记述采自广西河池地区的鲤科鱼类一新属三新种。新属近金线鳃属Anchicyclocheilusgen.nov.的侧线鳞与体鳞一致可区别于侧线鳞大于体鳞的金线鳃属Sinocycloheilus。模式种半盲近金线鳃Anchicyclocheilus halfibindus,sp.nov.的背鳍分枝鳍条有9条表明其原始性;新属另一新种高肩近金线鲃Anchicyclolocheilus altishoulderus,sp.nov.以背鳍分枝鳍条7根和有明显额突等特征区别于半盲近金线鲃。第三个新种宜山金线鲃Sinocyclocheilus yishanensis,sp.nov.的背鳍不分枝鳍条纤细、柔软、光滑无锯齿;口亚上位;鳞大、鳞比2.1;侧线鳞52-54等区别于软鳍金线鲃S.malacopterus Chu et Cui。  相似文献

中空蜈蚣藻(Grateloupiaporracea(Mert.)W.X.LietZ.F.Ding)在幼苗期(0.2cm)已中空,成体的主枝与分枝亦中空。皮层细胞叉状排列或稍背斜形;生枝枝丛(ampullae)只有一条主枝或1分枝;果胞枝由1~3个细胞组成,有的果胞亦产生由1~4个细胞组成的侧枝。其特征与蜈蚣藻属(GrateloupiaC.Ag)不同。建议将其从蜈蚣藻属中移出另成立一个新属管形藻属SinotubimorphaW.X.LietZ.F.Dinggen,nov.该属模式种为管形藻S,porracea(Mert.)W.X.LietZ.F.Dingcomb.nov,采于青岛1984年。  相似文献

用比较解剖学方法观察提江沿海浒苔属(Enteromorpha )海藻的形态结构,并结合统计分析对其进行 物种鉴定。结果表明,依据藻体分校的有元、数量及分校与主枝直径的大小等形态特征,鉴定的浒苔属j海藻有6种1个变型,分别为缘管浒苔(E. linza)、肠浒苔( E. intestinalis )、扁浒苔( E. compressa ) ,浒苔(E. proliferα)、 条浒苔(E. clathratα)、由浒苔( E·flexω5α)和肠浒苔宽叶变型( E. intestinalis f.broadifolium) 0藻体长度由 大到小依次为浒苔、条浒苔、缘管浒苔、肠浒苔、扁浒苔和炀浒苔宽叶变型:细胞呈多角形,藻体的位置不同其细胞大小有所变化,除由浒苔和条浒苔外,其他4种1个变型浒苔的中部细胞最小;所有种类的细胞均有淀粉核,其中肠浒苔、缘管浒苔和扇浒苔仅1个淀粉核,而其他种出现多个淀粉核,尤其条浒苔和曲浒苔数量最多,可达6个以上。定量描述浒苔属6种1个变型的形态特征、内部结构,并发现浒苔属海藻非中空营状的结构特征。  相似文献

2011 年8 月在广西靖西县安德乡-洞穴地下水中采到4 尾标本,经鉴定为间条鳅属一新种,命名为小间条鳅Heminoemacheilus parva.新种区别于同属已知种郑氏间条鳅H. zhengbaoshani 的特征为无眼,无鳞,无色透明,侧线完全,胸鳍末端超过胸鳍基部与腹鳍基部之间的中点.区别于同属另一已知种透明间条鳅H. hyalinus 的特征为:体细长,体长为体高的4.8~7.3 倍;头较长,体长为头长的3.1~3.6 倍;尾柄细长,尾柄长为尾柄高的1.6~2.4 倍.  相似文献

本文描述了百色盆地第三系沉积中1个花粉新属:爵床粉属(Acanthaceaepollis)和3个新种:百色爵床粉(Acanthaceaepollshoseensis)、百色厚壁三孔沟粉(Tricolporopollenitesbosepachydermus)、平滑四孔沟粉(Tetracolporiteslaevigatus)。同时对新属中的3个未定种也作了简要描述。新属种化石分别产自上新统长蛇岭组、渐新统伏中组、始新统那读组。  相似文献

We collected 3 596 Metapenaeopsis stridulans (Decapoda: Penaeidae) from the southeast coast of India between January and December 2007. Sixty three specimens (43 females and 18 males) were parasitized by the bopyrid isopod Epipenaeon ingens (Isopoda: Bopyridae). This is the first report of the occurrence of E. ingens in this host; therefore, it was considered as a new host record. The highest level of infestation (3.2%) occurred in October 2007, coincident with observations of gravid females (9). The total prevalence and presence of gravid females were 17.46% and 28%, respectively. Infestation caused a characteristic bulge of the branchial chamber, growth retardation, and degeneration of the sex organs, but had no effect on the host weight.  相似文献

A new record of Platycephalus sp.1 (sensu Nakabo, 2002) was documented based on morphological characters and DNA barcoding. We collected 174 specimens of the genus Platycephalus from Chinese coastal waters of Dongying, Qingdao, Zhoushan, and Beihai. Samples were identified as Platycephalus sp.1 morphologically. The coloration, meristic traits, and morphometric measurements are consistent with previously published records. In brief, it is an orange-brown flathead fish with dark brown spots scattered on head and body, lateral line scales 83 to 99 with one or two spine-bearing anteriormost pored scale, no yellow blotch on the caudal fin. Cytochrome oxidase I subunit (COI) gene fragments were sequenced for phylogenetic analysis. The mean evolutionary distance within the species Platycephalus sp.1 was 0.1%. Net evolutionary distances between Platycephalus sp.1 and other species of Platycephalus ranged from 10.8% to 19.7%, which is much greater than the threshold for species delimitation. The COI sequence analysis strongly supports the validity of Platyceohalus sp.1 at genetic level.  相似文献

A new monstrilloid copepod species,Cymbasoma cheni sp.nov.,from Meizhou Bay(an embayment in Fujian Province,southeastern China)is described and illustrated.The diagnostic character of the new species is the structure and armature of the fifth leg,which is represented by a single lobe armed with three naked setae subequal in length.The new species closely resembles Cymbasoma bowmani SuarezMorales and Gasca,1998 in the structure of the fifth legs,and the body proportions,including total body length,and relative lengths of the cephalothorax and the genital double somite.However,Cymbasoma cheni sp.nov.is distinguished by lack of cuticular ornamentation on the cephalothorax,the position of the oral papilla,and the structure of the fifth leg with three naked setae.Although the structure of the fifth legs is similar in Cymbasoma cheni sp.nov.and Cymbasoma quintanarooense(Suarez-Morales,1994),the new species can be easily distinguished from Cymbasoma quintanarooense by the relative length of the antennule,differences in the genital double-somite and the ovigerous spines,and the shape of ocelli.This is the sixth record of this genus from China seas.  相似文献

Sea pens are a highly specialized and morphologically distinct group of octocorallians,but many taxa were poorly described and their phylogenetic relationships are still poorly known.We describe two species of sea pens collected from the tropical Western Pacific:Alloptilella splendida gen.et sp.nov.and Scytalium veneris(Thomson Henderson,1906).Alloptilella splendida gen.et sp.nov.accords with the definition of the recently resurrected genus Ptilella Gray,1870 in most characters,but differs from the latter in the arrangement of autozooids and the location of mesozooids.The new species mostly resembles Pennatula naresi K(o|")lliker(1880),but differs by the location of me sozooids and the reddish color of sclerite s surrounding siphonozooids.The generic separation is also well supported by their genetic distances and the molecular phylogenetic trees constructed by the concatenated mtMutS-COI-28 S,where Alloptilella clustered with Scytalium Herklots,1858 and formed a clade with the cluster of Ptilella and Distichoptilum.Scytalium veneris,usually considered as a junior synonym of Scytalium sarsii Herklots,1858,is resurrected by recognizing their distinctive differences.This is the first record of Scytalium veneris outside its type locality,and the phylogenetic analysis indicates that Scytalium is a monophyletic group.Both the families Pennatulidae and Virgulariidae are polyphyletic,and more morphological and molecular data are needed to clarify the phylogenetic positions of pennatulacean families and genera.  相似文献

A new species ofProteocephalus from the fishSinocyclocheilus grahami tingi, a subspecies endemic to Fuxian Lake in Southwest China,is described. This is the first report of cestode from this host. The new species differs fromP. exiguus, P. Longicollis, P. parasiluri andP. torulosus, the only other species ofProteocephalus currently reported from China, by lacking an apical sucker, fromP. exiguus by having 45–108 rather than 24–54 testes per proglottis, and a maximum of 15 rather than 28 uterine diverticula; fromP.longicollis by having an average of 45–108 rather than 75–115 testes per proglottis and testes being in a single layer instead of 2 layers; and fromP. torulosus by having 45–108 instead of 150 testes per proglottis and testes being in 3–4 layers; and fromP. parasiluri by having 45–108 rather than 180 testes per proglottis. It resemblesP. percae, P. pollanicola, andP. thymalli in number of testes and uterine diverticula, but differs by lacking an apical sucker.Proteocephalus thymalli, like the new species, has a vagina that opens dorsally to the cirrus sac, butP. thymalli slao has postovarian testes, which the new species lacks. The possible significance of parasitological examinations of the other two subspecies ofS. grahami in two lakes close to Fuxian Lake is discussed in relation to host speciation and coevolution of the host-parasite system.  相似文献

The bopyrid isopod species Rhopalione sinensis Markham, 1990, is recorded for only the second time, from a new locality in China outside Hong Kong, the type-locality. This is also the fi rst fi nding of the male R. sinensis, which is herein described. Its host, Arcotheres sinensis(Shen, 1932) is a new record. Platycephalus in Chinese sea area has a high commercial value.However,there were mis-identifications in previous records.In this study,we fully distinguished and diagnosed all five species,Platycephalus indicus,P.cultellatus,Platycephalus sp.,Platycephalus sp.1 and Platycephalus sp.2.The results revealed that P.cultellatus was overlooked by previous ichthyologists.Platycephalus sp.1 was misidentified as P.indicus in reality,and Platycephalus sp.2 only existed in the seas of Japan.Furthermore,morphological,especially phylogenetic analysis indicated that Platycephalus sp.from South China Sea differs from all former known species,which might be a new species.We identified all Platycephalus species in China seas for the first time,which will contribute to local species identification,biodiversity conservation and sustainable exploitation of Platycephalus species.  相似文献

A new muricid gastropod species,L ataxiena lutescena sp. nov.,is described and illustrated. The new species was recognized during reidentification of the Muricidae collection in the Marine Biological Museum,Chinese Academy of Sciences,Qingdao. The specimens of the new species were collected from the East and South China Seas off Fujian,Guangdong,and Hainan Provinces. Lataxiena lutescena sp. nov. is similar to Lataxiena blosvillei(Deshayes,1832) in general shape,but can be distinguished from the latter by the shell sculpture and radular characteristics. Lataxiena lutescena sp. nov. also resembles Lataxiena bombayana(Melvill,1893),but differs from that species in the shell shape and anal notches and in lacking short spines on the shell.  相似文献
