2002年1月份南极普里兹湾海域南极磷虾(Euphausia superba Dana)的丰度和种群结构研究

对2002年1月份在南极普里兹湾海域三条断面(68.5°E、70.5°E和73°E)用IKMT网采集的幼体后期南极磷虾(E.superba)的水平分布和种群结构进行了研究.南极磷虾主要位于64°S以南的海域,64°S以北磷虾数量很少.南极磷虾的平均丰度和生物量分别为68.85 ind·1 000 m-3和24.16 g...     

夏季南大洋南极大磷虾种群分布、结构及生长研究

利用2007/2008年和2008/2009年南极夏季高速采集器和IKMT网走航采样样品,结合同步环境调查资料,研究了南极大磷虾(Euphausia superba)的水平分布、生长状况及种群结构。结果表明,南极大磷虾在威德尔海域丰度高于普里兹湾海域,两个海域的磷虾丰度都低于历史同期。从两个年度南极考察的整个调查海区来看,南极大磷虾处于正常生长状态,但也存在个别生长状况较差站位,推测与海冰回退时间较晚或叶绿素浓度较低有关。利用高速采集器采集的大磷虾样品,在海冰边缘区域站位,未成体磷虾占有很大比例;而在海冰已经消退较长时间的海域,成体磷虾占比例较大,这反映了大磷虾未成体与成体不同的分布特征。南极大磷虾在不同海域种群结构存在一定的差异,对种群补充产生一定的影响。     

普里兹湾及其邻近海域晶磷虾的生态特点研究

198 9/1 990年和 1 990 /1 991年南极夏季在普里兹湾及其邻近海域进行了拖网调查 ,对这一海域晶磷虾 (Euphausia crystallorophias)幼体和成体的数量分布、发育特点、成体的体长 -频数分布以及体长与体重的关系等进行了研究。晶磷虾的近岸性分布特点非常明显 ,幼体和成体均分布在 1 0 0 0米等深线以浅的水域。在陆架区晶磷虾是优势种 ,其幼体和成体的数量远远高于其他种类的磷虾。幼体密度在 70 - 44 3 6 5个 /1 0 0 0米 3之间 ,平均为 942 8个 /1 0 0 0米 3 ;成体及未成体密度在 1 0 - 2 0 3个 /1 0 0 0米 3 之间 ,平均为 5 7个 /1 0 0 0米 3 。1 990年 1月份幼体发育期组成为 N1 - C3 ,其中C1占优势 ,平均发育期指数在 4.1 2 - 5 .0 7之间 ;2 - 3月份发育期组成为 C1 - F3 ,F1 ,F2占优势 ,平均发育期指数在 6 .98- 7.81之间。1 991年 1月份幼体发育期组成为 N1 - C2 ,平均发育期指数为 2 .71 - 3 .6 3 ,MN占优势。未成体体长在 1 7毫米以下。成体体长在 1 7- 3 7毫米之间 ,主要分布在 2 2 - 3 1毫米体长段。大于 2 8- 3 0毫米的体长段里雌性成体的比例大于雄性成体。雌性成体的体重与体长的关系为 :Log W(毫克 ) =3 .0 1 L og L(毫米 ) - 2 .1 4,(n=2 83 ,r=0 .83 ) ;雄性成体的体重与体长的关系为 :L     

基于体长和复眼直径的南极大磷虾种群年龄结构分离研究

基于2013年2—3月南极普里兹湾南极大磷虾(Euphausia superba)样品的复眼直径和体长数据,使用Normsep方法对大磷虾种群年龄结构组成进行分离研究,结果表明:利用复眼直径和体长数据分离出的大磷虾年龄组均为1+—4+龄,群体年龄以2+龄为主;复眼直径的分离效果优于体长,其结果更为可靠;1+—3+龄磷虾复眼直径平均值分布范围为1.21—1.40 mm、1.59—1.76 mm和1.93—2.08 mm,4+龄复眼直径约为2.23 mm;从20世纪80年代至今,普里兹湾附近海域大磷虾各年龄组的平均体长分布变化不大,表明大磷虾种群体长特征稳定,其资源状况较好。     

南极大磷虾声学调查数据噪声处理与资源密度评估

在中国第28次南极科学考察期间,利用"雪龙号"科考船载SIMRAD EK500(38 k Hz)科学渔探仪对南极半岛附近海域的南极大磷虾资源量进行了调查。原始声学数据经过信噪比估算和背景噪声剔除数据后处理方法剔除背景噪声以及手动剔除表面混响、海底反射和坏数据之后,在200 m以浅水层中,以1n mile间隔进行积分,并应用Matlab软件编程对积分结果进行后处理,得出调查海域中南极大磷虾的资源分布情况。结果表明:(1)"雪龙号"的平均噪声功率值为-146.47 d B re 1W;(2)空白水体的噪声平均剔除百分比为88.3%;(3)调查区域内的南极大磷虾平均密度为27.30 g·m-2(62.95 ind·m-2)。     

南极长城湾及其附近水域浮游动物的种类组成和数量变化

初步鉴定南极长城湾及其附近水域浮游动物 3 5种。南极种挠足类 Calanus propinquus、Calanoidesacutus、Metrdia gerlachei和南极磷虾幼体为调查区的优势种。结果表明 ,调查水域浮游动物种类单纯 ,符合南极水域浮游动物分布的一般规律。调查水域浮游动物总生物量和个体数量具明显的季节变化。夏季主要有 Calanioidisacatus和南极磷虾幼体组成 ,冬季主要有 Metr-dia gerlacher、Calanus propinquus、Oithon similis、O.frigda及南极磷虾幼体组成。挠足类拟成体的数量在各月份中占相当大的比例。水温是制约浮游动物生物量的重要因素。     

大磷虾性比、怀卵量与某些生殖特点的分析

对1985年在南极半岛西北海域各拖网点获得的3852尾大磷虾标本,进行了性别、体长、体重、性成熟度和即将排卵的雌性成体怀卵量的测定。结果得出雌性个体占61.9％,雄性占38.1％;雄性比例在体长51-55毫米个体组中降为20.7％,大于55毫米个体组中仅占8.3％。雌性怀卵量在2457到10799个之间。同一虾群内已排卵的雌性成体比未排卵成体的体重小约1/3。乔治王岛东北海域的虾群在考察时(1月22日)已完成交配,并有2.3％的雌体已经排卵,大部分雌体到2月下旬才会排卵。布兰斯菲尔德海峡的大磷虾性成熟度较低。     

2009/2010—2011/2012年度夏秋季南奥克尼群岛水域南极磷虾捕捞群体年龄结构时空变化

利用南极磷虾渔业科学观察员收集的南极磷虾生物学数据,在将研究区域划分成60'×30'精细尺度单元的基础上,分析了南奥克尼群岛南极磷虾种群捕捞群体年龄结构的时空变化。结果表明,2009/2010年度,南极磷虾体长范围为33.2—69.0 mm,平均体长为51.8 mm,优势体长组为52—60 mm(52.3%),另在44—48 mm有一个次峰区;2010/2011年度,体长范围为22.9—59.3 mm,平均体长为44.5 mm,优势体长组为42—50 mm(56.8%);2011/2012年度,体长范围为18.5—59.4 mm,平均体长为41.7 mm,优势体长组为36—46 mm(67.3%)。三个年度间南极磷虾体长频次分布呈显著性差异(p0.001),且不具相似性(PSI=41.25—73.42)。2009/2010—2011/2012年度各旬别磷虾体长组可分成3个组,其中2011年2月上旬和2012年3月中旬可划分为一组,2010年1月下旬至2月中旬以及2011年2月中旬可归为一组,这几个体长组均呈双峰分布,其他的体长组划归为一组。1+和2+龄虾大多出现在离南奥克尼群岛最近的水域,而离南奥克尼群岛较远的单元中则多为4+龄以上的磷虾个体。     

南极磷虾的生长与复眼直径关系的研究

本文对南极磷虾复眼的直径与磷虾体长之间的关系、在负生长状态下磷虾复眼直径的变化等进行了研究。实验结果表明：在正常情况下（磷虾身体不出现负生长），磷虾复眼的直径与体长之间存在指数函数关系。雌性磷虾的眼径（ＥＤ）与体长（ＢＬ）之间的关系为：ＥＤ＝０．５８９８ｅ０．０２８２ＢＬ（ｒ＝０．９６１３，ｎ＝２４１９）；雄虾的眼径与体长之间的关系为：ＥＤ＝０．５４４ｅ０．０３０９ＢＬ（ｒ＝０．９６２２，ｎ＝１９２０）。在相同体长的情况下，雄性磷虾的复眼直径比雌虾的大。从活体培养的结果来看，当南极磷虾出现负生长时，复眼直径保持不变，即眼径不受负生长的影响。在正常情况下（不存在负生长），雌虾的体长与眼径之间的比率（ＢＬ／ＥＤ）平均为２１．３２±０．０４（ｎ＝１３４７），雄虾的体长与眼径之间的比率平均为２０．６８±０．０７（ｎ＝７４８），未成体虾的体长与复眼直径之间的比率平均为２１．５４±０．０６（ｎ＝１０７２）。利用体长与眼径之间的比率可以准确地将在实验室内活体培养后已存在负生长的磷虾与其它处于正常状态的磷虾分开。体长与眼径之间的比率也可以作为磷虾种群是否存在负生长的监测指标     

普里兹湾邻近海域大磷虾的种群结构研究

本文依据 1 989/ 1 990和 1 990 / 1 991南极夏季在普里兹湾邻近海域所获取的拖网样品 ,对大磷虾 (Euphausia superba Dana)的种群结构进行了分析。体长频数分布表明 ,种群中主要包括4个年龄组 ,即 1 + 、2 + 、3 + 、和 4+ 龄。 5 + 和 5龄以上的高龄组所含比重很小 (<3 %)。雌性临产个体 (3 DF)的体长频数分布表明 ,大磷虾的初次性成熟年龄为 3龄。生殖群体也以 3 +龄为主 ,4+龄次之。种群组成存在着明显的地区差异。普里兹湾以北海域是典型的双态分布 ,1 + 龄占有相当大比重 ;测区东西两侧以成体虾为主 ,极少有 1 + 龄虾。种群组成的年际变化也是明显的 ,特别表现在补充群体 (1 + 龄 )的强度上
