本文在野外地质勘查及系统分析前人工作资料的基础上,对吉林省橄榄石宝石矿床区域分布及勘查开发现状进行归纳总结。吉林省橄榄石宝石矿主要分布在吉林省东部,已发现的橄榄石宝石矿床均赋存于新生界新近系上新统船底山组玄武岩中。严格受敦化-密山岩石圈断裂及其次级断裂控制。在找矿方向上应扩大已有矿区勘查范围,加大勘查力度及对省内船底山组玄武岩分布地区做重点勘查工作部署,力求在橄榄石宝石矿找矿方面取得更大的突破。同时对橄榄石宝石矿业发展远景进行探讨。 相似文献

吉林省蛟河橄榄石宝石矿床是我国少数几个重要的有色宝石矿床之一。该矿床主要受新生代NE向敦密断裂带以及次级NW向超壳断裂控制,是第三纪船底山期火山喷发的产物。矿石主要为橄榄岩包体。地幔深处的富粗晶橄榄岩,超壳深断裂带,岩浆的快速上升构成了成矿的基本条件。 相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
