将全尾砂作为充填料进行充填法采矿,不仅可以降低采矿成本,而且还能够实现固体废弃物资源化利用,同时将固体废弃物充填地下保护环境,维护生态平衡。由于尾砂粒径较细,需要与棒磨砂、戈壁砂混合作为充填料应用于充填采矿,有必要开展混合充填骨料的配比优化研究。首先,分别测试了棒磨砂、戈壁砂和尾砂3种骨料的粒径级配和不均匀系数。然后进行了9组配比的胶结充填体强度试验,在该基础上对试验样本进行训练,建立了神经网络预测模型。最后采用该预测模型,进行混合充填骨料正交设计方案的充填体强度预测,并分别采用极差分析和回归分析,揭示了充填体强度与混合充填骨料特征值之间的关系。研究发现,混合骨料平均粒径和不均匀系数不同,充填体早期和后期强度存在显著差异;平均粒径较小的混合骨料早期强度较高,而平均粒径较大者则更利于提高充填体的后期强度。  相似文献

塌陷区混合回填膏体是由全尾砂、废石人工制备得到的复合宽粒级散体,其渗透性能直接影响到塌陷区回填体稳定性及次生灾害发生的可能性。采用自制的渗透性试验装置,研究了废石含量、废石粒径对混合回填体渗透系数的影响,并对回填体固有特征参数(粒径小于0.075、0.02 mm颗粒含量、不均匀系数 、平均粒径)与渗透系数之间关联性进行了研究。试验结果表明,回填膏体渗透系数随废石掺量及粒径增大而增加,细粒效应显著。回填体中粒径小于0.075、0.02 mm颗粒含量对其渗透性影响至关重要,与渗透系数呈负指数关系。渗透系数随 值增大而增大。当 20时,渗透系数增加趋于稳定。给出了混合回填体渗透系数定量方程,其结果与试验结果较为一致。  相似文献

在调查中国铜陵凤凰山铜矿和新桥硫铁矿两种不同类型矿山固体废弃物特征的基础上,研究了矿山尾矿和废石产生酸性排水的可能性及其差异以及矿山固体废弃物中重金属元素的赋存形式。结果表明,凤凰山铜矿的尾矿基本不产生矿山酸性排水,而新桥硫铁矿采矿废石产生矿山酸性排水,并且凤凰山铜矿的尾矿和新桥硫铁矿采矿废石中重金属元素的赋存形式也有差异,前者重金属Cu、Pb、Zn、Cd、As、Hg主要赋存于硅酸盐态中,而后者在还原态中有较高的含量,这反映了在地表条件下尾矿中大量重金属元素已经发生了迁移,而采矿废石已经开始氧化,且酸性排水的存在更有利于废石中重金属元素的迁移和扩散,进而导致矿区周围环境的污染。  相似文献

To monitor environmental implications of cement dust on soil in industrial area, magnetic parameters and mineral compositions were measured by the samples of the cement dust, cement factory dustfall, cement, coal ash, topsoil of green space in the factory and topsoil outside the factory. Results showed that the major magnetic minerals in the samples were magnetite, the magnetic mineral particle size of cement dust, dustfall, cement and coal ash was coarse Multi-Domian (MD) and Pseudo-Single-Domain (PSD). As topsoil of green space in the factory and topsoil outside the factory were polluted by cement dust, their magnetic properties had been obviously changed; the concentration of magnetic minerals elevated and particle size became coarser. The magnetic parameters (χfdARM/χ,χARM/SIRM) value can reflect the pollution level of the soil, the lower its value was, the more serious soil was polluted. X-ray diffraction results showed that the mineral compositions of the topsoil of green space in the factory and topsoil outside the factory were quartz and calcite, which were the same as cement dust. Magnetic parameters combination characteristics of topsoil can monitor the soil environmental changes in cement industry area.  相似文献

以生活垃圾为地基的工程事例越来越多,但垃圾土的处理方法还没有形成系统的经验和成熟的设计计算理论。经过统计分析,按一定配比制备了人工垃圾土,分别进行了未降解、降解旺盛期、降解稳定期在水泥掺入量为25 %、35 %、45 % 3种条件下不同养护龄期水泥垃圾土的无侧限抗压试验,得到了硬化的应力-应变关系曲线和水泥垃圾土强度随养护龄期、水泥掺入量、降解阶段变化的规律。试验结果表明,垃圾土中的有机质既对水泥垃圾土有加筋作用,也有减弱水泥垃圾土强度形成的作用;未降解、降解旺盛期、降解稳定期水泥垃圾土的强度变化特性不同,水泥只对降解稳定的垃圾土有较好的处理效果。同时建议水泥的掺入量应大于35 %。  相似文献

Based on investigation of the characteristics of solid waste of two different mines, the Fenghuangshan copper mine and the Xinqiao pyrite mine in Tongling, Anhui province in central-east China, the possibility and the differences of acid mine drainage (AMD) of the railings and the waste rocks are discussed, and the modes of occurrence of heavy metal elements in the mine solid waste are also studied. The Fenghuangshan copper mine hardly produces AMD, whereas the Xinqiao pyrite mine does and there are also differences in the modes of occurrence of heavy metal elements in the railings. For the former, toxic heavy metals such as Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, As and Hg exist mostly in the slag mode, as compared to the latter, where the deoxidization mode has a much higher content, indicating that large amounts minerals in the waste rocks have begun to oxidize at the earth surface. AMD is proved to promote the migration and spread of the heavy metals in mining waste rocks and lead to environmental pollution of the surroundings of the mine area.  相似文献

矿山充填是保护土地资源、生态环境,实现矿山无废开采和消除重大安全隐患的理想途径。以某矿全尾砂为试验材料,在分析该矿全尾砂材料的化学成分、粒径级配组成等基本物理、化学特性基础上,借助XRD能谱分析和电镜扫描(SEM)方法,得到不同条件下的超细全尾砂材料胶凝成岩微观规律。对比以水泥、固结剂1#和固结剂2#分别为胶结剂时充填体的强度结果表明,在灰砂配比、浓度和龄期相同的条件下3种胶结材料充填体的强度大小为:固结剂1#>固结剂2#>水泥;固结剂1#可替代水泥作为矿山全尾砂胶结充填的胶结剂,且价格比水泥便宜,有利于降低矿山充填成本。对不同条件下的充填体强度曲线进行拟合,得到充填体的单轴抗压强度增长规律:在养护龄期28 d之内,充填体单轴抗压强度增长规律随龄期变化基本相同,皆遵循指数函数曲线增长规律;当以固结剂1#、2#分别作为胶结材料时,强度增长规律与水泥为胶结剂时相同;强度增长曲线趋势与灰砂配比、料浆浓度以及养护龄期正相关。  相似文献

It has been recognized that there exists a serious need for recovery and reuse of industrial wastes. Agglomeration by pelletization method can alleviate the problems associated with fly ash. The objective of this study was to evaluate the material properties of manufactured aggregates produced from fly ash and cement mixing by pelletization method. Engineering properties of the manufactured aggregates were evaluated experimentally. Crushing strength, specific gravity, water absorption, particle size distribution, surface characteristics and shear strength properties of the manufactured aggregates were evaluated. For all practical purposes, the study showed that the manufactured aggregates are a good alternative for wide range civil engineering applications.  相似文献

Reliable quantification of mineral weathering rates is a key to assess many environmental problems. In this study, the authors address the applicability of pure mineral laboratory rate laws for dissolution of mill tailings samples. Mass-normalised sulfide and aluminosilicate mineral dissolution rates, determined in oxygenated batch experiments, were found to be different between two samples from the same ∼50-year-old, carbonate-depleted mill tailings deposit. Consideration of difference in particle surface area and mineralogy between the samples resolved most of this discrepancy in rates. While the mineral surface area normalised dissolution rates of pyrite in a freshly crushed pure pyrite specimen and a sulfide concentrate derived from the tailings were within the range of abiotic literature rates of oxidation by dissolved molecular O2, as were rates of sphalerite and chalcopyrite dissolution in the tailings, dissolution rates of pyrite and aluminosilicates in the tailings generally differed from literature values. This discrepancy, obtained using a consistent experimental method and scale, is suggested to be related to difficulties in quantifying individual mineral reactive surface area in a mixture of minerals of greatly varying particle size, possibly due to factors such as dependence of surface area-normalised mineral dissolution rates on particle size and time, or to non-proportionality between rates and BET surface area.  相似文献

A type of exfoliated kaolinite was produced by urea-intercalation and original microwave irradiation assisted method. The product was investigated by Fourier transformation infrared (FT-IR) spectroscopy, X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electronic microscopy (SEM), Brunauer-Emmett-Teller (BET) and laser particle analysis techniques. FT-IR spectra show that NHCO molecule exists in the intercalated kaolinite. XRD analyses indicate that the kaolinite sheet-like structure was disordered after microwave irradiation. The urea decomposition process and explosion effect between the sheet-like structures of kaolinite under microwave irradiation were discussed. The SEM and BET analyses reveal that the end product is exfoliated kaolinite with thin particles and increased surface area. Size and zeta potential analyses show that the particle size distribution is between 250 nm and 550 nm with normal distribution and the particle is negatively charged. In comparison with the conventional grind method, the process adopted appears to be economic and the exfoliated kaolinite end product may display a significantly enhanced performance in industrial applications.  相似文献

Gold mining activity in the Sierra Nevada foothills, both recently and during the California Gold Rush, has exposed arsenic-rich pyritic rocks to weathering and erosion. This study describes arsenic concentration and speciation in three hydrogeologic settings in the southern Mother Lode Gold District: mineralized outcrops and mine waste rock (overburden); mill tailings submerged in a water reservoir; and lake waters in this monomictic reservoir and in a monomictic lake developing within a recent open-pit mine. These environments are characterized by distinct modes of rock-water interaction that influence the local transport and fate of arsenic. Arsenic in outcrops and waste rock occurs in arsenian pyrite containing an average of 2 wt% arsenic. Arsenic is concentrated up to 1300 ppm in fine-grained, friable, iron-rich weathering products of the arsenian pyrite (goethite, jarosite, copiapite), which develop as efflorescences and crusts on weathering outcrops. Arsenic is sorbed as a bidentate complex on goethite, and substitutes for sulfate in jarosite.

Submerged mill tailings obtained by gravity core at Don Pedro Reservoir contain arsenic up to 300 ppm in coarse sand layers. Overlying surface muds have less arsenic in the solid fraction but higher concentrations in porewaters (up to 500 μg/L) than the sands. Fine quartz tailings also contain up to 3.5 ppm mercury related to the ore processing. The pH values in sediment porewaters range from 3.7 in buried gypsum-bearing sands and tailings to 7 in the overlying lake sediments. Reservoir waters immediately above the cores contain up to 3.5 μg/L arsenic; lake waters away from the submerged tailings typically contain less than 1 μg/L arsenic.

Dewatering during excavation of the Harvard open-pit mine produced a hydrologic cone of depression that has been recovering toward the pre-mining groundwater configuration since mining ended in 1994. Aqueous arsenic concentrations in the 80 m deep pit lake are up to 1000 μg/L. Redistribution of the arsenic occurs during summer stratification, with highest concentrations at middle depths. The total mass of arsenic in the pit lake increases coinciding with early winter rains that erode, partially dissolve, and transport arsenic-bearing salts into the pit lake.

Arsenic concentration, speciation, and distribution in the Sierra Nevada foothills depend on many factors, including the lithologic sources of arsenic, climatic influences on weathering of host minerals, and geochemical characteristics of waters with which source and secondary minerals react. Oxidation of arsenian pyrite to goethite, jarosite, and copiapite causes temporary attenuation of arsenic during summer, when these secondary minerals accumulate; subsequent rapid dissemination of arsenic into the aqueous environment is caused by annual winter storms. As the population of the Mother Lode area grows, it is increasingly important to consider these effects during planning and development of land and groundwater resources.  相似文献

The speciation of heavy metals such as thallium, cadmium and lead existing in pyrite and pyrite cinder was analyzed by ICP-MS with a sequential extraction procedure. The distribution patterns of these metals including exchangeable, reducible, oxidizable and residual fractions were obtained. Tl, Cd and Pb in pyrite and pyrite cinder samples from each extraction step were determined by inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP-MS). Under the optimized instrumental conditions, detection limits of Tl, Cd and Pb in different matrices were within the range of 0.006–0.07 μg/L, and the relative standard deviations ranged from 0.8% to 1.2%. The accuracy of Tl, Cd and Pb determination was checked by analyzing two certified reference materials. The results demonstrate that trace Tl, Cd and Pb in the samples can be accurately determined. The sequential extraction results revealed that the percent contents of Tl, Cd and Pb in exchangeable, reducible and oxidizable fractions in pyrite cinder are different from those in pyrite and in pyrite cinder. Tl, Cd and Pb mostly are distributed in residual fraction. Therefore, the mobility of metals in pyrite is higher than that in pyrite cinder. Although distributions of Tl, Cd and Pb in the non-residual fraction are not dominant in pyrite cinder, the total concentrations of them could not be ignored. Consequently, attention must be paid to the risk of potential pollution by pyrite cinder.  相似文献

以高岭土为原料,选取50%水合肼作为插层剂,采用直接液相插层法,并辅以磁力搅拌,成功地将肼分子插入到高岭石结构层间,制得肼插层高岭土材料。利用红外光谱和粒度分析仪对产品进行了表征。IR谱表明, 插层中肼分子中的NH基与高岭石内表面羟基之间产生了N-H-OH作用,形成了新的氢键;插层反应后的样品,其粒径小于5 μm的颗粒占总颗粒数的比例降低了10.55%,平均粒径增大了46.84%。  相似文献

The mining and processing of metal-bearing ores has resulted in contamination issues where waste materials from abandoned mines remain in piles of untreated and unconsolidated material, posing the potential for waterborne and airborne transport of toxic elements. This study presents a systematic method of particle size separation, mass distribution, and bulk chemical analysis for mine tailings and adjacent background soil samples from the Rand historic mining district, California, in order to assess particle size distribution and related trends in metal(loid) concentration as a function of particle size. Mine tailings produced through stamp milling and leaching processes were found to have both a narrower and finer particle size distribution than background samples, with significant fractions of particles available in a size range (?250 μm) that could be incidentally ingested. In both tailings and background samples, the majority of trace metal(loid)s display an inverse relationship between concentration and particle size, resulting in higher proportions of As, Cr, Cu, Pb and Zn in finer-sized fractions which are more susceptible to both water- and wind-borne transport as well as ingestion and/or inhalation. Established regulatory screening levels for such elements may, therefore, significantly underestimate potential exposure risk if relying solely on bulk sample concentrations to guide remediation decisions. Correlations in elemental concentration trends (such as between As and Fe) indicate relationships between elements that may be relevant to their chemical speciation.  相似文献

硫铁矿烧渣是一种二次资源,对其综合利用正引起广泛重视。目前烧渣的利用主要是围绕着铁系化工产品:铁盐(制取硫酸亚铁、二氯化铁),铁系颜料(制取氧化铁红、氧化铁黄、氧化铁黑),铁氧体材料——高纯磁性氧化铁,净水剂(生产聚合硫酸铁及复合净水剂)。今后,探索硫铁矿烧渣更好的综合利用,将会成为研究热点,这依赖于硫铁矿烧渣浸液中高效除杂剂的筛选和合理的除杂工艺。  相似文献

The nanometer MnO2 has outstanding electrochemical performance theoretically, but it is not suitable for actual utilization, which may result in capacity decrease and resource waste. In this study we have utilized the characterizations of the nanometer material, synthesized a type of nanometer α-MnO2 through KMnO4 and KNO3 with hydrothermal method, and mixed the products into micron electrolytic manganese dioxide (EMD) to enhance the electrochemical performance of the electrode.The cyclic voltammogram and galvanostatical discharge measurements of the samples were investigated. It is found that the 50﹪ nanometer MnO2 mixed electrode has the best electrochemical performance. The electrochemical performance improvement mechanism of the sample nanometer MnO2 mixed into micron EMD was discussed. With the existence of electrolyte, the nanometer MnO2 particles filled into the interspaces of the micron EMD particles, the mass and charge transfer conditions of the electrode reaction were improved, and the electrode polarization was diminished.  相似文献

江西德兴矿区为我国重要的矿产资源基地, 目前面临资源枯竭的困境, 寻找替代的新矿产迫在眉睫.根据研究区野外土壤实测样品分析, 利用连续统去除的方法提取土壤实测光谱的特征吸收位置, 从而建立粘土矿物含量为因变量的预测方程.检验得知, 高岭石相关系数R为0.811, 拟合系数R2达到0.658, F值为5.275, Sig值为0.047 7, 其小于0.05;绿泥石相关系数R为0.893, 拟合系数R2达到0.797, F值为1.602, Sig值为0.016 6, 其小于0.05;伊利石相关系数R为0.783, 拟合系数R2达到0.619, F值为5.57, 对应的Sig值是0.075 4, 其大于0.05, 说明自变量与因变量之间具有高度相关性, 反演精度较好.从反演结果可知, 研究区的高岭石整体含量较高, 整体上粘土矿物高岭石、绿泥石和伊利石在1号坝、2号坝、4号坝和铜矿区含量较低.由于粘土矿物不断地经过地球化学变化、累积, 产生黄铁矿、黄铜矿及赤铁矿, 所以挑选粘土矿物富集并且地质构造活跃的区域为铁矿石及铜矿石预测区.结合研究区地质解译图与粘土矿物反演结果, 在采矿场与IV号尾矿坝向NE方向沿线上圈定两个遥感找矿有利区.   相似文献

 Annually, an amount of approximately 13 million cubic meters of hard-coal tailings must be disposed of in the German Ruhr Valley. Besides the waste of land in a densily populated region, the disposal of the pyrite-bearing material under atmospheric conditions may lead to the formation of acid mine drainage (AMD). Therefore, alternative disposal opportunities are of increasing importance, one of which being the use of tailings under water-saturated conditions, such as in backfilling of abandoned gravel pits or in the construction of waterways. In this case, the oxidation of pyrite, and hence the formation of AMD, is controlled by the amount of oxygen dissolved in the pore water of tailings deposited under water. In case the advective percolation of water is suppressed by sufficient compaction of the tailings, oxygen transport can be reduced to diffusive processes, which are limited by the diffusive flux of dissolved oxygen in equilibrium with the atmospheric pO2. Calculations of the duration of pyrite oxidation based on laboratory experiments have shown that the reduction of oxygen is mainly controlled by the content of organic substance rather than the pyrite content, a fact that is supported by results from oxidation experiments with nitrate. A "worst case" study has lead to the result that the complete oxidation of a 1.5-m layer of hard-coal tailings deposited under water-saturated conditions would take as much as several hundred thousand years.
