基于海洋地质地球物理观测建立的板块构造理论意味着板块和浅部地幔共同演化,然而地幔底部尤其是大型横波低速异常区(LLSVP)与板块(尤其微板块)运动和演化之间是否存在关联仍有争议。一些研究认为LLSVP长期保持稳定,而另一些模型则认为它与各级板块存在相互作用。为此,本文通过总结前人成果,并基于近期发表的板块重建和地幔对流模型进行进一步分析,探讨微板块运动和LLSVP的演化关系。模拟结果表明,微板块与大板块类似,俯冲后通常会下沉至核幔边界。微幔块会推动地幔底部热的物质聚集并形成大的热化学结构。该热化学结构与层析成像揭示的LLSVP基本吻合。下地幔径向流速场和温度场的二阶结构与地表速度场散度的二阶结构随时间的移动轨迹相似,表明深浅部圈层的耦合演化,但是下地幔结构演化一般会滞后于浅表。在微幔块推挤之下,地幔柱优先沿着地幔底部热化学结构的边缘形成,且有时会被推至热化学结构的内部。地幔柱上升至浅部后,能够导致岩石圈弱化甚至裂解或板块边界跃迁,形成微板块。因此,地幔底部LLSVP不是稳定或静止的,而是与微板块动态协同演化,并通过地幔柱与浅表板块边界发生遥相关,从而控制微板块生成场所。  相似文献

大陆克拉通是地球表面上相对稳定的构造单元。从地热学的角度考虑,克拉通岩石圈的稳定意味着地表热流等于对流地幔岩石圈底部提供的热流加上岩石圈内部由放射性衰变产生的热量。太古代稳定克拉通一般具有冷的地热特征,且处于热平衡状态。打破克拉通热平衡的因素有多种,如岩石圈地幔的放射性生热、来自深部的地幔柱、板块俯冲等。华北是全球古老克拉通遭受破坏最明显和最典型的地区,其破坏与中生代太平洋板块向东亚的深俯冲密切相关。古太平洋板块快速俯冲并停滞在地幔转换带脱水、形成宽约1 000 km的低粘大地幔楔,导致地幔对流增强。在活跃地幔对流的热侵蚀与橄榄岩-熔体相互作用共同作用下,华北克拉通在中生代期间迅速减薄。经过中生代加热减薄的华北克拉通岩石圈强度显著变弱,在俯冲板块后撤作用下,岩石圈拉张并进一步减薄,地表热流升高。华北克拉通破坏是一个漫长的历程,期间大地热流的演化特征呈现出由中生代以前的低值演化至新生代的高值再过渡到现今的中等状态(接近全球大陆平均值)。  相似文献

板块构造学说根据构造的活动性划分单元,不考虑单元是否同质。浅地幔系统考虑了系统组成单元的异质性和动力来源,适合于系统的能量和物质运动总体规律的研究。把地球系统地划分为地球表面、浅地幔、地幔对流和地核四个子系统,地球系统就完整了。浅地幔子系统由四个不同质的的单元相互作用组成,它们是大洋岩石圈、大陆岩石圈、洋陆转换带岩石圈和软流圈,它们是不同质的。地震层析成像结果支持这种单元划分。系统作用反映了大洋岩石圈与大陆岩石圈的相互博弈,洋陆转换带是洋底扩张和大陆增生之间博弈的主要战场和阻尼器。软流圈是地幔对流的顶层,也是系统的能量库和主要动力来源。在深度200 km以下,软流圈的物质运动已经与板块运动模式分离。软流圈物质运动主要是大尺度的蠕动,也包括流体的析出和渗透,局部岩浆的集结和上涌。岩石圈板块浮在蠕动的软流圈之上,软流圈地幔的热流体可以通过岩石圈地幔黏度较小的区域向上渗透。同时,在重力作用下,岩石圈黏度大的物质也可以向下运动,拆沉到软流圈底部。从目前的成像结果可以看到,对于地球表面难以观察的软流圈和地下深部,对比三维的地震波速和电阻率扰动图像,可以获得关于物质运动的信息,认知已经发生在地壳和上地幔的物质运动特征。  相似文献

以地球系统科学为指导思想,提出统一构造理论的新观点和理论基础,初步建立了理论体系框架。提出统一引力场表示理论,用Newton位算子将地球内、外扰动引力场统一。通过对地球不同圈层水平速度矢量场的对比分析,提出不同圈层的水平运动速度矢量场具有高度的相似性和统一性,且与地球自转密切相关的认识。根据观测数据,探讨板块的统一动力源。研究了幔柱构造特征,提出地幔热柱构造的动力学模型。利用积分关系法求出地表热流与岩石圈厚度的关系,提出大陆岩石圈的统一热模式和大陆地表热流经验关系式。  相似文献

从1906年发现地核到20世纪60年代,地球物理学、地质学和矿物物理学的研究揭示了地球具有物理化学性质截然不同的层圈结构,并根据全球地震波速度和密度的变化建立了初始参考地球模型。1967年提出的板块构造理论假定刚性的岩石圈板块在塑性的软流圈之上发生运动,在洋中脊不断形成的洋壳逐渐在海沟俯冲,由于板块是刚性的,变形将主要集中在板块边界。板块构造理论成功地解释了大洋岩石圈的形成和消亡、火山和地震活动带的分布以及全球构造格局,给地球科学带来了一场革命。但是,经典的板块构造理论尚未解决板块运动的起源和驱动力、大陆岩石圈的弥散性变形、大陆深俯冲等问题,因此大陆动力学成为对板块构造理论的重要补充。近年来的研究表明:在板块汇聚边界,大洋岩石圈可以俯冲至地幔过渡带、下地幔,乃至核幔边界;而大陆岩石圈可以俯冲至150~300 km深度,然后相对低密度的陆壳物质快速折返形成含柯石英和微粒金刚石的超高压变质带。地幔柱活动是是俯冲板块再循环的产物,不仅可以形成大火成岩省和洋岛玄武岩,还可以把俯冲到地幔过渡带的物质带回浅部,导致蛇绿岩中保留金刚石和深地幔矿物。因此,俯冲带和地幔柱不仅提供了穿越层圈的物质和能量交换的通道,也驱动了对地球宜居性至关重要的水循环和碳循环,是研究地球物质组成和动力学演化的重要窗口。  相似文献

东亚大陆边缘位居大陆岩石圈和大洋岩石圈交接地带,是各种地质作用的强烈演变带,也是它们之间的物质交换和能量转变带。在这里我们可以看到大洋岩石圈和大陆岩石圈的差别,也可以看到大陆边缘在构造扩张中陆壳解体、分离和漂移的演变历史,以及在构造收缩中陆壳块体聚合、拼贴和碰撞的发展过程。大陆边缘构造背景的变换,取决干大陆岩石圈板块和大洋岩石圈板块之间构造作用的动平衡,也取决于区域地幔应力场的变化。  相似文献

一系列西半球大陆分布的古地理分析认为,通过缓慢对流的下层岩石圈的上地幔施加到岩石圈底部的磨擦力在驱驶板块运动机制上可起到重要作用。通过这样的简化,与软流圈上涌以及与在造山带处岩石圈过厚有关的岩片抽拉和岩层波状起伏,洋脊推动和张应力偏量可以被认为是次要的板块运移力。全球的现在应力状态以及整个地质证据说明了主压应力可以通过大陆和海洋岩石圈远距离传送。主要大陆块体的组合(象pangea联合古陆)可能具有单一施加在上地幔对流系统的效应。上地慢对流系统导致了大陆块体的衰亡和重组,由岩石圈中偏张应力的发育以及由施加在巨大大陆底部之上拖曳力引起大陆分裂,形成新的软流圈上涌体系。岩石圈扩张在断裂处形成高峰,接着软流圈物质主动平流进入到两个分散板块之间,作为洋壳加积。与此同时,洋隆对板块分散起着推动力的作用。如果远区域挤压应力阻止了不同板块进一步离散的话,沿着洋底的扩张轴的活动性可能突然终止。这可以解释在板块边界重组期间通常在远距离区域海底扩张轴的几乎同时消亡特征。假设一个有限的球体,在海底扩张轴处新的洋壳岩石圈的产生一定与由洋壳岩石圈消减数量和/或大陆地壳和下部地壳物质消减以及亚地壳消减地方的数量相匹配。由地慢对流系统以及  相似文献

近年来地幔地球物理三维成像为地下深部构造和物质运动提供了大量数据和信息,促进了人们对浅地幔系统物质运动的特征和动力学作用的认知。按照运动的方向不同,浅地幔系统的物质运动可分为三种主要形式:水平运动、向上涌动和向下沉动。浅地幔系统物质向下运动由地球引力势能引起,其他方向的运动主要由热能和动能引起。除了动力来源之外,浅地幔系统物质运动的方向还取决于岩石圈和软流圈的物质属性,因为高黏度介质阻挡物质运动,而低黏度介质加速物质运动。软流圈物质的水平蠕动差异,产生了岩石圈的伸展、拆离和推覆等复杂构造,速度和动能较大软流圈物质的蠕动,一定会带动岩石圈板块物质的运动和变形。软流圈物质的向上涌动又可以进一步细分为上涌运动、上拱运动和穿刺运动三种方式,它们对上方岩石圈的作用效果是不同的。浅地幔系统的物质下沉运动有多种形式,包括俯冲、拆沉和交代作用,也经常伴随有软流圈物质上涌,在微观上是一种对偶运动。这种对偶运动造成了克拉通地壳的底垫和岩石圈的陆根。软流圈大规模的物质运动,包括大洋中脊物质上涌、大陆碰撞造山和大洋俯冲的前陆拉张,在全球地震层析成像图上都有清晰的反映。中国东南沿海一带是浅地幔系统物质运动的一个特殊地区,可能是由于白垩纪伊佐奈崎板块俯冲,激发东亚大陆边缘软流圈上涌,然后又造成大陆边缘岩石圈局部拆沉等一连串动力学作用叠加形成的。  相似文献

The Global Stratotype Section and Point (GSSP) for the base of the Silurian System was defined in 1985. Since that time, a number of researchers have suggested that this section has serious deficiencies for use as a GSSP. As a result, in 2000, the Subcommission on Silurian Stratigraphy (SSS) proposed undertaking a formal restu@ of this GSSP, which was subsequently approved by the International Commission of Stratigraphy (ICS). The result of this restudy was the formal proposal that the current GSSP, at 1.6 m above the base of the Birkhill Shale, at Dob's Linn, Scotland, should be maintained as the same locality and stratigraphic level, but the bios- tratigraphical definition of the boundary should be revised. The previously defined, basal Silurian grapto- lite zone, the Parakidograptus acuminatus Zone, should be subdivided into a lower Akidograptus ascensus Zone and a higher E acuminatus Zone. The base of the A. ascensus Zone, marked by the first appearance of A. ascensus, should be regarded as the biostratigraphic mark for the base of the Silurian. This proposal has now been formally approved by the SSS and ICS, and ratified by International Union of Geological Sciences. This is the first GSSP to undergo formal restudy and redefini- tion, and the proposal also included a recommended procedure for restudy of GSSPs.  相似文献

It is known from observations that the center of mass of the Moon does not coincide with the geometric center of its figure, and the line connecting these two centers is not aligned with the direction toward the center of the Earth, instead deviating toward the Southeast. This stationary deviation of the axis of the inertia ellipsoid of the Moon to the South of the direction toward the Earth is analyzed. A system of five linear differential equations describing the physical libration of the Moon in latitude is considered, and these equations are derived using a new vector method taking into account perturbations from the Earth and partly from the Sun. The characteristic equation of this system is obtained, and all five oscillation frequencies are found. Special attention is paid to the fifth (zero) frequency, for which the solution of the latitude libration equations are stationary and represents a previously unknown additional motion of the rotational axis of theMoon in a cone with a small opening angle. In contrast to the astronomical precession of the Earth, the rotation of the angular-velocity vector is in the positive direction (counter-clockwise), with the period T 3 = 27.32 days. On this basis, this phenomenon has been named “quasi-precession.” This quasi-precession leads to a stationary inclination of the major axis of the inertia ellipsoid of theMoon to the South (for an observer on Earth), making it possible to explain one component of the observed deviation of the center of mass of the Moon from the direction toward the Earth. The opening angle of the quasiprecession cone is approximately 0.834″.  相似文献

Important tendencies in development of the world mineral-resources sector at the beginning of the 21st century were an increase in production and consumption of mineral materials differentiated by types of metals and nonmetallic mineral raw materials, by countries and regions, as well as the concentration of the production of mineral raw materials in a small number of countries, and a reduction in industrial reserves of minerals in the world economy, even at the current stage of their extraction. Taking the example of W Sudan, an analysis of the climatic incidents leading to the two recent famine disasters is made. On this natural background, the human side is investigated. Focus is directed towards the fragile economic structure of the famine-prone population groups. An early-warning system for famine in the Sahelian Zone is proposed taking grain production and storage, livestock development and the relationship between the prices of livestock and grain as major indicators.  相似文献

东濮凹陷北部沙三中亚段广泛发育盐岩和烃源岩,这两个看似不能共存的物质却在这里互层共生。该时期研究区沉积特征为多盐韵律与多层烃源岩互层共生、连续沉积,单个盐韵律厚度从几米到十几米,烃源岩有机质丰度高、类型好。平面上,两者在湖盆沉积沉降中心共生;垂向上,高有机质丰度、好干酪根类型与高盐度地层具有较好的对应关系。因而成为恢复古气候和古环境的重要研究对象。通过岩石学、古生物学以及Sr/Ba、B/Ga、(V+Ni+Mn)、Fe/Mn、Sr/Cu、Mg/Ca、V/(V+Ni)、稀土元素含量和氯同位素等方法对凹陷北部沙三中亚段的沉积环境进行研究。结果表明,凹陷北部沙三中亚段为深水沉积的还原环境,古盐度较高,达到半咸水-咸水沉积;微量元素和孢粉化石特征表明研究区沙三中亚段为温暖潮湿的环境。  相似文献

据1:5万区域地质调查和专题研究资料,就郯庐断裂带是否南延与消失的原因,其与大别—苏鲁造山带交截形成的假位错效应,以及与中新生代沉积盆地形成演化的关系等作了新的阐述。在此基础上,讨论了郯庐断裂带是否为巨大的左行平移断层或转换断层。认为郯庐断裂带可能是在“古郯庐带”的基础上于早侏罗世重新活动、白垩纪强烈活动的地堑型枢纽断裂带。  相似文献

In order to characterise the influence of the heavyrains on the observed landslides during the 1996–1997hydrological cycle, rainfall records for the last 100years are analysed from 104 stations in easternAndalusia. Regarding the amounts of rain recordedbetween October 1996 and March 1997 in the 104stations studied, 31 presented new all-time records;15 presented values that were 80–100% of thepre-1995 record; 49 stations, 80–50%; and 9stations, < 50%. A map has been devised of thesusceptibility of the materials through which thesouth-eastern Andalusian road network crosses,together with an inventory of the damage caused byinstability phenomena on banks and cuttings of theroad network during the winter of 1996–1997. Therelationships between the rainfall during the studyperiod, the damage caused to the road network and thesusceptibility of the materials affected are analysed.The results indicate that there is a clearcorrespondence between the rainfall recorded and thesusceptibility of the materials with the inventorieddamage. It is concluded that the widespread seriousdamage caused in early 1997 to the roads andsurrounding areas in the Alpujarra region and thecoast of the Province of Granada was mainly caused bythe extraordinarily heavy rains. However, considerablyless damage was observed where the susceptibility ofthe terrain is low, thus highlighting the extremeusefulness of terrain-susceptibility maps for riskprevention and territorial planning.  相似文献
