在波西米亚块体西南部做了一条长周期电磁剖面 ,它靠近德国超深钻的位置。用一个二维合成模型对数据做了大体的拟合 ,模型走向东西 ,近地表盖层高度地不均匀畸变。畸变层显示强烈的各向异性 ,优势电导方向为NW -SE至NNW -SSE。讨论了深部区域结构的几个不同的模型 ,其中一个模型可以解释由MT和GDS数据显示的主方向的偏差 ,还讨论了沿特别剖面得到的结果与区域地电结构的关系  相似文献

几乎所有的破坏性地震都是由于板块构造运动产生的构造地震。板块构造运动会引起大地电性结构的改变,研究两者之间的联系有助于强震预测。借鉴大地电磁测深法,提出采用Robust估计技术计算地震台站长周期视电阻率的方法,并采用数值试验模型对方法的灵敏度进行了验证。用文中提出的方法对安丘地震台站多年连续观测的长周期大地电磁数据进行了处理,获得了视电阻率曲线,同时提取了多个频点的视电阻率时间序列,发现沂沭断裂带北段深部电阻率随时间变化逐渐升高。台站附近的GPS基线资料也揭示了断裂带两侧位移变小,视电阻率时间序列结果与GPS观测地表形变具有很好的一致性。这与岩石力学实验中高温高压下,深部岩石(上地幔)受压会造成电阻率升高的结论是一致的。文中所述的方法对研究强震电磁前兆和强震预测具有参考价值。  相似文献

大地电磁测深的有效信号为天然电磁场,容易受到人文电磁噪声干扰,如何提高大地电磁资料的信噪比,已经成为制约大地电磁应用和发展的一个重要因素.本文利用地磁台站数据,首先将地磁台站数据转化为长周期大地电磁测深所采集的磁场数据格式,利用远参考方法估算长周期大地电磁测点与地磁台站之间的站间传递函数,包括长周期大地电磁测点电场与地磁台站水平磁场之间的拟阻抗,以及长周期大地电磁测点水平磁场与地磁台站水平磁场之间的水平磁场传递函数,将拟阻抗与水平磁场传递函数相乘便可以得到长周期大地电磁测点本地阻抗的无偏估计.实测数据处理结果表明,该方法可以提高本地阻抗估算的数据质量,减小阻抗估算误差.  相似文献

根据中国地震局电磁学科技术管理组制定的《地电台站观测效能评估方案》,对宝鸡台地电阻率观测效能进行全面评价。从评价结果来看,宝鸡地震台地电阻率的台址结构条件、电磁环境、台站观测系统等均符合地电阻率台站建设规范要求;地电阻率观测精度不低于3‰测值,保证了准确测量不低于1%地电阻率异常的指标需求。宝鸡地震台地电阻率对本区及附近地区中等以上地震有一定监测能力,其观测数据在本区及附近地区地震监测、预报和地震科学研究及相关科学研究中有重要价值。  相似文献

根据中国地震局电磁学科技术管理组制定的《地电台站观测效能评估方案》,对新沂台地电阻率新场地观测效能进行了全面评价。从评价结果来看,新沂地震台地电阻率新场地远离或避开蔬菜大棚,有效地避免了蔬菜大棚的影响,台址结构条件、电磁环境、台站观测系统等均符合地电阻率台站建设规范要求,地电阻率观测精度符合异常识别的指标要求。新场地在2013年的试运行中能够记录到十分清晰的区域应力场调整,随着时间的推移,其观测数据对本区及邻近地区的地震监测、预报和地震科学研究将发挥更加重要的作用。  相似文献

Summary The model of the electrical conductivity distribution within the Bohemian Massif to mid-upper mantle depths was derived from magnetotelluric and magnetic continuum long-period data of the Budkov Observatory (Geophysical Institute, Acad. Sci. Czech Republic., Prague) and from the ISL (Induction Scale Lengths) data of the Prhonice Observatory. The ranges of apparent resistivities in the Bohemian Massif (BM) are compared with those obtained at relevant central European observatories. The paper contains an analysis of S-velocity distribution in the crust and upper mantle beneath the Bohemian Massif, which is the second biggest Variscan outcrop in Europe. It occupies mainly the west part of Czech Republic and also part of south-west Poland and south-east Germany. We use data from 10 permanent stations set in the region. Some previous papers relate to the same scope but use linear methods to inverse receiver function. Our new approach involves Monte Carlo techniques for inversion procedure, which is more convenient and robust for such a non-linear task. The result of Monte Carlo inversion is compared with the previously achieved one. The obtained Moho depths vary from 29 km in the north-west part of the Bohemian Massif to 38 km in the south and south-east and are consistent with other papers. Some discrepancies occur in the middle and upper crust.  相似文献

We are proposing a hypothesis that earthquake swarms in the West Bohemia/Vogtland seismoactive region are generated by magmatic activity currently transported to the upper crustal layers. We assume that the injection of magma and/or related fluids and gases causes hydraulic fracturing which is manifested as an earthquake swarm at the surface. Our statements are supported by three spheres of evidence coming from the western part of the Bohemian Massif: characteristic manifestations of recent geodynamic activity, the information from the neighbouring KTB deep drilling project and from the 9HR seismic reflection profile, and the detailed analysis of local seismological data. (1) Recent manifestations of geodynamic activity include Quaternary volcanism, rich CO 2 emissions, anomalies of mantle-derived 3 He, mineral springs, moffets, etc. (2) The fluid injection experiment in the neighbouring KTB deep borehole at a depth of 9 km induced hundreds of micro-earthquakes. This indicates that the Earth's crust is near frictional failure in the western part of the Bohemian Massif and an addition of a small amount of energy to the tectonic stress is enough to induce an earthquake. Some pronounced reflections in the closely passing 9HR seismic reflection profile are interpreted as being caused by recent magmatic sills in the crust. (3) The local broadband seismological network WEBNET provides high quality data that enable precise localization of seismic events. The events of the January 1997 earthquake swarm are confined to an extremely narrow volume at depths of about 9 km. Their seismograms display pronounced reflections of P- and S-waves in the upper crust. The analysis of the process of faulting has disclosed a considerable variability of the source mechanism during the swarm. We conclude that the mechanism of intraplate earthquake swarms generated by magma intrusions is similar to that of induced seismicity. As the recent tectonic processes and manifestations of geodynamic activity are similar in European areas with repeated earthquake swarm occurrence (Bohemian Massif, French Massif Central, Rhine Graben), we assume that magma intrusions and related fluid and gas release at depths of about 10 km are the universal cause of intraplate earthquake swarm generation  相似文献

Summary Using real induction vector data, collected at 958 European observation sites, together with our data from the Bohemian Massif and the West Carpathians, we have generated a contour map of the transfer function TF1 (corresponding to transfer function A in Wiese's relation). Only the zero contour is retained and shown on the map. It clearly marks the main anomalous induction zones, related to internal structural inhomogeneities, across Europe.  相似文献

We assembled all available magnetotelluric (MT) sounding curves that cover characteristic provinces of Europe. The depths of layers with increased electrical conductivities estimated from MT sounding curves by the respective authors were compared with a model of the lithosphere thickness derived from seismic P residuals. Regions of a relatively thin and thick lithosphere are characterized by positive and negative P residuals, respectively.

We have found a good correspondence with both sets of results. In the central part of the Pannonian Basin the depth of the lithosphere-asthenosphere transition is estimated at 60–80 km and 100–120 km at the flanks. The results for the Bohemian Massif show deeper levels of this transition between 100 and 200 km. These depths seem to be typical of the lithosphere base beneath the Variscan domain of Central Europe.  相似文献

Due regard was given to the nonlocal electromagnetic responses in the processing of the data of the International Baltic Electromagnetic Array Research (BEAR) 1998 Project. Maps of lateral distributions of the apparent electrical resistivity for different time periods were compiled. In these maps, the main tectonic boundaries between the Lapland-Kola, Karelian, and Svecofennian tectonic provinces within the Baltic Shield appear as zones with reduced apparent electrical resistivity. There is supposedly some correlation between the positions of the maxima in electrical resistivity and the maximum Moho depths. In the same way, the data from the network of geomagnetic observatories in the European region (the INTERMAGNET Project) were processed for 2004–2005, and maps of the laterally inhomogeneous distribution of the apparent resistivity in Europe have been compiled for different time periods. The correlation is observed between the positions of the minima in the electrical resistivity and the minima in the thickness of the lithosphere.  相似文献

We have compiled a representative three-dimensional P-velocity model of the crust of the Bohemian Massif (BM) to provide a basis for removing effects of the crustal structure in teleseismic tomography of the upper mantle. The model is primarily based on recently published 2D velocity models from findings of wide-angle refraction and near-vertical reflection seismic profiles of CELEBRATION 2000, ALP 2002, and SUDETES 2003 experiments. The best fitting 3D model of the BM crust (NearNeighbour model) is complemented by velocities according to the reference Earth model at sites where data are sparse, which precludes creating artificial heterogeneities that are products of interpolation method. To test the model, we have performed tomographic inversions of the P-wave travel times measured during the BOHEMA II experiment and compared the results obtained with and without crustal corrections. The tests showed that the presented crustal model decreases magnitudes of velocity perturbations leaking from the crust to the mantle in the western part of the BM. The tomographic images also indicated a highvelocity anomaly in the lower crust or just beneath the crust in the Brunovistullian unit. Such anomaly is not described by our model of the crust since no seismic profile intersects this part of the unit. The tests also indicated that crustal corrections are of the great importance especially for interpretations of the uppermost mantle down to depths of about 100 km.  相似文献

This paper presents a new method for the measurement on core samples of their electrical resistivity, its anisotropy and heterogeneity. The equipment used has been developed in the field laboratory of the German Continental Deep Drilling program KTB in the north-east of Bavaria on the western rim of the Bohemian Massif. The apparatus measures the resistivity at a fixed frequency as a function of the drill core azimuth and along the core by moving point electrode configurations. From these azimuth and depth dependences, mean values of resistivity and additional information about its anisotropy and heterogeneity are determined. Geometrical averaging is used, because the resistivity data follows a log normal distribution. The quantitative parameters ‘azimuth factor’, corresponding to horizontal anisotropy, and ‘heterogeneity factor’ are introduced. The depth logs of resistivity, azimuth factor and heterogeneity factor, measured on cores obtained from the KTB main drill hole (gneisses and amphibolites) at depths between 4150 m and 8080 m are presented. The geometrically averaged mean values of resistivity of gneisses and amphibolites are in the same range (? 103Ωm). The resistivities tend to decrease with depth. The stress release of the drill cores during recovery produces microcracks which may partially account for this effect. Reduced resistivities (down to 150 Ωm) within an amphibolite core correlate with an alteration zone. One sample of this core displays alteration from fresh to completely altered. This sample is also electrically heterogeneous (heterogeneity factor ? 2). Other samples with uniform low alteration are more homogeneous heterogeneity factor ? 1.4). In general, higher anisotropies are observed in gneisses (mean azimuth factor 2.8), lower anisotropies in amphibolites (mean azimuth factor 1.3). Examples of isotropic and homogeneous samples, as well as anisotropic and heterogeneous samples are also presented.  相似文献

Summary A profile model of electric resistivity as a function of depth was compiled, the initial parameters being the values of the electric resistivity determined experimentally for basaltic and eclogitic rocks from the Bohemian Massif. The curves of the apparent resistivity were computed for this model and the measure of information evaluated for the various model layers. Deep magnetotelluric (MT) sounding data were collected and processed in the western part of the East European Craton (EEC). The MT sounding results correspond well with impedances obtained by magnetovariation (MV) sounding on the new geophysical observatory situated not far from the western border of Russia. Inversion based on combined data of both induction soundings let us evaluate geoelectrical structure of the Earth’s crust and upper and mid-mantle at depths up to 2000 km, taking into account the harmonics of 11-year variations. Results obtained by different authors and methods are compared with similar investigations on the EEC such as international projects CEMES in Central Europe and BEAR in Fennoscandia.  相似文献
