浮体运动和海床土刚度是引起钢悬链式立管(steel catenary riser,简称SCR)管土相互作用的关键因素,将导致SCR触地区的疲劳损伤。以工作水深为1500 m的浮式平台上生产立管SCR为研究对象,基于法向抗力模型和侧向阻力模型建立管土作用模型,在环境载荷和浮体运动作用下,开展SCR与浮式平台的整体分析,研究海床土参数对SCR触地区动态响应和疲劳寿命的敏感性。通过改变海床土的不排水抗剪强度Su0、强度梯度ρ、吸力因子fsuc、吸力衰减参数λsuc以及再贯入系数λrep等,得到不同参数对触地区动力响应、疲劳寿命的影响规律。研究结果表明:①基于软黏土海床,随着不排水抗剪强度Su0的增加,触地区立管疲劳寿命减幅达到33.23%,敏感性最高;②吸力因子fsuc越大,立管疲劳寿命越小且减幅达23.77%,其敏感性较高;③随着再贯入系数λrep增大,触地区立管疲劳寿命增幅达到15.48%;④海床抗剪强度梯度ρ和吸力衰减参数λsuc对立管疲劳寿命影响较小。研究结论能为SCR设计分析及安全服役提供重要参考。  相似文献

平台运动和管土相互作用是引起钢悬链式立管(Steel Catenary Riser,SCR)触地点动态响应和疲劳损伤的关键因素。基于竖向土抗力-埋深曲线和侧向库伦摩擦双线模型模拟SCR触地区管土作用,并考虑竖向海床刚度的退化,研究平台三维运动激励下SCR触地区的动态响应与疲劳寿命,相对于简单的单向运动激励和仅考虑竖向管土作用,更符合工程实际。计算结果表明:①三维管土作用下,平台垂荡运动对立管触地区的影响最大,纵荡运动次之,横荡的影响最小;②平台三维运动的耦合,在一定程度上可降低立管触地区的动力响应和疲劳损伤,若仅考虑垂荡运动,结果偏于保守;③非线性海床模型相对于线弹性海床,引起的立管触地区的应力幅值、位移幅值显著增加,虽然贯入位移较小,但土抗力较大,选用线弹性海床的计算误差较大。平台运动和海床强度对SCR触地点动态响应和疲劳损伤的影响较大,因此在SCR响应分析与设计中,准确选择海床模型和平台运动方式,对于预测立管的疲劳寿命具有重要意义。  相似文献

讨论海洋平台钢质悬链线式立管SCR(Steel Catenary Riser)的涡激疲劳损伤问题。对于悬链线立管外的流体,给出涡脱落频率和升力对立管作用的计算方法。悬链线立管采用索结构模型,进行动力学分析并利用模态叠加法对其进行动力响应分析。根据Palmgren-Miner线性累积损伤准则并结合S-N曲线,分析在不同流速下立管的涡激疲劳损伤。以工程中实际使用的1 500 m Spar海洋平台悬链线立管为例,对立管的涡激疲劳损伤进行了预报。并通过立管的参数研究,分别就立管外不同来流速度、立管壁厚、内部流体密度和柔性接头刚度对其疲劳损伤的影响进行了分析,得到了一些有意义的研究结果。  相似文献

浮体运动是引起钢悬链式立管(steel catenary riser,简称SCR)动态响应和疲劳损伤的关键因素,目前研究SCR问题时,为简化计算往往仅考虑平台一阶运动,忽略二阶运动影响。而实际上不同浮体结构的二阶运动响应特征明显,拟以SCR服役张力腿平台(tension leg platform,简称TLP)为例,探讨浮体二阶运动对SCR触地区动态响应的影响。建立考虑海床刚度退化的管土作用模型以改进现有的CABLE3D RSI程序,通过编写程序接口,将有限元分析得到的平台实际运动响应导入,研究平台不同运动作用下SCR触地区的位移、动力响应及疲劳分布情况。根据波流作用方向将TLP二阶慢漂运动分为近端和远端漂移两种工况,发现二阶运动下立管与海床的作用范围会增大,且触地区不仅发生高频小幅振荡运动,同时伴随低频大幅运动响应;平台远端漂移时,管内张力敏感程度高,而近端漂移时触地区的弯矩显著增大,都会不同程度提高触地区的疲劳损伤率。研究可为服役不同浮体的SCR响应预测与疲劳分析提供参考和借鉴。  相似文献

基于钢悬链式立管(SCR)动力分析程序CABLE3D,采用大挠度柔性梁理论建立SCR的运动方程,将线性海床模型扩展为考虑海床土吸力的非线性海床模型,采用非线性有限元方法对控制方程进行离散,时域内积分采用Newmark-β法,开发出新的计算程序。通过算例分析上部浮体垂荡运动幅值、海床土剪切强度、海床土剪切强度梯度对SCR触地点区域动力响应和疲劳损伤的影响。分析结果表明:SCR触地点区域动力响应和疲劳损伤对上部浮体垂荡运动幅值和海床土剪切强度的变化较为敏感,疲劳损伤在触地点区域最大,远大于悬垂段和流线段,在设计过程中应采取一定的加强措施。  相似文献

综合考虑了立管疲劳安全系数取值的相关因素——立管的安全等级、设计寿命、检验周期、载荷和损伤计算方法等的不确定性,提出了基于可靠度的疲劳安全系数确定方法,筛选了用于计算波致疲劳和VIV(涡激振动)疲劳的随机变量,给出了立管波致疲劳与VIV疲劳安全系数的计算流程,并以某SCR(钢悬链线立管)为例进行了安全系数计算。结果表明,该方法的计算结果优于传统的安全系数确定方法,尤其适合于特殊工程方案或新颖设计的立管疲劳校核。  相似文献

钢悬链线立管(SCR)具有特殊的结构型式,循环载荷作用下,由于海床模型的不确定性易导致触地区产生较高的弯曲应力,引发疲劳损伤。基于非线性P-y曲线管-土接触模型,运用大挠度曲线梁模型来模拟SCR与海床土的相互作用,研究SCR在浮体二维运动和海床作用下,触地区的动态曲率变化情况。由计算结果可知:1)由于在立管的有效张力中考虑局部曲率的影响,导致立管触地区的有效张力显著增加,并产生较高的弯矩; 2)动态分析中,分别运用线弹性海床和非线性海床模型,研究立管触地区的相对曲率随相对时间的变化曲线,表明非线性海床将使触地区的相对曲率具有明显的非线性,且有多个峰值,变化幅度较大,并出现反向曲率; 3)垂荡运动比纵荡对曲率的影响大,且运动幅值越大,影响越明显。  相似文献

钢悬链线立管(SCR)与海床土体的接触问题对立管的疲劳寿命影响很大.运用ANSYS有限元软件中的接触单元模拟SCR与海床接触处的相互作用,考虑海床土体的非线性,建立SCR与海床系统有限元模型,并同已有的等价梁-弹簧模型进行了比较和验证.运用该模型进行计算分析,探讨了管道重量、土体模型和摩擦系数等对管道入土深度和弯矩的影响,为进一步研究SCR与海床的相互作用提供参考.  相似文献

围绕钢悬链线立管(SCR)与海床的相互作用,在水箱内开展三维试验研究,研究在不同模拟运动激励下SCR触地点的应力状态。针对当前模拟试验中,全尺寸试验耗资巨大,且试验环境难以控制,缩尺试验大多模拟立管二维运动等现状,提出一套简单易行的三维管土作用试验装置,通过横向、纵向、垂向三个方向轨道位置的合理布置,使得立管可在单向、二维耦合和三个方向同时运动,对模型立管的顶端、底端的边界条件进行处理,通过驱动器在顶端施加位移,模拟在周期运动作用下,立管触地区与土的相互作用,在三维空间内研究立管的力学特性。由此指导立管的整体设计与分析,对保证SCR在深水油气开采中的安全可靠性,具有非常重要的意义。  相似文献

Stress Joint(SJ) plays a key role in the Top Tensioned Riser(TTR) system for deep water engineering.A preliminary design method of tapered SJ is proposed in the paper,which could help designers obtain accurate design data.After a further sensitive analysis is carried out,the related parameters choice and control methods are recommended in the engineering practice.By taking the extreme environment conditions into consideration,the effects of bending stress reduction and curve control are analyzed,and the 3-D FE models are established by ABQOUS for numerical evaluation to verify the correctness of design results.At last,dynamic analysis and fatigue analysis,based on actual project,are carried out with designed stress joint.The analysis results prove the feasibility and guidance of this method in the practical engineering applications.  相似文献

This paper presents fatigue characteristic analysis of a deepwater steel catenary riser (SCR) under ambient excitations. The SCR involves complex nonlinear dynamic behaviors, especially at the touchdown point (TOP) where the riser first touches the seafloor. Owing to the significant interaction with soil, the touchdown zone is difficult to be modeled. Based on Lumped-Mass method and P-y curve, nonlinear springs are used to simulate the SCR-seabed coupled interaction. In case studies, an SCR's dynamic features have been obtained by transient analysis and the structure fatigue assessment has been carried out by S-N approach. The comparative analysis shows that the TOP is the key location where soil-riser interaction rises steeply and minimum fatigue life occurs. Parameters such as ocean environment loads, vessel motions, riser material and geometric parameters are discussed. The results indicate that the vessel motion is the principal factor for the structure fatigue lite distribution.  相似文献

This paper proposes an enhanced approach for evaluating the fatigue life of each metallic layer of unbonded flexible risers. Owing to the complex structure of unbonded flexible risers and the nonlinearity of the system, particularly in the critical touchdown zone, the traditional method is insufficient for accurately evaluating the fatigue life of these risers. The main challenge lies in the transposition from global to local analyses, which is a key stage for the fatigue analysis of flexible pipes owing to their complex structure. The new enhanced approach derives a multi-layer stress-decomposition method to meet this challenge. In this study, a numerical model validated experimentally is used to demonstrate the accuracy of the stress-decomposition method. And a numerical case is studied to validate the proposed approach. The results demonstrate that the multi-layer stress-decomposition method is accurate, and the fatigue lives of the metallic layers predicted by the enhanced multi-layer analysis approach are rational. The proposed fatigue-analysis approach provides a practical and reasonable method for predicting fatigue life in the design of unbonded flexible risers.  相似文献

The study focuses on the flexible jumper issue of Subsurface Tension Leg Production (STLP) system concept, which is considered as a competing alternative system to support well completion devices and rigid risers in ultra-deep water for offshore petroleum production. The paper presents analytical and numerical approaches for the optimum design and global analysis of the flexible jumper. Criteria using catenary concept are developed to define the critical length for optimum design. Based on the criteria, detailed hydrodynamic analyses including quasi-static analysis, modal analysis, and dynamic analysis are performed. Modal analysis with respect to the quasi-static analysis shows that the existence of resonant modes requires special consideration. The results of dynamic analysis confirm the effectiveness of the de-coupled effect from the jumper on STLP system. The approaches developed in the study also have wide application prospect in reference to the optimum design and analysis of any Hybrid Riser (HR) concept.  相似文献

基于ABAQUS/AQUA模块,当Spar平台发生涡激运动时,对与平台相连接的柔性立管进行时域动态响应分析,得到了不同折合速度下柔性立管的应力响应曲线.对立管触地区域和悬垂段进行了细化的分析,并利用S-N曲线和Miner线性累积损伤理论对平台涡激运动引起的柔性立管疲劳损伤进行了计算.研究结果表明:平台涡激运动对立管触地区域和悬垂段的影响较大,这两部分最容易在长时间的工作中产生疲劳损伤.特别是平台运动到近点时,立管触地区域受到的应力急剧增加,这个区域是立管工作的危险区域,应该特别注意.该研究结论可以作为立管结构设计和海底铺设时的参考,通过增加立管触地区域的结构强度和优化铺设方式,从而来提高立管的疲劳寿命和系统的安全性.  相似文献

In recent years, offshore reservoirs have been developed in deeper and deeper water environments. Steel catenary risers (SCRs) are being considered in deepwater development such as Northern North Sea. SCRs used in conjunction with a semi-submersible or floating production, storage and offloading (FPSO) in deepwater harsh environments present significant design challenges. The large vertical motions at the semi or FPSO induce severe riser response, which results in difficulty meeting strength and fatigue criteria at the hang off and touch down point locations. To improve the understanding of SCR behaviour and increase the confidence in the design of such systems in deepwater harsh environments, a parametric study on a SCR connected to a semi-submersible was carried out in this paper to deal with the factors that mainly influence the loading condition and fatigue life of the riser. Weight-optimized configurations were applied during the course of riser design. Riflex combined with DeepC was the primary analysis tool used for the long-term response of the nonlinear SCR structure simulations, which requires a large amount of computer time. Hence, the parameters affecting the efficiency and accuracy of the simulations have also been studied during the analysis process.  相似文献

为了有效地考虑浮体慢漂运动对钢悬链线立管疲劳损伤的影响,提出了波频和慢漂运动组合作用下钢悬链线立管疲劳损伤简化计算的位置组合叠加法。其核心是:基于浮体慢漂运动概率分布选取若干典型慢漂位置,进行波频运动作用下钢悬链线立管动力响应分析;根据钢悬链线立管运动位置变化特征,截取若干慢漂位置对应的波频应力时程叠加到慢漂应力时程上,得到波频和慢漂运动的组合应力时程;编写基于雨流计数法的MATLAB程序处理立管各节点应力,采用海水环境下Do E.E型S-N曲线和Palmgren-Miner累积损伤准则计算立管各节点疲劳损伤。应用位置组合叠加法对某海域500 m水深的立管进行了疲劳分析,并与全耦合法、权重组合叠加法以及波频和慢漂疲劳损伤简单相加法的结果进行了对比,结果表明该方法具有较高的精度和效率。此外,进行了区域设定系数、波浪高度、波浪周期和土壤表面剪切强度等参数对组合作用下立管疲劳损伤的敏感性分析。  相似文献
