土地利用/土地覆盖变化研究是近年来全球变化研究的焦点之一。全球和区域尺度的土地覆盖特征对全球环境状况的评估、模拟未来全球环境的情景有重要的作用。2000年在Internat ionalJournalofRemoteSensing杂志上出版了题为"GlobalandRegionalLandCoverCharacterizat ion from Remotely Sensed Data"的专辑。在此基础上,介绍、总结了国际上利用遥感影像进行全球和区域等大尺度土地覆盖研究的新进展。分别从数据源与制图的时空尺度、制图方法(数据预处理、分类、精度评估)等方面进行了介绍,并对现今的两个全球土地覆盖数据库进行了比较分析。  相似文献

In the last 10 years, Multiple-Point Statistics (MPS) modeling has emerged in Geostatistics as a valuable alternative to traditional variogram-based and object-based modeling. In contrast to variogram-based simulation, which is limited to two-point correlation reproduction, MPS simulation extracts and reproduces multiple-point statistics moments from training images; this allows modeling geologically realistic features, such as channels that control reservoir connectivity and flow behavior. In addition, MPS simulation works on individual pixels or small groups of pixels (patterns), thus does not suffer from the same data conditioning limitations as object-based simulation. The Single Normal Equation Simulation program SNESIM was the first implementation of MPS simulation to propose, through the introduction of search trees, an efficient solution to the extraction and storage of multiple-point statistics moments from training images. SNESIM is able to simulate three-dimensional models; however, memory and speed issues can occur when applying it to multimillion cell grids. Several other implementations of MPS simulation were proposed after SNESIM, but most of them manage to reduce memory demand or simulation time only at the expense of data conditioning exactitude and/or training pattern reproduction quality. In this paper, the original SNESIM program is revisited, and solutions are presented to eliminate both memory demand and simulation time limitations. First, we demonstrate that the time needed to simulate a grid node is a direct function of the number of uninformed locations in the conditioning data search neighborhood. Thus, two improvements are proposed to maximize the ratio of informed to uniformed locations in search neighborhoods: a new multiple-grid approach introducing additional intermediary subgrids; and a new search neighborhood designing process to preferentially include previously simulated node locations. Finally, because SNESIM memory demand and simulation time increase with the size of the data template used to extract multiple-point statistics moments from the training image and build the search tree, a simple method is described to minimize data template sizes while preserving training pattern reproduction quality.  相似文献

历史时期土地利用/覆盖变化一直是国际关注的热点问题之一。研究历史时期土地利用/覆盖变化,不但可以认识和理解陆地表层景观环境在过去的变化过程,而且对当前的土地利用方式或预测未来土地利用/覆盖变化和发展都有重要的指导意义。依据使用的主要数据源、处理方法和研究思路,从历史文档资料、古地图、考察/调查报告、模型模拟与综合多源信息和多学科知识的方法等5个方面综述国内外历史时期土地利用变化研究方法的现状。根据不同数据源的特性,探讨分析利用不同方法开展历史时期土地利用变化研究的优缺点及其不确定性:①历史文档资料种类繁多,包含的信息量巨大,但存在很多噪音和遗漏,且缺乏直观的空间信息;②古地图可以提供比较直观的空间位置信息,但是历史时期的绘图技术落后,且土地利用类别划分较粗;③过去的野外考察/调查资料记录比较规范,但时空尺度较小,难以满足较早时期的研究需要;④利用模型进行模拟研究可选择的时空尺度范围较大,但模型的选择和建立比较复杂,对驱动数据和初始值要求较高。最后,提出只有综合多源信息和多学科的知识才能比较完整地理解历史时期土地利用变化过程,融合多源信息和多学科知识的方法将是今后进行历史时期土地利用变化研究的主要思路。  相似文献

Due to the existence of fragile karst geo-ecological environments, such as environments with extremely poor soil cover, low soil-forming velocity, and fragmentized terrain and physiognomy, as well as inappropriate and intensive land use, soil erosion is a serious problem in Guizhou Province, which is located in the centre of the karst areas of southwestern China; evaluation of soil loss and spatial distribution for conservation planning is urgently needed. This study integrated the revised universal soil loss equation (RUSLE) with a GIS to assess soil loss and identify risk erosion areas in the Maotiao River watershed of Guizhou. Current land use/cover and management practices were evaluated to determine their effects on average annual soil loss and future soil conservation practices were discussed. Data used to generate the RUSLE factors included a Landsat Thematic Mapper image (land cover), digitized topographic and soil maps, and precipitation data. The results of the study compare well with the other studies and local data, and provide useful information for decision makers and planners to take appropriate land management measures in the area. It thus indicates the RUSLE–GIS model is a useful tool for evaluating and mapping soil erosion quantitatively and spatially at a larger watershed scale in Guizhou.  相似文献

This work illustrates the effectiveness of hyperspectal image spectroscopy and lab spectroscopy in identification techniques of minerals in alteration zone of ore body. The adopted procedure involves testing of Hyperion image spectra, their processing for noise, spectral matching and spectral similarity measurement with selected library spectra. Average weighted spectral similarity; visual and statistical matching techniques were used to select end-members from image spectra. Minimum noise fraction and pixel purity index technique were used to retrieve end-member spectra from hyperion image. Hyperspectral image like hyperion has the capability to deliver laboratory standard spectroscopic result. This paper illustrates the capability of hyperion image spectra in copper ore identification and mapping of chalcopyrite outcrop. A systematic approach has been made in this paper. This approach describes how image end member spectra and laboratory spectra can be co-related to fetch accurate spectral form of chalcopyrite ores. Thus, statistical and graphical comparison has been carried out between image derived end member spectra and laboratory spectra of chalcopyrite for better accuracy. The visual measurements is satisfactory, R = 0.973 for fine and 0.976 for medium grained chalcopyrite ore. Excellent statistical significance levels (90–97%) are found while comparing these spectra. There are many success stories of sub-pixel and N-dimensional feature space methods to separate the hydrothermal alteration zones from iron oxide mixed ore bodies. Thus, unmixing methods are very useful for mapping of most dominating mineral parts of a pixel from hyperspectral images which have coarse spatial resolution. Finally, mapping of mineralized zone has been achieved through sub-pixel based classifiers like spectral angle mapper (SAM), constrained energy minimization (CEM) and adaptive coherence estimator (ACE) techniques.  相似文献

精确的全球及区域土地覆盖数据是陆地表层过程研究的重要基础.对数据质量的了解与数据本身同等重要,定量的数据精度评估不仅是对数据本身包含信息的丰富,而且对有助于发现问题,从而促进土地覆盖制图方法的发展.基于一个新的分类系统(森林、灌木草地、农田、裸地、城市、湿地和水体),以中国1∶10万土地利用数据为参考数据,从类型面积一致性、空间一致性两方面对4种全球土地覆盖数据集在中国区域的分类精度进行了评价,包括美国地质调查局为国际地圈-生物圈计划的全球土地覆盖数据集(IGBPDISCover);美国马里兰大学的全球土地覆盖数据集(UMd);欧盟联合研究中心(JRC)空间应用研究所(SAI)的2000年全球土地覆盖数据产品(GLC2000);MODIS 2000年的土地覆盖数据产品(MOD12Q1).并对4种土地覆盖产品误差的空间和类型分布进行了分析.结果表明:在4种土地覆盖分类产品中,GLC2000和MODIS土地覆盖数据有更高的整体分类精度,IGBP数据的整体分类精度次之,但是3种数据在局部都存在明显的分类错误;UMd的分类精度整体最低.通过对4种数据分类精度的空间和类型分布规律的分析,认为4种数据都不能很好的满足陆地表层过程模拟的需要.建议发展土地覆盖类型决策融合方法,将现存多源土地覆盖分类信息融合起来,制备更高精度的中国土地覆盖分类图.  相似文献

Classifying urban land cover from high-resolution satellite imagery is challenging, and those challenges are compounded when the imagery databases are very large. Accurate land cover data is a crucial component of the population distribution modeling efforts of the Oak Ridge National Laboratory’s (ORNL) LandScan Program. Currently, LandScan Program imagery analysts manually interpret high-resolution (1–5 m) imagery to augment existing satellite-derived medium (30 m) and coarse (1 km) resolution land cover datasets. For LandScan, the high-resolution image archives that require interpretation are on the order of terabytes. The goal of this research is to automate human settlement mapping by utilizing ORNL’s high performance computing capabilities. Our algorithm employs gray-level and local edge-pattern co-occurrence matrices to generate texture and edge patterns. Areas of urban land cover correlate with statistical features derived from these texture and edge patterns. We have parallelized our algorithms for implementation on a 64-node system using a single instruction multiple data programming model (SIMD) with Message Passing Interface (MPI) as the communication mode. Our parallel-configured classifier performs 30–40 times faster than stand-alone alternatives. We have tested our system on IKONOS imagery. The early results are promising, pointing towards future large-scale classification of human settlements at high-resolution.  相似文献

Multi-point statistics (MPS) has emerged as an advanced geomodeling approach. A practical MPS algorithm named snesim (simple normal equations simulation), which uses categorical-variable training images, was proposed in 2001. The snesim algorithm generates a search tree to store the occurrence statistics of all patterns in the training image within a given set of search templates before the simulation proceeds. The snesim search tree concept makes MPS simulation central processing unit efficient but consumes large amounts of memory, particularly when three-dimensional training images contain complex patterns and when a large search template is required to ensure optimal reproduction of the image patterns. To crack the memory-restriction bottleneck, we have developed a compact search tree that contains the same information but reduces memory cost by one order of magnitude. Furthermore, the compact structure also accelerates MPS simulation significantly. Such remarkable improvement makes MPS a more practical tool to use in building the large and complex three-dimensional facies models required in the oil and gas industry.  相似文献

This research selected water soil erosion indicators (land cover, vegetation cover, slope) to assess the risk of soil erosion, ARCMAP GIS ver.9.0 environments and ERDAS ver.9.0 were used to manage and process satellite images and thematic tabular data. Landsat TM images in 2003 were used to produce land/cover maps of the study area based on visual interpreting method and derived vegetation cover maps, and the relief map at the scale of 1:50,000 to calculate the slope gradient maps. The area of water soil erosion was classified into six grades by an integration of slope gradients, land cover types, and vegetation cover fraction. All the data were integrated into a cross-tabular format to carry out the grid-based analysis of soil erosion risk. Results showed that the upper basin of Miyun Reservoir, in general, is exposed to a moderate risk of soil erosion, there is 715,848 ha of land suffered from water soil erosion in 2003, occupied 46.62% of total area, and most of the soil erosion area is on the slight and moderate risk, occupied 45.60 and 47.58% of soil erosion area, respectively.  相似文献

为了深化遥感监测方法在生态环境调查中的应用,本文以吉林西部为试验区,设计了一种多时相遥感数据分类方案。该方案以物候信息为主,结合地物特征变量(植被、水体和土地信息)构建的多维特征空间数据集用于土地覆被分类。该遥感分类方案提取了9种地表覆被类型,结果表明:地表植被季节变化信息和土地利用信息的引入能明显改善土地覆被的分类精度;与基于原始波段的分类方案相比,多时相遥感数据分类方案的分类精度最好,总体分类精度为95.50%,Kappa系数为95.04%。  相似文献

 The formation of base cations through mineral weathering in forest soils is one of the key parameters in calculating critical loads. Weathering rates in Finland have been estimated using a variety of methods. In the first approach, three weathering rate categories were assigned to soils according to the bedrock type. The second approach was based on an empirical relationship obtained from Swedish field studies. Changes in zirconium content through the soil profile were used to estimate element losses in soil after deglaciation. These calculated losses correlated well with the total calcium and magnesium concentrations in till C-horizons and the effective temperature sum (ETS). Comprehensive geochemical data for the parent till fine fraction (<0.06 mm) was available through the reconnaissance scale till geochemical mapping program of the Geological Survey of Finland (GSF). The equations obtained from Swedish studies were based on the use of the coarse (<2.0 mm) till fraction, and the differences in element concentrations between the fine and coarse size fractions remained a potential source of uncertainty estimating overall weathering rates. In the third approach, new geochemical data from the <2.0 mm till fraction from southern Finland were used to make new weathering rate estimates. The use of soil geochemistry instead of bedrock map classification clearly led to an improvement in the estimates of soil weathering rates in glacied terrains. The use of the fine till fraction (<0.06 mm) in the zirconium approach generally resulted in overestimations of the weathering rate. The new geochemical data for the coarse till fraction (<2 mm) are now consistent with the input requirements of the zirconium method, although the results still require further evaluation. Finnish soil profiles have a shorter weathering history than most of the Swedish ones and the uppermost layer in Finnish podsols has in some cases developed in a different till layer than the C-horizon. 湖泊面积变化监测具有重要的科学和社会意义,使用中低分辨率卫星遥感数据进行大面积的湖泊面积变化监测有很多优势,但易受混合像元的影响。本文根据湖泊水体的遥感特性,发展了使用中低分辨率卫星遥感数据的混合像元分解算法,应用线性多端元混合像元分解技术,自动、快速地得到在每个像元中湖泊所占的面积百分比;在上述分类结果的基础上,基于地物的空间依存现象,建立空间吸引力的概念,用循环迭代的方法实现超过遥感影像自身分辨率的湖泊亚像元填图。在针对青藏高原不同季节不同地区的Modis影像的实践中,显示混合像元分解算法可以提供较高精度的软分类结果;使用迭代方法进行亚像元填图是简单高效的,具有很大的应用潜力。  相似文献

Accurate mapping of urban land cover from satellite data provides essential input to urban landscape analysis, modelling and urban ecosystem studies. Additionally, analysis of urban landscape metrics will provide a positive step towards comprehensive understanding of the features of urban landscape structure and further planning. In the present study, multi-spectral Advanced Land Observing Satellite (ALOS)/Advanced Visible and Near Infrared Radiometer type 2 (AVNIR-2) images and ALOS/Phased Array type L-band Synthetic Aperture Radar (PALSAR) dual-polarized (FBD) microwave images were used to extract urban land cover information by applying the decision tree method, and additional Advanced Space borne Thermal Emission and Reflection Radiometer Global Digital Elevation Model (ASTER/GDEM) was used to reduce the effects of mountains in Synthetic Aperture Radar (SAR) images due to high backscattering from urban construction land. A set of landscape metrics, such as landscape diversity, edge density and landscape shape indices with supplementary ecological meanings, were chosen to quantitatively analysis urban landscape patterns in arid environments. The overall accuracy assessment result was 91.50%, and the experimental results demonstrate that synergetic use of optical and SAR ALOS data has the potential and advantages for Arid Urban Region mapping, while the decision tree method showed intuitive simplicity and computational efficiency. The quantitative analysis results of landscape metrics showed that distribution of landscape types in Urumqi city were inhomogeneous, the urban landscape dominated by a few classes. Urbanization in this region has resulted in dramatic increases in patch density (PD), edge density (ED) and landscape shape complexity.  相似文献

The fractionation of a Recent sediment for organic geochemical analysis   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
A Recent unconsolidated lacustrine sediment was separated into five size fractions which were characterized by microscopy and XRD. Higher plant detritus predominated in the coarsest fractions, but decreased in proportion in the intermediate ones in which algal debris was predominant. The overall proportion of organic debris decreased from coarse to fine fractions. Quartz and feldspar were most abundant in the intermediate size fractions, while the coarsest fraction contained chlorite with some kaolinite and quartz, and the finest fraction was composed mainly of illite.Concentrations (per fraction dry weight) of solvent extract, total long chain hydrocarbons and total fatty acids decreased from coarse to fine fractions, with the exception of the finest fraction, in which they showed an increase. The change in relative abundance of higher plant to algal debris in the coarse and intermediate size fractions was paralleled by a decrease in the relative abundance of n-C29 and n-C31 alkanes and an increase in the relative abundance of -C17 alkane. There was a progressive decrease in n-alkane carbon preference index, and a progressive increase in the unresolved envelope of hydrocarbons with decreasing grain size. The unresolved hydrocarbons, which probably originate from biodegraded lubricating oil, appear to be associated with the clay fraction. Fractionation in this way and lipid analysis of the separate fractions may give more definitive information about input sources than analysis of unfractionated sediments.  相似文献

For predictive landslide susceptibility mapping, this study applied and verified probability model, the frequency ratio and statistical model, logistic regression at Pechabun, Thailand, using a geographic information system (GIS) and remote sensing. Landslide locations were identified in the study area from interpretation of aerial photographs and field surveys, and maps of the topography, geology and land cover were constructed to spatial database. The factors that influence landslide occurrence, such as slope gradient, slope aspect and curvature of topography and distance from drainage were calculated from the topographic database. Lithology and distance from fault were extracted and calculated from the geology database. Land cover was classified from Landsat TM satellite image. The frequency ratio and logistic regression coefficient were overlaid for landslide susceptibility mapping as each factor’s ratings. Then the landslide susceptibility map was verified and compared using the existing landslide location. As the verification results, the frequency ratio model showed 76.39% and logistic regression model showed 70.42% in prediction accuracy. The method can be used to reduce hazards associated with landslides and to plan land cover.  相似文献

Multiple-point statistics (MPS) allows simulations reproducing structures of a conceptual model given by a training image (TI) to be generated within a stochastic framework. In classical implementations, fixed search templates are used to retrieve the patterns from the TI. A multiple grid approach allows the large-scale structures present in the TI to be captured, while keeping the search template small. The technique consists in decomposing the simulation grid into several grid levels: One grid level is composed of each second node of the grid level one rank finer. Then each grid level is successively simulated by using the corresponding rescaled search template from the coarse level to the fine level (the simulation grid itself). For a conditional simulation, a basic method (as in snesim) to honor the hard data consists in assigning the data to the closest nodes of the current grid level before simulating it. In this paper, another method (implemented in impala) that consists in assigning the hard data to the closest nodes of the simulation grid (fine level), and then in spreading them up to the coarse grid by using simulations based on the MPS inferred from the TI is presented in detail. We study the effect of conditioning and show that the first method leads to systematic biases depending on the location of the conditioning data relative to the grid levels, whereas the second method allows for properly dealing with conditional simulations and a multiple grid approach.  相似文献

An orientation survey was undertaken in northwest Ngamiland to evaluate, among other criteria, an optimum size fraction for trace element analysis in the Kalahari sandveld regolith samples for a regional geochemical mapping project in the area. The most prominent geomorphological features of the region are the longitudinal rolling sand dunes and floodplain sediments adjacent to the unique, mid-continent Okavango Delta. Most of the dune sands were deposited in the Late Quaternary, and they show evidence of both pluvial and and environments. Presently the a lab dunes support varied shrub/grass vegetation with intermittent tree cover. Extensive forest fires have affected the region for generations, and the occurrences of remnants of large trees indicate that the region may have also supported large forests at some stage.The sandveld regolith comprises 70% quartz sand (−1000 + 63 μm) and 10–20% silt/clay (< 63 μm) material. There are no size variations between material from dune crests, dune depressions and down the soil profile to a depth of a metre. The process of regolith formation is relatively young and dynamic, being widely churned by a variety of boring animals, termites, ants and other insects. Hence no distinct zonation of soil horizons in the top 100 cm of the soil catena were observed. Remarkably, the significant proportion of the silt/clay fraction in the regolith indicates progressive weathering and possible deposition of precipitates.Trace element contents are invariably enhanced in the fine fractions, a characteristic widely observed elsewhere in residual soils. On the Xaxa-Cheracheraha traverse Zn values range from 2 to 98 ppm (mean 9 ppm); Pb varies from 1 to 101 ppm (mean 27 ppm) and Cu from 0 to 18 ppm (mean 5 ppm) in the −75 μm fraction. Contents in the −180 + 75 μm are, however, significantly lower than in the fine fractions. The variations in element concentrations along each of the orientation survey traverses at Qangwa-Nokaneng, Nxaunxau-Qurube and Nxaunxau-Ghane, in the coarse and fine fractions, generally remain sympathetic, showing that the enhanced values in the fines are a result of secondary dispersion, rather than mere compositional differences in the sandveld regolith.  相似文献

精确的全球及区域土地覆盖数据是陆地表层过程研究的重要基础.在集成研究兴起和多种数据并存的背景下,利用多源信息融合技术进行大尺度土地覆盖制图具有重要的现实意义.证据理论清楚地表达了由于不确定和不完全信息所带来的对命题认识的"无知",能够确定相应的假设在目前的认知与知识状态下的确定、不确定和"无知"程度,是多源数据决策融合的重要方法.基于证据理论,将2000年中国1:10万土地利用数据、中国植被图集(1:100万)的植被型分类、中国1:10万冰川图、中国1:100万沼泽湿地图和MODIS 2001年土地覆盖产品(MOD12Q1)进行了融合,最终基于最大信任度原则进行决策,产生了新的、IGBP分类系统的2000年中国土地覆盖数据.新的土地覆盖数据在保持了中国土地利用数据的总体精度的同时,补充了中国植被图中对植被类型及植被季相的信息,更新了中国湿地图,增加了中国冰川图最新信息,使分类系统更加通用.  相似文献

我国新型自主的极轨气象卫星风云3号A星(简称FY-3A)上搭载的中分辨率光谱成像仪(MERSI)为大面积雪监测提供了新的遥感数据源。以中国西北祁连山区为例,分析FY-3A/MERSI传感器积雪与其它地物的图谱特征差异,建立了适用于FY-3A/MERSI的归一化差分积雪指数(NDSI),以此为基础,构建了综合利用多光谱判别指标及土地覆盖类型(LULC)定类辅助的积雪判识模型,生成250 m分辨率的日积雪制图产品。模型通过逐步逼近的树状判别结构,去除了易和积雪混淆的部分乔木林、云、云阴影、水体、湖冰、沙(盐)地等地物,并提出应考虑积雪下覆地表特性的影响,调整设定不同LULC类型的积雪判别阈值约束,实时结合区域LULC影像进行积雪的最终判定与优化。对祁连山区2010-2011年积雪季FY-3A/MERSI影像的积雪制图应用结果表明,该资料能够客观精细地反映积雪的空间分布与动态发展过程。同时利用气象台站积雪观测记录及Terra/MODIS积雪判识结果进行对比验证,结果表明基于FY-3A/MERSI建立的积雪判识模型具有较高的精度和稳定性,特别是提高了云雪区分的效能。  相似文献
