多光谱遥感数据最佳波段选择方法试验研究

分析了多光谱遥感数据最佳波段选择的标准差、熵和联合熵、相关性系数及最佳指数等计算方法的内在联系。通过试验,说明了各种计算方法的有效性和局限性,最后得出OIF指数法为多光谱遥感数据最佳波段选择的最优方法。     

基于高光谱与多光谱植被指数的洪河沼泽植被叶面积指数估算模型对比研究

以洪河国家级自然保护区为研究区,2009年8月中旬,在研究区野外实测沼泽植物冠层的光谱反射率和叶面积指数(LAI),将地面实测的植物高光谱反射率以Landsat-5 TM波段范围为基准进行波谱重采样,以重采样后的光谱反射率计算多光谱植被指数,用几种常见的高光谱和多光谱植被指数建立估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的统计回归模型,对比这些模型的精度,选出最优模型.研究结果表明,用各植被指数建立的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的回归模型分别为二次函数、对数函数或指数函数;各模型对沼泽植被叶面积指数的反演精度差别较大;在全波段高光谱植被指数中,用全波段归一化植被指数H-FNDVI(R930,R515)构建的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的模型最佳;在常规高光谱植被指数中,用修正简单比率H-MSR构建的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的模型最佳;在多光谱植被指数中,用多光谱归一化植被指数M-NDVI构建的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数的模型最佳.对比发现,由多光谱数据提取的植被指数构建的模型对研究区LAI的估算效果不太理想,而从实测高光谱数据提取的窄波段特有植被指数构建的估算沼泽植被叶面积指数模型表现出较明显的优势,表明窄波段植被指数更适合用来监测沼泽植被叶面积指数.     

成像光谱数据的光谱信息特点及最佳波段选择--以北京顺义区为例

波段宽度为纳米级的成像光谱数据,具有几十乃至几百个光谱通道,它们各有不同的特点。如何根据具体的应用目的,在这众多的波段中选择出最佳波段,对于有效地进行成像光谱数据的处理、分析及信息提取是至关重要的。本文以北京顺义区成像光谱数据为例,首先根据所有通道的相关性,将其分为若干组,然后通过全面分析成像光谱数据的光谱信息特征,在综合考虑各波段的信息含量、波段间的相关性、波段的可分性以及地物光谱的吸收特性等因     

一种基于地物诊断性波谱吸收特征的高光谱遥感图像降维方法

高光谱遥感数据具有波段数目多、波段宽度窄、数据量庞大、波段间相关性高等特点,在一定程度上为图像的进一步处理和信息提取带来困难.为解决这一问题,在分析已有降维方法的基础上,提出了基于地物诊断性波谱吸收特征的高光谱遥感图像降维方法,将地物的诊断性吸收波谱特征区间作为一个独立的子空间进行处理,尽可能保留地物独有的吸收特征;在此基础上,进行子空间的特征提取和特征选择.为验证该方法的优越性,将其与传统的基于波谱区间的子空间划分方法进行分类对比,研究表明:基于该文方法降维后的图像分类精度更高,丰富了现有降维方法理论,具有一定的实用和推广价值.     

干旱区几类主要地物遥感的最佳波段选择

采用t检验法比较地物间光谱反射率的差异性,选取显著性差异频数较多的波长集合作为最佳遥感波段。用新疆境内十一种有代表性的干旱区地物的光谱数据作为检验对象,在两种显著性水准上制定其光谱差异性频数表。按照能区分8成以上地物的要求,并考虑适当加大光谱能量,排除大气吸收的影响,提高监测植被动态效果,选取510-610nm、620-690nm、770-930nm、950-1100nm作为干旱区几类主要地物遥感的最佳波段。检验数据的置信度在95%以上。有93%显著性差异数据的置信度达到99%。用F检验法选择波段,得到非常相近的结果,进一步证明所选波段的可靠性。     

植被高光谱特征分析及其病害信息提取研究

高光谱(hyperspectral)遥感是20世纪末地球观测系统中最重要的技术突破之一。根据植被高光谱数据的植被冠层光谱反射特征和诊断性光谱吸收特征,利用光谱连续统去除法,探讨光谱一阶微分反射比(FDR)和从连续统去除的光谱吸收特征中获得的波段深度(BD)、连续统去除后微分反射比(CRDR)、波段深度比(BDR)和归一化波段深度指数(NBDI)等光谱特征参量。结合多时相的条锈病小麦PHI航空高光谱影像,分析条锈病对小麦光谱的影响及其光谱特征,并运用光谱特征参量和波谱角制图(SAM)技术监测和识别小麦条锈病。     

基于决策树的角度指数方法EO-1 ALI影像的红树林遥感识别

红树林是潮滩木本植物群落,其光谱和陆生植被极其相似。利用EO-1卫星ALI(advanced land imager)获取的深圳湾区域影像数据,针对处于水分吸收带的波段5P和波段5,提出了这两个波段的角度指数(angle index),分别表示为b1.25和b1.65。以b1.25-b1.65和归一化差值植被指数(normalized difference vegetation index,NDVI)分类特征,采用决策树方法,开展了红树林遥感识别实验。研究结果表明,红树林独特的滨海湿地特点,使得其像元反射率在波段5P和波段5明显低于陆生植被,从而导致红树林的b1.25-b1.65值明显大于陆生植被;通过结合b1.25-b1.65和NDVI分类特征的决策树方法,能够对红树林进行有效识别,其错分率和漏分率分别为4.29%和5.11%。因此,具有众多红外波段的ALI遥感器在红树林识别中能够发挥重要作用。     

基于谱间特征和归一化指数分析的城市建筑用地信息提取

以福州市ETM+影像为例,研究了城市建筑用地信息快速准确提取的原理和方法。通过对归一化差异型指数构成原理的分析以及对同名异义和异名同义现象的甄别,选取了归一化差异建筑指数(NDBI)、修正归一化差异水体指数(MNDWI)和土壤调节植被指数(SAVI)来代表城市建成区的三种最主要的土地利用类型--建筑用地、水体和植被。在此基础上进一步对这三个新的指数波段进行谱间特征分析,最后利用基于规则的逻辑判别运算将城市建筑用地信息提取出来。研究表明这一方法可以使繁杂的多波段谱间分析得以简化, 是一种快速准确、未经人工干预的建筑用地信息提取方法。本文还探讨了在城市建成区的研究中采用SAVI指数替代NDVI指数的优点。     

基于卡方变换的中分辨率遥感影像土地覆盖变化对象识别方法

该文旨在探讨中分辨率遥感影像的土地覆盖变化对象识别方法。首先基于植被-不透水层-土壤(VIS)模型,参考OIF指数的信息量进行对象特征指标选取,基于过分割和欠分割指数确定最优分割尺度,对两期SPOT影像进行多时相分割,然后利用卡方变换方法自动选择阈值,进行植被、不透水层、土壤和水体4种土地覆盖类型之间的变化对象识别。精度评价表明,随着对象特征指标包含信息量的不断增加,检测结果的总精度不断提高,其中对影像所有特征指标进行主成分分析并选择前3个主成分作为特征指标组合对土地覆盖变化对象进行识别的总精度最高,为93.9%,Kappa系数为0.824,证明了该方法的有效性。     

沙尘暴EOS/MODIS监测指数模型

利用EOS/MODIS数据,采用最佳波段组合指数法和方差-协方差矩阵特征值法,从36个MODIS波段中筛选出用于沙尘暴图像最佳彩色合成增强的最佳组合波段。在敏感性差异分析的基础上应用波段数学组合的方法建立了沙尘暴判识的条件:构建了提取沙尘暴区域范围和强度等级信息的沙尘暴卫星遥感监测指数SVI(Sand storm value index),利用指数SVI值的大小对沙尘暴进行了等级的定级和分类。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.
