以新疆奇台地区碱化土壤为研究对象,通过分析碱化土壤实测光谱反射率曲线与八大离子、pH、碱化指标相互间的相关关系,建立基于离子光谱特征波段反射率的各碱化指标一元及多元光谱反演模型,并对其精度进行验证。结果显示:Na^+、CO_32-、HCO_3^-含量与光谱反射率正相关,最高点的相关系数分别为0.710、0.798、0.749,而Ca2+、Mg2+含量与光谱反射率负相关,相关系数最高均不超过-0.370,反映出前3类离子含量与光谱反射率关系更为密切。SAR(钠吸附比)和ESP(碱化度)与Na+相关系数同为0.954,TA(总碱度)、RSC(残余碳酸钠)、pH与CO_32-的相关系数分别为0.946、0.949和0.953,总体上Na^+和CO_32-含量对各碱化指标的影响更大。各碱化指标与土壤光谱反射率的相关性TA>RSC>ESP>pH>SAR;其中TA与光谱反射率的相关系数达到0.863。碱化指标TA的离子光谱特征波段反射率反演模型精度最好,其R^2为0.703,比利用实测光谱反射率建立的pH反演模型的R^2高约14%,说明前者精度更高,能更好地反映研究区内土壤的碱化程度。利用离子光谱特征波段反射率实现对土壤碱化的预测会成为今后研究的重点。  相似文献

 土壤砂粒含量是表征土壤质量的重要指标,探索建立基于高光谱遥感的区域土壤砂粒含量反演方法对区域土壤质量监测具有重要意义。通过野外采集的高光谱数据与MODIS影像相结合,遴选出土壤砂粒含量的敏感波段与反演方程,进行干旱区裸地土壤砂粒含量遥感反演研究。结果表明:430 nm为土壤砂粒含量的敏感波段,原始光谱经变换后的数值与土壤砂粒含量的相关系数在430 nm处达到最大值0.76;基于MODIS第3波段中心波长460 nm处的土壤原始光谱的反演精度最高,达到89.30%,与实际情况吻合较好,表明MODIS第3波段可以应用于干旱区裸地土壤砂粒含量的遥感反演。  相似文献

以环境小卫星高光谱影像为主要数据源,在野外实测样本的支持下进行光谱反射率及其变换形式与土壤含盐量的相关性分析,筛选盐渍化土壤响应敏感波段,利用曲线回归分析方法,建立基于高光谱影像的新疆渭干河-库车河绿洲土壤含盐量定量反演模型.结果表明:研究区土壤含盐量的影像响应波段基本位于近红外波段,其中以780~924 nm波长范围最佳,相关系数R≈0.8;反射率对数的倒数一阶微分土壤含盐量预测模型精度最高,回归方程为Y=-4.152-27.735X+769.813X2,模型及其检验的决定系数都在0.88以上,均方根误差约为3.该模型的建立可为区域盐渍化土壤信息的提取及监测提供参考.  相似文献

基于Hyperion数据的南四湖叶绿素浓度反演研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
通过对2005年5月7日南四湖Hyperion高光谱影像的几何纠正和6S模型辐射校正,以及水体光谱数据分析,对22个水体样点原始光谱数据分别采用归一化处理和包络线消除处理后,以波段比值数据构建叶绿素浓度反演模型,选取相关系数最大的反演模型,获得南四湖叶绿素浓度的空间分布图。研究表明,包络线消除法能很好地去除水体的光谱曲线背景影响,突出光谱曲线的吸收和反射特征,与归一化处理相比,反演模型的相关系数都有很大提高。R700/R560波段比值数据构建的模型相关性最高,相关系数为0.834,可用于叶绿素浓度反演研究。  相似文献

高光谱遥感技术已成为提取土地质量指标的前沿技术之一。该文回顾了国内外高光谱遥感技术在土地质量指标提取中的研究进展,总结归纳了作为土地生态系统载体的土壤属性质量指标和反映生态系统结构功能的质量指标中的土壤有机质、全氮、土壤水分、铁氧化物、土壤重金属、土壤质地、土壤盐分、植被覆盖度、生物量、指示种10个指标的提取、敏感波段选择与反演方法,指出研究中存在的问题,最后展望了高光谱遥感技术在土地质量指标提取研究中的应用前景。  相似文献

利用新疆奇台县荒漠-绿洲交错带的75个土壤样本,选取土壤可见光-近红外光谱的反射率(R)、光谱反射率倒数之对数(lg(1/R))、光谱反射率一阶导数(FDR)和光谱波段深度(Depth)4个指标,分析了其与土壤N、P、K元素含量的关系,分别建立了反演模型并对其精度进行了检验。结果表明:可见光-近红外反射光谱快速估算荒漠-绿洲交错带土壤N、P、K元素含量的潜力大,其预测精度由高到低的排列顺序为:N>P>K。不同光谱指标反演模型的精度各异,指标Depth和FDR的预测效果明显优于lg(1/R)和R,对N和P元素的拟合效果为:lg(1/R)相似文献

基于实测光谱的潮滩土壤含水量遥感反演模型研究   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
以王港潮滩为研究区,采集土壤样品,测量土样的光谱,分析不同含水量土壤的光谱特征;利用统计相关法,建立TM遥感影像各波段对应波长处的光谱反射率与土壤含水量之间的关系模型.研究结果表明,在干燥条件下,土壤颗粒越细小,土壤表面越光滑平整,土壤光谱反射率越高,随着土壤含水量的增加,土壤反射率呈下降趋势;波长越长,土壤光谱反射率与含水量的相关性越高,其中2 220 nm处的土壤光谱反射率与含水量具有最高的相关性;通过不同的波段组合,建立新的土壤含水量反演因子,其中由490 nm与2 220 nm处光谱反射率的差值建立的因子与土壤含水量具有较高的相关性;由单波段与波段差值因子建立的土壤含水量反演模型的预测误差分别为4.590和5.147,反演精度较高.因此所建模型可以用于获取潮滩土壤含水量的空间分布,能够为研究潮滩土壤含水量与潮滩地形地貌之间的关系提供数据支持.  相似文献

植物生物量是反映湿地生态系统功能与健康状况的重要指标,高光谱技术可以为定量监测挺水植物生物量提供快速、无损的数据采集与分析处理方法。利用Field Spec 3野外高光谱辐射仪,获取了北京市门城湖湿地公园内典型挺水植物芦苇(Phragmites australis)和香蒲(Typha angustifolia)的冠层高光谱数据,同步采集了对应区域两种挺水植物的样品,测定了其地上干生物量;分别采用原始光谱、微分光谱、植被指数、归一化和比值光谱指数、"三边"参数、吸收特征参数6种方法,分析了芦苇和香蒲的冠层高光谱数据与其地上干生物量关系的差异,选择与地上干生物量显著相关的高光谱特征参数,利用一元线性回归、逐步多元回归和偏最小二乘回归方法,建立反演模型;利用交叉检验中的3K-CV(Three K-fold Cross Validation)方法,对反演模型的估测精度进行了检验。结果表明,在通过6种光谱分析方法获得的高光谱特征参数中,与芦苇地上干生物量相关系数最大的高光谱特征参数为550~800 nm波段的吸收深度,相关系数为0.847;与香蒲地上干生物量相关系数最大的高光谱特征参数是由680 nm、735 nm两波段构建的归一化光谱指数,相关系数为0.953。从3种回归模型的反演结果来看,偏最小二乘回归模型的反演结果最好,其次是逐步多元回归模型,而一元线性回归模型的反演结果相对较差。3K-CV法的交叉检验结果显示,反演芦苇和香蒲地上干生物量的3种模型都取得了较理想的估测精度,最小估测精度为90.86%,最大为95.23%。利用挺水植物冠层高光谱信息,可以反演其地上干生物量。  相似文献

基于地表光谱建模的区域土壤盐渍化遥感监测研究   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
土壤盐渍化是土地荒漠化和土地退化的主要类型之一,也是世界性资源问题和生态问题,盐渍化土壤主要分布在干旱半干旱地区,而土壤盐渍化的动态监测和预报是目前研究的重要手段。新疆渭干河-库车河三角洲绿洲是我国土壤盐渍化比较严重也比较典型区域之一,以实测获取的绿洲区域范围内不同恶化程度的盐渍化土壤的高光谱反射率及其土壤含盐量为基础数据源,从中优选出对不同盐渍化程度土壤最为敏感的光谱波段,结合Landsat-TM多光谱遥感影像构建于地表光谱建模的最佳土壤盐渍化监测模型,并将此模型实现大尺度范围内的高精度土壤盐分遥感定量反演。结果表明:(1)反射率一阶微分光谱变换方式最好,与土壤含盐量相关性最佳,最大相关系数可达0.987。(2)利用抛物线模型与最佳土壤盐分指数SI3,构建的地表光谱模型效果最为理想(R2=0.885 2)。(3)与单纯以传统多光谱遥感技术构建的土壤盐分监测模型(R2=0.592 5)相比,经尺度转换后的模型,其精度与效果(R2=0.708 4)则更优。为今后可实现高精度干旱区区域大尺度卫星遥感土壤盐渍化监测提供一种科学、有效的途径。  相似文献

探讨利用常规卫星遥感数据Landsat/TM定量反演太湖叶绿素a(Chl-a)浓度的方法。在对Landsat/TM影像进行几何校正、辐射定标、大气校正等预处理的基础上,选择适于太湖Chl-a浓度定量反演的最佳波段或波段组合,采用半经验回归模型和混合光谱分解模型分别建立太湖Chl-a浓度定量反演模型,并对不同模型及反演结果进行对比分析。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations.
