地质岩心钻探中,岩心采取率一直是地质找矿、地学科研工作者重点关注的对象,也是岩心钻探重要的考核指标。传统的钻探取心方法在松散、软弱、含盐地层,特别是含易溶盐地层的取心质量不佳;绳索取心钻探在完整地层取心效果较为理想,同时可大大提高劳动生产率、降低劳动强度,而对于松散、软弱地层,其取心难度比起传统钻探有时更为复杂。通过柴达木盆地达布逊干盐湖科学钻探工程,对钻遇的地表层、松散地层如何采取技术方法提高岩心采取率进行了探索和研究。实践证明,通过改善冲洗液性能、改进取心卡簧特性及钻头出水方式3个方面技术措施,可大大提高绳索取心钻进在松散、软弱、弱固结、含盐地层的岩心采取率,由改进前的平均30%提高为平均96%。  相似文献

为了解决普通取心钻具在软弱、松散性复杂地层钻进中的取心问题,降低堵心、磨心概率,提高钻进回次进尺长度和岩心采取率,研制了安装在普通S95绳索取心钻具上的一种新式岩心提断器。该岩心提断器是利用女性头饰发夹卡取软弱、松散岩心,其构件由发夹、发夹座、发夹室组成,无须通过铆焊工艺固定,可在施工现场由手工借助一种发夹装配器进行组装。在某勘查区3个钻孔中进行了试验,试验孔段总进尺45.11 m,平均回次进尺1.16 m,平均岩心采取率91.42%。试验结果表明:该岩心提断器与底喷式钻头及“引心管”配合使用,能够在软弱、松散性破碎地层大幅度提高回次进尺量、岩心采取率及取心质量,解决了试验前应用普通绳索取心钻具,在钻遇松软夹石、水敏性强的复杂地层中岩心采取率不足30%的难题。用发夹卡取软弱、松散岩心的方法与类同现有技术中簧片的卡心方法比较,更具经济性、灵活性和普适性。其应用领域不限于矿山地质,还可拓展到水文地质、工程地质及环境地质的岩心钻探,具有广泛的应用前景。   相似文献

通过两年的施工实践,对松散地层深孔绳索取心钻探技术在技术装备配套、钻孔结构设计、机具与钻头选择、冲洗液使用等方面进行了新的尝试,取得了较高的经济技术成果。实践证明,松散地层深孔钻探采用绳索取心钻进技术是可行的,钻月效率提高1倍以上,而且钻孔质量好、工人劳动强度低。  相似文献

人工吹填珊瑚岛礁地层结构比较特殊,以珊瑚砂和珊瑚碎屑为主,取心和成孔难度较大。以南海某岛礁地质钻探取心工程实践为例,针对地层岩性特点,采用一系列对应技术措施:上部松散或弱胶结砂砾层采取跟管钻进和无水干钻取心技术;礁灰岩全漏失地层设计了一套掏砂钻具进行掏砂,确保井眼干净;软硬互层采用超前侧喷钻头;粉砂质地层采取小口径钻具无水干钻取心技术等。该技术在18个钻孔实施中取得了良好的效果,可为后续珊瑚礁地层钻探取心提供借鉴。  相似文献

某铅锌矿区地质条件复杂,岩石节理发育,结构松散、坍塌,水敏性强,并夹有泥质流沙层。围岩及矿层岩石硬脆碎,岩心成柱状差,取心极为困难。通过采用双管分流钻具,喷反钻具、完善钻孔结构、采用优质泥浆等综合取心方法,成功克服了取心问题,使岩心采取率达到85%以上,为地质找矿提供了有力保证。  相似文献

近年来,国内外对复杂地层绳索取心钻具的研究取得了长足进步,但是未能很好解决卡心构件对岩心入管的阻碍和底喷式钻头易产生“泥垫”现象,从而影响取心质量和钻进效率的关键技术问题。以普通S95绳索取心钻具为研究对象,通过在内管里增设0.7 mm厚度的不锈钢衬管,封隔卡簧等卡心构件装置,增加底喷式钻头水孔数量并增大水槽体积,设计可供选择的发夹式和卡簧式岩心提断器等技术改造,研制一款用于复杂地层钻进,具备隔水、隔卡、自动锁心的三层管绳索取心钻具。选用发夹式岩心提断器在水敏性强的破碎地层中试验,平均回次进尺1.13 m,获取岩心采取率94.48%,对比附近同类地层钻孔的岩心采取率提高了50%以上;选用卡簧式岩心提断器在裂隙发育的泥质地层中试验,卡簧卡心如同普通钻具上的卡簧一样可靠。试验结果表明:用衬管封隔卡心构件的取心技术方案可行,解决了卡心构件对软弱松散岩心入管的阻碍,有利于保护岩心的原状性;所用底喷式钻头孔底冲洗效果好,降低了钻头“泥垫”现象对钻进速度的影响。该钻具操作方便,使用成本低廉,有望在我国现行绳索取心机台推广应用,具有较强的普适性和广泛的应用前景。   相似文献

简述了河北省迁安市红山铁矿详查矿区地层坚硬、破碎等复杂特点和地层的岩性情况,总结了该矿区破碎复杂地层绳索取心钻探施工技术经验,着重从钻孔结构、钻具及钻进参数选择和冲洗液选取与配制方面分析了破碎漏失、坍塌掉块及坚硬"打滑"地层的处理方法,阐述了保证复杂地层岩心采取率和预防钻孔倾斜的技术措施。通过护壁堵漏、改进冲洗液的配比、调整钻头的胎体硬度,改善了复杂地层的钻进环境,提高了钻探生产效率。  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. Calcite samples were extracted both from the rock matrix and the superficial coating of a karstified fault plane of an underground quarry, located in the eastern border of the Paris basin. The karstification is dated as Quaternary. Analysis of mechanical calcite twinning reveals that only the calcite matrix has also undergone a compression trending WNW that can be attributed to the Mio-Pliocene alpine collision. Both coating and matrix have undergone a strike-slip regime with σ1 roughly trending north–south, that could correspond to the regional present-day state of stress, a strike-slip compression rather trending NNW, modified by local phenomena.
