Li~+,Na~+,K~+,Mg~(2+)//Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)-H_2O水卤体系25℃等温蒸发过程中密度的研究

测定了Li+,Na+,K+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42--H2O卤水体系25℃等温蒸发过程中的密度,并分析和研究此过程的密度与蒸发水量、卤水离子组成、离子强度、析盐种类等之间的关系,并与天然含硼卤水体系等温蒸发过程的密度进行了对比。应用Pitzer体积性质模型预测了体系蒸发过程中的液相密度,并与实验测定值相比较结果一致。     

盐湖卤水体系的热力学模型及其应用Ⅲ:在Li+,Na+,K+,Mg2+/Cl-,SO2-4-H2O体系加工工艺方面的应用

在第1报告和第2报告中介绍了获得全部Pitzer参数的"盐湖卤水体系"Li+,Na+,K+,Mg2+/Cl-,SO2-4-H2O(298.15K)在溶液物理化学方面和相平衡预测方面的应用后,在这一报告中简要报道模型在卤水加工工艺方面的应用.主要包括卤水在25℃等温蒸发中析盐顺序的理论预测;蒸发量与析盐量、成卤量间关系的计算;含锂复盐加工问题等.     

盐田“兑卤—蒸发”工艺缩短成矿周期的可行性分析

依据K~+,Na~+,Mg~(2+)∥Cl~--H_2O四元水盐体系相图,以察尔汗盐湖原卤为原料,采用"兑卤—蒸发"工艺制取含钠光卤石矿原矿,通过相图分析及"物料衡算",探讨了缩短成矿周期的可行性。结果表明,采用盐田"兑卤—蒸发"工艺缩短成矿周期是不可行的,而且兑卤后得到的含钠光卤石原矿品质有所下降。     

盐田高浓度卤水蒸发的数学模型 及动力学研究

首次从化学工程的角度 ,将盐田系统作为一类特殊的化学反应器和无机盐分离设备进行了详细的论述。在大量试验基础上 ,系统地分析和研究了 Na+,K+,Mg2 +∥Cl-,- H2 O四元水盐体系卤水在天然蒸发状态下的宏观蒸发动力学参数。从理论上对与卤水蒸发相关的多种参数进行了分析和合理简化 ,概述了卤水蒸发过程中的质量传递规律。并在此基础上通过计算机模拟方法建立了四元水盐体系高浓度卤水在特定地域中进行天然蒸发的卤水宏观蒸发动力学模型 ,证明了多种简化和理论假设的合理性。对该数学模型在盐湖卤水开发中的盐田设计、盐田生产的现代化自动管理和控制等进行了探讨。在卤水蒸发动力学模型建立的过程中 ,针对实际生产过程的需要 ,通过多种参数的分析 ,建立了多种参数关系     

Li+,Na+,K+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42--H2O卤水体系25℃等温蒸发过程中密度的研究

测定了Li^＋，Na^＋，K^＋，Mg^2＋//Cl^-，SO4^2--H2O卤水体系25℃等温蒸发过程中的密度，并分析和研究此过程的密度与蒸发水量、卤水离子组成、离子强度、析盐种类等之间的关系，并与天然含硼卤水体系等温蒸发过程的密度进行了对比。应用Pitzer体积性质模型预测了体系蒸发过程中的液相密度，并与实验测定值相比较结果一致。     

西藏捌仟措盐湖卤水等温蒸发试验研究

以西藏捌仟措盐湖卤水为研究对象,依据Na+,K+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO24--H2O五元水盐体系相图,对该盐湖卤水进行了5℃等温蒸发试验,研究了卤水蒸发过程中盐类析出规律和钾、锂和硼在蒸发过程中的富集行为,为该盐湖卤水盐田规划设计、现场生产操作提供了依据。     

西藏扎北盐湖夏季卤水自然蒸发实验研究

西藏扎北盐湖位于藏北高原腹地,其卤水类型属硫酸钠亚型,富含Li、K、B等元素。为综合利用该湖的液态矿产资源,于西藏当地对该盐湖富锂卤水进行自然蒸发实验。实验以Na+,Mg2+//Cl-,SO42--H2O四元体系15℃等温相图及K+,Mg2+//SO42--H2O三元体系15℃介稳相图为参考,绘制了扎北盐湖夏季卤水在秋季自然蒸发结晶路线图,研究了卤水在蒸发过程中液相的化学组成变化以及其蒸发析盐规律。结果表明,在蒸发过程早期(成卤率23.9%),锂浓度达1.2 g/L时,锂开始以Na3LiSO4.3H2O等复盐形式大量分散析出;硼在整个蒸发过程中以硼砂(Na2B4O7.10H2O)等形式分散析出难于富集;钾以钾镁矾(K2SO4.MgSO4.6H2O)和钾石盐(KCl)形式蒸发浓缩的后期大量析出。实验为扎北盐湖的盐田工程设计及制卤工艺操作提供了必要的基础数据,也可为我国西藏硫酸钠亚型盐湖卤水的综合利用提供一定参考。     

Li~+,Na~+,K~+/Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)-H_2O五元体系25℃相图及其应用

Li~+,Na~+,K~+/Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)-H_2O五元体系相图对于硫酸钠亚型富锂卤水分离提取锂盐、锂辉石加工利用和锂盐产品的开发利用工艺制定都有指导作用。20世纪50年代曾有人研究过这一体系25℃时的相图,限于当时的科研水平,液相组成确定不准确,对平衡固相的判断,后来诸多研究结果证明也有错误。50多年来再没有人研究这一五元体系相图。利用我们提出的Li~+,Na~+,K~+,Mg~(2+)/Cl~-,SO_4~(2-)-H_2O六元体系热力学模型,对该五元体系的平衡溶液组成和正确的平衡固相进行理论预测,给出了该体系的完整相图。结合硫酸锂混盐分离、加工实例阐述了该五元体系相图的应用。     

利用盐湖老卤与元明粉制取七水硫酸镁工艺研究

氯化镁和硫酸钠作原料,以K~+,Na~+,Mg~(2+)//Cl~-,SO_4~2-H_2O及Na~+,Mg~(2+)//Cl~-,SO_4~2-H_2O水盐体系相图为理论依据,研究了氯化镁和硫酸钠分解转化—冷却结晶法生产七水硫酸镁的工艺路线。考察氯化镁和硫酸钠分解转化温度、分解转化时间、各物料配比关系等因素对制备七水硫酸镁的影响,确定了各试验因素对试验结果的影响主次顺序,得出了试验结果。     

大苏干湖湖水蒸发过程中析盐规律及pH值变化

卤水蒸发实验多集中在矿化度较高的后期阶段的盐湖,其矿物主要为氯化物及镁的硫酸盐。为了获得碳酸盐—硫酸盐—氯化物整个盐湖演化阶段的析盐及pH值变化规律,使用大苏干湖微咸水(矿化度为26.5 g/L)在28±2 ℃的恒温室内进行蒸发实验。结果表明,在整个蒸发过程矿物结晶析出顺序为单水方解石—石盐—三水碳酸镁—白钠镁矾—泻利盐—六水泻盐—碳酸钠矾,共有七组盐类析出序列,不同于其它硫酸钠亚型的盐湖蒸发沉积规律,大苏干湖微咸水蒸发沉积过程中未见芒硝析出,可能与其特殊的水化学组成有关;pH值由8.82持续降低到6.29。其pH值的变化主要受控于矿物相的析出,在碳酸盐析出过程中pH由8.79迅速降低到7.38,而后以白钠镁矾为主的硫酸盐析出阶段pH降低到6.65,之后在石盐析出阶段pH缓慢降低到6.29。通过微咸水湖的蒸发实验,对于盐湖演化过程中的结晶析盐规律及各析盐阶段的pH值变化规律有了更加全面的认识。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
