城市地下管线是城市的重要基础设施,传统单机模式的城市地下管线信息系统已经不能满足城市管理的需求,随着城市生活的日益复杂化,城市地下管线信息系统功能的改进势在必行。针对上述问题,以北京市为例,基于B/S架构,以AreGIS Server和.Net为核心技术开发WebGIS,建立了网络化的地下管线信息系统。建成的北京数字市政地下管线信息系统在满足大众化和网络化需求的同时,其采用AreGIS Server技术开发WebGIS的方式,能够充分发挥ArcObjects强大的网络分析和空间分析功能,可为综合决策提供全面、准确的信息依据。 相似文献

海底管线检修潜水器主要依靠管线探测系统给出的管线位置信息完成水下自动跟踪巡线、定位和作业。针对管线探测系统信息不佳甚至丢失问题 ,建立了基于扩展卡尔曼滤波的信息重构算法 ,通过对来自管线探测系统、惯导和GPS系统以及管线位置历史数据库的信息进行融合 ,不仅提高了管线位置信息的稳定性 ,而且可以在管线探测系统信息丢失的情况下短时间内重构管线位置信息 ,供自动控制系统使用。运用该算法进行了计算机仿真和自航模试验 ,试验结果验证了该算法的有效性 相似文献

为提高城市地下管线的管理水平,利用地理信息系统技术(GIS)的空间分析功能,首先在分析地下管线的的实体-关系模型(E-R模型)的基础上,根据GIS空间分析的特点,提出了基于空间分析的城市地下管线的数据库结构;其次,根据城市管线规划、管理和施工的需要,建立了城市地下管线的纵断面、横断面、最佳路径、地下管线三维分析等几种空间分析模型,并对各种模型的表示内容和实现方法进行了阐述.从而实现了城市地下管线的可视化和动态化管理。该模型在青岛市综合地下管线管理系统应用后,提高了青岛市的城市规划和管线管理水平,促进了各个专业管线管理单位信息化和数字化进程。 相似文献

AbstractBlast response of submerged pipelines has been a research focus in recent years. In this article, a three-dimensional numerical model is established to investigate dynamic response of pipelines due to underwater explosion. The u–p approximation is integrated into finite element method (FEM) to simulate pore water effect in the seabed. Numerical continuity between hydraulic pressure in the flow field and pore pressure in the marine sediment is guaranteed to realize the blast response of submerged pipelines in ocean environment. Both fluid–structure interaction (FSI) and pipeline–seabed interaction (PSI) have been considered in the proposed model simultaneously. A comprehensive parametric study is carried out after validation of the present model with test data from underground explosion and underwater explosion, respectively. The effect of embedment depth, TNT equivalent, stand-off distance, pipeline diameter, and pipeline thickness to blast response of the submerged pipelines is investigated based on numerical results. Variation of deformation patterns and stress distribution of the pipeline with various installation and structure parameters has been illustrated and discussed to facilitate engineering practice. 相似文献

为了探索不同径厚比海底管道的压溃屈曲特性,本文分别采用挪威船级社(Det Norske Veritas,DNV)规范、有限元模拟和深海压力舱模型试验,研究不同径厚比海底管道承载外部水压的能力,并就DNV规范压溃屈曲计算公式对不同径厚比管道的适用性进行了讨论,优化了小径厚比海底管道压溃屈曲的设计方法。研究表明:小径厚比管道的压溃屈曲临界压力对管道径厚比的变化更敏感;DNV规范计算小径厚比管道的压溃屈曲临界压力偏小,在进行深海管道的压溃屈曲设计时,建议采用模型试验结合有限元模拟的方法,计算管道实际可提供的压溃屈曲承载力。 相似文献

AbstractThe mechanism of local scour under two vibrating pipelines is investigated numerically in this research. A sediment scour model is adopted to estimate the motion of sediment. The general moving objects model, which is dynamically coupled with fluid flow, is set up to simulate the vortex-induced vibration (VIV) of the pipeline. The sediment scour model and pipeline vibration model are verified with the previous experimental results and show good agreement. Then, the coupling effects between the pipeline vibration and the local scour are investigated numerically. The effects of G/D (the ratio of the distance between the two pipelines to the diameter of the pipelines) on the local scour and the VIV of the pipeline are examined. The results indicate that the maximum scour depth under the vibrating pipelines is much larger than the scour depth under the fixed pipelines. Due to the shadowing effect of the upstream pipeline, the maximum scour depth under the upstream pipeline is deeper than that under the downstream pipeline. The pipeline vibration magnitude is closely related to the strength of the vortex that sheds behind the pipeline. The effect of G/D on the shape and strength of the vortices that shed behind the pipelines is significant. 相似文献

The stability of submarine pipelines has been extensively studied by coastal engineers in recent years. Seismic-induced pore pressure and effective stresses in the saturated porous seabed and pipeline are the main important factors in the analysis of foundation stability around submarine pipelines. The majority research of the seismic-induced dynamic response around an offshore pipeline has been limited to two-dimension cases. In this paper, a three-dimensional finite element model including buried pipeline is established by extending DYNE3WAC. Based on the proposed numerical model, a parametric study is conducted to examine the effects of soil characteristics and pipeline configurations on the seismic-induced soil response around offshore pipelines. 相似文献

At the end of its useful life or because of a catastrophic event such as a hurricane, offshore pipelines are decommissioned, which normally involves cleaning the line by pigging or flushing, cutting the pipeline endpoints, and then plugging and burying each endpoint below the seabed or covering with a concrete mattress. The vast majority of decommissioned pipeline in the U.S. Gulf of Mexico is abandoned-in-place if the pipeline does not constitute a hazard to navigation, commercial fishing, or unduly interferes with other uses of the seabed. Using a unique data source from the Federal Energy Regulation Commission, decommissioning cost estimates for 28 gas export pipelines in the shallow water U.S. Gulf of Mexico between 1995 and 2015 are evaluated. The average inflation-adjusted pipeline decommissioning cost was $301,000 per mile ($187,000/km) and $47 per cubic foot ($1660 per cubic meter). Hurricane damaged and leaking pipelines are about three to four times more expensive on a unit cost basis than undamaged and non-leaking lines. No time trends or scale economies were observed. Primary cost drivers are identified and discussed. 相似文献
