脂肪酸的组成分析对认识红树植物脂肪酸资源、红树林生态系统内部的营养关系、食物网的结构,以及红树植物对生境的适应等具有重要参考价值。本研究分析了海南岛铁炉港和清澜港两个港湾的红海榄(Rhizophora stylosa)、杯萼海桑(Sonneratia alba)、木果楝(Xylocarpus granatum)、角果木(Ceriops tagal)、榄李(Lumnitzera racemosa)、木榄(Bruguiera gymnorrhiza)和正红树(Rhizophora apiculata)等7种不同红树植物叶片中脂肪酸的组成及含量。在样品中共检测出25种脂肪酸,其中月桂酸、棕榈酸和肉豆蔻酸等8种存在于所有样品中。样品中含量最高的饱和脂肪酸均为棕榈酸(占比44.32%),其次为硬脂酸(占比7.74%),不饱和脂肪酸含量较高的有油酸(占比7.61%)、亚油酸(占比9.81%)和二十碳烯酸(占比12.16%)。植物样品的脂肪酸不饱和指数为0.24~1.13。除木果楝和清澜港采集的木榄样品外,其余样品种的不饱和脂肪酸含量均低于饱和脂肪酸。铁炉港的红海榄、杯萼海桑、角果木和榄李4种植物叶片不饱和脂肪酸含量高于清澜港同一物种的,而木榄的不饱和脂肪酸含量则表现为清澜港高于铁炉港。脂肪酸组成上,木果楝和正红树在两个港湾的相似性高于其他红树植物,棕榈酸、二十碳烯酸和亚油酸是造成红树植物脂肪酸组成差异的主要组分。本研究的结果表明红树植物的脂肪酸组成与物种和区域有关,而热带地区红树植物可能具有不饱和脂肪酸含量低的特点。  相似文献

本文对广西钦州(Gq)、福建霞浦(Fx)、浙江温州(Zw)、浙江三门(Zs)、浙江宁海(Zn)、浙江慈溪(Zc)等6个野生群体拟穴青蟹(Scylla paramamosain)肌肉进行了氨基酸及脂肪酸分析。共测定出19种游离氨基酸和26种脂肪酸。氨基酸含量在80.94—191.39mg/g之间, Gq为最高;总脂肪酸含量在7.97—11.38mg/g之间,Zn为最高。主要氨基酸为甘氨酸和精氨酸;主要脂肪酸为C20:5n3(EPA),占总脂肪酸含量的平均值为(22.47±5.84)%。各群体风味氨基酸和多不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,占总氨基酸比例(TDAA/TFAA)和总脂肪酸比例(PUFA/TFA)分别为(53.62±5.43)%和(59.27±5.29)%。Zs群体的必需氨基酸含量及C22:6n3(DHA)均为最高。主成分分析结果表明:各群体的氨基酸与脂肪酸组成与含量相似性与地理距离分布具有一定的相关性,特别是Gq群体,在氨基酸与脂肪酸的分类中与其他群体区分比较明显。各群体风味氨基酸和多不饱和脂肪酸的聚类分析结果均表明:Zw、Zc与Gq群体较为接近,具有较强的甜味; Fx、Zn与Zs群体较为接近,具有较强的香味及不饱和脂肪酸营养价值。  相似文献

通过对神狐海域表层5个沉积物样品进行脂肪酸组成及其碳同位素分布特征测试和研究,结果表明总脂肪酸含量分布为5.14~8.99 μg/g,碳数分布范围从C12到C32,类型包括正构饱和脂肪酸、支链脂肪酸、单不饱和脂肪酸、多不饱和脂肪酸和类异戊二烯酸等计48种;样品中饱和的短链脂肪酸主要来自细菌与浮游生物,而长链饱和脂肪酸来自陆源高等植物,其比例表明研究海域中海洋细菌与浮游生物输入量远远大于陆源高等植物的输入。支链脂肪酸10me16:0与单不饱和脂肪酸18:1ω9、16:1ω9主要来自硫酸盐还原菌,而单不饱和脂肪酸16:1ω7很大可能来源于硫氧化菌,比较相对含量得出神狐海域表层沉积物为还原环境。样品中检测出8种类异戊二烯酸,主要是植烷酸和17,21-ββ二升藿烷酸,及少量的姥鲛酸,推测为叶绿素a和细菌微生物的共同贡献。  相似文献

We conducted an in situ feeding experiment using 13C-labeled unicellular algae in Sagami Bay, Japan (water depth, 1450 m), in order to understand the fate of lipid compounds in phytodetritus at the deep-sea floor. We examined the incorporation of excess 13C into lipid compounds extracted from bulk sediments and benthic foraminiferal cells. 13C-enriched fatty acids derived from 13C-labeled algae were exponentially degraded during 6 days of incubation in the sediment. Subsequent enrichments in 13C in sedimentary n-C15, anteiso-C17, and C17 fatty acids indicated the microbial degradation of algal material and production of bacterial biomass in the sediment. We observed the incorporation of 13C-labeled algal phytol and fatty acids into foraminiferal cells. The compositions of 13C-labeled algal lipids in foraminiferal cells were different from those in the bulk sediments, indicating that foraminiferal feeding and digestion influenced the lipid distribution in the sediments. Furthermore, some sterols in Globobulimina affinis (e.g., 24-ethylcholesta-5,22-dien-3β-ol, 24-ethylcholest-5-en-3β-ol, and 23,24-dimethylcholesta-5,22E-dien-3β-ol) were newly produced via the modification of dietary algal sterols within 4–6 days. In addition to the effects of bacteria, feeding by benthic foraminifera can result in a significant reorganization of the composition of organic matter and influence benthic food webs and carbon cycling at the deep-sea floor.  相似文献

Six sediment cores collected from various water depths and sampling locations along the western margin of the Bay of Bengal (BOB) were investigated for the total hydrolysable amino acids (THAA) and d-amino acids (d-AA) to understand their distribution, digenetic alteration and bacterial contribution to organic matter (OM). Irrespective of their location, THAA concentrations and yields generally decreased and mol% glycine increased with increasing water depth indicating that OM was degraded during its transit through the water column. Amino acid based degradation index (DI) indicated that OM of the surface sediments of shallow stations, BOB-1 to BOB-3 was relatively fresher than that of deeper stations, BOB-4, BOB-5 and BOB-6. The concentrations and mol% of the d-AA varied from 0.04 to 0.76 µmol gdw−1 and 0.3 to 8.5 mol%, respectively. Contribution of bacterial peptidoglycan amino acids to THAA (% THAApep/THAA) ranged between 4.0% and 55.0%. Both % THAApep/THAA and mol% d-AAs were significantly (p<0.01) higher in the surface sediments and decreased with sediment core depth. Based on the d-AA yields, bacterial OM accounted for 1.5–15.6% of TOC, and 3.7–50.0% of TN of the sediments of BOB.  相似文献

利用气相色谱-质谱(GC-MS)联用技术测定了野生台湾东风螺(Babylonia formosae),方斑东风螺(Babylonia areolata)及养殖方斑东风螺软体部和生殖腺脂肪酸组成及其含量.结果表明,2种贝软体部和生殖腺的15种主要脂肪酸中,不饱和脂肪酸(UFA)含量较饱和脂肪酸(SFA)含量高.野生台湾东风螺、方斑东风螺及养殖方斑东风螺软体部的UFA质量分数分别为68.22%、67.23%和76.05%: 其软体部SFA质量分数分别为28.16%,28.23%和21.53%.多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA)质量分数高,n-3PUFA和n-6PUFA质量分数占总脂肪酸的39.20%~64.53%,其中二十碳五烯酸(EPA)和二十二碳六烯酸(DHA)质量分数占总脂肪酸的13.82%~34.22%,养殖方斑东风螺的质量分数最高.研究发现,2种东风螺,特别是养殖的小型方斑东风螺,不仅具有较高的营养价值,且是EPA和DHA理想的提取原料.  相似文献

采用生物化学方法测定和分析了野生黄唇鱼(Bahaba flavolabiata)肌肉和鳔的营养成分。黄唇鱼肌肉和鳔的营养成分都属于高蛋白、低脂肪类型。肌肉的必需氨基酸模式优于FAO/WHO的理想模式,氨基酸含量、必需氨基酸含量和鲜味氨基酸含量均较高,种类齐全。鳔的氨基酸组成较FAO/WHO的理想模式低,但其蛋白质含量高达35.90%,高于其他已报道的水产品,粗脂肪和粗灰分含量较低;氨基酸种类齐全且含量丰富,富含鲜味氨基酸;在氨基酸测定中发现了牛磺酸、γ-氨基丁酸、鸟氨酸和羟脯氨酸等4种具有重要生理功能的衍生氨基酸。肌肉和鳔的支/芳值均接近正常人的水平,不饱和脂肪酸含量较丰富,与饱和脂肪酸含量的比值分别为1.45和1.51,含有人体所必需的钙、钠、钾、镁、铁、铜、锌等元素。结果表明,黄唇鱼肌肉具有较高的营养价值,肌肉和鳔均属于优质的海产蛋白源。  相似文献

As part of a broader study on benthic-pelagic coupling in the southern North Sea, specimens of the common heart urchin Echinocardium cordatum were sampled for analyses on phytopigments and fatty acids in their guts. Results were interpreted in the context of feeding and ecological functioning of the heart urchins in the benthic system. Ingestion selection factors for both component groups were relatively high, 5 to 9 for chlorophyll a and 9 to 130 for total fatty acids. The data point to at least partially different sources of the pigments and of the fatty acids. Next to algal detritus, small infauna relatively rich in fatty acids might be preferentially co-ingested with the detritus. Due to digestive breakdown and absorption, the concentrations of pigments and fatty acids were importantly decreased, indicating a rather high digestion efficiency for this subsurface deposit feeder, up to 80%. The results indicate that E. cordatum increases its energy acquisition by strong selectivity and a high digestive efficiency. Optimal foraging is likely to apply on deposit-feeding invertebrates in relatively food-rich coastal environments as much as it does in the food-poor deep-sea environment. Using chlorophyll a as a proxy for carbon, the contribution of the urchin population to the momentary benthic carbon budget was calculated at 7% to 42%.  相似文献

用GC/MS法分析比较了紫菜粉、小球藻、酵母、Banta液(牛粪1.5g+干稻草2g+沃土20g+水1000cm3)4种食物条件下蚤状潘的脂肪酸组成.结果表明:4种食物培养下,蚤状潘的总脂含量依次为39.80、60.10、44.60、52.30mg/g.一共检测出脂肪酸14种,其中8种饱和脂肪酸(SFA),2种单不饱和脂肪酸(MUFA),4种多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFA).紫菜粉培养组与小球藻组PUFA含量显著高于酵母组和Banta液组(P〈0.05),占总脂肪酸的1/3以上,酵母组MUFA质量分数最高(P〈0.05),达55.73%,Banta液组以SFA质量分数最高(P〈0.05),为52.45%.其中紫菜粉组的PUFA中缺乏C18:3,但C20:5(EPA)和C20:4(AA)质量分数高达22.67%和9.02%是小球藻组的1.6倍和4.5倍(P〈0.05),而且EPA和AA的实际含量也显著高于小球藻组(P〈0.05),达到9.02mg/g和3.59mg/g;比较得出,紫菜粉培养组的20碳以上必需不饱和脂肪酸含量丰富,明显高于其他3组.本实验证实蚤状潘的脂肪酸组成与食物脂肪酸成正相关.分析认为,用紫菜粉培养枝角类用于海水育苗会取得更佳的营养效果.  相似文献

采用超高效液相色谱?四极杆?飞行时间质谱联用分析系统(UPLC -Q- TOF MS),对4个微藻门中的14种微藻的甜菜碱脂的分子组成及其相应脂肪酸的组成及分布进行分析。结果表明:在14种微藻中共鉴定出133种甜菜碱脂,包括53种DGCC、41种DGTS和39种DGTA。其中甲藻和定鞭藻中主要的甜菜碱脂种类为DGCC,绿藻中主要的甜菜碱脂种类为DGTS;而在硅藻中的甜菜碱脂主要包括两种:中心硅藻纲中为DGCC,羽纹硅藻纲中为DGTA。此外,不同微藻中甜菜碱脂脂肪酸组成差异仅限制在门或纲的水平上,在较低的分类水平上差异不明显。硅藻门、甲藻门和定鞭藻门中均含有DGCC,其脂肪酸链的组成均含有C14?C18的脂肪酸以及C20和C22的多不饱和脂肪酸,但是甲藻的C14?C18脂肪酸链为饱和的,而C19奇数碳原子的脂肪酸链仅在硅藻中发现。认为海洋微藻甜菜碱脂的研究可以为海洋微藻化学分类学以及缺磷极性脂类的生理、生态作用和功能特性研究提供重要参考依据。  相似文献

A stable carbon isotope approach was taken to identify potential organic matter sources incorporated into biomass by the heterotrophic bacterial community of Florida Bay, a subtropical estuary with a recent history of seagrass loss and phytoplankton blooms. To gain a more complete understanding of bacterial carbon cycling in seagrass estuaries, this study focused on the importance of seagrass-derived organic matter to pelagic, seagrass epiphytic, and sediment surface bacteria. Particulate organic matter (POM), seagrass epiphytic, seagrass (Thalassia testudinum) leaf, and sediment surface samples were collected from four Florida Bay locations with historically different organic matter inputs, macrophyte densities, and primary productivities. Bulk (observed and those reported previously) and compound-specific bacterial fatty acid δ13C values were used to determine important carbon sources to the estuary and benthic and pelagic heterotrophic bacteria. The δ13C values of T. testudinum green leaves with epiphytes removed ranged from −9.9 to −6.9‰. Thalassia testudinum δ13C values were significant more enriched in 13C than POM, epiphytic, and sediment samples, which ranged from −16.4 to −13.5, −16.2 to −9.6, and −16.7 to −11.0‰, respectively. Bacterial fatty acid δ13C values (measured for br14:0, 15:0, i15:0, a15:0, br17:0, and 17:0) ranged from −25.5 to −8.2‰. Assuming a −3‰ carbon source fractionation from fatty acid to whole bacteria, pelagic, epiphytic, and sediment bacterial δ13C values were generally more depleted in 13C than T. testudinum δ13C values, more enriched in 13C than reported δ13C values for mangroves, and similar to reported δ13C values for algae. IsoSource mixing model results indicated that organic matter derived from T. testudinum was incorporated by both benthic and pelagic bacterial communities, where 13–67% of bacterial δ13C values could arise from consumption of seagrass-derived organic matter. The IsoSource model, however, failed to discriminate clearly the fraction of algal (0–86%) and mangrove (0–42%) organic matter incorporated by bacterial communities. These results indicate that pelagic, epiphytic, and sediment surface bacteria consumed organic matter from a variety of sources. Bacterial communities incorporated consistently seagrass-derived organic matter, the dominant macrophyte in Florida Bay, but seagrass δ13C values alone could not account fully for bacterial δ13C values.  相似文献

利用气-质法(GC-MS)对越冬期间海水平均温度在20,16,12,10和8 ℃条件下的2龄大黄鱼肌肉和肝脏组织中脂肪酸组成及相对含量进行分析,结果表明:随着海水水温的降低,机体会增加不饱和脂肪酸含量,尤其是EPA[C20:5(n-3)],EPA在肌肉中的含量从20 ℃时5.71%增至8 ℃时8.06%,在肝脏中从20 ℃时6.76%增至8 ℃时8.44%。由此可见,在越冬禁食条件下,大黄鱼机体通过自身的脂肪酸动态转化和代谢,减少饱和脂肪酸含量,而增加不饱和脂肪酸含量,以此增加膜的流动性,抵御寒冷。  相似文献

为探讨不同类型湿地表层沉积物中底栖微藻对氮素的吸收存储能力及其影响因素,于 2017 年 3 月(枯水期) 和 8月 (丰水期) 分别采集大亚湾光滩湿地 (T1)、河口湿地 (T2) 和红树林湿地 (T3) 表层沉积物底栖微藻样品,并进行了反复冻融实验。研究结果表明,大亚湾滨海湿地表层沉积物中的底栖微藻丰度具有显著的时空差异,温度、营养盐和沉积物粒径可能是影响底栖微藻生长繁殖的主要因素。不同季节比较发现,底栖微藻的氮累积存储能力表现为枯水期强于丰水期,主要由于丰水期较高温度和强光照引起的过度干燥和光刺激,限制了底栖微藻的生长繁殖。河口湿地丰富的营养物质能促进底栖微藻的生长繁殖,致使在淡澳河河口湿地叶绿素含量最高,底栖微藻丰度也最大。底栖微藻胞内溶解无机氮 (DIN) 含量表现为T2(河口湿地) >T1(光滩湿地) >T3(红树林湿地) 的空间分布特征,这与其生物量的时空分布特征相一致 (P<0.01),并且底栖微藻对氨氮 (NH4-N) 有较强的累积存储能力,胞内氨氮 (IC-NH4) 在胞内无机氮 (IC-DIN) 高达90.8%。底栖微藻 IC-DIN 占整个沉积物氮库的 24.2%,其中约 20.0% 的 NH4-N、17.6% 的 NO3-N 和 16.0% 的NO2-N被吸收累积在底栖微藻细胞内。整体上,大亚湾湿地沉积物底栖微藻的氮素累积能力受营养负荷的影响,且NH4-N负荷越高,底栖微藻对氮的吸收存储能力越强,能有效降低近岸富营养化水平。  相似文献

对威海、舟山、福州、厦门、北海 5个沿海野生群体的中国花鲈的肌肉进行了营养成分的比较研究。结果表明 ,它们都富含蛋白质 ,且必需的氨基酸种类齐全 ,配比合理 ;富含不饱和脂肪酸和微量元素 ;蛋白质、氨基酸含量具有由北向南逐渐升高的趋势 ,总脂质含量反之 ;不饱和脂肪酸相对含量也由北向南逐渐升高的趋势 ,南方多不饱和脂肪酸含量高于单不饱和脂肪酸含量 ,北方则反之。  相似文献

The transfer of fatty acids (FAs) in the food web of a Mediterranean lagoon was studied using FA compositional patterns across several trophic levels. The structure of the food web was inferred from C and N stable isotopes values and an isotope mixing model was used in order to estimate the relative contribution of the different potential food sources to the biomass of consumers. Bidimensional plots of FA composition of food web components against their δ15N values indicated a general trend of increasing proportions of highly unsaturated fatty acids (HUFAs) with increasing trophic levels while the proportions of saturated fatty acids (SAFAs) and 18-carbon polyunsaturated fatty acids (PUFAs) decreased. Using the relative contributions of food sources to consumers and their FA compositions, a model was built in order to estimate the PUFA composition of consumer mixed diets which was compared to consumer PUFA profiles. The latter allowed the identification of the PUFAs which were mostly enriched/retained in consumer lipids. There was a surprisingly high retention of arachidonic acid (ARA), a trend which challenges the idea of low ARA needs in marine fish and suggests the important physiological role of this essential FA for fish in estuarine environments.  相似文献

Estuaries are defined by mixing of freshwater from rivers and saltwater from seas. Water resource development can reduce river flows to the coast, but it is difficult to predict effects on estuaries. The Lavaca-Colorado Estuary is a major estuarine system along the Texas coast that provides major economic benefit to the region by supporting a variety of agricultural, residential, industrial, and recreational functions. New water projects could divert freshwater from Matagorda Bay. So, what environmental effects could result from further changes to inflow patterns in the Matagorda Bay system? To answer this question, a bioenergetic model, calibrated using a long-term dataset of benthic biomass, was run to investigate dynamics of macrobenthic biomass related to salinity regimes in the estuary. The model simulation results were interpreted to assess the role of freshwater inflow in controlling benthic productivity. Simulations, based on calibrated parameters (1988–1999), were run for a long-term period from 1988 to 2005. The model performance was found to be promising with the best percent root mean square (RMS) difference being 63% and worst being 92%. Sensitivity tests for the benthic responses to changes in salinity show that, in general, when salinity increased with decreasing nutrient concentrations, deposit feeder biomass increased while suspension feeder biomass decreased. Estuary-wide comparison predicts that reducing freshwater inflow may cause the upper and lower bay communities to respond in different ways. Reduced inflow to Lavaca Bay would result in decreasing benthic biomass; whereas, in Matagorda Bay, biomass would increase. Also, functional diversity would decrease in both bays with decreasing inflow. These effects are probably due to the benthic community acclimating to different salinity regimes, or more (or less) salt tolerant species populating the area. It is concluded that freshwater inflow plays an important role in maintaining the observed character of estuarine productivity through the combined effects of the frequency, duration, timing, and magnitude of inflow, particularly during droughts or low-flow periods.  相似文献

实验室人工模拟南极UV—B辐射环境,对南极冰藻的生化组成变化进行了测定和分析,结果表明.UV—B辐射增强(70μW/cm^2)后,4种南极冰藻的总蛋白含量显著减少,其中脯氨酸、羟脯氨酸等6种氨基酸增加,谷氨酸、缬氨酸等减少;总脂含量明显增加,绿藻增加30%以上,硅藻增加超过15%;饱和脂肪酸含量降低,不饱和脂肪酸含量增加,并且产生了一些新的不饱和脂肪酸;Mg、Na和Al元素的含量显著降低,而Fe、Ca、Zn、Mn等含量却明显增加。总体来说,4种南极冰藻的灰分含量显著下降,有机成分明显增加。表明了南极冰藻对UV—B增强的积极响应.能调整自身对强辐射环境的适应性,这为深入研究冰藻对南极强辐射环境的适应性提供了科学依据。  相似文献

采用改进的Bligh-Dyer法提取脂溶性成分,气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)进行分离和鉴定,C19:0内标确定总脂及各组分含量,研究了鼠尾藻(Sargassum thunbergii)、浒苔(Enteromorpha prolifera)、龙须菜(Gracilaria lemaneiformis)和红毛菜(Bangia sp.)4种经济海藻的脂肪酸组成及含量。结果表明,4种海藻都检测出C14-C22脂肪酸,总脂含量在12~19 mg/g之间,不饱和脂肪酸为主要组成成分,含量均超过60%。不饱和脂肪酸中以多不饱和脂肪酸(PUFAs)为主,富含n-3和n-6系列PUFAs,n-6与n-3系列PUFAs之比均低于2。比较4种海藻脂肪酸组成特点表明,鼠尾藻以C16、C18和C20为主要组成成分,具褐藻类脂肪酸组成特征;浒苔以C16和C18为主要组成成分,具绿藻类脂肪酸组成特征;龙须菜和红毛菜以C16和C20类脂肪酸为主,具典型红藻类脂肪酸组成特征,同时二者又有不同之处,分别显示真红藻与原始红藻脂肪酸组成的特点。  相似文献

A study on biogeochemical cycling in the west coastal Bay of Bengal was undertaken during the peak discharge period to understand the influence of enhanced stratification and primary production on the possible intensification of the oxygen minimum zone (OMZ). Our study reveals that oxygen concentrations were below the detection limits in the northwestern (NW) coastal Bay of Bengal between 100 and 500 m associated with strong stratification and high phytoplankton biomass. Such low oxygen concentrations have never been reported so far from the coastal Bay of Bengal. Despite the existence of an environment conducive to denitrification in the coastal Bay of Bengal, accumulation of neither secondary nitrite nor nitrous oxide (N2O) was observed. The absence of denitrification was reported to be caused by faster scavenging of organic matter and low bacterial respiration rates; in contrast, our results suggest that neither of these factors are potential reasons for the absence of denitrification in the coastal Bay of Bengal.  相似文献
