采用X射线衍射(XRD)和分析透射电镜(TEM)测试技术,对贵州产70、120、210kN和日本产120、210kN瓷绝缘子产品中长石物相组成、结构特征进行了测定和观察.结果表明,上述类型的瓷绝缘子产品均含有不等量的钾长石和斜长石,随瓷绝缘子等级增高、结晶质含量越高其长石含量降低,证实了高等级瓷绝缘子中存在长石,并分析其可能的形成机理.  相似文献

为探讨高原牌70kN和进口120,210kN瓷绝缘子的成分和结构性能,中采用原子吸收光谱(AAS)和X射线衍射(XRD)方法,对三类产品进行了检测。结果表明,有效成分除K2O外,70kN和210kN的SiO2,Al2O3,Fe2O3含量接近,主晶相基本相同,有刚玉,莫来石、石英和长石等;结晶相总量:70kN35%,120kN40%,210kN48%,这表明机械强度愈大,结晶相含量愈高,只需调整70kN原样的部分成分,粒度和工艺,即生产出高等级(如210kN)瓷绝缘子。  相似文献

喷流沉积型矿床是矿床地质学研究的前沿课题,查明矿石中重要组分(镍和钼)的赋存状态是该类矿床地质学研究的重要内容。湘黔地区天鹅山-黄家湾、大坪-大浒镍钼矿带是典型的海底喷流沉积矿床,本文采集该矿区的样品,应用化学和光谱定量分析、偏光显微镜和X射线衍射、扫描电镜、电子探针等大型现代仪器相结合的分析手段,研究了矿石中镍和钼的赋存状态。化学和光谱分析确定矿石中镍含量为3.76%,钼含量为4.99%;偏光显微镜下观察发现金属矿物零星分布,颗粒细小,结晶程度差,光学特征极不明显,晶体形貌特征难以观察,初步推断矿石矿物以胶状形式存在,但在光学显微镜下很难为这些矿物定名和描述;X射线衍射分析验证了偏光显微镜鉴定结果,印证了样品中存在很多非晶质矿物,仅有钨钼钙矿和镍黄铁矿两种矿物含有镍钼,且矿物含量很低(分别为0.4%和0.8%),对比化学分析结果,可推断样品还存在其他富含镍钼元素的矿物。进一步对富集镍钼元素的区域进行电子探针分析,最终确定了镍除了赋存于辉砷镍矿、方硫镍矿中,在胶状黄铁矿和磁黄铁矿边缘呈蠕虫状花边的镍黄铁矿中也有富集;钼主要赋存于碳硫钼矿中。矿石中的镍钼主要赋存于由胶态向结晶态过渡的金属矿物中,研究成果为该类矿床的矿石矿物学研究、选矿、冶炼及矿石综合利用提供重要的信息和依据。  相似文献

X射线粉晶衍射仪在大理岩鉴定与分类中的应用   总被引:2,自引:2,他引:0  
大理岩主要有方解石大理岩、白云石大理岩和菱镁矿大理岩三种。以往大理岩是依据偏光显微镜下观察岩石结构构造及矿物成分进行分类定名,由于方解石、白云石、菱镁矿都属于三方晶系,具有闪突起、高级白干涉色、一轴晶负光性和菱形解理等相同晶体光学特征,偏光显微镜下区分十分困难。为了准确鉴定大理岩中碳酸盐矿物种类及其相对含量,本文利用岩石薄片偏光显微镜和X射线粉晶衍射技术对32件大理岩岩石样品进行分析测试。岩石薄片鉴定结果表明:大理岩造岩矿物主要有方解石、白云石、菱镁矿、石英、斜长石、白云母、黑云母、绿泥石、黏土和金属矿物。根据岩石结构构造及矿物组分特征,可把32件大理岩样品划分为方解石大理岩、长英质方解石大理岩、石英绿泥白云石大理岩、白云石大理岩、云英质白云石大理岩和菱镁矿大理岩等15个类型。X射线粉晶衍射分析表明:大理岩造岩矿物主要有方解石、白云石、菱镁矿、石英、斜长石、钾长石、云母、绿泥石、滑石和蒙脱石。综合分析认为:岩石薄片偏光显微镜鉴定技术很难区分方解石、白云石和菱镁矿等碳酸盐矿物,以及细小的石英、钾长石和斜长石、滑石和白云母等鳞片状硅酸盐矿物;X射线粉晶衍射分析技术不仅能准确检测出大理岩中方解石、白云石和菱镁矿等碳酸盐矿物种类及相对含量(方解石、白云石和菱镁矿的X射线衍射主峰有明显差异,d值分别为0.303 nm、0.288 nm和0.274 nm),而且能够有效鉴别岩石中粉砂级斜长石、钾长石与石英(三种矿物的X射线衍射主峰d值分别为0.319 nm、0.324 nm、0.334 nm);且能区分蒙脱石、绿泥石、云母和滑石等层状硅酸盐矿物(四种硅酸盐矿物的X射线衍射主峰d值分别为1.400 nm、0.705 nm、0.989 nm、0.938 nm)。综合岩石薄片偏光显微镜鉴定和X射线粉晶衍射分析结果,最终确定32件大理岩样品划分为22个岩石类型。研究认为:仅根据岩石薄片偏光显微镜鉴定或X射线粉晶衍射技术其中一种方法不能准确鉴定大理岩岩石,应将大理岩岩石野外观察、岩石薄片鉴定和X射线粉晶衍射技术结合起来,才能准确确定大理岩岩石类型。  相似文献

通过偏光显微镜(PL)、扫描电镜(SEM)对Li[AlSiO4]-SiO2体系进行枝晶形貌、枝体结晶学方向测试及结晶能力方面的观察发现:十字状枝晶为四方晶系的凯石英固溶体,六枝雪花状枝晶为六方晶系的β-石英固溶体。电子背散射衍射(EBSD)测试确定凯石英固溶体是沿001和100或110方向发育成枝晶的主干。对比Li[AlSiO4]-SiO2体系与K[AlSi3O8]-SiO2体系,证实两个体系的结晶能力不同,其中Li[AlSiO4]-SiO2体系的晶体含量远远多于K[AlSi3O8]-SiO2体系的晶体含量,枝晶的枝体也比K[AlSi3O8]-SiO2体系的枝晶粗,因此,Li离子比K离子更容易使架状硅酸盐熔体结晶。  相似文献

X射线荧光光谱-电子探针在中酸性火山岩鉴定中的应用   总被引:2,自引:1,他引:1  
中酸性火山岩多具斑状结构,基质可见微晶状结构、隐晶状结构、玻璃质结构等,由于基质矿物颗粒多细小,常用的偏光显微镜受放大倍数的限制,很难准确鉴定矿物种属及含量,这类岩石仅依靠偏光显微镜分类命名会存在误差。本文采用X射线荧光光谱(XRF)、电子探针(EMPA)和偏光显微镜下观察相结合的方法,对中酸性火山岩进行鉴定。结果表明:对于基质呈隐晶质、显微晶质的中酸性火山岩,基质特征相似,偏光显微镜下无法确定长石、石英的含量,因此无法对岩石准确命名;再通过XRF进行主量元素分析,并对分析结果进行标准矿物QAPF双三角图解分类、TAS图解分类及李氏火山岩定量分类,对比结果显示三种分类命名方法存在差异;通过电子探针对矿物进行校验显示,QAPF及李氏火山岩定量分类图解与显微镜下鉴定相符,TAS图解与其他分析结果存在一定偏差。因此,对于中酸性火山岩准确命名,应采用多种分析方法相结合的方式,避免测试单一引起的误差。  相似文献

近代岩石学有两种常规仪器,偏光显微镜和X′光衍射设备.偏光显微镜能直接观测粒度在光波波长以上(>2000A)的矿物形态和它的光学性质.X′光衍射数据能够推导原子在单位晶胞中的位置,其尺度约为1—100A.但是X光晶体构造测定是以无数单位晶胞测量的平均值并且所有晶胞均为相同的假设为基础的.所得到的是综合的图象,并不是矿物的具体形貌.透射电子显微镜则不同,它能观察大小在几个人A的超微现象.在岩石和矿物中,100—10,000A之间的尺度范围内,有许多重要的构造现象是上述常规技术所观察不了的.比如一些细小的晶畴、次显微双晶、晶体的某些缺陷等,通常要借助透射电镜来观察.  相似文献

微束分析技术能够在微米-纳米尺度上精确分析矿石矿物的物相、形貌、结构、成分以及同位素组成,为地球科学精细研究提供重要技术支撑。本文利用多种微束分析技术的自身优势,综合运用微区X射线荧光光谱(micro-XRF)、偏光显微镜、电子探针(EPMA)以及激光剥蚀电感耦合等离子体质谱(LA-ICP-MS)分析技术,建立了一种简单直观且全面快速鉴别钴赋存状态的技术方法。首先采用偏光显微镜选出部分代表性的探针片,然后进行微区X射线荧光光谱面扫描,获得探针片中钴及组合元素分布规律及特征,再利用偏光显微镜细致观察鉴别,结合元素分布特征规律识别出独立钴矿物以及含钴矿物,最后圈出代表性矿物并采用电子探针和LA-ICP-MS进行主微量化学成分测定。将该方法应用于中非铜钴成矿带上典型铜钴矿床中钴的赋存状态研究,查明了谦比希东南矿体中的钴主要以独立矿物(钴镍黄铁矿、硫钴矿、硫铜钴矿)和类质同象(主要赋存于黄铁矿、磁黄铁矿中)两种形式存在,而谦比希西矿体中的钴主要以独立矿物——硫铜钴矿的形式零星存在。  相似文献

应用大刚度、长标距、大量程的SDW-100型位移传感器,采用500 kN/m高强有纺土工布进行室内试验和现场试验,研究高强土工布加筋垫层的变形情况。室内拉伸试验成果表明,位移传感器在每级加荷情形下的变形量与试验机上显示变形量具有较好的一致性,说明该类型传感器用于现场加筋高强土工布的变形测试是适用的,并因此得到高强有纺土工布的变形模量为8314.4 kN/m。现场试验表明,(1) 大堤底部的土工布位移曲线基本表现为盆形,中轴线下的土工布位移量最大;(2) 大堤下部土工布的位移量大小与外棱体的位移方向明显相关;(3) 现场试验中高强土工布的最大实测变形率为11.9%,按室内试验得到的变形模量计算出该计算高强有纺土工布的应力值为837.40 kN/m,表明按照现场实际加荷速率设计的高强有纺土工布强度值偏小;(4) 施工间歇期高强土工布的应力会出现重分布现象,具体表现为大堤轴线下变形量明显减小,现场实测成果与Plaxis有限元计算成果规律性吻合情况较好,试验成果符合一般规律;(5) 土工布的变形率与围堤上部现场施工加荷的速率关系很大,现场施工时设计单位应当提出一个加荷速率控制值;(6) 当高强有纺土工布的强度一定时,土工布的伸长率相对较大有利于快速加荷施工。  相似文献

传统锚索形变量有限,在边坡大变形加固中容易出现超限破坏,而高强大变形屈服锚索兼顾高吨位、大变形的要求,能适应地质条件复杂多变的边坡加固。首先基于单根屈服套室内试验,获得3种可稳定输出恒阻的屈服套,其起始屈服力分别为120,135,145 kN,屈服行程大于200 mm。试验表明,单根屈服套起始屈服力总是大于直线平稳段恒力;输出恒力与屈服界面长度呈线性关系。高强大变形锚索的屈服装置由数个挤压摩擦型屈服套组成,其起始屈服力及行程可依据设计调节。目前已自主研发了 400,500,1 000,1 500 kN级系列屈服锚索,室内张拉试验结果表明,锚索屈服行程可达200 mm,各屈服套受力均匀、位移同步。屈服锚索采用P锚作为限位装置以充分发挥钢绞线的抗拉能力。室内极限承载力试验结果表明,400,500 kN级屈服锚索极限承载力可达1 050 kN。高强大变形屈服锚索的吨位及行程具有较好的拓展性,性能优于已有屈服锚杆,可为边坡大变形加固提供一种新的解决方案。  相似文献

The major element compositions of 15 ceramic sherds from the Bonnin and Morris factory site were determined by electron microprobe. Thirteen samples are phosphatic; the others consist of (a) “soapstone” (magnesian/plombian) and (b) true porcelain, and are interpreted as exotic artifacts, as is one compositionally distinct (relatively SiO2‐poor, P2O5+CaO‐rich) phosphatic sample. Although long considered to be virtually indistinguishable from Bow porcelain (London: ca. 1747–1776), the phosphatic Philadelphia wares have a relatively low mean CaO/P2O5 ratio (3.3 versus 3.8; molecular proportions) and high alumina content (6.6 versus 5.4 wt % Al2O3). Furthermore, unlike Bow, the Bonnin and Morris samples contain calcic plagioclase (bytownite), and in some instances, an orthoclase‐rich ternary feldspar. The preservation of calcic plagioclase indicates that Philadelphia porcelain was fired at (rather than above) the thermal minimum in the An‐SiO2‐C3P system, although the presence of Na (and other fluxes) in these wares precludes the exact determination of the maximum firing temperature from this phase diagram. These wares are also distinctive insofar as the phosphate and melt phases can contain small amounts of lead; they have bulk lead contents of approximately 0.1–1.2 wt % PbO. This component has not been detected in the body of Bow or other contemporary British phosphatic porcelains. Their principal similarity lies in the fact that both wares contain sulfate. In addition, the glazes on Bonnin and Morris porcelain (e.g., PbO ∼ 35–50 wt %; SnO2 ∼ 1–2%) compositionally resemble those used at Bow. If feldspar is formed at all, then Al‐poor phosphatic porcelain (or those with low CaO/P2O5 ratios) will have comparatively low modal calcic plagioclase contents, thereby allowing the rapid depletion of this mineral via resorption by the melt phase during vitrification. Such appears to have been the case for analyzed Bow porcelain, which is therefore interpreted to have been overfired (sensu lato) relative to its Philadelphia counterpart. Conceivably, calcic plagioclase could be preserved in low‐Al wares that were fired only briefly at vitrification temperatures. Given the role of firing history in governing the mineralogy of porcelain, compositional criteria are more reliable for distinguishing these wares. © 2001 John Wiley & Sons, Inc.  相似文献

Laboratory investigations were carried out on reddish brown tropical soils from Moniya, Ibadan Southwestern Nigeria to determine the basic unconfined compressive strength of the soil samples which is an important factor to be considered when considering materials as liners in waste containment structure. Clay mineralogy, major element geochemical analyses were carried out by means of X-ray diffractometry and X-ray fluorescence spectrometry respectively. The engineering tests such as sieve size analyses, Atterberg limits, natural moisture contents, specific gravity and compaction using four different compactive efforts namely reduced proctor, standard proctor, West African standard and modified proctor. The tests were carried out in line with the procedures of the British standard 1377 of 1990 and Head of 1992. The soils were found to contain kaolinite as the major minerals with some mixtures of smectite, muscovite, halloysite, quartzite, biotite and aluminium phosphate. Values of the unconfined compressive strength obtained within 12.5 and 22.5% moulding water contents equal to or greater than 200 kN/m2 which is the minimum acceptable value required for containment facilities. The maximum dry density, Mg/m3 ranged between 1.68 and 1.98 while Optimum moisture content, % ranged between 12.3 and 21.2. Hence, unconfined compressive strength values were found to be greater than 200 kN/m2 at dry unit weight of 16.20 kN/m3 especially when WAS and modified proctor compactive efforts were used which met the minimum required unconfined compressive strength of 200 kN/m2 for hydraulic barriers in waste containment facilities.  相似文献

为研究加载速率对砂岩抗拉强度的影响效应及影响机制,设计开展5种加载速率的劈裂试验,综合分析抗拉强度、破坏特征、能量参数和劈裂面微观形貌变化规律及相关性。结果表明,(1) 随着加载速率增大,砂岩劈裂抗拉强度逐渐增大,总体呈现先陡后缓的趋势,加载速率在0.01~0.10 kN/s范围内时抗拉强度增长迅速,0.10~1.00 kN/s范围内时抗拉强度增长趋势渐缓;(2) 随着加载速率的增大,岩样吸收的总能量增大,弹性应变能占总能量的比值逐渐增大,耗散能占总能量的比值逐渐减小,加载至破坏时裂纹扩展形成宏观劈裂面的时间呈数量级减小,达到峰值应力时弹性应变能的释放,导致岩样破坏的突发性增强,使得劈裂面形貌特征在宏观和微观上逐渐变得复杂,对应抗拉强度逐渐增大;(3) 在岩石劈裂试验过程中加载速率、能量参数、劈裂面形貌特征与抗拉强度密切相关,加载速率影响加载过程中能量的总量与分配,能量参数的变化直接影响岩样的破坏过程及劈裂面的形貌特征,最后宏观上表现为抗拉强度的差异。文中相关分析方法和思路可为类似试验提供较好的参考。  相似文献

Comparative reliability evaluation of lateritic soils as hydraulic barriers   总被引:1,自引:1,他引:0  
A numerical investigation to determine the existence or otherwise of congruence between laboratory-based and field-based models for predicting hydraulic conductivity of compacted clay liners has been conducted. The comparisons here are based on values of the reliability index estimated with the use of the two models for cases when hydraulic conductivity is assumed to be normally and lognormally distributed. The laboratory reduced Proctor and modified Proctor compactive efforts were assumed to correspond to the lowest and highest compactor weights (165kN and 338kN for sheepsfoot rollers only from literature) respectively. The standard Proctor compactive effort was assumed to correspond to the mean compactor weight of 261.4kN. Reliability estimates from the laboratory-based model were consistently higher than the corresponding values from the field-based model for each of the variables common to the two models. As laboratory samples usually involve small samples which are often unrepresentative of field situations, it is considered that reliability levels estimated with the use of the field-based model provide more realistic assessment of compacted lateritic soils as hydraulic barriers. Compactor weight of 300kN and above may be needed for effective compaction of lateritic soil liners. Reliability-based designs of lateritic soil liners should incorporate appropriate probability distribution types for variables in the field-based model.  相似文献

Interpretation of Ni2p XPS spectra of Ni conductors and Ni insulators   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
Ni2p3/2 X-ray photoelectron spectral peak binding energies of Ni metal, NiS, and NiAs (all conductors) span a range of about 0.5 eV and are, consequently, insensitive to formal Ni oxidation state and to the nature of the ligand to which Ni is bonded, relative to other metals (e.g., Fe). Ni2p3/2 peak structures and binding energies reflect two energetic contributions. The major contribution is that associated with the electrostatic field produced by ejection of the Ni(2p) photoelectron, the minor contribution is the relaxation energy associated with filling unoccupied, conduction band 3d9 and 4s Ni metal orbitals. These conduction band orbitals become localized on the Ni photoion (and sometimes filled) in response to the field created by the photoemission event. Because only the core Ni2p electron and nonbonding orbitals of predominantly metallic character are affected, the main peak of all three conductors are affected similarly, leading to similar Ni2p3/2 main peak binding energies. NiO, Ni(OH)2, and NiSO4 are insulators in which Ni is divalent and is bonded to oxygen. Although Ni is bonded to oxide in these phases, Ni2p binding energies differ substantially, and reflect primarily the nature of the ligand (O2−, OH, SO4 2−) to which Ni is bonded. The influence of the ligand is the result of charge (electron) transfer from valence band bonding orbitals of dominantly ligand character, to unoccupied conduction band orbitals localized on Ni photoions. Relaxation energy resulting from charge transfer is acquired by the emitted photoelectron, thus Ni2p3/2 photopeak binding energies of these insulators reflect the nature of the ligand to which Ni is bonded. The Ni2p main peak binding energy of these conductors and insulators is a poor guide to Ni oxidation states. The Ni2p3/2 binding energies of insulators reflect, however, the nature of the ligand in the first coordination sphere of Ni. The intensity of the Doniach–Sunjic contribution to Ni2p XPS spectra of NiS and NiAs is dependent on the nature of the ligand. The Doniach–Sunjic contribution to ligand XPS core-level photopeaks (e.g., S2p of NiS and As3d of NiAs) has not been explained and is poorly understood. 将湖泊底泥引入瓷质砖的生产, 既可消除污染, 又能减少传统的瓷质砖生产中所需的粘土.以武汉市东湖底泥和湖北黄石电厂粉煤灰为主要原料, 辅以伟晶花岗岩、石英为添加剂, 设计4个底泥含量分别为4 0 %、5 0 %、6 0 %和70 %的配方, 每一配方压制6片生坯, 分别在1 190, 1 175, 1 160, 1 130, 1 115和1 100℃下烧成.XRD分析显示瓷坯中的莫来石晶相随烧成温度的升高而增加.在1 160~1 175℃烧成的瓷坯的吸水率和断裂模数测试结果分别为0.0 8%~ 0.2 0 %和39.36~ 51.0 8MPa, 表明利用湖泊底泥和粉煤灰作为主要原料可以烧制瓷质砖, 二者的总用量可达75 %~ 80 %.   相似文献

砂卵石层上大直径扩底短墩竖向承载性状   总被引:12,自引:2,他引:10  
根据同一场地砂卵石层中一组土的深层静载荷试验、一组纯摩擦桩和两组原型扩底墩的竖向承载力静载试验,分析了埋深在6.20~6.75 m处的扩底短墩的荷载传递性状。结果表明,可用直接试验法和间接试验法确定扩底墩的竖向承载力。以卵石层为持力层的S3试验墩的极限承载力为7 250 kN,其中端阻力达6 890 kN,占95 %;以砂层为持力层的S2墩的极限承载力为2 330 kN,端阻力占85 %。当墩顶仅沉降1.46 mm左右时,S3、S2墩侧摩阻力已充分发挥;在端阻力充分发挥时,S3、S2墩顶沉降则分别达92.64 mm和21.07 mm。直径相同时,扩底桩的竖向承载力远大于纯摩擦桩和直身墩。  相似文献

泥石流的运动参数是泥石流研究的主要内容和防治设计的重要基础。以矿渣型泥石流为对象,通过地形测量和工程地质测绘查明,碾头岔地形陡峻,沟道顺直,为泥石流的形成提供了有利的地形条件。通过钻探、坑槽探发现可能的物源包括矿渣、坡面松散层及小型沟岸滑塌体。工程力学分析表明,采矿废渣在自重状态下的稳定性系数为1.022~1.063,处于欠稳定和基本稳定之间;在自重+暴雨状态下,稳定性系数介于0.889~0.947之间,属于不稳定状态,是研究区内的主要物源。根据降雨量数据计算出碾头岔沟最大洪峰流量大于30m~3/s。在此水动力条件下,预测了泥石流发生时流体重度值为22.80k N/m~3,泥石流流速为5.11m/s;估算了20年、50年和100年一遇洪水的泥石流流量分别为4.31m~3/s、44.6m~3/s和95.5m3~/s,计算得到泥石流整体冲击力为58.34k Pa,超高2.13m,泥石流堆积区的最大危险范围0.21km~2,为小秦岭金矿区矿渣型泥石流防治工程方案的设计提供了基础参数。  相似文献
