摄食水平对异育银鲫生长及能量收支的影响   总被引:31,自引:3,他引:28  
于 1 995年 6月在中国科学院水生生物研究所关桥繁殖场采集异育银鲫自繁鱼种(体重为 1 .2 6± 0 .0 5g) ,采用生长实验的方法 ,在 30℃水温下 ,测定其从饥饿到饱食 6个摄食水平下的生长和能量收支。结果表明 ,随着摄食水平的增加 ,鱼体干物质和能量含量、表观消化率呈上升趋势 ;湿重特定生长率随摄食水平的增加呈线性上升 ,干重和能量特定生长率呈对数增加 ;饲料转化效率随摄食水平增加而增加 ,达到最大值后维持不变。排泄能和总代谢耗能占摄入食物能的比例不受摄食水平的影响。最大摄食水平下的能量收支式为 :1 0 0C =1 2 .32F 3.2 1U 63.74R 2 0 .72G ,式中 ,C为食物能 ,F为粪便能 ,U为排泄能 ,R为代谢能 ,G为生长能。  相似文献

Measurements of fecal pellet volume together with body length/body carbon weight were made for major zooplankters of the Inland Sea of Japan. The pellet volume was highly correlated with animal body size for copepods (10 species combined), a mysid (Neomysis japonica), a larvacean (Oikopleura dioica) and a pelagic shrimp (Acetes japonicus), and a specific equation was given for each group. A single equation could describe the composite relationship between pellet volume (PV, m3) and body carbon weight (C, g) for copepods andN. japonica: logPV=0.85logC+4.56. Balanid nauplii,O. dioica and a doliolidDolioletta gegenbauri produced pellets larger, butA. japonicus produced pellets smaller, than those by copepods andN. japonica of equivalent body carbon weight. In general, larger zooplankters produce larger fecal pellets. Hence, the size composition of the zooplankton community is an important parameter for the variation in the vertical flux of material via fecal pellets.  相似文献

Themisto japonica was reared at 1, 5, 8, and 12°C in the laboratory to estimate its intermoult period (IP) and increase in body length (BL) at each moulting (BL).IP was found to be a function of temperature andBL of the specimens, longerIPs being associated with lower temperature and larger specimens.BL was not affected by temperature but increased with growth of the specimens. Observations on consecutive moults indicated that one new segment was added to pleopod rami at each moulting.BLs obtained from the measurement of the segment number of pleopod rami andBL of wild specimens were slightly larger than values obtained from laboratory-raised specimens.IP data obtained from laboratory-reared specimens are combined withBL data from wild specimens to establish a growth model forT. japonica from its release from the marsupium (1.31 mmBL) to the maximum size (17 mmBL) as a function of temperature. This growth model predicts that a total of of 18 moultings is needed forT. japonica to reach the maximum size regardless of temperature, although the time needed to reach the maximum size is highly dependent on temperature. The life cycle, from the newly released larvae (1.31 mmBL) to the spent females (10–17 mmBL), was estimated as 333–593 days at 1°C, 195–347 days at 5°C, 118–210 days at 10°C and 82–146 days at 15°C; the last may be the upper temperature limit forT. japonica. Growth rates ofT. japonica expressed on the basis of body mass are comparable to the rates of euphausiids of equivalent size when the effect of temperature is accounted for. Feeding conditions ofT. japonica in the field are also discussed.  相似文献

The Nansei Islands in the southern Japanese Archipelago have 15 taxa of seagrasses from seven genera within three families. Seagrasses in this region grow on coral sands or coral debris in shallow reefs and on sandy or muddy substrata in the shallow areas of bays and inlets. Certain Halophila species grow in deep water off some islands. Enhalus acoroides only reaches to Ishigaki I. with winter sea water temperature (WST) at 23 °C, while Okinawa I. (WST at 21.6 °C) is the northern biogeographic limit for Halophila decipiens, H. okinawensis, H. major and H. gaudichaudii. Amami‐oshima I. (WST at 20.7 °C) is the northern border for Thalassia hemprichii, H. minor, H. ovalis, Cymodocea serrulata, Cymodocea rotundata, Syringodium isoetifolium, Halodule uninervis and Halodule pinifolia. Halophila mikii the sole seagrass collected from Yakushima I. (WST at 19.3 °C), is of volcanic origin. The distribution of tropical seagrasses in the Nansei Islands is clearly associated with the warm Kuroshio Current, WST and habitat availability. Zostera japonica is the only temperate species occurring in the region. Meadows of Z. japonica, H. ovalis and Halodule pinifolia have disappeared from certain localities in the Archipelago, due probably to human activities and natural siltation.  相似文献

Distributional characteristics of dinoflagellate cysts in surface sediments were investigated in relation to environmental factors in the eastern part of Geoje Island, Korea. Samples were collected from 10 stations in February of 2004 and water temperature and salinity were measured in February, May, September and November of 2004. Total 30 taxa of dinoflagellate cysts were identified representing 19 genera, 28 species and 2 unidentified species. Among these dinoflagellate cysts,Brigantedinium spp. of which relative proportion in the total dinoflagellate cysts was 23.5%, was the most abundant at all stations except St. 1, and was followed bySpiniferites bulloideus (8.6%),Lingulodinium machaerophorum (8.2%) andDiplopsalis lenticula (6.7%). In addition, ellipsoidal cysts of the genusAlexandrium (Alexandrium catenella - tamarense type) andGymnodinium catenatum, known to be causative organisms for PSP, occurred with high concentrations.Scrippsiella trochoidea was also found; however, its cyst concentration was low. Generally, species composition in the study area was similar to these reported from Jinhae Bay and Busan Harbor and several dinoflagellate cysts reflected the eutrophic condition. Cyst distribution in the eastern part of Geoje Island seems to be influenced by the Tsushima Warm Current flowing from the southwest. The mean water temperature was 12.0°C in February, 14.7°C in May, 20.9°C in September and 17.2°C in November, which was most favorable forAlexandrium spp. growth. The abundances of dinoflagellate cysts ranged from 528 to 2,834 cysts/g dry sediment. Higher concentrations were recognized in sediments of west area of the Jisimdo than at other stations. The cyst composition of this area was closely related to these of Jinhae Bay and Busan Harbor from which currents flow into this area. Higher cyst concentration in the west area of Jisimdo might be due to formation of the gyre.  相似文献

Measurements of dry weight, carbon- and nitrogen contents together with the body length of important zooplankton from the Inland Sea of Japan were made using freshly caught specimens. The values of the former three parameters were found to be highly correlated to length, and species specific regression equations were calculated for 10 species of Copepoda (Calanus sinicus, Euchaeta plana, E. concinna, Centropages abdominalis, Sinocalanus tenellus, Acartia clausi, A. tsuensis, Tortanus forcipatus, Oithona brevicornis andO. similis), 3 species of Cladocera (Podon leuckarti, P. polyphemoides andPenilia avirostris), 1 species of each of Mysidacea (Neomysis japonica), and Natantia (Acetes japonicus), and two forms of Chaetognatha (Sagitta crassa andS. crassa f.naikaiensis).  相似文献

The dynamics of phytoplankton abundance with seasonal variation in physicochemical conditions were investigated monthly at 10 stations around the Chagwi-do off the west coast of Jeju Island, Korea, including inshore, middle shore, and offshore in the marine ranching area from September 2004 to November 2005. Water temperature varied from 12.1 to 28.9°C (average 18.8°C), and salinity from 28.9 to 34.9 psu (average 33.7 psu). The chlorophyll a concentration was 0.02-2.05 μg L1 (average 0.70 μg L1), and the maximum concentration occurred in the bottom layer in April. A total of 294 phytoplankton species belonging to 10 families was identified: 182 Bacillariophyceae, 52 Dinophyceae, 9 Chlorophyceae, 12 Cryptophyceae, 6 Chrysophyceae, 4 Dictyophyceae, 13 Euglenophyceae, 6 Prymnesiophyceae, 5 Prasinophyceae, and 5 Raphidophyceae. The standing crop was 2.21-48.69x104 cells L1 (average 9.23x 104 cells L1), and the maximum occurred in the bottom layer in April. Diatoms were most abundant throughout the year, followed by dinoflagellates and phytoflagellates. A phytoplankton bloom occurred twice: once in spring, peaking in April, and once in autumn, peaking in November. The spring bloom was represented by fourChaetoceros species andSkeletonema costatum; each contributed 10–20% of the total phytoplankton abundance. The autumn bloom comprised dinoflagellates, diatoms, and phytoflagellates, of which dinoflagellates were predominant.Gymnodinium conicum, Prorocentrum micans, andP. triestinum each contributed over 10% of the total phytoplankton abundance.  相似文献

Benthic amphipod,Grandidierella japonica widely inhabits the Korean coastal waters and is developed as a standard test species for sediment toxicity tests. We exposedG . japonica to various pollutants including 4 kinds of inorganic metals (Ag, Cd, Cu and Hg), tributyltin [TBT], ammonia and 7 polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) compounds (acenaphthene, chrysene, fluoranthene, fluorene, naphthalene, phenanthrene and pyrene) to estimate the no observed effect concentration (NOEC) and the median lethal concentration (LC50) of each pollutant during the 96-hour acute exposure. Among all tested pollutants, TBT was most toxic toG. japonica, and Hg was most toxic among inorganic metals. The toxicity of pyrene toG. japonica was greatest among PAH compounds, followed by fluoranthene, phenanathrene, acenaphthene, fluorene and naphthalene. The toxicity of PAH compounds was closely related to their physico-chemical characteristics such as Kow and water solubility.G. japonica responded adequately to pollutant concentrations and exposure durations, and the sensitivity ofG. japonica to various inorganic and organic pollutants was generally comparable to other amphipods used as standard test species in ecotoxicological studies, indicating this species can be applied in the assessment of environments polluted by various harmful substances.  相似文献

作者根据2012年5月和2013年11月对日照近岸海域进行的底拖网调查资料,分析了该海域虾蟹类的种类组成、优势种和生物多样性。调查海域共捕获虾蟹类25种,根据相对重要性指数计算优势种为8种,其中经济价值较高的中大型虾蟹类5种,分别为:口虾蛄(Oratosquilla oratoria)、戴氏赤虾(Meraenaeopsis dalei)、鹰爪虾(Trachypenaeus curvirostris)、日本[虫寻](Charybdis japonica)和三疣梭子蟹(Portunus trituberculatus)。分别计算了日照近岸海域春、秋季虾蟹类群落的多样性指数(H')、丰富度指数(D)和均匀度指数(J)。该海域虾蟹类群落多样性整体处在较低的水平,在生物量和丰度上经济较高的中大型虾蟹类物种占据优势。  相似文献

Seventy-nine δ13C analyses of oceanic particulate matter (> 0·μ) from semi-tropical (Gulf of Mexico, Caribbean and Atlantic) and polar (South Indian Ocean) waters showed that the carbon isotope composition of the particulate matter from the cold polar surface waters was lighter (?24·7 to ?26·0‰) than that from the surface in the semi-tropical regions (?19·8 to ?22·3 ‰), reflecting the temperature effect on the photosynthetic fixation of carbon. δ13C for deep samples (> 330 m) were generally more negative than the surface samples, except in some well-mixed polar areas.A difference both in organic carbon isotopic composition and percentage organic carbon in the POM and the tops of sediment cores was also apparent; a loss of approximately 95 % of incoming carbon and an increase in 13C of several per mille being observed during deposition of particulate matter. This indicates that after settling on the bottom there is extensive diagenesis of the POM by organisms, indicating the non-refractory nature of the organic matter.  相似文献

The success of biological invaders is often attributed to escape from specialist enemies in their natural range, such as predators and parasites. For enemy escape to have direct consequences in competitive interactions, invaders need to be less vulnerable to enemies than native competitors in the region they invade, but first the presence of these enemies must be established. We investigated the macroparasite and ectosymbiont fauna of the recently introduced portunid crab Charybdis japonica, and compared it with sympatric and allopatric populations of the native New Zealand portunid, Ovalipes catharus. A total of 468 crabs (350 O. catharus and 118 C. japonica) were collected from six harbours throughout New Zealand (Whangarei, Waitemata, Nelson, Lyttelton, Dunedin, and Bluff) and the identity, incidence and prevalence of ectosymbionts and parasites were compared among the different populations. Charybdis japonica and O. catharus harboured different ectosymbionts. Serpulid polychaete tubes occurred on the exoskeleton of 85.4% of C. japonica examined, but were absent from O. catharus. The bryozoan, Triticella capsularis occurred on 97.4% of O. catharus but was not found on C. japonica. Few endoparasites were present in either species. An unidentified juvenile ascaridoid nematode occurred in the hindgut of 5.9% of C. japonica, but was not found in sympatric populations of O. catharus. A second, unidentified species of ascaridoid nematode occurred in 7.1% of O. catharus from Nelson, but was not present in specimens from the five other harbours sampled. Melanised lesions were observed in the muscle tissue of almost half (46.6%) of the C. japonica examined. Histological examination showed these to be of two types: (1) spherical bodies resembling melanised trematode metacercariae; and (2) lesions consistent with wound repair. Lesions were not observed in O. catharus. Although the identity of parasites and epibionts carried by each species differed, both C. japonica and O. catharus had relatively low parasite species richness. We could not test whether the introduced portunid, C. japonica, is any less vulnerable to parasite enemies than the New Zealand portunid, O. catharus.  相似文献

Abstract-The carbon and nitrogen budgets were estimated on the adult females, juveniles and post-furcilia larvae of Pseudeuphausia sinica fed on newly hatching nauplii of Artemia salina in the laborato-ry. It was found that the ingestion rate was linearly related to the food concentration, suggesting highfeeding potential. The linear correlation could be established between the respirating rate (carbon con-sumption rate) and carbon ingestion rate, as well as carbon assimilation rate. The regression coefficients(i.e.specific dynamic action coefficients) were in the range from 9% to 16% (ingested C) or 10% to17% (assimilated C) respectively, with lower in the post-furcilia larvae. There also existed a linearcorrelation equation between estimated total nitrogen excretion rate and the rates of nitrogen ingestionand assimilation separately, except for the juveniles. The defecation rates increased with the increase ofthe ingestion rate; as a result, assimilation efficiency was not related to the ingestion rat  相似文献

分析了鸡毛菜、易曲凹顶藻热带变种、三叉仙菜、海萝和多管藻(1979—1989分别采自广东山东和海南省)未碱处理与碱处理的多糖产率、凝胶强度、粘度、凝固点、融点、硫酸酯和3,6-内醚-半乳糖含量,同时用红外光谱和~(13)C-核磁共振波谱测定了它们的组成和结构。结果表明它们都具有琼胶的基本结构,鸡毛菜是制造琼胶的很好原料,易曲凹顶藻热带变种也可用于制造琼胶,三叉仙菜是制造低凝固点琼胶的原料。此外还发现海萝和多管藻也有一些凝固性。  相似文献

The intertidal seagrass Zostera japonica, which is distributed in the intertidal and shallow subtidal zones, is exposed to nutrients from over-enriched land-based discharge and storm water runoff before they can be washed out to sea. Despite its ecological importance, only a few studies have examined the ecology and physiology of Z. japonica in northeast Asia. In this study, we investigated the productivity and tissue nutrient contents of above- and below-ground tissues to evaluate the potential role of Z. japonica in carbon capture and as a nutrient sink. The average total, above-, and below-ground productivity per shoot was 0.56, 0.34, and 0.21 mg DW shoot-1 day-1, respectively. Annual leaf production was 1.5 times higher than annual below-ground production. Estimated annual whole-plant carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus incorporation based on shoot production and tissue nutrient contents was 312.8 g C m-2 y-1, 25.7 g N m-2 y-1, and 1.6 g P m-2 y-1, respectively. These values were equivalent to 7.8 × 103 kg C y-1, 6.4 × 102 kg N y-1, and 40 kg P y-1 for all Z. japonica beds in Geoje Bay. This suggests that Z. japonica meadows can incorporate a considerable amount of carbon, nitrogen, and phosphorus in the intertidal zone. High N:P ratios of above- and below-ground tissues suggest that Z. japonica growth is probably limited by phosphorus availability in the study area.  相似文献

通过设计交配组合,建立中度近交组GM(近交系数大于0.25,家系G1,G2,G3,G4)、轻度近交组GL(近交系数0.0625—0.25,家系Z1,Z2,Z3,Z4),非近交组GN(近交系数为0,家系F1,F2,F3,F4),比较共同环境养殖90d不同近交程度凡纳滨对虾(Litopenaeus vannamei)家系体质量(BW)、存活率(SR)、高氨氮耐受存活率(SRA)及低溶氧耐受存活率间(SRH)的差异性,计算近交家系相关性状的近交衰退系数,评价近交对凡纳滨对虾生长、存活和抗逆性的影响。结果显示:GN组BW为7.66±2.86g,显著高于GM组BW(P0.05);GL组SR、SRA、SRH间差异近交衰退系数为–6.41%、–13.63%、–11.84%;GM组的SR、SRA、SRH的近交衰退系数为5.30%、–4.73%、–4.77%;Z2的BW最大为8.59±3.85g,G3的BW高于GN组均值;G2家系SR为84.81%±10.37%,显著高于其它家系(P0.05);75%的近交家系表现出SR近交衰退,62.5%的近交家系表现出SRH近交衰退。结果表明:近交导致凡纳滨对虾生长、高氨氮耐受性及低溶氧耐受性的衰退普遍存在,应避免高度近交个体的产生,近交系数应控制在0.25以下;少数近交家系的生长、存活、高氨氮耐受性或低溶氧耐受性优于非近交家系,推测选择合理亲缘选配方案可加快凡纳滨对虾遗传改良进程。  相似文献

On the basis of numerical solution of a kinetic equation governing non-linear wave energy redistribution over the spectrum from sourceG to sinkD, it has been found that spectra of constant flux occur in the case of anisotropic distribution of the source (or sink) with respect to angle. It has been shown that with sourceG(ω) localized in the upper part of the frequency band, as compared with the sink localization area,D(ω), a flux spectrum that is anisotropic with respect to angle is realized. WithG(ω) andD(ω) being inversely located, the stabilized flux spectrum is essentially anisotropic with respect to angle. Unidimensional stabilized spectraS(ω), averaged by angle, then have power functions similar to those of the isotropic case of source/sink distribution studied by Zakharov in 1996.
