为了保护黑颈䴙䴘,于2022年6月15日至7月15日,在内蒙古鄂尔多斯遗鸥国家级自然保护区内的桃力庙—阿拉善湾海子,开展了针对黑颈䴙䴘巢的野外调查,采用主成分分析方法和Lgistics回归模型,分析了黑颈䴙䴘是否筑巢与巢的隐蔽度、水域的植物盖度、无脊椎动物丰度等8种环境因素的关系。研究结果表明,黑颈??主要在不受盛行风影响且隐蔽度较高的浅水区域(水深的平均值为10.56 cm)筑巢,筑巢的主要材料为角果藻(Zannichellia palustris)、水绵(Spirogyra communis)、动物羽毛和植物枝条;有巢样方的黑颈??巢的隐蔽度、水域的植物盖度、无脊椎动物丰度都显著大于无巢对照样方(n=20,p<0.01),有巢样方与无巢对照样方是否受盛行风影响因素的值之间的差异显著(χ²=26.302,df=1,p<0.001);水域的植物盖度、无脊椎动物丰度、巢的隐蔽度、是否受盛行风影响是黑颈??巢址选择的主要影响因素;为了更好地保护鄂尔多斯遗鸥国家级自然保护区内黑颈...     

草原区植被对土壤风蚀影响的风洞模拟试验研究

在前期研究的基础上,选择内蒙古乌兰察布荒漠草原区为研究区域,通过野外移动风洞模拟试验,开展荒漠草原植被对土壤风力侵蚀影响的定量化分析研究,旨在探讨不同植被盖度下空气动力学粗糙度的变化、不同植被盖度下的风沙流结构特征及植被盖度与风蚀输沙率的定量关系,从而为水土流失机理研究提供理论依据。试验研究表明：空气动力学粗糙度随着地表植被盖度的增加呈三次函数关系增加,拟合函数为Z0=ax3+bx2+cx+d;随着距地高度的增加,各层收集到的风蚀量呈不同程度降低,随着地表植被盖度的增加,各层输沙量也均降低;不同风速下植被盖度与风蚀输沙率之间呈幂函数相关。     

黄河中游砒砂岩地区长川流域植被盖度及其动态分析

应用遥感监测并结合地面实测数据,分析黄河中游砒砂岩地区典型流域——内蒙古长川流域植被盖度及其变化特征。经野外实测数据进行检验植被盖度遥感监测的精度发现,以遥感手段通过植被盖度与归一化植被指数(NDVI)之间关系来估算长川流域植被盖度的精度达到81.3%。长川流域上游地区(北部)植被盖度相对较高,达到40%~70%;沟道两侧也有相对较高的植被盖度,也达到了30%~60%;一般梁峁地植被盖度较低,只有5%~15%。从1983年开始实施的小流域第一期水土流失重点治理和1993年至1997年期间实施的小流域第二期第一阶段水土流失重点治理的效果明显,使得长川流域植被盖度在该期间内大幅度增高。     

基于RTK-GPS技术的干热河谷冲沟沟头形态特征

采用高精度实时动态差分GPS(以下简称RTK-GPS)技术对干热河谷冲沟进行野外调查,获取36个不同活跃度类型沟头的形态参数,研究不同活跃度类型之间沟头的形态特征差异,并分析集水区、沟床植被盖度与形态特征之间的关系。结果表明:1.沟头不同活跃度类型之间,其跌坎高差、沟床比降差异最为显著,可作为沟头活跃度类型野外判别的主要参考指标;沟壁坡度、宽-深比等的差异较为显著,亦可在一定程度上表征沟头活跃程度。2.沟床植被盖度与各形态特征参数的相关性显著,表明沟床植被盖度可作为形态参数的综合替代性指标。同一活跃度类型的沟头,其跌坎高差、沟床比降等与沟床植被盖度呈极显著负相关关系,说明随着沟床植被盖度的增加(或减小),跌坎高差、沟床比降均呈减小(或增加)趋势。3.集水区植被盖度与各形态特征参数的关系不显著,表明干热河谷集水区植被盖度对沟头发育的贡献有限。     

盐池湾自然保护区喜马拉雅雪鸡的巢址选择

2005年的4～7月,采用样方法和直接观察法,对甘肃省盐池湾自然保护区喜马拉雅雪鸡(Tetraogallus himalayensis)的巢址选择进行了研究.共测量16个巢址.研究表明,喜马拉雅雪鸡的巢主要分布于3 301～3 500 m之间、多在灌丛草地和高山岩石草地、灌木下或草丛中及突出大石下、中坡以上的坡位、坡度...     

北京野鸭湖湿地不同植被退化区的土壤种子库特征

2010年5月,在北京野鸭湖湿地自然保护区选择废弃鱼塘、耕作苜蓿(Medicago)地、撂荒苜蓿地、天然退化湿地和天然湿地作为实验地,其中,天然湿地作为对照。通过土壤种子库萌发实验,对实验地土壤种子库的基本特征以及与地上植被的关系进行了对比研究。结果表明,5种实验地的土壤种子库共有60种植物,隶属于23科46属。其中,萌发物种最多的是菊科(Compositae)、禾本科(Poaceae)和莎草科(Cyperaceae),分别为11种、10种和8种。废弃鱼塘、耕作苜蓿地、撂荒苜蓿地和天然退化湿地种子平均密度为6 885粒/m~2,天然湿地种子的平均密度为16 083粒/m~2,5种实验地的种子库密度差异极显著(n=300,F=4.828,p=0.001<0.05);各实验地的种子库垂直分布有一致的规律性,各实验地0～6 cm土层的种子库密度明显高于6～12 cm土层;各实验地的土壤种子库与地上植被的相似性系数都不高,土壤种子库物种组成的稳定性要高于地上植被。通过研究发现,退化湿地的土壤种子库中有大量的植物种子储藏和湿地植物的种子,这为野鸭湖退化湿地恢复提供了重要的保障,这些潜在的植物种子在野鸭湖退化湿地生态输水过程中会起到应有的恢复作用。建议野鸭湖湿地自然保护区管理部门继续加强退化湿地区域的土壤种子库保护工作,必须重视水环境的恢复、各种人为干扰的消除以及系统保护的加强。     

扎龙国家级自然保护区丹顶鹤巢址的空间分布格局分析

依据1996年、2003～2007年扎龙自然保护区丹顶鹤(Grus japonensis)巢址分布数据,计算巢址分布的质心、巢址的空间离散度,分析了巢址的空间格局特征;并统计了巢址与芦苇(Phragmites Australis)沼泽的高程.研究结果表明,如果不遇到严重的干扰,扎龙保护区丹顶鹤巢址的质心主要分布在核心区内,每年的偏移主要集中在核心区内部;而在受到火灾干扰的2005年,丹顶鹤巢址的质心几乎迁出了核心区.扎龙湿地丹顶鹤巢址空间分布在此期间具有聚群的特征,2005年以前,丹顶鹤营巢距离逐年缩小;而2005年以后营巢距离又有所增加.丹顶鹤巢址分布在高程142～148 m的占92.03%,而芦苇沼泽分布在高程142～148 m的占82.04%;丹顶鹤巢址分布于坡度小于0.25°的占90.93%,芦苇沼泽分布在坡度小于0.25°的占87.31%;芦苇沼泽和丹顶鹤巢址在高程、坡度上的分布相关性较强,说明芦苇沼泽是扎龙湿地丹顶鹤营巢的重要生境.     

北京野鸭湖浮游植物群落结构与水质关系研究

2011年4～11月,调查北京野鸭湖4个采样区6个采样点浮游植物的种类组成,计算其密度和生物多样性指数,分析浮游植物群落指标与水质理化参数的关系,利用修正卡尔森指数及群落多样性指数等进行了水质综合评价.结果表明,2011年4～11月,4个采样区共发现8门116种藻类,其中绿藻门、硅藻门和裸藻门占76.72％.浮游植物的群落结构、密度和多样性指数季节变化较大.在夏、秋季水温较高时,浮游植物种类较丰富,其中,以绿藻门(40.73％)最多,其次为硅藻门(26.96％)和蓝藻门(17.56％).春季和冬季水温较低,浮游植物种类比较少,但仍然是绿藻门和硅藻门植物占主导.各采样区的浮游植物细胞密度之和,在6月达到最大值,为36 119.9×104 cells/L,最低值出现在11月,为5 209.75× 104cells/L.浮游植物细胞密度在夏季和秋季较大,与浮游植物种类组成的季节变化具有一致性,即随着水温的升高和水中营养盐的增加,浮游植物的种类和细胞密度都在增加,且都是蓝藻占绝对优势,其次为绿藻.Ⅰ区～Ⅳ区浮游植物的年平均细胞密度分别为4 881.36× 104cells/L、1 015.22× 104 cells/L、4 875×104 cells/L和2 466× 104 cells/L,其中,绿藻门和蓝藻门植物细胞密度占浮游植物总细胞密度的99.81％,优势种为小颤藻(Oscillatoria tenuis)、大螺旋藻(Spirulina major)、微小色球藻(Chroococcus minutus)和蓝纤维藻(Dactylococcopsis acicularis).野鸭湖浮游植物的Shannon-Wiener指数、Pielou均匀度指数变化规律一致.野鸭湖春季和冬季水质相对较好,夏季和秋季水质相对较差.Shannon-Wiener指数和Pielou均匀度指数呈显著正相关(P＜0.01),说明野鸭湖浮游植物物种多样性指数的变化,很可能是由于浮游植物群落均匀度的变化而不是由于其种类数的变化.野鸭湖浮游植物的生物多样性较高.4个采样区的多样性指数及均匀度指数之间没有明显差异.野鸭湖已经被污染,其水体为富营养型.水温和总氮含量是影响野鸭湖浮游植物群落结构的主要因素.
