采用对比试验,研究了红砂(Reamuria songarica (Pall.))大田容器育苗的容器选择、种子处理、覆土厚度、覆盖保护和灌水方式等措施对出苗率、成苗率和容器苗质量的影响。结果表明:红砂适宜的育苗容器为底部多孔的大规格容器,适宜的覆土厚度为0.3~0.6 cm,覆盖材料的适宜遮光率应控制在60%以下;以遮光率60%的遮荫网为例,适宜的覆盖时间为20~30 d左右;细质地的河沙表面覆盖是较好的覆盖方式。育苗容器和覆盖方式对幼苗质量有显著影响。覆土厚度和覆盖时间对出苗率和成苗率均有显著影响;覆盖方式仅对出苗率有显著影响;种子处理和灌水方式对出苗率、成苗率均无显著影响,但从生产的经济实用性及容器苗质量方面综合评价,种子机械处理和漫灌+喷灌灌水方式更符合生产推广要求。  相似文献

通过室内试验研究了土壤水分和沙埋深度对4种沙生植物种子萌发和出苗的影响。结果表明:草本雾冰藜(Bassia dasyphylla)种子萌发和幼苗出土喜好水分,水分含量越高,种子发芽率越高;半灌木黑沙蒿(Artemisia ordosica)、灌木沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus mongolicus)和沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides)种子在含水量为15%~20%的土壤中发芽率高,干旱或水分含量过高会导致种子发芽率降低。沙埋深度显著影响种子的萌发和出苗,雾冰藜种子在无沙埋时发芽率最高,黑沙蒿适宜沙埋深度为0.5 cm,沙冬青和沙棘适宜沙埋深度1.0 cm。  相似文献

以新疆沙冬青(Ammopiptanthus nanus)幼苗叶片、蒙古沙冬青(A.monglicus)幼苗及成年叶片为研究对象,采用石蜡切片法将叶片解剖并固定,再用光学显微观察法对其抗旱性结构分析比较,旨在探讨沙冬青属植物叶片在干旱环境的生态适应机制。采用方差分析法对各指标的差异性进行比较分析,通过Pearson's相关系数法分析各指标间相关关系。结果表明:(1)新疆沙冬青与蒙古沙冬青幼苗叶片厚度无显著差异;新疆沙冬青幼苗叶片的角质层厚度及上、下表皮厚度及栅栏组织厚度均显著大于蒙古沙冬青幼苗;新疆沙冬青幼苗叶片的海绵组织厚度和主脉直径均显著小于蒙古沙冬青。蒙古沙冬青成年植株叶片厚度、角质层厚度、栅栏组织厚度及主脉直径均显著大于幼苗,上、下表皮厚度及海绵组织厚度均小于幼苗。(2)沙冬青属植物叶片栅栏组织厚度与叶片厚度显著正相关;下表皮厚度、角质层厚度、海绵组织厚度与叶片厚度相关性不显著。为了更好适应分布区环境,新疆沙冬青叶片比蒙古沙冬青具有更强的抗旱性,蒙古沙冬青成年植株叶片的抗旱性优于幼苗。沙冬青属植物叶片的加厚主要通过栅栏组织的加厚实现。  相似文献

四合木(Tetraena mongolica)是西鄂尔多斯高原特有的珍稀濒危植物。通过室内模拟试验,分析了土壤含水量(5%、10%、15%、20%、25%、30%)、沙埋厚度(0、0.5、1、2、3cm)及其交互作用对四合木种子萌发和出苗的影响,为四合木的繁育及保护提供科学依据。结果表明:四合木种子萌发的最适宜土壤含水量为20%,发芽率最大为81.33%。四合木种子出苗适宜0.5cm以下的浅层沙埋,最适宜覆沙厚度为0.5cm,出苗率最大为73.33%。当覆沙厚度超过2cm时,四合木种子不出苗。土壤含水量和沙埋厚度对四合木种子的出苗率均有显著的影响(P0.05)。当土壤含水量为20%,沙埋厚度为0.5cm时,四合木种子的出苗率最大、出苗速率最快。  相似文献

在田间条件下,研究了3种土壤质地与5个埋深对白刺群落主要伴生植物苦豆子、黄花矶松、沙蒿、油蒿和红砂出苗的影响,为白刺群落恢复、优良植物的筛选及其种群扩展提供理论依据与技术支撑。试验研究表明,尽管白刺群落主要伴生植物在田间的出苗率均较低,但各植物的出苗能力明显不同。土壤质地仅对伴生植物苦豆子、沙蒿和黄花矶松出苗有显著影响,而埋深处理对伴生植物出苗均有显著影响。不同土壤质地与埋深处理的平均出苗率以苦豆子最高,红砂、沙蒿和黄花矶松次之,油蒿最低;不同土壤质地的最高出苗率,沙土以沙蒿最大,沙壤土以黄花矶松最大,黏土以红砂最大;出苗适宜埋深,苦豆子为1.0~2.0 cm,沙蒿、黄花矶松、油蒿和红砂为0.5 cm。研究结果表明,选择适宜的植物及其人工促进技术对退化白刺固沙植被的恢复至关重要。  相似文献

为探讨胡杨种子出苗对沙埋和供水条件的响应,对其进行0 cm、0.2 cm、0.3 cm、0.5 cm 4个沙埋深度和4.4 mm、8.8 mm、17.6 mm、22.1 mm、26.5 mm 5个供水处理。结果表明:①沙埋深度、供水量及两者的交互作用对出苗率的影响均达到极显著水平(P<0.01);②供水条件一致时,种子出苗的适宜埋深为0~0.3 cm,埋深为0.5 cm时出苗率为0;③埋深0 cm和0.3 cm时,每天供水量17.6 mm和每两天供水量22.1 mm下的出苗率均显著高于其他处理;埋深为0.2 cm时,每天供水量8.8 mm和每两天供水量26.5 mm下的出苗率显著高于其他供水量(P<0.05);④胡杨种子出苗较为适宜的沙埋深度和供水量条件是埋深0.3 cm、每天供水量17.6 mm或每两天供水量22.1 mm。  相似文献

沙冬青属是我国西北干旱地区及中亚东部荒漠的一个特有属,是我国荒漠中唯一的旱生常绿阔叶灌木,本文采用细胞学的方法,研究沙冬青属2种植物及其近缘属──黄花木属和黄华属在青藏高原的代表种(黄花木、紫花黄华)的核型、酯酶同工酶,进而探讨沙冬青属的演化趋势、地理分布及与环境的关系。本文是植物染色体地理的试验研究。  相似文献

干旱沙漠地区春小麦的水分与氮肥利用效率研究   总被引:7,自引:4,他引:3  
在沙坡头试验站养分循环池进行的水肥正交试验中, 研究了不同水肥条件对小麦生长和产量形成的影响及其水肥利用效率。试验结果表明, 在设计水肥条件下, 肥料因素对小麦生长和产量形成的影响大于水分因素; 中高水肥条件下, 水肥协调有利于小麦生长和获得高产。灌浆期植株上部有效叶面积的大小和维持时间与经济产量的形成有很显著的正线性相关。该地区小麦水分利用效率较高的适宜土壤水分范围在田间持水量的40%左右, 适宜的肥料(N肥)经济施用量为300kg·hm-2左右, 目标产量为7.0t·hm-2。  相似文献

供水量及沙埋厚度对两种梭梭出苗的影响   总被引:3,自引:1,他引:2  
 在自然条件下,研究了沙埋和单次供水对梭梭(Haloxylon ammodendron)、白梭梭(Haloxylon persicum)种子萌发和幼苗出土的影响。结果表明,在试验期内(30 d),梭梭、白梭梭出苗率随沙埋厚度和供水量的增加出现先增加后减少的趋势;出苗速率(除无沙埋)也呈现出相同趋势;死亡率和死亡速率为减少的趋势。在供水量为20~40 mm时梭梭、白梭梭种子适宜出苗,适宜供水量接近当地冬季平均降雪量;沙埋厚度为 0.5~1.0 cm的条件下出苗率较高,反映了梭梭、白梭梭对沙区环境的生态适应。根据古尔班通古特沙漠气候特点与本次试验结果,梭梭与白梭梭的人工播种辅助恢复应在早春融雪之前进行。  相似文献

沙冬青是我国珍稀濒危物种,掌握其地理分布范围及生境特征,有助于分析其所处境况以及展开相应的研究与保护工作。通过搜集历史文献资料与野外实地调查相结合的方法,对我国沙冬青属植物的地理分布范围、时空动态以及生境特征进行了研究,并从地形、气候、土壤三个方面探讨了限制沙冬青属植物生长分布的主要因子。结果表明:(1)新疆沙冬青分布范围为38°55'~40°09'N,74°42'~76°43'E;蒙古沙冬青分布范围为36°27'~42°01'N,102°36'~108°49'E,两种沙冬青在地理分布上不连续,以条带或块状方式呈现小聚集分布状态。(2)两种沙冬青的生境特征存在显著差异,其中限制新疆沙冬青分布的生态因子主要包括气候指标中的热量因子以及土壤指标中的pH、盐分和全磷,限制蒙古沙冬青分布的生态因子主要包括气候指标中的水分因子和土壤指标中的有机质、全氮。  相似文献

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world's largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.  相似文献
