针对煤层气井现有井口密封装置密封效果不好,造成井口有水、气体泄漏的问题,研制了一种适用于煤层气井的自调偏式井口光杆密封装置。该密封装置从上而下依次由盘根密封盒、自调偏机构、下接头3部分组成。自调偏部分由万向节结构总成和高压挠性胶管巧妙结合,使密封盒与光杆能够始终保持随动对中。现场应用表明,该井口密封装置密封性能可靠,结构简单,具有推广应用前景。   相似文献

助力装置是非开挖钻机上选配的辅助装置中非常重要的装置,有时直接决定着非开挖工程的成败。分析现有的主流马达助力装置的不足,设计了一种油缸助力装置。利用双自由度机构,实现在助力时齿形部件自动先啮合钻架齿条再达到油缸助力的目的,远程就能实现助力装置自动切换状态,减少人工,缩减成本。  相似文献

根据高密度电阻率法的工作原理、装置形式和异常特点,利用井下高密度电法技术对西山煤电运煤通道东曲段底板下沉区域进行探测。探测采用高密度直流电法温纳装置,布置电极总数64路,电极距5m,剖面总长度320m。对采集的数据通过基于圆滑约束最小二乘法反演,获得电阻率成像断面色谱图,结合已知异常地质体的电性特征,对矿井含水层富水性进行评价。解释结果表明运煤通道东曲段底板存在一个低阻异常区,且上下连通,应作为底板水防治的重点区域。该结论已得到钻孔验证。  相似文献

In the last two years the representation of harmonic functions defined only through data on spheres with polar caps, has been studied by the authors, using a set of functions orthonormal both on the sphere and on the data set, which is a generalization of planar Slepian functions to the spherical case. This idea can be applied for instance to derive the anomalous potential T both at satellite's altitude and at ground level, from a set of satellite radial gradiometric observations, Trr. The method has been compared with a simple harmonic analysis showing a superior capability of retrieving the unknown potential, particularly close to the polar caps.  相似文献

According to the engineering features of the proposed power plant and the possible pollution accidents, the accident conditions of two kinds of polluted groundwater, such as the light diesel oil tank bottom leakage and the power plant pond bottom leakage are set up. Using the two-dimensional hydrodynamic dispersion equation of the continuous injection and instantaneous injection, the groundwater pollution in the accident condition is predicted and evaluated. The results show that, with the passage of time, the migration range of groundwater pollutants caused by sewage leakage from industrial wastewater buffer tank shows a trend of gradual expansion; however, the maximum value of pollutant concentration exceeding standard is gradually decreasing. After 10 years, the excessive pollutant migration distance has reached 390 m. If no remedial measures are taken in time, during the operation of the power plant, industrial wastewater pool sewage leakage will cause long-term pollution to the groundwater. Similarly, if the accident was diesel tank explosion, the range of diesel contamination to groundwater is also increasing over time, but the concentration of pollutants is gradually decreasing. About 25 years later, the pollutant concentration within 400 m downstream of pollution source has decreased to 0.04 mg/L, and the impact of diesel oil leakage on groundwater has largely disappeared.  相似文献

A sand filter has been built as a pilot plant with the purpose of biological precipitation of Fe from ground water polluted with mainly chlorinated aliphatics. The ground water is pumped directly from a well in a polluted ground water aquifer in Esbjerg, Denmark. The pollution includes trichlorethylene and tetrachlorethylene together with smaller amounts of pesticides. Furthermore the best conditions for Fe precipitating bacteria were not expected to be present because of a relatively high O2 content, up to 6.7 mg/l, a low Fe content, 0.2 mg/l and a pH of ∼5 in the ground water. Added FeSO4 increased the Fe content of the ground water to about 4 mg/l. These rather extreme conditions for precipitating Fe were observed over a period of 3 months. The goal of the research was to observe the mechanism of Fe precipitation in a sand filter in the above-mentioned conditions comparative to normal conditions for biotic as well as abiotic Fe mineralization in sand filters of fresh water treatment plants. The Fe precipitating bacterium Gallionella ferrugenia was found to dominate the biotic Fe oxidation/precipitation process despite the extreme conditions. A huge amount of exopolymer from Gallionella was present. The precipitated Fe oxide was determined to be ferrihydrate. The rate of the Fe oxidation/precipitation was found to be about 1000 times faster than formerly found for abiotic physico-chemical oxidation/precipitation processes. The hydrophobic pesticides and some of their degradation products were not adsorbed in the filter. An added hydrophilic pesticide was adsorbed up to 40%. Trichlorethylene was not adsorbed in the filter. The reason for the poor adsorption of the hydrophobic compounds and trichlorethylene is due to the pronounced hydrophilic property of the exopolymers of Gallionella and the precipitated ferrihydrite.  相似文献

江苏的经济发展较快,对矿产资源的需求量亦大。多年来的无序开采,对生态环境造成很大的破坏和影响,出现了山体植被遭受破坏、土地被占用、环境受污染、诱发地面沉降、地面塌陷等一系列问题,已影响到国民经济的发展。随着省人大和省政府关于限制开山采石和保护环境等政策、法规出台和落实,近几年乱采滥挖现象基本得到了有效的遏制。人们的环保意识得到了加强,不少矿山已逐步开始对环境治理,且初见成效。文章介绍了江苏生态环境现状、存在的主要问题和治理对策,以期引起各级政府和广大民众在对矿产资源开采的同时更要注重环境保护。  相似文献

对松藻煤电集团打通一矿7号软煤层制备的型煤围压作用下不同载荷水平进行了煤岩蠕变试验研究。通过改变蠕变载荷,得到了不同蠕变载荷作用下完整的蠕变3阶段曲线和各蠕变阶段的蠕变特征。根据试验分析结果,得到围压作用下煤岩蠕变规律和各蠕变阶段的蠕变参数。研究表明,随着蠕变载荷的增加,起始蠕变量和加速蠕变阶段的蠕变加速度均呈增加趋势,而过渡蠕变阶段和稳定蠕变阶段的持续时间与蠕变载荷关系不明显。黏弹塑性本构模型能够较好地反映围压作用下煤样的蠕变本构关系,通过计算得到了相关蠕变模型的参数。  相似文献
