地缘地理学学科构建探析

随着世界一体化、全球化及多极化的趋势加强．国际社会对地缘关系与地缘化等问题的关注愈发明显。地缘的思想已经引入政治、经济等各个领域．但是从地理学角度对地缘问题作出总体、全面的把握尚属罕见。在国内外对地缘关系问题的研究已具规模的前提下．笔者在近年对地缘学的探讨与研究的基础上,首次从地理学思想出发．提出构建研究地缘相关问题的新学科——地缘地理学。地缘地理学的构建不仅在理论上有其现实意义．而且有其重大实践价值．这一新学科对于地理学及其相关分支学科的发展将产生深远影响。本文对地缘地理学做出了初步的界定．并探讨了研究对象、研究内容、研究领域及学科框架体系等相关问题。     

中国旅游地理学研究进展与展望

旅游地理学是处于自然地理学、经济地理学和人文地理学之间的综合性分支地理学科。中国旅游地理学在20世纪80年代的地理学大发展中应运而生,经过30年的发展壮大,旅游地理学逐渐成为中国地理学中发展最快,成果最丰,思想活跃的分支学科之一。近年来,旅游地理学一方面从研究规范的讨论到问题意识的强调,学科的自觉性不断增强,在社区旅游、事件旅游、遗产旅游、城市旅游和旅游流与空间结构等研究领域形成了一系列卓有特色的研究成果,学科涉及领域趋于多元化,研究方法不断创新,学科队伍不断壮大,学科平台不断扩大,国际交流日益频繁,中国旅游地理学研究逐渐与国际接轨。另一方面,旅游地理学者广泛参与到省域及重点区域的旅游产业发展规划实践和世界遗产保护中,并致力于中国旅游标准化和旅游产业国际化的实践。旅游地理学为区域经济发展做出了突出的贡献。展望未来,中国旅游地理学一方面将继续发挥理论结合实际的学科传统优势,不断壮大旅游地理学的学科力量;另一方面需不断加强学科理论体系的构建,进一步提升旅游地理学研究的理论深度和国际化水平。     

2000年以来中国社会地理学发展的回顾与展望

2000年以来,中国社会地理学呈现出良好的发展态势。梳理和分析该时期中国社会地理学的发展,对了解当前国内本学科的现状和指导未来一段时期的发展都具有重要意义。首先对社会地理学的发展进行简要介绍,探讨了社会地理学的研究主题。通过对大量文献和著作的梳理,在对2000年以来中国社会地理学发展的总体分析基础上,从城市社会地理学与乡村社会地理学两方面对社会地理学研究的主要内容进行了归纳和评述,最后对中国社会地理学未来的发展进行了讨论和展望。在未来的学科建设与研究中,中国社会地理学应积极合理地借鉴西方地理学与其他学科优秀成果,继续拓展并深化已有的研究内容,探索建立具有中国特色的社会地理学理论框架,同时发挥社会地理学问题指向性优势,提高解决实际问题的能力。     

中国港口地理学研究进展与展望

基于CiteSpace文献计量工具对中国港口地理学的研究机构、研究团队、研究热点及研究阶段进行分析,总结中国港口地理研究的总体特征。研究发现：中国港口地理学实现快速发展,研究方法和研究内容日趋多元化,航运企业与航运网络、绿色低碳港口等新视角开始发轫,逐渐成为港口地理学的重要研究方向;但中国港口地理学研究机构之间尚缺乏紧密的合作关系。最后,围绕港口地理学的学科发展及国家战略需求,从完善港口地理学概念及基本范畴、扩展全球视野创新理论研究、立足微观视角强化机理探究、学科融合的理论与实践探索、面向国家战略强化政策与实践探索5个方面探讨中国港口地理学未来发展趋势。     

自然地理学的文化转向

在全球化发展的大趋势下,受整个地理学界"文化转向"的影响,同时也为了应对日益严重的人口、资源与环境之间的矛盾,自然地理学的研究方法、研究重点以及各种议题都发生了显著的变化,各种研究使自然地理学更趋于文化性.本文以"文化转向"作为自然地理学创新的1个视角,从自然地理学的研究对象、核心内容等方面阐述了文化自然地理学产生的背景;并列举了自然地理学响应"文化转向"的3条研究线索;在此基础上,探索性地提出了从自然地理学角度开展"人居环境"和"环境意象"2个议题的研究;最后,强调自然地理学在进一步进行"文化转向"和创新的同时,应该保持住自身的性质、目标和方法.     

国内外城乡统筹研究进展及其地理学视角

城乡统筹是中国当前针对城乡问题提出的美好愿景,其实现过程成为学术界研究的热点,地理学因其区域研究方面独特优势成为城乡统筹研究的重要学科.总结了国外城乡关系的发展过程、经典理论、研究特点和新趋向,国内城乡统筹研究现状、发展目标及主要研究特点;评析了国内外地理学有关城乡统筹问题的主要研究内容和方向,指出其不足之处;提出未来发展趋势.     

西方劳工地理学研究进展及对中国的启示

与新古典工业区位论和新马克思主义经济地理学论将工人视为一种生产要素和抽象劳动力不同,劳工地理学将工人视为具有能动性的社会主体,研究工人如何按照自身的意愿创造有助于自身生存和再生产的空间。这种劳工认识论的转变在国际经济地理学界产生了极大和持续的反响,促使劳工地理学发展成为具有独特概念体系的经济地理子学科。本文梳理了近20年西方劳工地理学的研究进展,围绕工人能动性的概念、表现形式、形成机制以及它与空间、尺度、地方、全球生产网络之间的关系展开分析。最后基于劳工地理学前沿问题的分析,认为中国劳工地理研究应重点关注中国特色工会体制下工人能动性的构成、经济地理影响与形成的地域条件,并探索有助于社会升级的制度安排。开展劳工地理研究有助于拓展经济地理学的劳动力研究范畴,对认识中国市场经济深入发展时期面临的劳资矛盾和探索共享发展政策具有重要的现实意义。     

创新经济发展视域下当代地理学发展构思与审视——评《经济地理学》

正地理学是研究地理要素和当前地理综合空间分布规律以及社会区域特征的发展性学科,具有鲜明的综合性特征。随着当前中国社会经济的不断发展,地理学的研究也需要与经济形势结合,并逐渐成为发展变化最为迅速的学科之一,对中国经济发展和社会实践工作具有重要的指导性作用。目前,基于经济发展视域下的地理学核心研究点,在于当前社会经济环境下的空间属性活动和地域自身的空间属性,地理学研究的基本问题一般包括:基于地理学发展角度下的人类经济创新和分布规律、人类如何利用经济活动正向影响和引导地理学科发展、人类经济地理活动的根本动力等。从经济地理学角度来看,人类     

西方教育地理学研究评述与本土反思

近20 a来,西方教育地理学受马克思主义地理学以及社会文化地理学思想的影响,重新审视教育空间与社会结构的关联,从多维度进一步认识教育空间建构过程中的政治经济与社会文化机制。对西方教育地理学的产生和发展演变进行分析,并尝试从政治经济和社会文化两大视角,总结和归纳当前西方教育地理学研究的主要成果和内容。教育地理学是一门新兴而又发展迅猛的人文地理学分支,但该学科的理论和实证发展尚处于以西方为主导的阶段,强势的西方话语体系还未充分涉及和理解非西方国家背景下的教育现象。当前是非西方国家建构自身教育地理学理论特色,并与西方教育地理学研究展开理论和实践对话的重要机遇和窗口。中国拥有世界规模最大的教育群体,当前社会经济发展的转型和人口结构的改变也进一步塑造了教育空间的多样性和特殊性。总之,加深教育与空间关系的研究,增强教育地理学研究的中西对话,构建中国化的教育地理学研究体系,使教育空间成为考察中国社会经济转型的重要视角,是中国教育地理学研究未来应努力的方向。     

行为地理学的学科特色与拓展路径

行为地理学是人文地理学的一门重要的分支学科,因其独特的分析视角和对人地关系的深入阐释而在20世纪70年代快速发展。但是,目前缺少关于行为地理学学科框架的系统界定,对于行为地理学在人文地理学中的独特性和学科分工的讨论尚不够深入,这既不利于人文地理学其他子学科的研究者正确认识行为地理学研究的价值,也不利于行为地理学者之间凝聚共识、构建学术共同体。恰逢中国行为地理学专业委员会成立之际,论文尝试进一步厘清行为地理学的学科特色与定位,在回应当前行为地理学面临的一些学科属性和理论路径选择方面的困惑的基础上,指出行为地理学的一些拓展路径。行为地理学兼具研究对象和研究方法论的定位,其核心价值在于提供了理解人地关系的个体视角、主观视角和过程视角;未来行为地理学应该在坚持自身特色的基础上,立足尺度理论推动微观尺度研究与宏观尺度研究的对话整合,进一步拓展对行为的心理机制解释和相关因果机制的检验,并立足中国的地理背景加强中国行为地理学研究的原创性和应用价值。期待更多学者积极投身行为地理学研究之中,共同推动中国行为地理学的发展。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

THE MOST PERFECT EXAMPLE OF AN ALIEN ECOLOGY EVER CONSTRUCTED

Much science-fiction literature is based upon the creation and exploration of alternative environments. Stanley G. Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
