北京5A级旅游景区入境游客感知形象:构成要素与差异性辨识北大核心CSSCI

本文以入境游客为研究对象,利用网络爬虫程序,采集Tripadvisor旅游评价网站社区发布的用户贡献内容,设计了旅游景区感知形象评价指数、好评率等指标,结合SPSS统计分析方法与文本分析方法,利用Leximaner软件识别北京5A级旅游景区感知形象的构成要素,分析不同旅游景区、不同游客评价等级的感知形象差异性。研究结果表明,入境游客感知形象的构成要素主要包含五个方面:吸引物、体验、服务、人们及交通等。慕田峪长城旅游区、天坛公园国际形象评价值最高,恭王府景区国际形象评价值最低;与游客评价等级1~3级关联密切的景区为:明十三陵、恭王府和故宫,入境游客对于景区提供的纪念品、食物、门票等方面服务并不满意。与旅游景区形象4~5评价等级密切相关的景区为:慕田峪长城、颐和园、天坛和奥林匹克公园,入境游客对于景区旅游吸引物、景区内部交通及接触的当地居民等旅游体验水平较高。

少数民族村寨过度商业化个案研究 ——以贵州西江千户苗寨为例

以贵州西江千户苗寨为案例,基于“刺激―机体―反应”分析范式的M-R理论模型,提出影响个体游客商业化感知的外部环境因素和概念模型。通过结构方程模型实证检验影响游客商业化感知的先决变量及各变量间的影响路径,结果表明：旅游空间环境、居民社会形态与旅游产品附属对游客商业化感知具有显著的正相关影响作用,其中,旅游商业环境通过旅游空间环境间接对游客商业化感知产生正向影响作用。在实证分析基础上,从景区管理层面的商业化“刺激―反应”演变过程探讨其驱动机制及利益主体间的关系,认为产权配置不合理及缺乏有效的管理机制是民族村寨类景区过度商业化的根本原因,最后提出调控景区商业化的建议。     

重大事件对举办地旅游形象的影响——2010上海世博会为例

通过调研数据分析处理,建立重大事件对举办地旅游形象影响的游客感知测量模型,分析差异规律,建构SEM模型探索游客感知对其行为影响关系。结果表明:①重大事件旅游形象影响的游客感知模型包括旅游便利影响、城市形象影响、城市功能影响、城市吸引影响等4个维度。②世博会对上海旅游形象影响的游客感知显著,不同群体感知强度差异明显,女性群体高于男性,已婚群体高于未婚,参观过世博会的群体高于未参观过的群体,本地游客(居民)感知高于外地游客。③世博会对上海旅游形象影响的游客感知呈现一定空间分异规律,在旅游便利和旅游吸引影响维度上,客源空间距离越远游客感知值越小;而在城市功能和城市形象影响维度上,客源距离越远游客感知越显著。④游客感知的4个维度中,旅游吸引影响维度对旅游者(居民)行为影响显著,其他维度影响不显著。开展重大事件对旅游地形象影响研究,对重大事件在我国的可持续发展具有理论与实践意义。

在浙江省余姚市大岚镇柿林村国家4A级景区对29位老人与43位非老人进行分组问卷调查,对老年组与非老年组的自然环境感知、经济环境感知、社会关系感知、旅游及游客感知差异进行卡方检验(χ2).结果表明,两组人群对环境感知存在着明显差异.乡村旅游地老年人环境感知具有较强烈的乡土意识、对游客与旅游开发普遍持积极的支持态度、希望承担旅游地主人的角色、希望更多分享旅游带来的经济利益等特点.从旅游地老年人这一特殊人群的角度证实了旅游地居民支持旅游发展9个要素的结论,同时发现了中国老人的一些不同之处,提出了期待期的概念,提出从物质和精神两个层面入手,实现乡村旅游可持续发展的建议.

“游客—居民—经营者”语境下历史街区地方文化重塑效果感知研究——以北京前门历史街区为例

地方文化的塑造是历史街区旅游发展的重点,而游客、居民、经营者作为旅游发展的重要参与者,其认知和态度则是历史街区开发的基础,对历史街区文化旅游的转型发展有非常重要的影响。该文以北京前门历史街区为例,借助内容分析法和重要性—绩效分析法(IPA),从游客、居民和经营者的综合感知视角,探查地方文化的重塑效果。结果表明：(1)前门地区地方文化构成要素分为物质层、非物质层两大类,包括特色建筑、街道肌理、景观符号、特色商品、地方品牌、文化活动、传统习俗、名人轶事、文学曲艺、生活方式10个子类;(2)不同利益主体对于地方文化的感知内容存在一定差异,但整体对其文化内容和要素的反应相似;(3)游客、居民、经营者对前门地方文化表达的情感反馈均较积极,但居民反馈相对较低,是管理者需要关注的重点;(4)各文化要素在不同利益主体中的期望和表现效果具有一定差异,其中传统习俗和文化活动是未来提升的重点内容。     

目的地居民对旅游影响感知的结构关系——以世界自然遗产三清山为例

居民是旅游利益相关者的重要一方,居民的地方感、对获取利益和付出成本的感知将影响居民的满意度,进而影响旅游地的可持续发展。以三清山景区为案例地,通过问卷调查和访谈,借鉴已有文献构建结构方程模型,结果显示：① 通过因子分析可将旅游影响感知分为成本感知、情感性获益感知和物质性获益感知,情感性获益感知对居民地方感、满意度中介影响最为显著;② 地方感与旅游影响感知存在相互影响,成本感知与地方感相互作用不显著,获益感知与地方感显著正向相关,其中情感性获益感知相对物质性获益感知与地方感相互作用更明显;③ 居民情感性获益感知与物质性获益感知相互作用显著;④ 原住民相对于非原住民地方感更强,情感性获益感知更高,对旅游成本感知更敏感,对物质性获益感知部分低于非原住民。     

旅游开发的居民满意度驱动因素——以广西阳朔县为例

运用结构方程模型方法,构建旅游开发居民满意度假设模型,对旅游开发居民满意度的关键驱动因素(居民期望、居民社区归属感、旅游获益和利益分配、正面旅游影响感知、负面旅游影响感知)进行了探讨。结果表明:(1)居民期望、居民社区归属感、旅游获益和利益分配、正面旅游影响感知、负面旅游影响感知是影响居民满意度的5个重要驱动因素。(2)居民社区归属感、旅游获益和利益分配、正面旅游影响感知等变量与居民满意度之间呈正相关关系;而居民期望、负面旅游影响感知则与居民满意度呈负相关。(3)在5个驱动因素中,正面旅游影响感知对居民满意度的直接影响最大,而旅游获益和利益分配对居民满意度的总效应最大。

Deserts and Aeolian Desertification in China: Book review and some thoughts

Desertification is a global phenomenon that affects about two billion people. It occurs in arid zones where the annual precipitation is below 400 mm, partic- ularly in the marginal areas of the world＇s largest deserts. It is a result of water and wind erosion, over- grazing, global warm-ing, improper soil cultivation, and increased pressure ot population growth, and it causes degradation of soil and natural and agricultural vegetation. The direct result is less food for people and livestock, which influences pop- ulation and animal husbandry fluctuations. Despite ef- forts to combat and reduce desertification, the affected areas are annually increasing.

Weinbaum's short story, “Parasite Planet,”introduces an unusual environment that may be wrong in the light of recent evidence on Venus but still stimulates the geographical imagination.
