甘肃河西地区土地资源农业开发利用程度评价及持续利用对策研究

土地资源是区域社会经济发展的基本资源之一,土地资源开发利用程度评价将为人们了解掌握区域土地开发利用合理与否提供科学信息。作为重要商品粮基地的甘肃河西地区,土地农业开发利用历史悠久,文章通过土地资源农业开发利用程度评价研究,初步分析研究了区域土地开发利用特点,旨在为区域可持续发展战略的制定提供科学依据。     

人口承载容量研究的回顾

二次大战后,尤其是70年代以来,全球性区域发展的规模与速度加剧,特别是人口急剧增长,在一些地区超出了区域经济的负荷及区域土地资源的承受能力。面临资源短缺,环境恶化的困境,这又反馈为区域经济发展的停滞和不稳定性,出现了粮食危机,因而产生了引起世界广泛关注的所谓人口、资源、环境及发展(简称为PRED)这一普遍性、整体性和综合性问题。问题的实质在于如何协调好在区域发展中的“人地关系”,这就要求在区域协调发展研究中,必须首先进行区域发展时空规模规定性的人口承载容量研究,而后才能制定出合理的区域发展目标以及解决PRED问题的对策。     

一部面向决策的土地利用系统研究力作——评《土地利用系统评估与整治决策技术研究——以海南为例》

随着我国工业化、城镇化进程中土地供需矛盾的不断加剧,以及科学发展导向的人地协调战略的日益显现,如何适应经济发展方式转变与战略转型,正确处理土地资源开发、利用与保护的关系,既是深化人地关系地域系统理论和土地科学前沿创新的重要课题     

关山草原旅游风景区开发中生态环境保护与建设

随着旅游业的迅速发展,生态旅游已成为旅游业一个重要的发展方向。山地是一个生态旅游资源丰富、开发潜力较大之区域,但也是生态环境较脆弱之地带,必然带来生态环境危机。如何在开发中保护生态环境,建设和优化生态环境,使区域社会经济和生态环境协调而持续发展是首要研究的问题。通过对关山草原风景区的开发规划研究、提出关山旅游资源开发中生态环境保护与建设的意见与方法,以促使山地生态环境保护和建设。     

“呼包鄂”金三角地区经济一体化中的土地资源管理

土地是一切经济活动不可缺少的载体,是区域经济发展不可替代的生产资料,也是不可再生的稀缺资源。区域土地资源的合理利用、土地利用中存在问题的剖析、土地潜力的发挥等显得越来越重要。伴随区域经济发展,必然会对地区的土地资源特别是耕地资源形成强大的冲击。因此,从土地资源管理的角度来说,如何应对这样的局面,恰当地处理和协调保障经济建设与保护土地资源的关系,是必须高度重视和认真研究的一个重大问题。1.呼包鄂三角地区的基本概况1.1自然地理环境呼包鄂地区是以首府呼和浩特市、“草原钢城”包头市、新兴工业城市鄂尔多斯市为顶点构…     

甘肃省土地利用空间协调度时空分异及态势分析

以甘肃省土地开发强度与土地供给能力的协调关系为研究对象，运用指数计算模型、协调度模型和R/S分析方法研究了2001—2016年甘肃省土地利用空间协调度时空格局分异及态势，以期对国土开发利用、社会经济、资源环境相互协调推进提供参考依据。结果表明：（1） 甘肃省土地开发强度呈现上升趋势，土地供给能力变化幅度较小，基本保持在0.4左右。（2） 土地利用空间协调度时间上呈现上升—下降趋势，空间上呈现从河西走廊地区向陇东、陇南地区递增的空间格局，且河西地区土地利用空间协调状态不稳定，协调等级较低。（3） 各地区土地利用空间协调度的Hurst指数均大于0.5，在未来一段时间内土地利用空间协调度仍然会以延续过去变化态势为主，其中张掖市具有较强持续性，而其余地区持续性相对较弱。整体上，甘肃省土地利用空间协调度时空分异特征仍十分明显。为了满足将来土地开发利用的需求，各市州要明确发展定位，在资源环境约束下合理调控土地开发利用强度。     

面向空间开发利用的土地资源承载力评价技术

开展区域土地资源承载力评价技术研究,对区域经济社会的可持续发展以及党中央提出的“五位一体”发展思路顺利实现具有重要意义。本文从空间开发利用角度出发,综合考虑对土地开发建设影响显著的因子,运用分步式算法测算适宜建设用地规模及分布,确定土地合理开发强度及分布区域,通过分析现状开发状态与合理开发状态之间的差异评价区域承载状况。并以京津冀地区为例开展案例研究,结果表明：现状开发状态与合理开发状态之间的关系能够有效地反映土地资源承载开发利用的状态;同时以承载建设开发行为为明确承载对象,有显著的政策指向,为精细化、差异化制定空间格局优化调控政策提供了可能。本文从面向国土空间开发利用优化应用出发提出的承载力评价路径,可为中国制定和完善承载力评价相关技术规范提供一些新思路。     

GIS支持的县级区域开发与规划的土地资源评价：以江西省泰和县为例

县和县级市是我国进行地区性资源开发的基层行政单位，也是制定区域发展规划的基础本地域单元。针对县域开发与规划的特点，通过定义土地适宜指数，探讨了运用地理信息系统技术，实现土地资源评价数量化处理的方法，并以江西省泰和县为例，夺方法的具体应用作了阐述。     

闽清县水土流失及治理初探

闽清县是一个“八山一水一分田”的山区小县，土地资源十分紧缺，土地资源的开发、利用与水土保持，对经济发展具有特别重要的意义。本文通过对水土流失现状与成因的分析，寻找防治水土流失的途径，实现综合治理，以促进水土保持和农、林、牧、副持续、全面、协调的发展。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
