原子荧光光谱法测定地质样品中的痕量锗   总被引:7,自引:1,他引:7  
分析了溶矿过程中HNO3、H2SO4、HClO4、H3PO4等对Ge的影响,采用AgNO3滤气装置消除气相干扰,测定了地质样品中的痕量锗,方法检出限为0.06μg/g,用土壤国家一级标准物质GBW 07401~GBW 07408验证方法,结果与标准值相符,其相对标准偏差(RSD,n=12)为3.66%~6.11%。  相似文献

本文采用感耦等离子体-质谱法(ICP-MS)对地质样品中痕量稀土元素的测定进行了研究。选择了测定的最佳仪器参数;详细讨论了各种干扰因素及其校正方法。ICP-MS方法测定稀土元素分量的检出限在0.0x-0.x ng/ml范围,优于ICP-OES 1—2个数量级。因此,本文采用混合酸分解样品直接测定多数地质样中ppm级痕量稀土元素,同时采用碱熔试样—离子交换富集后实现了超基性岩试样中ppb级稀土元素分量的测定。对国家级标准样品进行测定,其结果与推荐值相符。  相似文献

报道了用HF—HNO3—HClO4分解样品,以^103Rh为内标元素,采用电感耦合等离子体质谱法直接同时测定地球化学样品中痕量镓、铟、铊的方法。方法检出限(6s)Ga、In、Tl分别为0.059、0.002、0.004μg/g,方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为2.6%—5.3%。用国家一级标准物质进行验证,测定结果与标准值吻合。  相似文献

采用HF-HClO4-HNO3分解样品,8 mol/L HNO3提取剂,外标法校准,电感耦合等离子体质谱法同时测定地球化学样品中锗和镉。选择103Rh为内标,确定了最佳仪器参数,研究了Zn、Zr、Sn、Ce、Nd、Sm对Ge和Cd的干扰,试验选择质量数74Ge和114Cd作为测定同位素,采用数学公式校正法校正了来自Nd和Sm的二次电离离子对Ge的干扰、Sn对Cd的同质异位素干扰。方法检出限(10s)分别为Ge 30 ng/L、Cd 15 ng/L,精密度(RSD,n=15)为Ge 1.35%、Cd 1.47%。对多种国家一级标准物质进行分析验证,结果与标准值相符。方法适用于地质样品中微量锗和镉的测定。  相似文献

用D201阴离子交换树脂富集样品中的痕量Cd,使Cd与共存干扰元素Cu、Ni、Pb、Zn有效分离,消除了这些元素对镉蒸气发生的干扰,从而建立了断续流动在线分离富集-蒸气发生原子荧光光谱法测定复杂环境样品中痕量Cd的分析方法。方法的检出限为3ng/L(3σ);测定精密度(RSD)为1.9%(对1μg/L Cd,n=11)。用该方法对国家一级标准物质(土壤、水系沉积物和岩石)中的痕量镉进行了测定,结果与标准值相符。  相似文献

本文论述了一种聚氨酯泡塑预富集—石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定土壤样品中痕量铊的方法。样品经盐酸—硝酸—高氯酸—氢氟酸分解后,再加入10%硝酸。在Fe件和过氧化氢介质中,痕量铊被聚氨酯泡塑富集。用蒸馏水在沸水浴中解脱,以抗坏血酸作基体改进剂消除基体影响后,用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定痕量铊。方法检出限为0.2ng/g。用本方法测定土壤国家一级标准物质中痕量铊,结果与推荐值相符,12次检测结果的精密度(RSD)为:5.05%~8.74%。  相似文献

报导了激光热透镜光谱法测定痕量铅的方法研究,探讨了测定铅的各种影响因素。结果表明,以四氯化碳作为溶剂介质,方法灵敏度比分光光度法高2个数量级。铅含量在2-10ng/gmL范围与热透镜信号强度呈良好线性关系,检发为0.4ng/mL,并已用于蔬菜样品中痕量铅的测定。  相似文献

利用Co^2+对镉的测定具有明显的增敏作用,采用Cd—KBH4-NaIO3-HCl新化学蒸气发生体系原子荧光光谱法测定粮食中痕量镉。在最佳的仪器和试剂条件下,确定了在Cd—KBH4-Co—NaIO3-HCl最有效的测定体系中,Co^2+的最佳用量为2mg/L。对Cu、Ni、Zn、Mn、Au、Pt、Pd、Sb、Hg和Fe等元素的干扰情况及消除方法进行了研究。比较了高压罐酸分解和灼烧酸分解两种粮食样品的分解方法。方法检出限为0.035μg/L。对小麦、大米、玉米等多种国家一级标准物质进行测定,结果与标准值相符合。方法精密度(RSD,n=12)为4.84%。此方法适用于多种粮食物料中痕量Cd的测定。  相似文献

提出了一种简便,灵敏的测定地质样品中痕量溴的新方法。半熔法分解样品,利用溴催化高锰酸钾氧化碘化钾的反应,在催化反应进行到一定时间后,用四氯化碳萃取未反应的游离碘,在水相中测定碘酸根的导数极谱波,间接测定溴的含量,本法测定溴的检出限为0.18μg/g,RSD为5.7%。标准物质分析结果与推荐值一致。  相似文献

Pant-y-ffynnon Quarry in South Wales yielded a rich cache of fossils in the early 1950s, including articulated specimens of new species (the small sauropodomorph dinosaur Pantydraco caducus and the crocodylomorph Terrestrisuchus gracilis), but no substantial study of the wider fauna of the Pant-y-ffynnon fissure systems has been published. Here, our overview of existing specimens, a few described but mostly undescribed, as well as freshly processed material, provides a comprehensive picture of the Pant-y-ffynnon palaeo-island of the Late Triassic. This was an island with a relatively impoverished fauna dominated by small clevosaurs (rhynchocephalians), including a new species, Clevosaurus cambrica, described here from a partially articulated specimen and isolated bones. The new species has a dental morphology that is intermediate between the Late Triassic Clevosaurus hudsoni, from Cromhall Quarry to the east, and the younger C. convallis from Pant Quarry to the west, suggesting adaptive radiation of clevosaurs in the palaeo-archipelago. The larger reptiles on the palaeo-island do not exceed 1.5?m in length, including a small carnivorous crocodylomorph, Terrestrisuchus, and a possible example of insular dwarfism in the basal dinosaur Pantydraco.  相似文献

Lithostratigraphy, physicochemical stratigraphy, biostratigraphy, and geochronology of the 77–70 Ma old series bracketing the Campanian–Maastrichtian boundary have been investigated by 70 experts. For the first time, direct relationships between macro- and microfossils have been established, as well as direct and indirect relationships between chemo-physical and biostratigraphical tools. A combination of criteria for selecting the boundary level, duration estimates, uncertainties on durations and on the location of biohorizons have been considered; new chronostratigraphic units are proposed. The geological site at Tercis is accepted by the Commission on Stratigraphy as the international reference for the stratigraphy of the studied interval. To cite this article: G.S. Odin, C. R. The solubilities of columbite, tantalite, wolframite, rutile, zircon and hafnon were determined as a function of the water contents in peralkaline and subaluminous granite melts. All experiments were conducted at 1035 °C and 2 kbar and the water contents of the melts ranged from nominally dry to approximately 6 wt.% H2O. Accessory phase solubilities are not affected by the water content of the peralkaline melt. By contrast, solubilities are affected by the water content of the subaluminous melt, where the solubilities of all the accessory phases examined increase with the water content of the melt, up to 2 wt.% H2O. At higher water contents, solubilities are nearly constant. It can be concluded that water is not an important control of accessory phase solubility, although the water content will affect diffusivities of components in the melt, thus whether or not accessory phases will be present as restite material. The solubility behaviour in the subaluminous and peralkaline melts supports previous spectroscopic studies, which have observed differences in the coordination of high field strength elements in dry vs. wet subaluminous granitic glasses, but not for peralkaline granitic glasses. Lastly, the fact that wolframite solubility increases with increasing water content in the subaluminous melt suggests that tungsten dissolved as a hexavalent species.  相似文献

Some olistolites reworked in a Tertiary flysch of Mount Parnon (Peloponnesus, Greece) exhibit a Late Permian assemblage, dominated by Paradunbarula (Shindella) shindensis, Hemigordiopsis cf. luquensis and Colaniella aff. minima. This association corresponds to the Late Wuchiapingian (=Late Dzhulfian), a substage whose algae and foraminifera are generally little known. Contemporaneous limestones crop out in the middle part of the Episkopi Formation in Hydra, but they are rather commonly reworked in Mesozoic and Cainozoic sequences. The palaeobiogeographical affinities shared by the foraminiferal markers of Greece, southeastern Pamir, and southern China, are very strong (up to the specific level), and are congruent with the Pangea B reconstructions.
