在对中国数字地震台网(CDSN)兰州台近年来记录到的兰州附近的5个工业爆破和发生在同一地区震级相近的7个天然地震作波谱分析和比较后,发现人工爆破和天然地震的波谱参数与震源参数有较大的差异,在震级与震源深度相近的条件下,主要差异有:①爆破的Ωm(ω)值明显大于地震的Ωm(ω)值,Ωm(ω)爆≈1.5Ωm(ω)震;②爆破的Ω(0)值明显大于地震的Ω(0)值,Ω(0)爆≈1.9Ω(0)震;③爆破的震源线  相似文献

广西地震台网数字记录爆破事件典型特征分析   总被引:2,自引:0,他引:2  
分析了2008—2012年广西地震台网数字爆破事件数字记录波形典型特征,结果表明:广西地区爆破的时间分布具有明显规律性,优势分布在中午与下午,晚上基本上不进行爆破作业,爆破地点固定。广西地震台网记录到的爆破发生在龙滩水库、扶绥昌平、南宁双定的采石场,龙滩水库的爆破震级分布主要在ML0.0~0.9,扶绥昌平、南宁双定的爆破震级分布主要在ML1.0~2.3之间,强度较低。广西地区爆破产生的P波方向呈四象限向上分布,爆破持续时间短、衰减快,S波周期较大且发育好,与天然地震波形存在明显的区别。正确识别爆破事件,对判断地震和爆破信号具有参考价值。  相似文献

为研究天然地震事件和爆破事件识别算法,对上海测震台网记录的上海周边区域天然构造地震和爆破事件记录进行小波包分解,并提取特征向量,提出用支持向量机(SVM)识别天然构造地震和人工爆破的算法。结果表明,基于SVM算法的向量识别分类方法,在天然地震和爆破识别中是可用的,准确率预计达85%以上。  相似文献

本项工作主要研究宽频带数字地震记录中小当量爆破(即矿山爆破)与小震级地震事件的识别问题。以前我们利用北京遥测地震台网的短周期模拟记录资料和DAPS(台网中心数字化)系统(郑秀芬等,2000;王凤霞,2000)产出的资料作过一些研究(郑秀芬等,2006),取得了一定的进展。在此基础上,利用宽频带数字地震记录资料,进行了小当量爆破与小震级地震事件在近场源短周期面波质点运动轨迹方面的识别研究,并给出了一定的判据。  相似文献

基于河南测震台网记录的平顶山平煤矿区及周边发生的天然地震和人工爆破资料,按照直观、可快速识别的要求,选用发震时刻、P波初动方向、振幅比、振幅与尾波持续时间比等方法,对该地区天然地震和人工爆破进行对比分析。结果表明,P波与S波最大振幅之比(Pm/Sm)是识别该地区地震类型的最有效判据;P波初动振幅与S波最大振幅之比(Pc/Sm)和S波最大振幅与尾波持续时间之比(Sm/T)2种方法可以作为辅助判据,以提高识别地震类型的准确性。  相似文献

地面振动是爆破产生的副效应之一,爆破中,相当一部分能量通过其产生的地面振动而被消耗,从而导致矿山产量大降,甚至影响矿山的发展.本文处理并分析了在伊朗Kerman 省Sarcheshmeh铜矿11次爆破记录到的57个三分向地震图.这些数据通过数字化地震仪PDAS-100记录得到,并使用DADISP软件加以分析.最后,重新考察了影响地面振动的爆破参数,比如炸药的重量和种类、结构物与爆破点的距离、爆破延时等,并研究了它们对峰值质点速度(vPP)的影响.在此基础上,确定了合适的爆破延时及炸药种类.通过研究这些数据,为Sarcheshmeh铜矿作出了vPP与换算距离之间的关系图.有了这样的关系图,就能够确定结构物的安全距离及相应的炸药数量.   相似文献

We analyzed δ13C, δ15N and δ18O in the muscle and liver from killer whales stranded on the coast of Japan. The δ15N values in the muscle samples from calves were apparently higher than those in their lactating mothers, suggesting that nursing may result in the higher δ15N values in the muscle samples of calves. The δ15N value in the muscle samples of male and female whales, except for the calves, were positively correlated with the δ13C values and body length, suggesting that the increases in δ15N were due to the growth of the whales and increase in their trophic level. In contrast, the δ18O values in the muscle samples of female whales except for the calves were negatively correlated with the δ13C and δ15N values. The δ18O may be lower in whales occupying higher trophic positions (δ15N), although it might also be affected by geographic and climatic conditions.  相似文献

Reference evapotranspiration (ET 0 ) is a key parameter in hydrological and meteorological studies. In this study, the FAO Penman–Monteith equation was used to estimate ET 0 , and the change in ET 0 was investigated in China from 1960 to 2011. The results show that a change point around the year 1993 was detected for the annual ET 0 series by the Cramer’s test. For the national average, annual ET 0 decreased significantly (P < 0.001) by ?14.35 mm/decade from 1960 to 1992, while ET 0 increased significantly (P < 0.05) by 22.40 mm/decade from 1993 to 2011. A differential equation method was used to attribute the change in ET 0 to climate variables. The attribution results indicate that ET 0 was most sensitive to change in vapor pressure, followed by solar radiation, air temperature and wind speed. However, the effective impact of change in climate variable on ET 0 was the product of the sensitivity and the change rate of climate variable. During 1960–1992, the decrease in solar radiation was the main reason of the decrease in ET 0 in humid region, while decrease in wind speed was the dominant factor of decreases in ET 0 in arid region and semi-arid/semi-humid region of China. Decrease in solar radiation and/or wind speed offset the effect of increasing air temperature on ET 0 , and together led to the decrease in ET 0 from 1960 to 1992. Since 1993, the rapidly increasing air temperature was the dominant factor to the change in ET 0 in all the three regions of China, which led to the increase in ET 0 . Furthermore, the future change in ET 0 was calculated under IPCC SRES A1B and B1 scenarios with projections from three GCMs. The results showed that increasing air temperature would dominate the change in ET 0 and ET 0 would increase by 2.13–10.77, 4.42–16.21 and 8.67–21.27 % during 2020s, 2050s and 2080s compared with the average annual ET 0 during 1960–1990, respectively. The increases in ET 0 would lead to the increase in agriculture water consumption in the 21st century and may aggravate the water shortage in China.  相似文献

The study reports and discusses the differences in δ13C and δ18O values of shells between several species of freshwater snails. Shells were derived from sediment samples collected from depths of 0.5, 1, 2 and 3 m along transects in two shallow eutrophic lakes located in mid-western Poland. Mean δ13C values of the shells ranged between −7.5 and −3.8‰ in Lake Jarosławieckie and between −8.1 and −5.2‰ in Lake Rosnowskie Duże, whereas mean δ18O values ranged between −2.2 and −0.2‰ and between −2.2 and 0.4‰ respectively in the studied lakes. A similar order of species in terms of shell isotope values, from least to most 13C and 18O-depleted was observed in both lakes and seems to indicate constancy of the factors controlling the stable isotope compositions of snail shells. We postulate that the nearly 4‰ difference in the mean carbon stable isotope values between the species was primarily controlled by the amount of metabolic carbon incorporated into the shells and the δ13C values of the snail food. Different growth cessation temperatures and microhabitats of the species studied result in temporally and spatially varied DIC δ13C values, water δ18O values and water temperature of shell precipitation, and may thus differentiate the δ13C and δ18O values of shells. The range of δ13C and δ18O values of individual shells from a sediment sample (mean 2.35 and 2.15‰, respectively) is interpreted as reflecting an intraspecific variability of isotope compositions in shells from a population and changes of the ambient conditions during the accumulation of the sediment layer. The species-specificity and intraspecific variability in C and O isotopic compositions of shells allow concluding that in palaeolimnological studies, stable isotope analyses should be performed on a set of mono-specific shells representing mean isotope compositions of the species for the interval studied rather than single shells or multispecific bulk shell material.  相似文献

In order to learn more about the nature of the dynamic processes taking place in the West Bohemia/Vogtland earthquake swarm region, we investigated the temporal and spatial variations of the source mechanisms of the January 1997 swarm beneath Nový Kostel (NKC). Visual analyses of WEBNET seismograms of over 800 events revealed that a specific feature of this swarm was the occurrence of eight classes of multiplet events. The result of single-source, absolute moment tensor inversion of the P and SH peak amplitudes of a subset of 70 events representing all multiplet classes indicated that eight statistically significant types of mechanisms occurred during the swarm. Two of them, types A and B in our denotation, comprised all M L 1.3 events and predominated in the swarm. Type A were pure strike-slip mechanisms or strike-slip mechanisms containing a small normal component, with a nearly pure double-couple source. For class B events, oblique-thrust faulting and non-double-couple components significant at a fairly high confidence level were typical. Type A events predominated in the southern subcluster of the swarm, whereas most of type B events occurred in the subcluster northwards from NKC. This indicates that two major seismogenic planes were active during the swarm. The swarm essentially developed in four phases: in the first, type A events prevailed and the southern plane was active; during the second, characterised by the occurrence of both type A and B events (the former in the southern, the latter predominantly in the northern subcluster), the activity of the swarm culminated; in the third and fourth, the occurrence of type B events in the northern plane predominated, and only weak single events occurred southwards from NKC. Mechanisms of types AB , C , D , E , F and G , which were typical for M L 1.2 events, occurred randomly throughout the swarm. Type AB events were identified in both the southern and northern clusters, type C , E , F and G mechanisms only southwards from NKC. Type D events exhibited a large scatter of hypocentres which fell in neither the southern nor the northern cluster. Focal mechanisms like those reported in this study and with analogous temporal and spatial variations were observed by other authors already fifteen years ago in the 1985/86 earthquake swarm and may, therefore, be typical for the region under study.  相似文献

Body-wave Attenuation in the Region of Garda, Italy   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
We analyzed the spectral amplitude decay with hypocentral distance of P and S waves generated by 76 small magnitude earthquakes (ML 0.9–3.8) located in the Garda region, Central-Eastern Alps, Italy. These events were recorded by 18 stations with velocity sensors, in a distance range between 8 and 120 km. We calculated nonparametric attenuation functions (NAF) and estimated the quality factor Q of both body waves at 17 different frequencies between 2 and 25 Hz. Assuming a homogeneous model we found that the Q frequency dependence of P and S can be approximated with the functions Q P = 65 f 0.9 and Q S = 160 f 0.6 , respectively. At 2 Hz the Q S /Q P ratio reaches the highest value of 2.8. At higher frequencies Q S /Q P varies between 0.7 and 1.7, suggesting that for this frequency band scattering may be an important attenuation mechanism in the region of Garda. To explore the variation of Q in depth, we estimated Q at short (r ≤ 30 km) and intermediate (35–90 km) distance paths. We found that in the shallow crust P waves attenuate more than S (1.3 < Q S /Q P < 2.5). Moreover, P waves traveling along paths in the lower crust (depths approximately greater than 30 km) attenuate more than S waves. To quantify the observed variability of Q in depth we considered a three-layer model and inverted the NAF to estimate Q in each layer. We found that in the crust Q increases with depth. However, in the upper mantle (~40–50 km depth) Q decreases and in particular the high frequency Q S (f > 9 Hz) has values similar to those estimated for the shallow layer of the crust.  相似文献

Cyclic triaxial tests on reconstituted sand samples are broadly employed in practice while they ignore the inherent characteristics of soil in field condition such as aging, fabric, and prior strain history. Relative state parameter index, ξR, is utilized in a probabilistic framework to adjust the cyclic triaxial resistance ratio of sands at 15 uniform cycles (CRRtx,15) to field condition. A wide-ranging database containing the results of cyclic triaxial tests conducted on reconstituted samples has been compiled to derive a correlation between relative state parameter index (ξR) and triaxial cyclic resistance ratio. The adjustment coefficients proposed by researchers are employed to correct CRRtx,15ξR relationship for actual field condition. The adjusted CRRtx,15ξR relationships are applied to a database of field liquefaction case histories composed of both SPT and CPT based data and their performances in field condition are evaluated. It is demonstrated that constant triaxial-to-field adjusting coefficients cannot ever predict conservative results. Logistic regression method is employed to derive a field probabilistic criterion that obtains the likelihood of liquefaction initiation in terms of ξR. The ξR-based boundary curve standing for 20% likelihood of liquefaction initiation is found to be the most conservative limit state boundary to be used in field conditions. Finally, the triaxial and field CRRξR relationships are composed and a probabilistic triaxial-to-field adjustment coefficient is proposed in terms of ξR and a given liquefaction probability. It is anticipated that the proposed relationship could reasonably correct the results of cyclic triaxial testing on freshly reconstituted sand samples.  相似文献

Predictions of post-wildfire flooding and debris flows are needed, typically with short lead times. Measurements of soil-hydraulic properties necessary for model parameterization are, however, seldom available. This study quantified soil-hydraulic properties, soil-water retention, and selected soil physical properties within the perimeter of the 2017 Thomas Fire in California. The Thomas Fire burn scar produced catastrophic debris flows in January 2018, highlighting the need for improved prediction capability. Soil-hydraulic properties were also indirectly estimated using relations tied to soil-water retention. These measurements and estimates are examined in the context of parameterizing post-wildfire hydrologic models. Tension infiltrometer measurements showed significant decreases (p < .05) in field-saturated hydraulic conductivity (Kfs) and sorptivity (S) in burned areas relative to unburned areas. Wildfire effects on soil water-retention were dominated by significant decreases in saturated soil-water content (θS). The van Genuchten parameters α, N, and residual water content did not show significant wildfire effects. The impacts of the wildfire on hydraulic and physical soil properties were greatest in the top 1 cm, emphasizing that measurements of post-fire soil properties should focus on the near-surface. Reductions in Kfs, θs, and soil-water retention in burned soils were attributed to fire-induced decreases in soil structure evidenced by increases in dry bulk density. Sorptivity reductions in burned soils were attributed to increases in soil-water repellency. Rapid post-fire assessments of flash flood and debris flow hazards using physically-based hydrologic models are facilitated by similarities between Kfs, S, and the Green–Ampt wetting front potential (ψf) with measurements at other southern CA burned sites. We suggest that ratios of burned to unburned Kfs (0.37), S (0.36), and ψf (0.66) could be used to scale unburned values for model parameterization. Alternatively, typical burned values (Kfs = 20 mm hr−1; S = 6 mm hr−0.5; ψf = 1.6 mm) could be used for model parameterization.  相似文献

The objective of this study was to explore the slope position and land use change effects on the variability in magnetic susceptibility and 137Cs inventory as the soil redistribution indicators in a hilly semiarid calcareous area in Iran. The selected study area is located in a hilly region with pasture and cultivation land use of Fereydunshahr, Isfahan Province in west-central Iran. In the two mentioned dominant ecosystems, four slope positions including summit, shoulder, backslope and footslope were identified and in each land use and slope position, three cores were selected to collect 72 soil samples from three depths (0–10, 10–20, 20–30 cm) in an area of 15 × 15 cm. Additional 28 soil samples were collected from the reference site for soil loss and deposition calculations by using the Cs-137 measurement. The results of the study with the use of the Cs-137 technique showed that the average soil loss in the pasture land (46.4 t ha 1 yr 1) was significantly (p < 0.05) lower than the average soil loss in the cultivated land (80.4 t ha 1 yr 1). The highest soil loss in both land uses was obtained in the shoulder position, 60.1 and 84.4 t ha 1 yr 1, respectively, for the pasture and cultivated lands. Moreover, the highest rates of soil deposition was observed in a footslope position in both land uses and they were 34 and 32.4 t ha 1 yr 1 for the pasture and cultivated lands, respectively. Magnetic susceptibility was significantly (p < 0.05) greater in pasture (χlf = 41.51 × 10 8 m3/kg) than in the cultivated land (χlf = 34.90 × 10 8 m3/kg). The pasture land with a lower soil loss rate, indicated significantly higher magnetic susceptibility in all landform positions as compared to that in the cultivated land. The results of the correlation analysis showed that among the studied soil physico-chemical properties, χlf (r = 0.83, p < 0.01) in the pasture land had the highest correlation with the Cs-137 inventory. Throughout the non-linear regression analysis, χlf was introduced for relating soil parameters and the cesium inventory explained 68% and 79% of the total variability of 137Cs in the pasture and cultivated lands, respectively. The results implied that the variability in the magnetic susceptibility within the hillslope is consistent with the variation of the Cs-inventory; and the results thus demonstrate the slope and land use effects on soil redistribution.  相似文献

The use of submersed macrophyte tissue δ 15N to quantify the level of WWTP effluent use in a highly urbanized and agricultural river was evaluated using several methods. Macrophytes, NH4 + and NO3 ? were collected by canoe along two 10 km reaches of river, upstream and downstream of two major municipal WWTPs over 3 years. NH4 + decreased in concentration while δ 15N–NH4 + increased as a function of distance downstream of both WWTPs, changing in one survey from 13 to 31 ‰ over 1 km. This increase is attributed to the combined effects of volatilization, nitrification and uptake. While NO 3 ? concentrations increased downstream of the WWTP over one of the survey reaches, δ 15N–NO 3 ? showed no prominent trend with distance at either. Macrophyte tissue δ 15N increased with distance downstream of both WWTPs, with a slope not significantly different from that of δ 15N–NH4 + suggesting that macrophytes incorporate effluent NH4 + as their main N source in those areas. However, mixing models suggest that towards the end of the reach, where source separation is distinct, macrophytes may utilize background NO 3 ? . Our study indicates the difficulty of deriving precise estimates of effluent use by macrophytes in a system where the δ 15N of the effluent changes rapidly. It also illustrates the utility of macrophytes in describing those changes where the effluent is too attenuated to allow for direct isotopic analysis.  相似文献

Based on summer observations of stable isotope of precipitation at Muztagata, western China, during 2002-2003, this paper presents the relationship between δ 18O in precipitation and air temperature, and discusses the effect of moisture transport on δ 18O in precipitation. Results show that air temperature correlates positively with δ 18O in precipitation, and the temperature effect controls the δ 18O of precipitation in this area. The Muztagata region exhibits high δ 18O values in summer precipitation, similar to those shown at stations in adjacent regions. According to the results of our model set up to trace the moisture trajectories, the westerlies and local moisture circulation contribute to variations of oxygen isotopes in precipitation. In addition, the impacts of the moisture transport distance, the moisture transport level, and the incursion of the polar air mass also influence the variations of δ 18O in precipitation. The moisture origins and transport mechanisms also contribute to the variation of δ 18O in precipitation at Muztagata.  相似文献
