西北太平洋区域地质构造十分复杂,新构造运动异常活跃,地震与火山活动频繁。因此,晚更新世以来,本地区的海平面变化具有其典型特征。本区在全球海面波动的影响下,陆架发生过多次海进与海退的交替,本文对此有较详细的描述。大量资料表明,本区与全球海面变化有相似性,然而,泰区海平面波动被复杂的地壳构造运动所干扰。这一点对研究本区海平面的变化特征显得尤为重要,决不能忽视。 相似文献

瓷海星科是一类深海底栖海星,广泛分布于全球大洋深海中。其模式种蓝泥瓷海星(Porcellanaster ceruleus Wyville Thomson 1878)具有全球分布性与多态性。本文报道了该物种在中国海的首次记录。2015年6月6日,在向阳红10号执行的南海底栖生物调查航次中,于C19站位(10.15°N,110.03°E;水深1400m)由三角形拖网采集到海星一只,经鉴定为蓝泥瓷海星。本文提供了该样品的形态描述与细节照片,讨论了其与该种模式样品的共同形态特征及个体差异,并总结了蓝泥瓷海星的全球分布记录。该种在中国海的首次发现,进一步拓展了其地理分布范围。 相似文献

The purpose of this paper is to investigate the static structural response of a new type of composite stiffener containing a viscoelastic insert. The introduction of this material has proven benefits in terms of noise and vibration attenuation across the joint. House, 1997 describes the use of this material in sonar dome/hull connections — equipment sensitive to noise and vibration. Structural stiffeners incorporating this material would have positive implications for not only marine and ocean structures but for structural applications in general. The effects of introducing this new material on the structural response of the joint are numerically examined by using a progressive damage model. Application of this method allows the initiation and progression of failure and ultimate failure load to be predicted. Experimental results show good qualitative and quantitative agreement with the predictive damage model. 相似文献

Traditionally, the ‘social licence to operate’ (SLO) refers to the societal expectations imposed on corporate and commercial activities, often displayed by the willingness for corporations to go beyond the requirements of formal regulations. Alternatively, this paper investigates the emerging influence of the SLO in shaping government decisions regarding the use and impact of the marine environment and its resources. Using expert interviews, text analysis and case study analysis, this research delineated the contemporary SLO as it has manifested in Australian marine governance, with the results indicating that this is potentially occurring at a pace faster than can be systematically reacted to within the current political decision-making processes. Under these emerging conditions, the risk has been identified that traditional government decision-making and stakeholder consultation processes are lagging in their capacity to adapt to ensure that public policy processes can support and engage in this shifting dialogue and ensure the influence of information is appropriately weighted. This research highlights an emerging adjustment of community presence in marine governance and the immediate complexities and challenges this creates for government decision-making. In particular, it begins to explore the interaction of differing information, how this information is carried through communication channels, stakeholder behaviour, approaches to withholding or granting a SLO and the responsibility this carries. 相似文献

80年代以来 ,肝胰脏细小病毒病在养殖中国对虾中广泛流行并造成了一定的损失。作者采用免疫金银染色 (immunogold silver staining,IGSS)技术 ,对患病对虾肝胰脏中的细小病毒(Hepatopancreatic parvovirus,HPV)进行了免疫组织化学的研究。结果表明 ,经 IGSS染色的病虾肝胰脏上皮细胞核内出现了黑色的、圆形或椭圆形、大小为 3~ 15μm的结构。由于该结构与 H- E染色切片上出现的肝胰脏细小病毒包涵体在发生部位、形态和大小上皆一致 ,故而认为该结构为HPV包涵体。证明 ,免疫金银染色法是一种可应用于中国对虾肝胰脏细小病毒病诊断的有效方法。 相似文献

湄洲湾是福建省中部沿海的港湾,湾内三面为大陆所环抱,湾口朝向东南进入台湾海峡。该湾呈西北向深入内陆约18nmile,湾口有湄洲岛作为屏障和标志,使整个湾口分成文甲口门(北口宽约0.65nmile)和剑屿-鹅尾山口门(南口,宽约5.61nmile)两个口门,距湾口约5nmile的盘屿、大竹等岛屿及距湾口约12nmile的屿、横屿等岛屿为湾内两道屏障,再往内为内沃。屿和横屿间水面宽约0.51nmile,水深约20m,它和北端肖厝-秀屿及南端峰尾-西亭深槽相连接,是该湾的主航道(图1)。该湾航道宽阔水… 相似文献

自2002年下半年开始,南方杂色鲍苗出现大规模死亡的问题,严重影响到南方鲍鱼产业的发展。从汕尾鲍鱼场发病杂色鲍苗中分离到一批菌株,本研究对16号优势菌株进行了比较深入的工作,回归感染试验证明其为病原菌,API 20E条带分析表明其为溶藻弧菌(Vib-rio alginolyticus),药敏试验揭示其对卡那霉素、氯霉素、氨苄西林、链霉素、四环素有抗药性,但对青霉素、复方新诺明、庆大霉素、多粘霉素敏感。本研究结果为我国南方杂色鲍苗掉板症的防治提供科学依据。 相似文献
